I have tried pizza all over the country. I grew up in Boston and now live in Chicago. We stopped in Utica for a night and ordered the upside-down with pepperoni and garlic. No exaggeration: this is one of the ten best pizzas I've ever had in my life. Absolutely astounding

Went in today for a couple slices. Haven’t had pizza in a while because of dietary restrictions but bit the bullet today and I’m glad I picked Joe’s. As good as it was when I was younger for sure. Upside down pizza is my favorite kind and Joe’s does it very well! Bummed Dave Portnoy didn’t come here when he went through Utica.

Best tomato pie I've ever had. Most tomato pies are too sweet for my taste. This was full of tomato flavor, without being too sweet or acidic. A nice amount of Romano cheese on top, with a crispy crust. Wish I found this place years ago, but I know I'll keep coming back. I ate half the pie on the way home, I couldn't resist.

Always great food at reasonable prices. They have a great upsidedown pizza and one of the best places for chicken tenders. 1000 times better then Tully's in Syracuse self proclaimed "best chicken tenders" that tastes like a mouth full of flour. They also have take and bake at home pizzas and tomato pies amongst other things. The food is always consistently good as well. **Please note the place is under renovation so there is no dinning in at this time. Once construction is done the dinning area will be reopened.

Currently working in the area and see numerous people in and out, so we decided to give it a try. Living in the Buffalo NY area, we should have known better than to get pizza. What was served was NOT pizza. The wings were not bad, but not crispy as ordered. Will not return when in the area.

I ordered 2 pizzas, boneless wings and fries. Not one description mentioned the pizza was upside pizza, and on par baked dough. I ordered through the Slice App, With that being said. Pizza was over done and burnt in some places. The boneless wings were over done, dry and lacked any sort of sauce. The fries were over seasoned and tasted like salt. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've ordered several times thru the years.. Was always happy.. HOWEVER this evening it's was the most terrible pizza I've ever had.. Large sausage mushroom peppers also 20 wings. I couldn't even taste any sausage mushrooms were few and far between peppers were plentiful way too much sauce it's like it was dough with heavy sauce with peppers... I live 30 miles away usually enjoy the food that's why I take the drive , so whoever is working this evening doesn't really care they just thru this order together.. I'm totally disgusted...

The pizza wasn't good. The picture looks like it was good, but it wasn't. Crust was so crunchy it felt like I was eating plywood. Also, it appears that the pizza crust is a pre made shell, so a 20 dollar pizza isn't even made with fresh dough. Will not be returning.
