Theses ladies were extremely busy when I came but still greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I had an online order, it wasn't quite ready yet, they had a line, but still made sure to communicate with me and get me my order a few mins before it was due. Excellent customer service!

With only 2 employees and a line of more than 10 people, Jamilet did the work of 2 people by herself. She is extremely fast, accurate, and respectful. Recommend her for management with a raise. GREAT WORK JAMILET!

I got a Spicy Italian Sub from there, and one of the workers added extra everything free of charge. When I left the place the cashier told me to have a great day. One of the best Subways i've ever been to.

I don’t know who made my sandwich tonight, but they put their wholeeeeee bussy into it. 10/10 my favorite subway My sandwich is always ready even if I preorder it like 5 mins before . My fav shop and employees are amazing

Clean and welcoming, two female employees were there ready to serve. I don’t think I saw a smile though; they were just all business. I must say the one who served us was patient though as she processed three orders from us Subway-newbies.

The girls behind the counter would rather talk amongst themselves than do their job. Sandwich left untouched for minutes while they chatted with each other. Order took longer than necessary due to their poor service. I will really go out of my way to not visit this location again.

My mom got food poisoning from the Tuna that has been sitting out for who knows how long. When you ask for something fresh in this location they just stare at you as if you are dumb.

I like wet sandwiches and I made sure to add enough sauces to avoid my sandwich being dry and I didn’t even see all of my sauces on there. Okay cool I’ll just ask for it on the side. I went back in to ask for sauce on the side and the Hispanic female who made my sandwich began saying something to her coworker and would glance back up at me because obviously you know I’m watching you say something about me. I didn’t even ask for the rest of the sauces I wanted because I’m not fond of being rude to people. So I took what I got and just left. Won’t return if I’m ordering online. I’ll take my time, patience, and money elsewhere. Also didn’t look like I got the additional meat I paid for. Do better or find a job that you’d actually enjoy having.

I went during my lunch time today and it looked like the manager was yelling at their employees. It made me and everyone in the line very uncomfortable. That was super unprofessional and very disrespectful thing to do while they were trying their best to help us.

I walked in stood in front of the prep station as I was the only customer in the store at this time, there were three hispanic female employees two were preparing a pickup order none of them acknowledged me when I entered the store nor for the entire 4 and a half minutes I stood there waiting. A Hispanic gentlemen walked in and was IMMEDIATELY greeted and then asked if he was there to pick up an order, he answered no and they immediately began taking his order. No one ever acknowledged me as I watched so I walked out. I will.NEVER give them my patronage again. I had been there in the past and I wasn't thrilled with their service but THIS has never happened but this is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this one definitely deserves one. Every time we go to subway I never get a receipt but today something told me to get it. After we sat down I decided to look at my receipt and I was surprised. I was charged for a "kids pack", it wasn't much, it was only $1.89 (I did order a kids meal for our daughter and that was $5.19). I asked my husband if he's ever seen that before and he hasn't either. He went to ask the worker about it, who was working tonight 03/10/24 who had blond hair (I didn't get her name), and her response was "I don't know what that is, my manager told me to put that charge on for everyone who orders a kids meal". Excuse me?! Then she came up to my husband and said "this is what the $1.89 was for" she then shows my husband a paper toy. A Paper Toy!!! We paid an extra $2 for a paper toy that can be destroyed in a minute. It's ridiculous. For all the families who orders a kids meal from Subway, ALWAYS ask for the receipt to make sure they didn't scam you for more money. Times are tough right now, so I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of this scam subway is doing. ALSO the worker I had mentioned in this review was also breathing all over the food as well. Another thing I forgot to mention, she did give me a refund but they way she did it was EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS! She gave me lose change (the change that customer's wouldn't want) and she went to the back to get the rest of the change out of the other coworkers wallets. My husband even asked her to just refund it back to the card and she denied it saying "I can't do that because my manager would ask questions about it, like why did you refund money?" I have never been to a place that doesn't refund the money from their actual registers. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUBWAY TO ANYONE

I went to subway this past weekend, ordered the tuna fish sandwich. I got food poisoning I was sick for 2 days still recovering. I called the store to speak with a manager was told no manager was on shift and the person who answered the phone refused to give me the managers name. STAY AWAY from Subway!!! Poor customer service and food is poison!!!

I walked in asked for two sandwiches and they're all there laughing and gossiping. Then would say what do you want on your sandwhich continues to gossip and laugh among each other while i am saying NO TOMATOES but of course she couldn't hear because she is too busy chatting away with her co workers. Whoever is in charge of this establishment needs to get them in order because it was ridiculous.

Employee was rude. I just had a question. Chill. Not sure what her deal was. Seemed like she was trying to pick a fight or get some kind of reaction or response to her childish ways. Giggling and telling someone to have a blessed day doesn't do what you think. Aside from the attitude they dish out here, you can also get brown shriveled veggies.

I understand that each of your stores has its own rules, but one of them was not so sympathetic to the customers, I have two girls, one likes your food and the other likes food from another restaurant, today I visited a store and they kicked me out of the store because one of my girls was eating food from another store at your restaurant. Since I was also going to spend money at your store, not only was I going to eat my daughter's food at that store, I was also going to invest money in your restaurant, but I understand that in this way, not only me, other people will also not want to visit your store because of this rule that you have.

Placed order around 5:40 to PICK UP at 6:10. Not sit in the lobby an extra 20 minutes while 6+ customers come in and out after me.
