We Were Indecisive On Which Pizza Hut To Go To Being We Live Between Needville And Wharton But I Wanted To Support Wharton Out. We Walked Into Pizza Hut And Jahlil Gave Us A Warm Welcoming And Sat Us Down Gave Us The Best Service We Got From Around The Wharton Area. He Even Put On The Astros Game On For Me. This place best Pizza Hut I ever been and had great pizza! Their desserts need work and cheese bread need work. Their pizza and garlic bread is amazing for a company that is everywhere! I’m not saying best pizza I had but it comes in top 10! And they have a lady that serve she makes sure you have everything you need and if everything tastes good. Very nice experience! I really hope they holds this if God willing! This small town Pizza Hut made me want to eat Pizza Hut again I normally I don’t like Pizza Hut pizza anywhere else! And I takeout and dine in! Oh they also have drive through! I love their supreme pizza with everything on it they also have super supreme pizza that comes with olives but I don’t like olives!

The staff at this Pizza Hut is amazing. I have been there for the lunch buffet and the service is great. I had a group of people eat there on Thursday Dec 22nd. We changed the order from to go, to eat in store. Drink order was taken and delivered quickly and with a smile. The entire staff was awesome. I don't normally write reviews, but this Pizza Hut could train other places on how to treat customers. Keep up the quality service and thanks for always treating me well when I come for pizza.

This pizza hut location is good, could be better though. Delivery drivers never have parmesan packets and have had my order delivered to the wrong address twice. This is an update to my previous review, I have started picking up my pizzas from the restaurant and they are always made correctly, hot and fresh. The service is great on the occasions I have dinned in as well.

Online it says that you can get a gluten free crust but you actually can't from this location. Floors were sticky and the bathroom made me want to wear gloves. Workers were nice though and got the regular pizzas out super fast!

Table was sticky. Waitstaff were nice, food was good, but only got half the order and waited, then one came and said sorry, we were so busy we forgot to put your other order in. Maybe if he was helping instead of secretly on his phone, it wouldn't be so hectic for you.

The slowest Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I placed my order at 7:57pm and drove 15 minutes to get my pizza in which time my app stated my order was ready. Currently still waiting in the drive through at 8:49 for my order. I have been asked to pull around and wait twice. Apparently nothing is wrong with my order it’s “still in the oven”. Ridiculous!

Pizzas I ordered were not the usual, pizzas had less pepperoni, less cheese and a lack of sauce and to top it off my breadsticks had no seasoning on them. Not sure what happened but something changed in the staff.

Service no good no pizza on buffet and no works to serve they all in back worry about other stuff then the peolpe dine in ..El Campo and wharton tx there serve no good ...

Today 8/24/24 at 17:15 my family and I walked in waited approximately 3-5 mins definitely being acknowledged as the individuals were in the back chatting about life drama and who knows what else. I finally asked as I hade clear plain sight at one of the young ladies and asked will my family and I be seated or taken care of ? They were looking at us if we were from a foreign planet. Also, to note the order screen in the back was blank as in no orders…..maybe that’s a sign. We eat out a good bit when kids sports are taking place and rely heavily on local restaurants to provide a meal and to spend this hard earned money. Takes a lot of money to eat out these days. There was some other things noticed from a sanitary perspective that I will not mention. This location needs to be put on the help me radar as the local manager/ team is not holding individuals accountable.

We ordered online and we didn’t receive our 2 liter Dr Pepper and a small drink and we don’t live near there and I’d called for a refund and they can only credit me like I said we don’t live around there and they only said if we want a refund we would have to go back to get

At 4:30 placed an online order with a pickup time of 5:30. Got there at 5:28 and after I paid I was told it would be 10 minutes before the order was ready, (There was only 1 other car in the parking lot) Waited for 25 minutes for my order to be done, when it was brought to us, not a word was said other than asking if it was our order. After being that late, a simple sorry for the long wait would have been nice. Crappy service and pizza was about average.

When i got out of my truck I could smell Marijuana looked at the white car next to the entrance and there was an employee blowing out a big cloud of smoke. While I wated well past my scheduled pickup time I witnessed said employee mosey in, put together a delivery order then walk out to his car and eventually drive off with the order. Shortly after he left it sounded like a customer called in looking g for thier delivery wondering why it was taking so long. Meanwhile it took 30 minutes past my pickup tim to finally get my order. When I first walked in I was told it was in the oven, 15 minutes later when I went to check on the progress I was told it just went in now. Lying to me doesn't make me happy.

Overall my experience was very bad i walked in a couple days ago and a guy with the name kyle was very rude while taking my order. i’m not satisfied with my experience here..

How does this place have 3.7 stars? On 6/2/2025 @ 8:33pm I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza online and a few mins later my order was cancelled, it said out of Stuff crust. So I ordered a large hand tossed with sausage and mushroom instead, when I pick my pizza up I checked it, it was a thin and crispy with only half mushroom, so I tell them this has to be the wrong pizza. The lady said no it was the correct pizza I ordered, but they had ran out of mushroom so that’s why only half had mushrooms, seriously!!! Then she said that they ran out of large size pizza dough so they had to stretch a medium sized pizza dough to make it the size of a large hand tossed! Seriously!!! We’ve been coming here for years and almost ever time we had something wrong with our order, so we stopped coming for years and the day/yesterday we decided to try it again, this happened! Never again will we come back here!

The pizzas I ordered were completely undercooked. Luckily enough when I returned the pizza they gave me my refund with zero issues which I appreciate. Someone warned me not to order from here and I took the risk. … it didn’t pay off.
