Stopped in at 6:30 am. Used drive through window. Staff was friendly , and coffee and food was done above expectations. Great job for a new location.
order was correct, and it was tasty.
Like this store. Had a coffee before skiing.
I LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS
Only Dunkin in the county that has consistent service
This Dunkin’ has come so far since opening. Staff was all clearly fresh and new when I first stopped a few months ago, with little experience, but the turnaround has been incredible. I love the current manager there, she’s awesome and so friendly! Food is better, drinks are better, and workers are now incredible. I can finally confidently recommend this Dunkin’!

Long car line, possibly low staff, but very polite regardless. We wanted a restroom but apparently this dunkin (1st ive ever seen) is drive thru only. The guy was serving someone when we got out the car to go in and he stopped to politely tell us that and to direct us to a store w a restroom and jokingly said when you're done, come back for a coffee ☕️ it was sweet 🫶🏽
The food was good. The coffee was good. There washed some cars in the drive through. But it went pretty fast. The lady at the window was pleasant. Prices were okay. Dunkin' makes good coffee

I go to Dunkin for the donuts, not the drinks. I was surprised to find this shop is drive-thru only. You cannot go in the shop. It’s hard to pick out donuts when you can’t see what they have. After a back and forth with the drive-in attendant, I ordered several. When I got home I found that two donuts weren’t exactly what I had asked for and the two jelly donuts I ordered were heart shaped and probably half the size of a regular one. The others were fine. I live about 13 miles away and was not about to go back. It’s not the worker’s fault. They were perfectly nice, but it would be nice to be able to see what you’re getting.

After waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes at the speaker, because they kept only helping the other line, I waited more at the windows because they said they had to preheat the oven. Not a big deal normally however I did notice the one guy grab my food with the same gloves he was wearing to take money from people and when I did go to eat my food, my bagel was burnt and hard and my egg was overdone and dry. Unfortunately I will not be back.
I’ve ordered coffee here three times, and it’s been wrong three times 😅. The staff have been friendly, but could they get some real, legit, thorough training from the owner/management/corporate? From what I overhear on the drive thru mic, they’re struggling over there. I doubt it’s their fault - this is a top-down issue.
they always mess up my order. I order 10 blue berry munchkins and I received 10 regular munchkins.
For a new store it is very poorly run. I stopped today for an iced coffee and was told that they didn't have any. How does a coffee shop not have iced coffee. A couple weeks ago, I ordered a berry burst and they had no syrup. I don't know who's fault it is, but they better get their act together. Also every night when I go by there are no lights on and you can't tell if it is even open. It is also not safe for the workers. Sadly at this rate, you will not last long.
Granted, almost ALL the Dunkin’s I go to mess up my order, but this one is on another level. All the employees are very nice, but something in my order is either forgotten or swapped for something I didn’t get. Sometimes I order at the speaker, drive up to the window, and I’m asked what I ordered. My partner goes here more than I do, and his experiences are more inconsistent than mine - either waiting for service that doesn’t come, or he’s given somebody else’s order. What’s going on at this location lol EDIT: service and order accuracy seemed to get a lot better for a short while, but it’s back to wrong orders every time and “what did you get?” when you get to the window. Seems like management from other locations stepped in and improved operations for awhile but nothing changed when they left.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Believe the reviews—this place has some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. My father-in-law simply walked back in to ask for napkins, and the man behind the counter snapped, “What’s the problem?” That is not just unprofessional—it’s completely unacceptable. There is zero sense of hospitality here. For a new business, treating locals with this level of disrespect is a terrible start. We won’t be returning.
Asked for frozen coffee with caramel. I got frozen caramel and milk they forgot to add coffee. Rediculous wasted money
The Route 28 Dunkin sucks price keep changing for a half dozen donuts the never give you what u want you can't go in to complain they suck
This has to be Worst Dunkin! Coffee is completely terrible!!! Don't waste your money here !!!
How does a medium cup of coffee priced at $2.89 become $3.56 after tax? That's a lot of tax. Is this legal?
Rude STAFF!!! Today at 3:00pm July 19th we had the rudest lady !
I grabbed a coffee from them yesterday and it literally taste like it was old coffee just sitting for hours with that bottom of the pot burn taste. Not a good start for my first visit.
Order of hash browns 5 tiny nuggets. Really. Do better.

This place is perhaps the slowest Dunkin in all of Tri-State. Extremely slow service. We made the mistake of stopping here. Please do not make the same mistake.
This is easily the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. 10 minute wait to order with zero cars in front of me…. Another 10 minute wait for just a coffee…..
sat in the drive thru line for thirty minutes while i was the only car in line… and the drink didn’t taste like it usually does at other shops :/
Went on two separate occasions, drinks wrong both times. First time, I ordered a hot medium coffee with 1 cream and 1 sugar, I get to the window and I get to the window and the barista asks if I'm the hot coffee 3 cream/3 sugar. I say no and they say okay, close the window, and a few seconds later hand me the same cup with the sticker ripped off. Second time I try to order a cold brew with cold foam and the person taking the order asks if I want french vanilla? I repeat i want the cold foam with black cold brew. Hands me a French vanilla swirl cold brew at the window.
This is the second time I have been to the Dunkin' Donuts in West Hurley. On the corner of 375 and 28! Their food is nasty! It's always like it's 3 hours old! I will not be coming here again! I even asked when I was there is it fresh and they said of course! It was gross.
They have these order panels outside for drive through and the light is super bright white even at night. This is obnoxious and really bad for the wildlife on this naturally dark road. TURN THEM OFF AT NIGHT WHEN THE SHOP IS CLOSED
Every other bad review on here is so correct it’s not even funny. Gave them at least 5 visits to give me my correct order and they only managed that once. And there’s a particular woman who works the window who is so cartoonishly rude that she might actually enjoy interacting with people that way. If you have more than one component to your order, it’s highly likely you’ll get to the window and they’ll have completely “forgotten” about it. BUT - if you’re in the mood for free food/coffee you can just contact corporate and you’ll get a refund for the subpar experience🤪
WORST Dunkin Donuts ever.. July 26th, approximately 11:15am. Went and ordered approximately $45-$50 of coffee and food. Upon driving up to the window and getting our food, we asked to add a coffee to the order but were told to drive back around through the drive thru as the employees are not allowed to add items at the window which can be understandable. However, I’ve gone through other drive thrus and have ordered items at the window.. Anyways, we got our order and while at the window, we realized our order was missing two items. We advised them we were missing a sandwich and blueberry munchkins. Upon telling them, we overheard a woman named AMBER, say “I just packed this woman’s order and now she’s trying to claim she’s missing something.” At which point, we advised them that they could come check the vehicle for our missing sandwich. Mind you, we were still at the window and unpacked the order in front of another employee. When I asked for a manager, we were told that there was NO manager on. Mind you, this is a Saturday.. how is there no manager on a weekend day.. Then, after pulling away, we also realized that we were given glazed munchkins instead of blueberry munchkins. We then pulled back around and approached the drive thru. We advised them that we were given the wrong munchkins and even returned the old munchkins (hopefully they were discarded for sanitary reasons as our kids touched them before realizing they were the wrong munchkins). They then advised the at they were out of blueberry munchkins. Why not say that while taking our order.. We spoke with one woman who tried to diffuse the situation and we regret not getting her name and she remained professional and was the employee who took our order. Amber on the other hand, Dunkin should be disgraced hiring someone who likes to put down their customers even when a receipt could be shown and when the order was unpacked in front of another employee. Dunkin needs to reevaluate this establishment and staffing as this is the worst Dunkin. We will NOT be returning to this Dunkin. Make the extra 30 second trip to Stewart’s for your coffee, breakfast, and lunch needs while on the road. Amber, you should be ashamed of yourself not being able to handle a fast food job.. Thank you though to the woman who diffused the situation and attempted to make things right. Also, after this occurred, could the employees offer a free small coffee (which we initially forgot to order) to make up for this situation? Again, what happened with the munchkins that were returned? Hopefully they were discarded.. Dunkin look into this as there may be some sanitary issues and there is DEFINITELY attitude issues with your employee, Amber. We will also be containing Dunkin over the phone and by email.
This is by far, the worst Dunkin I can remember going to. I ordered a frozen Hazelnut coffee with whipped cream, a sausage egg & cheese on a croissant & the ham & cheese sliders. They didn't know how to make the coffee, so they gave me a vanilla coolada with a shot of Hazelnut. No whipped cream. It was overflowing and got all over my vehicle. No napkins in the bag. They had no change so they had to give me two dollars in quarters back. The sandwich was hard & cold. I will NEVER come back here.
Terrible location. Staff never gets orders correct, never have a great attitude and take forever to make a single drink. Its convenient but you can get a better cup at Stewart's down the road.
The complete lack of competence at this place was utterly disturbing. After paying for a second iced coffee, they claimed to not have one on my order but offered to add one for me, although I had already payed for 2. The three donuts I ordered, 2 of them the correct kind were placed in the bag with my parchment paper icing down, so when they were taken out all the icing stuck to the bottom of the bag. The third donut was supposed to be a glazed but I was given a honey curler instead. Next time I’m just going to drive 15 minutes further to Kingston instead so I actually get what I payed for.
