The vibe of the restaurant was relaxed for being the middle of the day. The waiter was incredibly friendly and charasmatic. Had a small incident where a slice fell off when she was bringing the pizza. A medium pizza was offered due to the mistake, but we kindly declined.

Very friendly staff and one young lady was exceptionally funny and made me think and ponder age in a new way😆. Pizza was really good and will be back again.

Pizza Hut in Wharton is good, is clean, sufficiently staffed with friendly associates. The pizza ordered was eaten onsite and had good amount of toppings, cheese, sauces. Unfortunately the Pizza Hut stores in Houston area have staffing and quality issues, however this Pizza Hut in Wharton while small, is worth a stop if you like Pizza Hut when the pizza is made properly by employees who care.

Really enjoyed this Pizza Hut....loved the newness of this restaurant.. The waitress Randy was awesome and very attentive and took our order correctly... The food was fresh and piping hot.... The environment was enjoyable. Randy Kudos to you for your awesome customer service..... I gave you 5 stars, six if they had it .... Keep up the good work and thanks for that great smile!

I had a party for my son's 14th birthday. The customer service was excellent and so was the food. We had a wonderful time at Pizza Hut and I give the worker's a big thumbs up for there good work.

Food was hot and so good! We ordered pizza and wings and both were fresh. We had an excellent waitress didn't get her name but it was great experience.

I had not been to a Pizza Hut in a looooong time. I decided to try this box lunch and it was excellent. The lady at the window was too funny and so sweet.

Had lunch there today, lots of people and they were keeping up with the Buffett as fast as they could. Our little waitress was the best ever! Made a great salad for our table, kept up with the drinks and was just above and beyond awesome! Oh, and good food!

Usually wharton has kind of an issue with the quality of food but this was my second time eating here and the pizza wasn't gooey or feel like it's been wet for a while. The crust is perfect and they put just the right amount of cheese. Dont go on the weekend if you looking to get away for a quiet night eating pizza. They have flat screens with the game on and sometimes you can get beer to wash your pizza down with. This is a great joint to bring the kids, the only complaint I have is the seating is limited if you have multiple families in this establishment at once. Can get kind of crowded pretty quick so be sure the timing is right before you unload all the kiddos to save headache of seating issues.

Domino's is the top right now and The Hut knows it. Domino's service is spotty to say the least when it comes to 1 on 1 service in the actual lobby but Pizza hut was amazing and nice at 1030pm when they close at 11. Helped me with deals was attentive and the for was spot on. I will be returning here Domino's can sit down for a min and let's see what the Hut comes up with. Thanks guys I'll be back!

My grandkids were surprised you could dine in at a Pizza Hut, none of those in The Woodlands area. The food was delicious and the service fantastic. Our waitress was so engaged with the grands and helpful with the menu. We were there on a Saturday around 6, I can see why people choose to dine in instead of delivery or pick up. Only issue was the table was a bit sticky, the grands wouldn't change.

Pizza and service was very good . We ordered thin and crispy with pepperoni and sausage on one side and supreme and jalapenos on the other.

Pizza and wings. Delicious, could have not been so skimpy on BBQ sauce on wings. But all in all, was a good quick meal. Fixed just how I asked and really quick.

I ordered a thin crust meat pizza with extra cheese. The pizza was ready faster than I expected but was lacking in cheese. Food was hot. Phone staff were polite and professional. The restaurant isn't far from US69 which made it easy to pick up my order and get back on the road

The pizza came on time but was in satisfied when the jalapenos were left off the pizza I called to complain but talked to a man claiming to be the manager and he told me that he himself made the pizza and he added the jalapenos then he hung up the phone on me so I just let it go then called dominos and they got the order right I should never be treated like that .

Replace my pizza. It had so much marinara sauce slathered all over the pizza. The pizza was drowned in it. We ate 2 slices and discarded the rest. We were under the impression that it was just 2 ladles of sauce not the entire container. Waste of money.

Need to inform the person that is at the drive-through window to move cars forward if their order is not ready! We were in-line for over 10 minutes with one car in front of us and we finally decided to go inside and get our call-in pizza order which was already getting cold. This is non the first time this has happened recently, need to better train personnel....

Waited 15 minutes behind a car at the window, went inside to get our order that was ready and cooling off in a bag on the counter, found out we didn't get our second order of cheese bread sticks. Still haven't received our credit

Online it says that you can get a gluten free crust but you actually can't from this location. Floors were sticky and the bathroom made me want to wear gloves. Workers were nice though and got the regular pizzas out super fast!

It took over 2 hrs to get our order with no communication and I was unable to make contact with the store. No one would answer the phone and when I went to the store they were not helpful at all

I spent about $32 here for large STUFFED CRUST Pepperoni Pizza and 12 bone in wings. This was my second carry out order with this place and the second time the pizza sucked!!! My pizza wasn't even stuffed crust just plan ol pepperoni pizza that tasted old. I am staying 15mins away from the place and arrived 15mins after I place the order and the pizza was cold by the time I made to my place!! I live in Dallas. Just here visiting, and in Dallas at any pizzahut I go too. They show the pizza when you order it. They did not do that here because they didn't want to show me how old this pizza was. Not fresh, like a preheat pizza. I was not even going to write this review but after trying reheat in oven and trying to eat this pizza. It just taste soo old!!! Idk how done in pizza is but Carry OUT PIZZA sucks!! At least the wings were good.

Placed my order for a personal pan pizza before I left Rosenberg wich is a 25 minute drive then had to wait another 20 plus minutes in the parking lot before it was ever brought out and only 1 other car in the parking lot. Who is managing this place? Almost an hour for a personal pan pizza. Ridiculous.

Table was sticky. Waitstaff were nice, food was good, but only got half the order and waited, then one came and said sorry, we were so busy we forgot to put your other order in. Maybe if he was helping instead of secretly on his phone, it wouldn't be so hectic for you.

The commercial says..no one out pizzas the Hut.....I don't know for sure about that..but, they sure can steal money from your card...I will never use a card at that place again..after leaving a tip at the pick up window...writing it on the receipt ...more money was charged to my bank card ......no one picks up at that terrible call center either!

I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could. U order for delivery and than call and find out that they have no delivery driver so they can’t deliver your food to you at work. We all would deliver pizza from there but guess dominos will get the call from now on.

Have on time deliveries and not deliver cold food. I made an order with them and they didn't deliver on time, it was 15 mins past time said and we are literally 5 mins down the road. One time I order from them and they forgot my wings and when I called for them to fix it the person on the phone said they would deliver my wings shortly and mind you they took so long to deliver the first time that it was already almost closing time but I called them an 45 mins before closing and they didn't bring my order and instead just closed up and I never gotten reimbursed for that order..what a waste! Dont order from here unless you want a long wait time and cold food!

Here now, and upon walking in for my carry out order, I heard the woman in the back say “ms. Pregnant is at the counter” waiting for her associates to come assist me. As I am 7 months pregnant, I dont see that appropriate. Then huffed & puffed when they advised her to assist me. Then when I got my order ( a simple cheese pizza ) it had remains of mushroom, a random sausage and another unidentifiable object on it. Will be calling corporate. And this will be my first and last time coming to this location.

I called in for a delivery. A lady called me back AFTER an hour and said that she spoke to the store near me and my location is not currently available for delivery that I would need to go pick it up. The Pizza Hut is literally two minutes away and we had ordered and had pizza delivery from that location before but since you are talking to a call center there is no way to communicate that. I go pick up my pizzas that are now cold and our stuffed crust is under cooked, the crust has barely any cheese in it. The other pizza was wrong and they over charged me for everything instead of the meal deal I orininally ordered. I asked why they didn't deliver to my location anymore and they said they did and that they didn't understand why we were told that. Not our first bad expirience but I thought hey it's pizza you can't mess up pizza. This Pizza Hut can.

They screwed up my order gave it to someone else. Started another order got one pizza right the other had to be remade i waited an hr.and 15 min. I requested my money back and This is the third time I've had this problem and I will not return.

last week I placed an order through the pizza hut app and everything was a disaster the order was delivered 1:30 min late they did not have the entire order complete I asked them to cancel the order and they refused to return my money to my bank account From waiting so long all the food got cold and to finish badly they gave me the wrong pizzas..... I hope that the next visit is not so unpleasant since I have been buying from the brand for more than 10 years.

I order online pizza and wings. When I got there they gave me 2 pizza and I told them I only order one, and some wings. Finally after all that, I got home my pizza was wrong. Didn’t have no sauce nor peppers I wanted on it. I won’t be back. The people working there didn’t act like they know what they’re doing.

I had to call 5 times to speak to the store who HUNG UP ON ME. 6th and final call I finally got the order deleted and a refund processed. We’ll see. I frequently order from this store and every single time they get the order slightly wrong yet I don’t complain. This is just too much. Y’all just lost a customer. I’ll never order from you again.

I wish they would keep on pizza at the buffet. They let it run out and don't put anything out 20 or longer. Waste our whole lunch hour and paid pizza we don't receive. I love going to the buffet but we might not go any longerif they wont keep up with it.

My pizza was made wrong and instead of remaking it right away. They apparently placed it behind other orders. Maybe if they weren't in the kitcken on their cellphones things could be done correctly.

I gave this place a 2nd chance. App said delivery at 9:13pm. It's 9:45pm. Tried calling the store 4 times. No answer. I'll challenge the credit card charges tomorrow. This isn't a business. This is a problem that spreads itself to others.

Weekdays are great, wonderful service, well made food, but weekends don't waste your time, especially Sundays. Unprofessional waitress, when the kitchen messed up one of our pizzas and our order of wings, she brusquely informed us the replacements were in the oven, did not apologize for the inconvenience, or seem concerned about our satisfaction at all. When the wings finally came out, they were not the correct recipe, we ordered honey BBQ and I think they made them as buffalo mild first, realized they made another mistake, then slathered them in honey BBQ trying to cover it up. The pizza, when it finally came out had the crust drizzle on it even after requested none, and was so late that had already finished my pizza as well as the wings before it hit the table. The women's restroom was nasty, mold ring around the toilet, one roll of toilet paper on the floor, the other on the lid of the trash can, I mean come on. When my wife informed an employee that it needed to be cleaned, she received an ugly look and an eye roll. I will not eat here again on a weekend, weekday buffet with my normal crew will be the only way. The only plus to the day was that when they screwed up the wings, they doubled our order free of charge, and neglected to charge us for two of the drinks. Still, I always tip, even with mediocre service, because anyone can have a bad day, today I had to make an exception.

Pizza is ALWAYS NOT DONE!! THE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD. OUR WAITRESS WAS TO BUSY MAKING BOXES AND WAS NOT ATENTIVE. The other waitress were too busy cutting up. We were one of two customers. The tea tasted old and had no ice. It took over thirty five minutes to get our pizza order and they only got one pizza right out of three. We packed up and left. That's the second time at this location we've had crappy service. I'm done.

You are better off going somewhere else. This restaurant got our order wrong again. This is the third time, strike three I will not be coming to this place again. How hard is it to make a Pizza hut sandwich without the dressing? No dressing means none not drenched in the stuff. Deserves no stars.

Extremely disappointed. The new pizza hut may look nicer then the old one but it's not. At the old one the buffet ended at 2pm and at the new one it ends at 1:30pm. We arrived at 1:15 and we sat down got our drink and waiting like 10 minutes for a fresh pizza as all the ones up there had been picked clean. So it was 1:23 they brought out one pizza and two minutes later said the buffet was closed. This is ridiculous. If you sold me a buffet I expect a buffet and if you have buffet customers Keep the buffet open until the buffet customers are gone. I will never eat here again until they fix there policies. P.S. then at like 1:40pm they asked me and the other customers if we had the buffet and I was thinking "well we would have if you brought out more then one pizza for 8 buffet customers".

My wife and I went to this particular location on 5 different occasions because we live right behind it. Every time something was wrong with our order. Asked for light sauce, normal sauce was given. Ordered beef and ham, got pepperoni. Ordered pan pizza, got hand tossed. Ordered two pizzas, only one was prepared. We were accused of lieing once and that was it. Haven't gone back to this location since and I have no regrets.

Worst Pizza Hut ever!! If I could give zero stars I would! I’m not sure what’s changed but the service has been horrible the past couple of months. Tonight we placed an order online with a wait time of what was supposed to be 15 minutes however when we got to the store 15 minutes after placing the order, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. When we finally received our order, it wasn’t the correct order and it was cold. Tonight’s issue were very similar to the previous times we placed orders from this Pizza Hut so needless to say, we will not order from here ever again!

Watched my order sit on the counter in the back for over 15 minutes. I told two different people my name and my order was sitting back there in plain sight. The sign at the front said my order was ready and it took 15 minutes after that to have someone read the right ticket and hand me my food. Literally discussed with the type of people that work here. No sense of urgency what so ever. Pathetic service for average food.

3 times now I have ordered a pan pizza. I paid the extra money for the pan pizza and they don't give me pan pizza. Then they proceed to act like we are ignorant and say "that is pan pizza" nope its not especially since I ordered a second pizza with hand tossed crust. They look identical! Can't stand this place and will not go back I spend too much money here for them to jack up my order every time. How hard is it really to get the order correct?

Went in to dine in for lunch today "wednesday". I asked if there were any specials and was told that wings were half priced. I ordered 16 boneless wings expecting the total to be $7. I get my bill a minute after ordering and the total is for regular priced wings. The manager comes out and explains that the wing price is not valid until 4pm "its 3pm". They didnt honor the price that the waitress told me it would be so I cancelled my order and left.

The pizzas I ordered were completely undercooked. Luckily enough when I returned the pizza they gave me my refund with zero issues which I appreciate. Someone warned me not to order from here and I took the risk. … it didn’t pay off.

I ordered a lager pizza for my family a couple of days ago and it was so greasy that I could have fried chicken with the amount of grease that was dripping from the pizza. Luckily we had paper towels in the car to soak up most of the grease as we purchased the pizza just before heading out of town. Do better Wharton Pizza Hut. 😡

Came for the buffet during my lunch hour, and I was very dissatisfied. No pizza, no pasta, and a lot of people on lunch breaks waiting to eat! Never come on your lunch break to eat here.

Horrible experience! Called in a pizza and was told ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Showed up after 20 minutes at drive-thru, payed my bill, left a 27% tip, and was asked to pull around front and wait for it to be brought to me because it wasn't ready. After sitting in the parking lot nearly 25 minutes I walked in to inquire about the pizza to find it sitting on a shelf getting cold! Got my pizza and left but decided to call and speak with the manager only to be hung up on! There was only 1 table with customers! Needless to say this is one local business that I will not support any longer.

Got a text message saying it was out for delivery took about 40 minutes around 30 minutes I called the store to see where it was they said it was sent out and driver was not back yet, they was going to send free soda for the trouble. Food final came shortly after calling. No soda was ever delivered. And food was cold. The one sandwich was supposed to be barbecue chicken and it wasn't. Was very disappointed with them. I live less than a half mile from the store should only take 5 minutes tops to drive there to here.

Service no good no pizza on buffet and no works to serve they all in back worry about other stuff then the peolpe dine in ..El Campo and wharton tx there serve no good ...

Today 8/24/24 at 17:15 my family and I walked in waited approximately 3-5 mins definitely being acknowledged as the individuals were in the back chatting about life drama and who knows what else. I finally asked as I hade clear plain sight at one of the young ladies and asked will my family and I be seated or taken care of ? They were looking at us if we were from a foreign planet. Also, to note the order screen in the back was blank as in no orders…..maybe that’s a sign. We eat out a good bit when kids sports are taking place and rely heavily on local restaurants to provide a meal and to spend this hard earned money. Takes a lot of money to eat out these days. There was some other things noticed from a sanitary perspective that I will not mention. This location needs to be put on the help me radar as the local manager/ team is not holding individuals accountable.

At 4:30 placed an online order with a pickup time of 5:30. Got there at 5:28 and after I paid I was told it would be 10 minutes before the order was ready, (There was only 1 other car in the parking lot) Waited for 25 minutes for my order to be done, when it was brought to us, not a word was said other than asking if it was our order. After being that late, a simple sorry for the long wait would have been nice. Crappy service and pizza was about average.

When i got out of my truck I could smell Marijuana looked at the white car next to the entrance and there was an employee blowing out a big cloud of smoke. While I wated well past my scheduled pickup time I witnessed said employee mosey in, put together a delivery order then walk out to his car and eventually drive off with the order. Shortly after he left it sounded like a customer called in looking g for thier delivery wondering why it was taking so long. Meanwhile it took 30 minutes past my pickup tim to finally get my order. When I first walked in I was told it was in the oven, 15 minutes later when I went to check on the progress I was told it just went in now. Lying to me doesn't make me happy.

Overall my experience was very bad i walked in a couple days ago and a guy with the name kyle was very rude while taking my order. i’m not satisfied with my experience here..

How does this place have 3.7 stars? On 6/2/2025 @ 8:33pm I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza online and a few mins later my order was cancelled, it said out of Stuff crust. So I ordered a large hand tossed with sausage and mushroom instead, when I pick my pizza up I checked it, it was a thin and crispy with only half mushroom, so I tell them this has to be the wrong pizza. The lady said no it was the correct pizza I ordered, but they had ran out of mushroom so that’s why only half had mushrooms, seriously!!! Then she said that they ran out of large size pizza dough so they had to stretch a medium sized pizza dough to make it the size of a large hand tossed! Seriously!!! We’ve been coming here for years and almost ever time we had something wrong with our order, so we stopped coming for years and the day/yesterday we decided to try it again, this happened! Never again will we come back here!

Today 8/24/24 at 17:15 my family and I walked in waited approximately 3-5 mins definitely being acknowledged as the individuals were in the back chatting about life drama and who knows what else. I finally asked as I hade clear plain sight at one of the young ladies and asked will my family and I be seated or taken care of ? They were looking at us if we were from a foreign planet. Also, to note the order screen in the back was blank as in no orders…..maybe that’s a sign. We eat out a good bit when kids sports are taking place and rely heavily on local restaurants to provide a meal and to spend this hard earned money. Takes a lot of money to eat out these days. There was some other things noticed from a sanitary perspective that I will not mention. This location needs to be put on the help me radar as the local manager/ team is not holding individuals accountable.

The pizzas I ordered were completely undercooked. Luckily enough when I returned the pizza they gave me my refund with zero issues which I appreciate. Someone warned me not to order from here and I took the risk. … it didn’t pay off.
