Best customer service 👌 Best food 😋
Its 10:45, they close in 15min, and they are out of spicy chicken and mashed potatoes and will not make more. I'm not upset or anything, I understand. Just want to give a heads up to future customers to get here with plenty of time before closing if you cannot be flexible with your order. I still love Popeyes and I'll be back. 😀
Very clean place. The food was fresh and hot. The staff was very friendly and the wait time was at a minimum. The bathroom was also clean. The dining area was pleasant with semi nice views. There's no drive thru so you have to go inside to order. Please be advised that the overall area gets very congested with traffic so if you're in a hurry you may want to keep that in your mind.
Great service considering how *very* busy they always are. I drive from Queens NY to eat from this Popeye's. The chicken always tastes like it's fresh out the frier, It's never oily and they get the french fries crispy without burning them. Worth the 25 minute drive when I am hankering for a fried chicken sandwich. They are very Covid19 aware and I feel safe eating from this Popeye's.
Great chicken better than KFC
Food was good (for fast-food), hot and the staff were very friendly.
Popeyes is the best! Finger licking good always.
Good food, great service with a smile 😃
Okay, it's fast food. Is it healthy on the long or short run?? All I know is that I am a fried chicken wing lover and I like their spicy chicken sandwich. In fact, I prefer theirs over the famous one across the street. Service is hardly fast and sometimes they get your order wrong: no need to start yelling..just check your order before you leave, because we all have made mistakes. Be Nice, Be Kind and Enjoy your Popeye's.
They ran out of mild legs so I had to wait 15 minutes. I didn't mind but on a Friday night I think they should have things more chicken ready and available. Coleslaw was good, fries soggy.
We’re currently obsessed with their Spicy chicken burger! Love the signature spicy mayo, Cajun fries and how it all comes together so beautifully! Bliss! Their fried chicken is something I don’t need to go into depth about how amazing it is! It’s Popeyes we’re talking about! Hands down - the best fried chicken! 🙌
I was really impressed with the experience. The service was extremely fast, and the staff was very nice. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious—everything, including my blackened tenders, was freshly made. Portion sizes were generous as well. The only issue we encountered was the seating. It’s a busy location, and while we ordered the food to eat in. We were a group of 7 and there weren’t enough seats available. Even the stool area lacked high chairs, so some of us had to either stand or sit against the wall, which was a bit uncomfortable. When we asked if there were any extra chairs, the staff said that what’s out is all they have. (They need more) Aside from the seating situation, the food was FABULOUS.
Fried chicken, a beloved dish in many cultures, is a culinary masterpiece that combines the comforting flavors of seasoned meat with the satisfying crunch of a perfectly fried crust. Its appeal is universal, and its variations are as diverse as the cultures that celebrate it. The magic of fried chicken lies in its preparation. A good piece begins with quality chicken, often marinated to enhance flavor and tenderness. The marinade can range from simple salt and pepper to complex blends of spices and buttermilk, each adding a unique depth of flavor. Once prepared, the chicken is coated in a seasoned flour or batter. This step is crucial as it forms the crispy outer layer that is the hallmark of great fried chicken. The cooking process is where the magic happens. Whether deep-fried or pan-fried, controlling the oil temperature is vital. Too hot, and the crust burns before the inside cooks; too cool, and the chicken becomes greasy. Achieving the golden-brown perfection requires skill and precision. The result is a dish that’s crispy on the outside yet juicy and flavorful on the inside. The first bite delivers a satisfying crunch, followed by the tender, savory meat. This contrast in textures is what makes fried chicken so irresistible. What makes fried chicken particularly special is its versatility. It can be served hot or cold, as a main dish or snack. It's equally at home on a picnic as it is at a family dinner. Moreover, the variations are endless. From the spicy kick of Nashville hot chicken to the sweet tang of Korean fried chicken, every culture has its twist on this classic dish, reflecting local tastes and traditions. In conclusion, fried chicken is more than just a meal; it's an experience. Its rich flavors and satisfying textures bring joy to diners worldwide, making it a timeless favorite that continues to evolve and delight.
The food was tasty, hot delicious snd I'll return.
The food was hot and proper temp service was great and food came fast
Westbury Popeyes the best location on Long Island hands down. Okay so a few weeks ago I was in the mall Roosevelt Field Popeyes, I had a coupon from the app and they didn't want to take it; the digital coupon that is. so then I said okay I'm going to leave the mall and go to the Popeye's in Westbury that's the best decision I made. their food is better!! better service! faster service!! Best part this location accepts the digital coupons!!
I ordered dinner for my family to go and when we arrived home I discovered that they had bagged the wrong order. My family only eats dark meat. We received a regular mixed 10 piece. My family enjoyed the dark meat while I returned to the restaurant with the white meat pieces. The manager and staff were apologetic and professional. They replaced my complete order correctly and apologized for the inconvenience. Congratulations on turning a negative experience into a positive.
App order is precise and efficient on my visit today. Just right temperature. I actually sent photos of my today s order to my family in Tokyo. Highly recommend Popeyes if available in Japan. Unfortunately, only available in U.S. army base. Lol.
Ordered 3 meals and then checked asked for sauce, jelly and the lady said " you want everything " Horrible customer service, same has lady taken order, repeated it more then 4 times. P.S. never given napkins. Said part is as a customer my bill contributes to their checks and condiments and napkins, silverware. As side from that food was on point, hot, fresh & delicious.
The chicken at Popeyes is awesome. There is so much chicken, not all coating. It's tasty and the crunch of the coating on it is so satisfying. Portions are generous. There is a good selection of sides too. I wasn't able to adjust the pieces I wanted in my three piece meal it would have been nice if I could have dinner that. Prices are reasonable. Great fast meal.
This location is very busy, and has quick turnover when it comes to their food. The food has been fresh each time I've ordered from this location in Westbury, long Island.
Very nice people. I ordered a meal but I don't want the drink so I asked to have an extra biscuit instead. The lady gave me an extra biscuit plus an extra chicken. I didn't know until I opened the box. So glad not because of the extra piece of chicken but the people!
The food comes out nice & hot. It is a little chaotic in there since they have online orders & Uber eats pickups. If you come here, it's going to take a while to get your food.
The quality is good , I would say the best Popeye I ate so far. Maybe I bought in the right time(lunch hour). The biscuits is super delicious, and I can't complain. I ordered for take out and its just 3 mins waiting time. I live a little bit far but its worthy to come over to get a good fried chicken meal. Only the place environment is not very clean. But food is definitely delicious.
Food was great. Service was delayed, but that was because it was crowded due to the food being good.
I think this place is super busy. At this time we couldn't get a coleslaw!!😭 Fried chicken without coleslaw is sad.. I guess place is busy so, inside of restaurant were little messy 🤔 Overall good experience. The tast wise,, I think this place is better the very famous other Fried chicken franchise..
Not much to write about. We all go to Popeyes for great taste. I guess my lunch timing was off. The batch or at least what I received was a bit dry and way too much batter. I had to leave half of it uneaten. You can only eat so much of this stuff. I tried their Surf and Turf for the 1st time. Too much Turf, not an equal amount of Surf and way too dry. I've never had that experience with Popeyes before. I probably won't go to this place again, but other people seem to be enjoying their meal. Cheers!
1/22/2025. For the first time I ordered ahead for pick up. Ordering was easy. When I got there, the two people behind the counter were pleasant and helpful. The hot wings with garlic sauce were great. The place list some atmosphere because of the construction.. No problem, I'll be back.
Seen a few commercials about the Tackle box. Searched the app and the menu for the item, to no avail. I was beginning to wonder if my memory was failing by forgetting the proper chain-brand. Then I saw it: one wall poster. Okay, so I do have the right place. The food was good but the two servers at the counter had their backs turned the entire time. They were completely oblivious to who was in need (mainly me) behind them. There were 3 tables blocking-extending the counter to protect them (I'm guessing) from someone trying to grab them or the register. THERE IS NO DRIVE THRU. The chic fil a across the street was packed at the drive thru. Enough people were popping in (and it smelled good) for me to trust it was not a bad spot. So I stood there with my food to go wanting condiments and the Latinas won't turn around to see I'm still there as well as more people. Decided I wanted a frozen lemonade. It was painful how long it took, but at least had a connection with the next customer, his family being from the Greenville area (SC). I was satisfied with the food. The customer service was okay but not attentive. Even for their safety I was concerned that NO ONE was facing forward with an overview of their space. I would return. The fried shrimp and fries were yummy and the cocktail and tartar sauce was delicious with the shrimp.
Food was good.. nothing to write home about.. but the staff was pushy.. I heard one guy say "come on" to another customer.. and the atmosphere of the people there is left to be desired..
Had a positive experience and enjoyed the fried chicken. I was immediately greeted and everyone I interacted with was friendly. I had the 3 piece chicken and it came out really hot and hit the spot. My fiancé was not a fan of the chicken tenders noting one of them was really tough.
I stopped by this location Aug 6th my first time ever and... My coleslaw was DISGUSTING, it was extremely old. Thank goodness I had the good sense to taste a sliver before indulging; it was EXTREMELY EXPIRED. had I eaten it I would have had bad food poison. Needless to say I didn't touch the chicken and Discard ed everything!!! First/last visit. 😡😡😡
Who doesn't enjoy Popeye's Chicken? I've visited this location a bunch of times and depending on the day and time, there may be a line. On Fridays and Saturdays evenings, the line can be out the door. You may be waiting at least 10 minutes or more to get to the cashier. The employees at this branch have always for the most part been friendly. I do feel their service is a bit on the slower side compared to the other locations I frequent. The food here have always been pretty good. The place is clean. Thumbs down for not having a drive thru though.
Pretty busy, good food always fresh. Long wait due to busy time visited 6pm...
It's not always consistent. Sometimes chicken is piping hot, fresh and cooked just right. Other times chicken is luke warm or cold and overcooked. Depends on the day and time and whose working the fryer. It's best to check your meal before you walk away. Yep, open up that chicken box. You can visually see when they don't get it right. Request fresh chicken, you won't regret it. Employees are pretty good about it, they won't give you a hard time. You see the chicken being put into a fresh box for you. No funny business going on. Enjoy
The food is great. However, tables were disgustingly dirty and the door's glass was shattered. Many customers walked. in concerned as to why there was a huge crack/shatter in the entrance door. Tables really are disgusting, but the staff are very kind and helpful. Just clean up the place more.
Like all popeyes location, chicken is just as good. Sometimes this location can be pretty busy. Waited 20 mins to get my food after I ordered. Also I ordered a large family meal and asked for only dark meat which they refused to do but every other location I've been to will meet the request.
Went to Popeye's for the first time to try their spicy chicken sandwich. Firstly there isn't a drive thru at this location but I will say it was clean and the staff were friendly and service was fast. When I opened the sandwich there was no lettuce or tomato on it. Just chicken with a spicy sauce. Nothing to write home about, just an average sandwich. If I have to add my own lettuce and tomato at home, no point in driving 30 minutes to buy this.
Nice large parking lot, staff is not too friendly, almost seem annoyed they have customers..chicken is alright, fries OK at best, and biscuit was very dry. So as fast food goes, my lunch wasn't that great....
They never have mild chicken ready when i go. I'm getting tired of waiting 15 minutes. Value your customers time! Update... Just as bad a year later. Manager has No rime or reason to her management.
Stingy with the dipping sauce. I ordered a 1/4lb popcorn shrimp, and the manager, Shayla(not sure of the spelling), was obnoxious when I asked for another one. She snapped at me, then finally told me $.54 for an extra sauce! Why?? Fix your attitude maam!
Service has definitely gotten faster to compete with the everlasting demand for sandwiches, lines even when stretching long move quick. However, the employees themselves express a sense of hostility and lack friendliness, acting almost as a turnoff to customers. If not for the quality food, this establishment comes off with a sense of mediocrity.
The did was good but the operation of the store is not. They have tables in front of the counter creating a lage distance and making it hard to hear the worker behind the counter. There is very little seating, expect to need to take your food out.
Service was rude and inconsiderate. I dont know what happened or why it happened, but it did. I ordered off the app. I show up 20 minutes later to pick up. It was one meal. Chicken, side, and beverage. I waited nearly 15 minutes for the food. Meanwhile, other people are coming in, ordering and leaving. Ordering in person was better and more convenient than ordering through the app. That doesn't make sense.
The two star is for the food, the food is delicious! However, the customer service associates were so disrespectful. Totally arrogant and condescending. I asked the cashier what my total was she refused to tell me instead pointed to the register for me to read! That was fine but it's the rolling of eyes and the way she addresses other customers that upset me. Just bad customer service.
My sister and I walked into Popeye’s on Old Country Road in Westbury and ordered Family Meal of 10 pieces with 4 biscuits, large French fries and large Coke, for takeout. The staff at the counter taking orders were not helpful, never smiled and looked annoyed at being there. I got my order and when we got to the car in the parking lot, I moved the takeout to the back seat and realized that the food was not hot, not even lukewarm warm. Drove home in 10 minutes and sure enough, my order of chicken was not what I expected. Food was cold! Maybe I should have asked for the chicken and sides to be hot??? I will not go back to Popeye’s, especially at the Westbury franchise. Not happy!
Ordered my pickup at 5:36 and finally got my order at 6:06pm. There's no point in ordering ahead. People by the front don't even acknowledge you and look miserable. Watch out for the Uber Eats/Door Dash people who just cut while you're waiting to pick up. The food is great as expected, just the experience sucked.
The biscuits were the only good thing here. This chicken is definitely not seasoned properly like Popeyes in the south. The mild chicken is tasteless and the spicy is actually quite mild. Employees here do not want to be bothered and will forget your sauces, and claim everything will take “a while” if it isn’t already available. Instead of making the thing that might take “a while” (spicy chicken tenders) the employees avoid making it entirely by telling everyone it will take long to get - you think they’d want popular items on hand?
I used to come here a lot, and I remember it being great. I haven’t been here in about a year, and today I got an email from Popeyes with a coupon, so I ordered pickup and the wings are so tiny, like baby chicken wings, about 1 inch, 1.5 inches big, no meat on them. Also no utensils. I don’t know if it’s cuz I used a coupon, they gave me particular small portions because of it, or they changed owners, and the quality is going down, but I need to find something else to eat now cuz I’m still hungry, I was counting on that as my lunch.
Food is good (hence the two stars), but my god the service is terrible… the complete opposite of FAST food. Takes the staff ages to fill an order. Waited almost 30 min for a chicken sandwich. If you’re in a hurry avoid this place like the plague. Owner should seriously reevaluate the staff and processes here - needs an overhaul ASAP!
This place is in Westbury but yet they don't have a drive thru which is crazy to me. I went inside and it seemed like it wasn't maintained very well but that didn't concern me. There were a group of guys there that were loud but they didnt give me any trouble. What made me mad was the fact that they didn't give us any forks. To go means you're going to be eating it right away and not at home where u have forks. The cashier guy was nice but everyone else had a bad attitude. Moreover, the mashed potatoes were kind of dry and didn't have enough gravy and the chicken wasn't spicy and I asked for spicy. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.
I would like to start this review by highlighting the taste and freshness of the the food, it was A+. However, the service was a whole other story. We waited 10-15 minutes for our food, with no explanation as to why there was a wait(likely do the fact we order seafood). To make matters worse the employees were just standing talking and texting on their phones. My friend and I pondered the entire time who was in charge. Good food, but terrible service.
I have no idea why did it take so long for just one chicken sandwich, a sampler combo, and one drink? Plus they probably could see, it was my first time there; >And I got no suggestions! I got my sampler all plain because the attendant didn’t asked me if I wanted any of It with sauce. I’m also an attendant, when I see my customers struggling at the moment to place the order, I Briefly suggest options, or Simply guide, Him or Her through the process of ordering. Remember the attendant should know the menu and help its customers.
The store looks clean and orderly. The person took my order was just "matter of fact" attitude with no customer service at all. Did not ask if I wanted anything else or a simple thank you! The person that put my order together was just as bad... I ordered a large mash potato with gravy but you could barely see any gravy in the container... When I asked her, she just stated "you orders mash potato with gravy... This is what you get"... Is this a way for Popeye to make customers pay for a container of gravy???? At least the chicken was actually kinda spicy unlike other Popeye's.... Mash potato would have been great if there were gravy on it! But watch out for the coleslaw... MEGA SWEET! Think of chewing a quart of sugar in one bite! Just ughhhhh
This is going to be quick. FYI I've been to other Popeyes and this one in particular was not that good. Dark meat was undercooked and the white meat was well cooked. The service was not great, but also not lousy. I felt like I was talking to an machine, a counter person with very little skills in dealing with customers (they just looked and spoke to people like they didn't want to be there) we sat right in front of the counter and basically everyone there was acting the same way. With the exception of the manager, she seemed a little more seasoned, and she even said thank you. It was really strange. Instead of saying next customer please, they waited till the customer realized they were open and walk themselves up to the counter. This happened for the whole 20 minutes we were there. I gave them three stars for food because half of the food was well done the other half was not, I know it's fried chicken but does it have to be soaked in oil. We've had Fried Chicken from Cracker Barrel that was cooked very well and did not taste greasy. I thought this was going to be a quick review but I guess not. That's just my opinion, you can be the judge.
This is probably the worst Popeyes ever. They are unorganized. Unprofessional and their food sucks. I took a picture of their Suf and Turf combo that I ordered online and waited another 20-30 mins after getting there for and it looks like shit. They need to fire the whole staff and hire people that actually know what they’re doing
So I placed my pick up order today, through Uber eats! I was craving so bad my chicken sandwich, which I specifically asked for pickles, lettuce and Mayo, that’s how I usually get it in the city! When my husband arrived with the order, it was only the chicken and the bread! It isn’t the first time I got it like that! So disappointed! 🫠
Slow as molasses. 18 minutes to get a sandwich, fries and nuggets. Ordered at 3.26, got it at 3.44. Everyone that arrived after me got their orders before I got mine. Got no explanation or anything. Food was ok, so if you're ready to be forgotten or if your time is cheap, or if you're not hungry in the first place, or if you love receiving your food after you lost your appetite - they're fine.
I drive for Uber Eats. Yesterday, May 26, 2021 around 2:30pm I arrived at Popeyes Old Country Road in Westbury to pickup my order, when I quickly realized that in order to use their walkup window I would have to put my delivery bags, the food & drinks on the ground in order to organize the two orders I was picking up. I asked the manager could I come inside & he agreed. Inside the restaurant the clerks were about to pass me the food when the manager instructed them to NOT give me the orders but take care of customers in line first. I would understand if the orders weren't ready but 2 minutes earlier he was willing to squeeze them through that window. When I informed him that I would be giving his restaurant a low rating he personally passed me the orders. There seems to be a trend in the fast food industry of treating delivery drivers with less respect than customers when in fact we represent the customer and we can report negative interactions. Horrible behavior from the manager, totally unprofessional.
Originally from Westbury but moved out east and came to this Popeyes yesterday to order about 8 different orders with drinks and all. Noticed we came in at rush hour time and patiently waited until they called our order. Once they did, I decided to check the order instantly there just to make sure we had everything. I realized we were missing a side from an order and the manager, I assumed with the black shirt approached me bothered once I told him we had a missing side. He then said are you sure it isn't there as if I was lien and he clearly saw I checked the bag infront of him. I then brought the bag over and asked if he wanted to double check since he thought I was lien or something. He then gave me my missing side and I asked him for 10 sauce 6 tartar and 4 blacken sauce andhe made a big fuss about it. I then told him to charged me if he wanted to and still made a comment about that too. He then charged me for 4 even though I had 8 orders. The food then made me sick and had me throwing up because it wasn't fully cooked and also made my kids sick. NEVER AGAIN!!
Already a few times the pick up order was one or two pieces chicken short. When we found we’re already at home five miles away from the store.
This Popeyes sells really delicious chicken fries and cajun fries. Problem is discrimination habitous in their cashiers and staff. They are scared to black and white. They discriminate Asian faces and very rude in receiving payment and giving food to customers. I visited frequently that Popeyes to by fried chicken and cajun fries for kids. Every time I learned they have respect to black and white. They showed very rude behaviour for serving me. Moreover, they usually gave me drumsticks instead of chicken wings. Attached is my always menu for my kids. They gave me 4 drumsticks instead of 3 drumsticks and 2 wings, because they gave wings to other and gave me bad things instead. It always happens to me and treated that way.
What's there to say about a Popeye's, if you like it, the food is going to be the same everywhere, and it is, that isn't the problem. The problem with this particular branch is the staff and the store. For starters, you couldn't pay me to eat in there, the place is always a mess. Garbage overflowing, sticky tables, crumbs everywhere, it's disturbing. As for the people who work there, they just don't listen, they've always got an attitude, and god forbid you voice your displeasure. I have a feeling this is a privately owned franchise and the owner just doesn't want to be bothered hiring and training a new manager to run this place properly.
Place is pure chaos. Lots of people working but orders not being filled. Waited 20+ minutes for chicken. Seriously, how do you run out of chicken at dinner time on a Friday night. Not to mention Cole slaw and beans& Rice. At least I wasn't bored while waiting. I had a good 15 other customers keeping me company while they waited for their food too.
Very odd experience. The cashier was very visibly high, stumbling while taking my order. Had to repeat my order multiple times and she still didn’t understand it. Once she finally got it down she started laughing? Weird elevator music playing too. Food was good but this location should probably pay closer attention to the people they are hiring.
The worst experience of my life my son went shopping and the manager attended to him my son asked about the Kids Meal and the man I ignore it and they left him waiting for nobody I attended that it is not fair that they ignore the costumer first of all they should focus on improving customer service and there is cleaning in the place.
The cashier was horrible. A person with 0 ZERO customer service skill. How can you let this girl manage an important role? Came in on a Saturday late night to get food just to hear attitude misses zero talent handle my order.
I had to give them at least one star so I could review how BAD this specific location is. I placed my order and waited 35 minutes before I asked for my money back, which the manager wouldn't do saying, she'd have my order ready in 3 minutes, 10 minutes later I started LOUDLY demanding my money back, and as the manager started processing my request, the order finally was filled. There most have been 20 other people waiting for their orders, and we all clapped when my order came out. Avoid this location at all costs, drive to another location if need be, you will save time
Lazy and attitudes. The two employees at the front barely opened their mouth to speak loud enough, but if they can't hear you, they make a nasty face. Zero energy nor politeness. Chicken was over battered, biscuits were made in what tastes like old greasy oil, and the employee packing the food, didn't even pack half my order. It's customer service, if you don't like it, then go do a job that doesn't require human interaction, but don't ruin a customer's day.... never going back here, rather wait for the East Meadow location to open. Mashed potatoes and fries were spot on though.
Not happy at all after pain over $17 for a two-piece I bought a regular Mac and cheese for $5 they give me a small and tell me that's regular that's the ones that you get for the sides regular is a little bit bigger than the small and the two piece of chicken look like they were from a baby chicken. I'm never going back there again I'm done with Popeyes
The sandwich was good but the employees can learn a thing about respect for the customer. Hello how are you, please and thank you or have a good day. Very rude, very Snappy and rolling of the eyes. Tried to place order, their screen was broken rather than trying to help the customer, "are you going to hurry up". What is wrong with this place. If you don't want to work then don't. There are other people in this world that deserve the job.
Couldn't possibly have staff that cared less about their jobs or anything. We ordered spicy chicken combo and popcorn shrimp combo with beans and rice and fries. She didn't put the order in correctly. Then when she did, we got our order. Asked what sauces they had for the popcorn shrimp I was handed tartar sauce with no answer (list of sauces are not listed anywhere) no silverware in bag, mashed potatoes instead of rice and beans and plain chicken sandwich. A customer behind me order the strip dinner. When asked what sauce he wants, he replied what sauces do you have? Her reply was to hand him two of the sweet heat sauces. He said that's all and she said yes and walked away. I am sitting in the car eating and I've seen multiple customers go back in looking dumbfounded at their receipts and orders. They too got something different from what they ordered. So much food wasted because the can't serve this to customers after its been touched (unless they are which I don't want to go there). BTW, this is my first time to Popeye's. The company needs to send secret shoppers to audit their locations asap. I'm not asking for a smile or gratuitous niceness... just getting what I pay for and active listening. Food was pretty good though, too bad I won't be coming back.
So I order a large fry with my meal and ask for three dipping sauces and the manager has the Audacity to charge me for the extra sauces. It is not like I was asking for 6, but to only offer one sauce for a large fry that can feed 4 people is utterly ridiculous. $1.09 for a sauce is pretty crazy to should be 50cents tops. The young nice girl working there was even looking at her like she was nuts. Never going back to this location again and I don’t want to hear some silly excuse to the negative review. You should have a better manger simple as that.
Some cashiers’ attitude was very bad. I tied to make some change in my order and one female cashier immediately gave me face and kind of lost patient and I felt a little discriminated here. The food is okay. Please hired more professional cashiers here.
Ordered food for pickup, went in and there were about 25 other people also waiting for food. No organization, just whoever shoves their way up gets food first. Unsure why order number display even exists since it seems to be unused.
Can’t order your food at the counter only at kiosk this is crazy puerile walking out nobody wants to touch a dirty kiosk to order food now you need to wash your hands were in your car go to the bathroom💁 just take the money and be done now every body knows your name crazy 🤪 posing in the dining area still from months ago never finished renovating
First time and it was Awful :( My wings were not coated evenly at all. I don’t know who the owner is but they got to do some renovations . The tables are terrible almost falling off, the seating arrangements are terrible. Understaffed extremely. As well the Indian dark skinned chubby guy with the AirPod (don’t know if he’s the owner? ) is UNPROFESSIONAL are rude to the workers. It’s one thing to teach but it doesn’t seem this Popeyes cares about its workers . I could only imagine 😔♥️
So I work the 2nd shift 4 to midnight. I decided to buy my dinner there for the job . I ordered a 5 piece chicken a. 3 piece for my wife . Mac & cheese and finally a small coleslaw . What I received was a breast and 4 very tiny wings ( the chicken was cold & instead of a coleslaw I received mash potatoes.
I hope you will take my complaint seriously. There are many fried chicken restaurants to choose from in this area, and the only reason I chose yours was because I was familiar with your brand, but this unpleasant experience ruined everything. The female staff member (who looked like a manager, since she was dressed differently from the others, wearing a gray or dark blue uniform without an apron) spoke to me very impatiently the entire time. At first, I was wearing headphones and did not hear her clearly. When I took them off and asked her to repeat herself, she rudely refused and told me to wait another 10 minutes (in fact, I had already waited an extra 15 minutes). When I asked her again and questioned why she was so angry, she said she was asking whether it was okay to replace the drumstick with a chicken breast and blamed me for not hearing her because I was wearing headphones. However, wearing headphones is my personal choice and does not justify her anger or rude behavior. I am very disappointed and will not return to this store in the future.
I came in excited to try new items but ended up being late for work because the staff put ahead spanish customers over everyone else.. I watched as a spanish customer blatantly came in spoke to the cashier and got his order before everyone else even though he came in last and prior another spanish customer got thier order first while me and countless other customers of different backgrounds were ignored. Everyone complains about discrimination until it benefits them. I would never come back.
The employees at this location, among many Popeyes locations, don’t quite understand how the operations at a fast food restaurant are supposed to be. The whole point of a fast food restaurant is for orders to be fulfilled…fast. All of the restaurant’s inventory should be fried and ready to be packed. The employees are expected to pay attention to which menu items are running low, at which point they’re preemptively supposed to tell the fryers to fry more, so that they’re able to prevent massive delays and never run out of anything. This poorly managed location waits until they completely run out of chicken to then tell the fryers to fry more, which obviously takes a very long time. So you end up standing there, at the counter of a “fast food restaurant” waiting 15+ minutes for your order, because they don’t have the brainpower to realize that the chicken should’ve BEEN fried and ready to go by that point. Corporate, this location needs a management overhaul.
this is the only location 20 minutes from my home Every single time I go there is something wrongI but the food is good i had one particular incident, I ordered cheesecake with my meals . the rude girl threw the bag in front of me and walked away. I went all the way home and found a pie in the bag i am allergic to berries and some fruit so i dont order the pie desserts so to my surprise it was a strawberry pie i'm glad I didn't bite it. I guess they didn't think about refunding me the difference guess she thought I would care about the prices but anyway I contacted the company and was offered credit off my next order. Not the fact that they gave me something that could have caused me an allergic reaction i told him I will not be using the credit, why would i order from them again? Then offered me a refund for the cheesecake that i never got . It wasnt about the money it was about the safety of the customers. The only thing I wanted was for the company to teach their employees how to handle substitutions and don't just put any random thing in the bag. They need to ask if it's okay about what they are giving you
