Very disappointed at the quality and amount of food vs what is shown on the menu. I always expect actual food to differ from the way it looks on the menu but this is just nowhere near what it should be. 6 of the tenders I got barely make 2 from the picture on the DQ menu.

I’ll start with the fact that I have been in the restaurant industry for almost a decade. Both experiences I’ve had at this Dairy Queen have been nothing short of terrible. The first experience I had, I was ordering for me and my family (5people) everything was going good until I got to the window and he told me that I needed to come inside if I was going to order that much food. It was 5 meals. I’ve never been told in a DRIVE THRU that I have to come inside at any FAST FOOD restaurant. Not to mention his tone was very disheartening. Today we got drinks from there but one was modified a certain way to which chris said he couldn’t do so we told him we get it that way every time(which is true) so he overfilled it causing to spill all inside of my car. Thankfully I have never encountered a manager like this at any restaurant I have ever worked because they probably would’ve been fired. It’s not surprising he’s only been at this location for 6 months he probably got fired from his last job.

Its time to give up on this fast food service. They are constantly out of ice cream, food, and containers to serve items. The management should really be re-trained, put on a probation period, evaluated and let go if they cant improve.

Ordered two blizzards with lids at the drive through speaker box. Confirmed that they heard I need lids which they assured me they did. Get to the window no lids and the blizzards' ice cream is 2-3 inches above the cup line... which is fine because they have tall lids. Well I tell the guy at the window I need lids... he takes a flat lid and smashes it down on the 2 extra inches so globs out the sides which means it wont seal. Wipes it lazily with a napkin and hands it out the window... doesn't even offer me a napkin. On the second one he realizes that he probably shouldn't do that again so tries the big lid... but doesn't take the spoon out... he basically tries to shove the spoon through the bottom of this SMALL blizzard because he cannot be bothered to just throw the spoon out. Again I received the same amount of napkins as the cares given... hope you enjoy the last $15 you will see from me.

They tried to charge me 7.40 for a SMALL blizzard that was 4.99 on the menu. I didn’t add or mod anything. Lady at the counter was rude too. I worked at Dairy Queen for 2 years, I would know how it works

This is the 2nd time in 8 days. They can’t even make the order correctly as it was ordered! They held half my order because we were the only people there and they ran out of hamburgers because they got a door dash after I ordered. Then you don’t want to order food so I got just a PB Parfait with extra hot fudge. When they were giving it to me I asked about it looked normal and was told no that’s extra. No it was normal and again I didn’t even eat it as it had extra peanuts not Hot Fudge. Need better workers or at least some management that cares. Don’t go here because they are the worst place in White House. You want Ice cream or a Hot Fudge sundae go to McDonalds before here at least they get that right. No one even will call or contact you about anyone’s complaint!

The person at the drive thru was very rude. I was at the drive thru for maybe 2 minutes because I haven’t been here before and I wanted to see what they had. But no I don’t get that chance when he is working because he will just rush you . And clear his throat 100 time until your ready.

I have the DQ app on my phone. On my birthday I got a notification for a free treat. I went in to get the free treat. When I pushed the 'redeem' button it took me to where I had to order and pay for food. There was no free treat option. There was a redeem points option, but no free treats. The people at the register had no earthly idea how to handle the situation and said there was nothing they could do for me. So, the end result is that free treat on your birthday perk is BOGUS. Unless they want to fix this, they do not deserve any further business from me.

I decided to go and get a sauced and tossed tenders box. Once I got home I noticed they gave me a a regular tenders box. I called up to the store and spoke to a manager and asked her if my husband could come back to get it fixed. Once he arrived they started to close up. An employee seen him at the window and instead of asking what he needed he tapped on the window at the hours of operation. He sat there a few minutes and someone finally came to the window and he told them situation and explained what had been said. They proceeded to tell him to just come back in the morning since they already cleaned. Unbelievable.

I took my daughters to this location today. My daughters know an employee that works at this location and my daughter (6years old) asked for that employee and the lady at the register stated “ they aren’t here” and of course being a child asks “ where is she” and the lady responded with “I’m not sure I have bigger fish to fry” (in a sparky attitude). We ordered ice cream and while waiting the same employee made a comment while making my daughter’s strawberry Sunday and stated “well this kid is gonna make a mess”. (Not noticing we were standing close by) Then walked around the counter and handed the ice cream. This employee ruined the daddy daughter ice cream experience for us with her disgusting attitude. I’m not sure if the establishment was understaffed or if this employee was having a bad day but this was not the experience myself and my daughters were expecting.
