Wow. Im impressive. Best thai food ive had in LA. Flavors and ingredients super authentic! I cant find udon noodles anywhere, i told the nice lady at the counter and she said they come straight from japan!! Incredible, everything was on point. I asked for udon yakisoba with bok choy and it was so delicious so much flavor, and the chicken panang was so yummy. I will definitely only be ordering from here now!! Cant wait to try pineapple fried rice. Thank you!! Highly recommended

Got take away: The crispy pork rice bowl was excellent!! Highly recommended. Also, Shrimp pho was very good, didn't get any Sriracha or hoisin so maybe you have to ask, not sure, but I have some at home so no worries.

Food and service was a 10 out of 10 experience! Will definitely be coming back. Just stopped in for a quick lunch but the food was so good we stayed longer than anticipated. Excellent!!! I definitely recommend you check them out. I loved my food. Fresh and very flavorful. It's the flavor that will bring me back. Don't let the storefront scare you off. This is a step above most storefront restaurants in terms of quality and flavor. The chicken satay was fresh and quite good. Great cucumber salad and peanut sauce. I had the Spicy Tonkotsu and loved it. Really really liked it. The flavors were so good. The pork was very tender. The noodles were perfect. My new standard for Tonkotsu. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It's the typical storefront setting, but quite clean. I think they are known for their Pho, so i will try that next. You must try this place. The flavors were so good. UPDATE Went back a week later and had the Beef Pho. It was good. I don't know what good Pho is, so I'll just say I'll look to try other dishes. Third time trying beef pho at three different places and it's probably just not my thing. My friend had the Panang Curry and it was outstanding. Too hot for me, but they said it could be made more mild though my friend ordered it mild. The flavor was truly excellent. I highly recommend it. We also had the Shrimp Rolls and they were very delicious. The shrimp tasted very fresh.

I love this place-- the people are the nicest I know, the food is phenomenal, and all menus I have tried are great. I alternate between eating pad thai and pad se ew upon the recommendation of the restaurant... Please support this place! Also! My mom is saying to add that the thai tea here is good and it's worth it come just for that.

New update 1/11/24: just returned last month from Thailand, Chang Mai, included, where I had mutiple famous and locals only khao soi vendors but I swear, for my taste bud, their curry noodle soup is the best!! Noodle Monster's curry noodle soup is the BEST! Got people hooked on it. Oh and rest are great too. Won't be disappointed; I guarantee it

When I say this place is a hidden gem and the service is spot on. Friendly, kind and attentive to your needs. I had the shrimp drunken noodles and the flavors were so authentic and fresh. I took to go but I couldn’t wait and I ate it inside ; this is the result ;) will recommend and will be back again

We got the cream cheese wontons, pad Thai (made spicy upon request) and the drunken noodles. The wontons were nice and crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, very good! The pad Thai was perfectly spicy and cooked just right! The drunken noodles were our least favorite but still pretty tasty! Would definitely recommend this place!

Oh my. I knew this place was going to be great since I saw the pictures. A little spot with clean and comfy tables, one guy doing it all, and the yummiest food. We ordered the pineapple fried rice and the yakisoba noodles with chicken. A couple of iced Thai coffees. Let’s just say it was all delicious, fresh, tasty, not overly greasy or heavy on condiments. The price is very fair for what you get. 16 for the yakisoba and 18 for the pineapple fried rice. Around 5 bucks for each coffee. Service was great, but we did go around 4:30 on a weekday, before the dinner rush. I forgot to get the name of the man that greeted us, took our order, served us and was constantly asking us if we needed something. A+ service. Please support this business. Places like this are extinct. Delicious! 🤤 🍜

Noodle Monster is a very casual noodle asian / noodle restaurant in a very casual part of Valley Village. The food was tasty enough, though presentation varied. I had the fried rice with soy chicken (I’m a fiend for soy meat dishes). This was very easy. The soy chicken was tender and worked well in the dish. It wasn’t anywhere near as beautiful as the other dishes that the other folks in my parter ordered and could have used some vegetables to round it. I also had a side of battered tofu. This was was light and came with a sweet peanut sauce. It was a little over fried which seemed to make much of the tofu inside the batter disappear…it was almost like tofu-puffs. (Sure “Tofu Puffs” SOUNDS exciting, but in practice it wasn’t as satisfying as I wanted. We had a side of vegetables at our table which were super fresh and hella-green! As I mentioned, this is a casual place which is almost nice-ish, definitely clean and while we were seated for dinner, lots of people coming in for takeout orders.

Noodle Monster didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The flavors were way too salty, overpowering what could have been a good meal. Charging extra for rice felt a little unnecessary, especially since it didn’t add much to the overall experience. That said, the service was really warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. In a city like LA, where there’s no shortage of great Asian food, I was hoping for more. It’s not terrible, but there are definitely better options out there!
