BUYER BEWARE!! SCAM ALERT! They are overcharging on items in person vs online it is very different even if it’s filtered to the current location. Pick online order YOU NEED AN ID to pick up even if you have the order number on your phone. The manager has every employee overcharging(told by all employees!) I hope you do not encounter worker, Isabella. She will do the bare minimum as long as she can get back to her phone. Why would any customer DARE bother her while she’s on her phone during her work shift.

This location no longer takes order through the KFC app. That's bad business. I now order less ofter because I have to drive farther to get to a KFC that does take the app.

Stopped in to pick up lunch. We wanted to use an app deal but it wouldn't take payment method we have used here before. Changed method a still not accepting so went inside and was told we have to use door dash or hub grub. They don't accept the app price directly.

The online ordering platform does not work, specifically just for this location. Outside vendors for the pick-up option also fail to process. Tried successfully with grubhub only to end up getting a cancellation from the restaurant stating they could not fulfill the order. My husband ended up going in to place the same order and did so with no issues of fulfillment. Only to then come home and realize the chicken was dry and tasted old. What a nightmare of a fast food experience.

worse kfc I’ve ever been to. I always come here and the food texture is always seems like it’s been sitting there for hours the chicken sandwhich bread is hard and drum sticks chicken has no chicken all bones. The fries are stale.

Go to Huntington Beach, it's worth the drive than going here for the undercooked food. Workers will tamper with your food if items are missing from your order as well. Who knows how many people they've tried to poison.

worst kfc i have been too, i ordered online and they messed up my order and when i called them back they said there is no order by that name. it’s the same kfc and they closed. we called again and they never answer, we called the 3rd time and she closed on our face, food is really dry and we found hair in the food. i have to throw the food now, fire the girl who answers, really disrespectful even workers.. really disappointed.

Mashed potatoes mac and cheese gravy good. Most of the time you're expecting crispy chicken, you get flat plain not crispy chicken. No consistency sometimes it's good sometimes it's NOT!

If there was a rating below 1 or below zero, I would choose below zero. I normally don't eat fast food, if I decide to eat fast by myself first choice is in & out, 2nd Jack in the box, 3rd KFC. As of now anytime I think of KFC I get nauseated. The Story: On the way back home from work I needed to get few screws, located a Home Depot on the google map and drove toward the store. Really bad customer service ever !!!! This lady's talking to each other and not paying attention to the front 🙄, this cashier Ana so disrespectful 😤 she has no education 😒, she had no idea of what's good customer service. Food was good but they are the worst of the worst!!! I will never come back to this KFC
