Super straightforward. Fresh, easy and yummy lunch buffet everyday. Really enjoyed my time here, they actually keep the food coming (no empty trays) and people are constantly cleaning the buffet areas. They also offered hand sanitizer and gloves which I really appreciated. Haven’t had fried gizzards and liver since the last time I went to another southern buffet that costs quite a bit more for similar caliber of food.

I remember a long time ago going to Hartz Chicken Buffet . They were my parents' favorite place to enjoy a night out for chicken. I went today 11/4/24 at 7:40 pm . The chicken was fresh and was excellent . The service was surprisingly swift, and the atmosphere was joyful because the food was so good . I've eaten at restaurants with poor food quality, and I noticed that every time, no one was talking or laughing. I highly recommend Hartz Chicken Buffet. My tummy was satisfied, and I was able to relax with a happy tummy. Come and give them a try . Excellent job, Hartz !!!

I felt like some fried chicken so I stopped here. I ordered gizzards and livers, green beans and two thighs to go. Considering it was my first time here, I was disappointed that there the gizzards and livers didn’t come with gravy on the side. Had the clerk suggested it, I would have ordered it. Pretty good fast fried chicken. I like the crust. If ever I’m in Rosenberg again and want fried chicken, I might try the buffet.

Great affordable spot for a lunch buffet, can't beat it for $15, recently came again and the drink machine & lines need to be cleaned and disinfected

Chicken is always pink/not fully cooked. Went early one Sunday and ordered breasts they were pink went back and exchanged for wings. The wings were fine and the sides are always good. So I go back again another day because hey anyone can make a mistake. However I ordered wings this time to open them and see them pink as well. I'm done here. This isn't beef it's chicken and it needs to cooked thoroughly to be consumed safely. The employees are nice and the sides are seasoned well but if you aren't cooking the chicken , the main item safely I'm not gonna risk it with the sides anymore either.

I only come here a few times a year but every time I do im waiting almost 10 minutes to order for pick up, 35 minutes waiting for the food after ordering and then another 10 minutes for them to fix my order. The place smells like a restroom and they are always apologizing for the wait and messed up order. Rather than apologizing maybe they need some true leadership support and guidance.

Went to get a 14 piece, 2 mashed potatoes with gravy and 7 rolls. Got a 12 piece with beans and I guess it was rice and 7 rolls. Went back told them it was supposed to be a 14 piece with mashed potatoes and gravy with 7 rolls. They fix the mashed potatoes and gravy with the rolls but they didn't even give me my extra 2 piece of chicken. I even told them it was a 14 piece. Gave her the receipt and she still gave me the same amount of chicken back even when I told her it was short chicken. All they did was rush me aside with a shallow sorry. What a unpleasant visit. Now I have to check out what I get from them all the time I visit now. And if you say , "well why didn't you check it the first time?" My reply is they sure did charge me the correct amount so why should I have to check it if they took the correct amount of money from me

I hadn’t been to this location in years. When I say I was so DISAPPOINTED!! This location used to have the best chicken. The chicken I got today was old and looked like it had been sitting there all day!! I definitely will NOT be eating there again!! What happened to this place??

Kind of hard to eat the food when there’s a bug clear as day embedded in the roll. Definitely don’t trust the food there any more.
