Manager/Supervisor of this location made an initially bad visit good. That is great management skills, when you identify something wrong and make it right within seconds. Kudos, I will be returning because of the excellent customer service.
Never posted a review in my life. I usually visit another Starbucks bc they are open later and I come in to study so I’m in the store for hours. The service is minimal and impersonal regardless of my frequent visits. Today I came to Westwood and the employees were exponentially happier, attentive with excellent customer service. Specifically Rupak. He was friendly to every customer, held the door for a customer carrying a large order, patiently reviewed products to another with many questions regarding different coffees. I felt like I was sitting in a privately owned establishment. So rare and so very appreciated.
I was here.a month ago and the iced macha with strawberry cold foam on top was made so good and I come all the way here from ten miles away to get their cold macha because they are very very good here! Ty to the staff on that made it that day it was on a Sunday I’m sorry forgot the name!
Last time i ordered on their app and they didn’t put any syrup in at all when I ordered extra. Gave a feedback through the website and got a very good response. Today I went back to pick it up and the manager told my hubby who picked up our drinks came out and said she personally made the drink herself. I really appreciate it and this is why I’m a loyal customer at Starbucks. Anyone can make mistakes but they make it right.
The staff is very friendly. They always make my lattes the way I love them. I go there so often that they refer to me by my name and that makes me feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this Starbucks location.

Mobile orders can take too long but in person is quicker. Sometimes they forget the Hazelnut but add it when Ive made them aware, not a big deal. Always stop here so am in an out.
I went there a little while ago and didn’t have the best experience. I bought a drink and it came out pretty quickly but my friend had to go to the bathroom and there were multiple boys who were vaping in the bathroom making it very uncomfortable to go. I hope they check in every once in a while to see if there’s something wrong, but that was the only issue I had there. Overall decent experience though.
Staff there is very friendly and helpful. They’re very fast with mobile orders which makes it easy for me to pop in and grab my drink. They never make the orders wrong and every time my drink taste consistently the same

food was fine, but they messed up my coffee on Doordash. Ordered a Grande Blonde Vanilla Latte. HOT under the HOT section. They gave me iced. Cant drink it. Sucks. Idk man. Just double check.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great experience all around, except for the massive amount of youths who flood the store when school or activities let out. They crowd around the pickup counter even after they've been told not to, and I didn't even see my drink until after it had been put up and announced. I'd take a picture, but that would be in poor taste... Just take my word for it.

This has only started happening in the past month. It's happening in the Emerson location too. I think they need to check in on food safety wherever they prep the product. I try to avoid those now

This has to be the slowest starbucks store I ever been! They are robots and the one girl that doesn't stop talking while slowing down on service
I'm confused as to how they confuse "sweet vanilla cold foam" for whipped cream on my in store pick up order for a Cafe Latte? It's an iced coffee. Who puts whipped cream on an iced coffee? This is actually the second location that has done this. I'm not able to get a new one as I had it picked up and brought to me. And might I add that the sweet vanilla cold foam is an extra charge. There isn't even an option to add whipped cream in the customize section, because it's a COFFEE. Idk if they think you won't notice, or they're just too lazy to make it or what. Either way, let's not be charging people extra for something and then proceed to not give them what they paid extra for. If you don't have it, thats fine! Don't put anything on it and let just let me know that. But it's not cool to be doing that. Especially not when its happened at different locations. Not cool.

Mobile ordered at 3:28. Predicted the pickup time to be 3:36. I went in at 3:34 and waited. It took until 3:45 to get 2/5 of my order to come out. After another two minutes 4/5 were finished. I waited for twenty minutes, until 3:55. My food still wasn’t ready. I left rather than waiting. I also saw a barista go on their phone, while there were others still waiting for their order (including me.) Will not be returning.
Drinks are always inconsistent. One time I decided to say something and I got the biggest attitude. Also the female employees are very rude and not hospitable at all. You walk in there as a customer and never get treated or a friendly hello. Also they work so slow!
Don’t understand getting order 2 x wrong. Asked for hot latte and gave me iced ! Two times ordered thru Unger eats then call store to ask why the keep sending me iced coffee and rude person said nothing she can do. Hire people that want to work and have better manners !!! Westwood Starbucks has incompetent employees
Not sure what happened to this place but it's a nightmare took 30 minutes to get a simple skinny vanilla latte and that's with no one else online inside the store. Couldn't help to notice. It was filthy behind the counter. Yes they're underhanded, but the drive-through is going in reverse....
