My wife, daughter and I ate here last night for my birthday. Our waiter Zach B was great. Very nice and personable. The manager was great as well. My daughter wanted more apple juice and insisted it being in her Minnie Mouse cup so the manager took it to be filled. Great service and thank y’all.

Yosselin was my server, she was very attentive and kind. Got to us very quickly, got our drinks and kept them refilled without even needing to say anything, and the food was brought out fast and was very delicious. She checked in on us frequently and made the whole experience pretty rad.

Wonderful time here, good to the atmosphere real chill, I love the hot honey strips!!!

It’s not every day you go out to eat and find yourself home where laughter and good food come to life. Yosselin was our server and quickly made us feel like she was family. Laughter and stories were shared along with great food. She helped us find the gluten free menu and navigate the children’s menu. From the minute we sat to the minute we grabbed our leftovers to leave, we were home. Great service, good food and wonderful atmosphere. 10/10 recommend going to pick up a meal when Yosselin is working

I'm so impressed with the manager Keith! I ordered steak that was not cooked the way I ordered it. The manager was Super nice, prompt and very understanding of the situation. He replaced my meal and made sure me and my kids were satisfied with everything we've ordered. I will be returning.😊

My only complaint with our dining experience was that the general manager, Tyron brought a nasty atmosphere to the restaurant. The other staff members were friendly and attentive to the rest of the guest, as Tyron would just hover and stare at guests, making us feel uncomfortable. I also took issue to the manner in which he interacted with staff. He went about communication with his staff in an incredibly unprofessional manner. We saw him get onto the staff in front of the guests and my husband and I heard their entire conversation! I would not wanna work here if he was my manager! Other than that, I had an amazing experience, and I love Chili’s!🌶️

Chili's Grill & Bar was a great experience; I visited the outlet at Rosenberg. Quite easy to locate from the major road. On entry, it has 2 seating types indoors - bar styled and normal seating with table game screens for children. Definitely a family oriented place. I think the only challenge families will have is if they have multiple children who want to play with the game consoles. We were asked kind of seating we required and escorted to a table. Order taken and food delivered. The food tasted great, the platter was quite attractive and truly sight and taste worked in harmony. Chili's is definitely a return location any time I am in the US or any location it exists. It is highly recommended.

I've been here several times. Good food, good service. Never had an issue. If I eat somewhere and have the pleasure of a good, attentive server. I tip 25-30% of my bill. Makes a difference if you are a repeat guest. Always be generous to a good server. They remember and they tell their coworkers. Take out is also fast and friendly.

Food was good, except my queso was cold. We ate it anyways bc the mains took a while but management was courteous and attentive and was apologetic for the wait. Our server was kind and the restaurant was clean. Overall decent experience for good food and drinks.

Bartenders are always awesome and attentive. Lady in back wearing a jacket with blond hair (looks like assistant manager/manager) always has headphones on/on phone and doesn't do anything while everyone else is working extremely hard around her. Doesn't seem to care about her employees.

Decent meetup spot in a great area. My bartender made really good drinks and the food was tasty, hot, and was given to us in 15 minutes or so. The restrooms are outdated and could use a deep clean. Overall, I would go back for Happy Hour or lunch.

I came through on 10/10/24 on my brother's birthday. Our server was excellent, and our food was fresh . My dad broke his upper denture, but it needed replacement. We ordered several items, including an appetizer. We tried the crispers, the bacon burger , corn on the cob , hot wings , and many more . The dissatisfaction came when my pop tried to order the chicken fried steak. This item is no longer served here . My dad absolutely loves chicken fried steak . All food items were excellent. The atmosphere was slow for a Thursday lunch . I did get to enjoy some time with my dad and brother. So I recommend Chili's for a quick lunch and do try the new lunch items they have now.

Had to ask for sweeteners, salt and pepper which was inconvenient. 2nd cup of coffee was cold, asked to be warmed up, came back the same, had to ask to warm again, then was perfect. Additional flavored cream would be nice instead of having to add sugar to regular cream for coffee. Food came out too quick after salad, so was getting cold while trying to quickly finish salad. Waitress was very accommodating and friendly. We liked how she had helper who brought out food etc and bartender even backed up. Burgers and fries were excellent. Street corn was delicious, but could tell was frozen not fresh which would've accentuated flavor. Like the choose 3 combo. Great deal for the price. We'll be back! Thank you!

Came in this afternoon and our server Angie was great! Very sweet and attentive to us. However, the young lady who dropped off our food with the red hair was very rude and dismissive. When she brought us our food, she practically threw it on the table and had an unpleasant attitude. We tried to ask her refills on our drinks and she visibly rolled her eyes and never brought them to us! We didn’t let her behavior stop us from having a good time though, and always come in and never have issues. Will be back soon! Hopefully we don’t get her again 😂

I have always liked this Chilis and the last few times I have had random items from the menu. I had the Fajita Trio and it was not great at all. The quality of the food was my complaint. Everything else was generally good, such as the service and overall appearance of the food. Food has become more expensive and restaurants should know that customers are going to be more critical. Falling short on the quality of food. I will just stick to the burgers when I visit.

They weren't serving hamburgers. There was a malfunction. Our server was really friendly, but she brought our food and didn't come back until we were finished. We could hear her talking in the kitchen. The music was so loud it was impossible to talk. I wanted honey mustard, and I needed a drink refill. I hope it was just a bad day.

Went on an early date here, fantastic food both times I went. We dined in and also ordered to go we were accommodated to our last minute change. Waitresses need go slow down just a bit to make it a little more personalized and so you can understand them... As soon I walked in a mother with her children said she absolutely did not like his place that the service is horrible, I've only been here twice she goes all the time due to her kids, so it definitely seems to be hit or miss.

The usual Chili's experience. Like the food, love the drinks. The Jackberry Margarita was great. A must try. The Cajun Chicken Pasta and the chicken fajitas did not disappoint.

We came for the deal. Service was soso. We were standing there around dinner time. And took a while for someone to come. Food came out quick. Food is average but the price makes up for it.

They did tell me that the service at this location was bad but I didn't believe it until now. When we first arrived the young lady at the front looked like she didn't even want to be there and took forever trying to put our tables together. We all got out drinks but since my husband ordered a beer he never got his until I got up and went to the bar and asked for it and the lady at the bar told me that they never told her anything and they were supposed to because her tablet was down.

Celebrating my brother's birthday, our group of about 16 began arriving about 4 PM on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the first thing we noticed was the dirty chairs. They were sticky and grimy with black residue when we wiped them ourselves. Not just dirty but filthy. The waiter explained that this section isn't used very often and they usually just wipe the tables. We asked to speak to a manager who apologized but didn't really seem that concerned. The service was excellent and they had no problem with separate checks. The food was good except for the birthday boy's steak that he said was overcooked. The bar drinks were good, a little on the strong side but no one complained.

I went to celebrate my birthday on Monday the only complaint I had was the bun was way too hard on my Turkey Club Sandwich but everything else was good. I was so disappointed I took several bites but couldn't eat it. No change yet with food. Here's a photo of a Bacon Rancher still not impressed the curly fries to hard and the burger too greasy.

Please read your bill carefully, my 6oz steak was burnt and I had to return it, then they charged twice on the bill for it. the manager and server were very courteous and happily replaced my order plus only charged me 1/2 price for my meal. My son had the the triple smokehouse combo which he said was delicious. my daughter had the bacon burger sliders with she raved about and said they were absolutely delicious I have to agree with her cuz I tried them. my younger daughter had the buffalo ranch sandwich she stated she did not like, I tried it and I didn't have a problem with it, the meat was tender it's just that if you do not like Buffalo anything do not order it. Not the Chili's of the old days for sure. This feels very much like a national chain restaurant too big for their bridges. Kind of story. I came here to have lunch with a pair of family members and was shocked to learn the thighs of the portions compared to the pricing of the menu. This would have been acceptable if the food had matched the same level. Unfortunately it did not! No, I will say that the service that I received from the waitress and other staff was beyond exceptional and met the mark of expectations. However, when more than two people say that their food taste like pure grease and no flavoring, something is wrong. When ordering $20 worth of fajitas. You don't expect to get stale tortillas that are difficult to chew, cheese that is so dry. Dry it must have been out overnight. Guacamole prepared in a lightning round that failed. I could go on and on but there's no real point. I would simply say that chili needs to up their game.

The food here taste like it came straight out of a box from Walmart and into a microwave. My salmon was so dry with some type of green sauce, they ran out of broccoli, and the black beans were so nasty I spit it out. I really wanted to send my plate back. $20 down the drain. It was just a hot mess. Food was not all that. Of course their drinks are always top tier, but the service wasn't good. No one came and checked on our table. My man's order was wrong. My food is never spicy and I order it every time I go, it was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. And I can't have spicy stuff. They made me something else. And it took them 30 minutes to bring a salad! We was ready to go after that. Very disappointed today.

My coworker was getting lunch from Chili's so I placed a to-go order also. The chicken bacon ranch quesadillas were disgusting. The cheese was burnt/outside of the tortilla, they were greasy, and lacked flavor. I already avoid this location because of previous bad service/food, but I was hoping it was a fluke and this time would be better. I was wrong. Ate as much as I could stomach and threw the rest away. Total waste of $$.

My burger was dry and over cooked, the fies we re soggy and the service was meh. The food and service are not yhe worst ever but definitely not worth the prices and my time. They should go back to the 90s.

2nd attempt to enjoy this place. Unfortunately, another disappointment. Had the big mouth bites ( overcooked) cheese was not melted /fries & margaritas 🍹. Asked for tomatoes & never got them. Neither was tasteful. Plenty of TV's & a large place.

Very mid experience. Our server wasn’t attentive at all, she was never the one to deliver our appetizers or food and never came to check on us after we received them either. We got the sauced mozzarella as an app and we ate all of it without receiving plates so it was very messy and uncomfortable, but no one ever appeared to ask if it was good or if we needed anything. Same for our meals. My son drank all his apple juice box and no one stopped by to give me the opportunity to ask for another one, she didn’t come check on us until way later and at that point I just gave him some of my soda. We wanted dessert, but at that point we just paid on the kiosk and left. I understand it’s just a Chili’s and servers are probably inexperienced but also that’s money you are missing out on. We left 12% tip when it could’ve been double that because I’m a great tipper if I received atleast decent service and this visit lacked a lot. However, she did notice when my drink got low and refilled it. Probably the one and only time she was attentive. My friend had to ask the guy who brought our meals for another water so it wasn’t really consistent. The food was decent tho. Most of the booths have nooo privacy at all it’s giving cheap diner. Manager was around but didn’t come to our table specifically until after we were done, but did get us our to go boxes and containers and had a good vibe.

Our order for take out was terrible. I don't normally complain but there were a lot of issues. My steak was supposed to be medium but was rare had to cook it on the stove. My daughter's burger was pink in the middle and we ordered it well done. And my salad did not come with any dressing.... bad night to order out . We were excited because we normally don't normally splurge.

I've tried so many times to give this location a chance but I am 100% done. Went last Friday with my kids and it started off bad. Took the host at least 7-8 minutes to seat us and it took our waiter an additional 10-15 to come to our table to take our drink order once we were seated. The appetizer came with the food (which makes no sense). They weren't busy and I noticed other waiters hanging around so I am confused as to what the long wait time problem was. I will drive to the one off Williams Trace and 59 from here on out.

This was a first time experience for me and it was extremely poor. When my food came out, it was extremely cold and when I spoke to the waitress about the temperature of the food she apologized and wanted to bring it back to the kitchen to be remade. When she took it back, she was hesitant to go back to the kitchen. I could tell there was a weird environment between the women and the men staff which really threw me off....She was phenomenal throughout the experience! The waitresses that I spoke with, all of them were nothing but sweet and understanding which I appreciate so much because I HATE being a bother! I was just not a fan of the atmosphere/food and will not be coming back. Come for the hospitality but nothing more.

Chili's was not busy when our party of 4 arrived. There were plenty of open seats and not many dining there for lunch. It took 5-7 minutes to be greeted by a hostess and another 5-7 minutes to be seated. After being seated a waitress came a few minutes later to take our drink orders. She brought the drinks about 10 minutes later. We ordered food when the drinks were delivered. The food was ok but the server did not refill drinks and was not very helpful. We were not given plates for the appetizers or straws for our drinks. We had to request them several times. After we finished eating, we waited approximately 10-12 minutes for our bill. We paid with cash and a credit card. When the server returned with the receipts she walked away without leaving the change for the cash. I had to request it from her. I believe in leaving good tips, but strongly disagree with "forgetting" to give change when it had been placed in the servers pocket already.

So today 11/08/2023 I decided to take my granddaughter here for her birthday because she loves there tenders mind u I go here a lot but haven’t been in a minute. Well let’s just say I was very disappointed where do I start the waiter had a lil attitude for one I ordered a salad with only lettuce, cheese and croutons (got it fully dressed). I ordered a steak with loaded potatoes and broccoli the steak was the size of a tender and the broccoli wasn’t all soft like I ordered it, the chicken soup was horrible when my daughter tasted she sent it but didn’t receive anything else but we still got charged 6.50 for something she didn’t eat this is like the second time it has happened but I didn’t say anything the 1st time but tonight really got to me because it was just horrible and it was my baby birthday so I will be taking my services elsewhere

Not a good experience, entree showed up a minute after appetizer then major attitude from bartender after I mentioned it. Her attitude just got worse throughout my experience. I was the ONLY person sitting at the bar. The chips were crumbs and the new smash burger nothing too great to say. Every time I come here I leave underwhelmed. This is my first ever post on social media btw.

The food is never fresh and hot when I order no matter if it has been dine in or curbside which is an option but actually there’s no place for this you have to go in Spock up your order. The food has never been cooked or tasted like the same dishes from the other locations. The margarita chicken was cold regular chicken lightly grilled I do mean lightly and not seasoned. The quesadillas were old and cold. Cheese and chicken and bacon was cold and dried out. There was no strawberry flavor or lemonade taste to the strawberry lemonade. Pink water.

Manger was not interested to get customers around 10.00 pm on Saturday. We as family of 16 went to eat dinner and refused to serve us. Half of restaurant was empty and he says they close Half area at 10.00 pm . I hope owner knows how his Manger is running his business. I won't stop that loction any more.

Mother's Day dinner a total bust! THANKS ROSENBERG, TEXAS CHILLIS!! Your hostesses were rude upon our entrance!! I never knew standing at the podium and greeting guests could be soooo hard!! Three of them just leaning on the podium resting their heads on their arms as if the night couldn't end fast enough!! Ultimately we waited 20 minutes and not one soul came to our table!! Although one of your waitresses walked around aimlessly with her order tablet....doing nothing!! I gathered my children and walked out....pleasantly telling your "hostesses" that they had an empty table!! Drove down Southwest Freeway to the next Chilli's where we were greeted and the door opened for us!! Maybe your "employees' should come train with this wonderful staff??

Just zero effort from the kitchen staff to prepare hot and fresh food. All my food was cold, as in not even properly heated/cooked, fries were cold and OLD, beer was nearly flat. The bar wait staff wasn't very attentive. Waste of $25, Avoid.

Customer service level is not good at this location. After seated, it took 10 minutes to get a drink order. Took forever to get a simple appetizer (Chips/salsa). Had to eat our meal with little sips of our drinks as the waitress never came back to fill up our drinks. Meal comes out with fries, with no ketchup. Once meal came out, never saw our waitress come back by to wait on us or even to check up. Received my bill and charged me for table entertainment, which we did not use, is this a charge for using the kiosk for paying, should not be....I do not think I need to go on with this review. I will not return back to this location. Sugarland location on southwest freeway is much better.

We have tried this location in the past. We had heard it had improved so decided to give them another try. Resulted in 7 entrees with 4 wrong. Waitstaff had no clue how Chili’s Rewards worked. Manager could have cared less.

I just left this restaurant with my 7 year old niece, we sat next to the kitchen where the employees were huddled together using vulgar language and vulgar gestures towards one another, totally disregarding the children in the restaurant!!!!! If the manager reviews the camera, he/she will see one of the employees putting up the middle finger in the presence of customers and laughing about it! Please hire employees with respect, class, and morals!!!! This was unacceptable!!!!!!! Paying customers and children should not be subjected to the bad behaviors of the employees!!!

My wife & I have gotten take out every other week for the past few years. Our food usually has been pretty good but the past few times it hasn't been so great.. Tonight our kids garlic bread was burnt & the food overall was lacking taste. The condition of the food the past few times hasn't been the best for some reason.. Hopefully it'll improve back to what it once was.

Slow service. Waited for someone to seat me and no one ever came to me so I walked out.

Would put 0 stars if I could. They sent me a raw meat burger through door dash... The manager handled me well when I called him but told him I didn’t want anything from chili’s and that it would be our last time eating anything from there.

Wow...went to Chili's for a burger withhhhh...that's right Chili! Unfortunately they didn't have any chili today. For real?? What is the name of the establishment? "Da Burger Joint"? I then remembered why this place had been scratched from list of places to eat. This chain just continues to slip. Had to change tables when the air conditioning duct started dripping water from the light fixture. The restroom at this location was also pretty dirty as well. The kitchen floor was all wet with food on it, but maybe they were in the middle of washing it down after a long day of cooking. This will be my last visit. Heading to Fuddruckers!

Menus were set on the edge of our table to signify to our waitress we were ready to order. Manager walked by asked if we needed them, ignored me when I told him, and walked off with them. I would hate to work for him.

We had a very disappointing experience dining at this restaurant. 10 minutes after placing our order, we were told that two of the items my husband and son wanted were no longer available, which was frustrating. Then, despite waiting over 40 minutes, our meals were brought out one by one, with my son being the last to receive his food. This disjointed service. On top of that, the hostess was missing from the front, and we saw a big group of people and a few others leave because they were never greeted. I can’t recommend this place based on our experience.

They changed their happy hour to only Monday they Friday 3-6pm. No longer have Saturday Sunday happy hour. This is disappointing. Will have to find a new weekend spot....

My first experience wasn’t great and I thought I’d give it another try. It was even worse the second time. I placed a to-go order and I went to pick it up and the people working the register are so rude and have absolutely no customer service skills. She rang my food up grabbed my card, swiped it then walked off. No thank you, screw you or nothing. Please quit or go home if your that unhappy.

Actually the worst chilis experience ever. Order online $50+ order. 3 entrees, all 3 messed up. The steak was overcooked and they forgot the loaded mac and cheese i paid extra for and forgot the fries. The chicken sandwich was missing ranch. The chicken wings only had an option for buffalo boneless so we called as soon as the order was placed to say we wanted just regular plain so nothing would go to waste. Came sauced which is the only thing I can give them a pass for since it was the only thing on ticket that we did wrong because the site issue. We waited an additional 30 minutes just for them to still forget the fries. Only thing right was the drinks and the chips and salsa. Very unfortunate $40 worth of food went to waste or never came

I came in with my family this evening to enjoy dinner. We were sat and then sat for 25 mins and not on server in that time came by the table to say anything, no drink orders, nothing. I watched 6 different servers just walk around taking care of their tables and not one stopped at our table. We got up and left.

The chicken crispers are really small now. They used to be way bigger years ago. In fact all the portion sizes seem to have gone through the dreaded 'shrinkflation'. The fries and chicken barely covered half the surface area of the plate. They should consider reducing the size of their plates as to trick the common consumer psychologically into a feeling of sweet soul crushing immersion. Quality in general took a hit big time compared to years ago. There's no value here, even with their promotions. Seems to be a common occurring theme nowadays. Maybe we have seen the last of the golden age for the lowly common consumer. It certainly feels like the value prop for regular normal people just continues to erode away. I won't be coming back voluntarily to this business or any of the other Brinker owned restauraunts ever again.

Sat at the bar and found a roach crawling on my menu while looking at it, bartender also seen it. Ordered a medium rare steak and was served well done. Never again visiting this location.

If I can give you zero star I will.. reason, waitress very unfriendly, uniform is oily terrible experience , manger have to to something about his employees, restroom very unsafe and dirty... stinky, floor is like walking on glue... We try to eat dinner but we can NOT we go to another restaurant.. VERY unpleasant place!! Terrible experience!!

It's nasty. And I'm not willing to eat at the Chili's in Rosenberg TX anymore. Someone is trying to convert this to Kim's Bake & Go as a former building. And someone claimed it and wants the chilis in rosenberg tx on southwest fwy to permanently close. So Make sure to tell the owner of the building that I'm not willing to eat at this location anymore. Because of some Make no business. Can you please visit another nearby location instead of this one in rosenberg tx. Because this chillis is not good. I'm choosing to stop eating at this location.

This was my first time ordering carry out and it was TERRIBLE! If I could give 0 stars I would! I got the 3 for $10 a drink, baked potato soup, and a 10oz sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes (no onions) and corn on the cob. First off I didn’t even get my baked potato soup! Second, the steak was cooked medium rare when I requested medium well. It was also cold and dry because all of the juice spilled out of the box and into the bag and got all over my car. The corn was also cold and dry and was just in the bag not even wrapped in the aluminum foil so all the butter was in the bottom of the bag too. I got the loaded mashed potatoes which were also cold and had extra onions and no bacon even after I requested no onions! It also tasted very old and gross like it had been sitting in the back and they just stuck it in the bag. They didn’t ask if I wanted to check it and make sure it was right, but they did for the man in front of me. I didn’t even get a straw for my drink. The only thing that tasted good was my cheesecake. Everything else was DISGUSTING and I will not be returning there EVER again! $27 wasted for trash!

Came here with a group of people and the staff was so rude. We come here every month or so and have always had a great experience and treated kindly by the staff. The attitude was wild. They messed up on 2 of our orders, had an attitude when we asked for what we originally ordered, constantly made stank faces, and the large lady with orange hair said “what the hell” to us when we asked for the missing item. Is that how y’all treat people? Management should retrain some of their employees on customer service. If you are unhappy with your job, find a new one instead of taking it out on customers who just come to eat a decent meal. To make matters worse, our food wasn’t even hot it was lukewarm. YIKES.

Good menu, shortage of wait staff, the kid they have seating people has an attitude, he should be put back in the kitchen, service was ok,. The wirt part is the food was served cold. I will never go back.

We attempted to visit the Chili’s in Rosenberg, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we walked in, there was no hostess at the front, so we went to the bar area to sit. The table we chose was dirty, so we asked a worker if someone could clean it. Instead of helping, the manager came out and told us we were not allowed to seat ourselves and needed a hostess. I explained that no one was at the front when we arrived, but he accused us of lying and asked us to get up and wait to be seated. We did as he asked and waited at the front, but after about five minutes, still no hostess appeared. At that point, we decided to leave and went to Buffalo Wild Wings, where we received much better service. If you want rude service and poor management, Chili’s is the place to go. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, avoid this location.

Came in to enjoy a nice dinner with my family and niece and they were cramming everyone into the bar area. The music and tv’s were so loud I couldn’t even think. This location has gone down hill and needs some restructuring because it’s obvious the manager doesn’t know what he is doing.

I’ve given this Chili’s three separate chances, and unfortunately each visit has been disappointing. I tried to keep an open mind and hoped for improvement, but the reviews are accurate—this location struggles with consistency and service. The music is extremely loud, making it difficult to have a normal conversation. On top of that, the lighting is uncomfortably bright compared to other Chili’s locations I’ve visited—it’s harsh on the eyes and makes the atmosphere unpleasant. Some servers do their best, but the overall service experience has been poor. On my most recent visit, I waited 30 minutes for my food (I timed it), only to receive a meal that was clearly sitting under the heat lamp. I requested no bun, yet my lettuce was wilted, and the asparagus was dry and overcooked. What stood out most was the lack of attention from management. I noticed the manager stopping at other tables to check in, but our table was completely overlooked. After three attempts, I can confidently say this will be my last visit.

My fiancée and I were not impressed with our experience at Chili’s. The table we were seated at was dirty, and the service was terrible. Something spilled on the table, and instead of cleaning it up, the server handed us a rag and expected us to do it ourselves. That is completely unacceptable and shows very poor customer service. I also expressed concern with the baby back ribs having an excessive amount of fat, and no concessions were made or even offered. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit.

This is just HORRIBLE. The 1st pic is supposed to be loaded mashed potatoes and it looks like potato soup. There is rice under my chicken that was not requested and also black beans. The shrimp was missing from the steak, just everything about it was Horrible. I should have listened to my husband when he said don’t order from this location again. This is literally the 3rd time in a month our order was incorrect or just horrible. Definitely my last time at this location.
