Went for lunch buffet. Pizza was very good and they even made us a chicken bacon ranch pizza upon request. The dessert pizza was also very good. The girl working out front was very helpful and friendly.

Ordered to go. Dining room kind of sparse but that's OK because the Veggie Pizza was delicious. Lots of toppings hot and fresh and fast. From Arlington but we'll go again when we come back to Lake Whitney!

Wow ! That's all I can say ... we're from Waco Texas and we went here to get a Supreme Puzza for me and the wife and let's just say the pizza was so good we ate it in the parking lot . It was supposed to be to go 😆... anyways we will drive all the way to Whitney to try the dine in experience. This pizza could be the best pizza in all Waco if we had a Milanos there .

We haven't had pizza in a pretty good while but my grand kids wanted pizza so we went ahead and had a surpreme and a pepperoni with pineapple (don't knock it till you try it) but it was hands down amazing. The staff is awesome and polite too. If you are not getting pizza here, you are missing out. We usually always have pizza left over and we had none, every piece was eaten. Thank you for filling our bellies with delicious food. 😋 this is an addition..ordered again just to give it another go and bam exactly the same. Thanks for making getting pizza in Whitney great again...we will see ya soon. 😊

I'm a happy customer. All I ordered was a chef salad. Picked up with friendly service. When I pulled my salad from the bag I see the sweet little note. Opened container and see the beautiful and delicious salad. Very good service and food for my first time eating here. Thank you for you time to write that small note it made a big smile 😊

Well I have to say I did not know that they had the spinach Alfredo pizza and I had been looking for that so had to order one and it was delicious 😋 service was great Stephanie knew exactly what pizza I wanted. And macey was very polite all around good experience. I will definitely be going back for another one.

Don't be afraid to go in...the food is great. Truly good! Only negatives.....the water tastes aweful..maybe a new filter...lol Several young people running the place...they were very professional and did a great job serving us! Support local businesses!

The buffet experience was not good. A fresh pizza came out after about 30 minutes. Half of each slice was crust. Lettuce w brown edges. Dirty dressing squeeze bottles. I’ve had good pizza and pasta made to order from this eatery. So this was expensive for the one slice of pizza I got and I never leave bad reviews.

People are great here . I always give a restaurant two chances. 1st time pasta was way over cooked and mushy. Flavor was ok but not great. Second time order something different Cajun shrimp was hoping for better experience nope sad to say again pasta was way overcooked and mushy, and they left the shell tails on the shrimp???? Blew my mind if your shrimp is in a sauce shells off. Fried shrimp tails on. Sorry to say im going to have to try and find another place. I only ate a small amount of my dish horrible experience.

I came to Milano’s Pizza recently and unfortunately did not have the best experience. When I went to pay, the cashier selected a 20% tip on the screen without giving me the chance to choose my own amount. I noticed it, and it left me feeling like I wasn’t given the choice to decide for myself. The restaurant itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the drink I got tasted like the water quality was off, giving it a strange aftertaste. The wait time for my order was also longer than I expected for a casual spot like this. As for the food, I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and wings. The Philly was disappointing — I’d rate it around a 4.5 out of 10. The bread and meat just didn’t come together the way a good Philly should. The wings were average at best, maybe a 5 out of 10. Some of them were very small and not satisfying. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed. Between the tip issue, the drink quality, and the mediocre food, it just wasn’t the kind of experience I’d hope for. I really hope Milano’s can improve because the place has potential, but right now I can only give it 2 stars.

OK English it is now this is the problem. Service was great. Phone service was awesome Brooklyn you’re a star but here we go got the pizza. It’s pretty much burnt and didn’t get her drinks and nobody’s answering the phone to fix the situation so not only do we have to overpay we have food and no drinks……But am greatful that you did send the pizza out 10 mins before closing.ORANGE FANTA

I've had some bad pizza in my time, but this just lowered the bar for how bad pizza could get. Somehow, they managed to burn the cheese and still have raw dough. The cheese just slid off of each piece as we would pick them up. It was so greasy that we didn't even finish our first pieces. I don't know that I can say the service was that friendly, but they took my order as well as any food drive thru. It certainly was not fast, but I guess I just caught them at a bad time. The place was clean, so I will leave that as a high note.

Wanted to try them after a bad experience & heard they were under new management. I was hoping they'd be as good as they were in the beginning. Wrong. Greasy & flavorless. Save your money, go somewhere else. Bread sticks are thin crust, soggy greasy pizza, dessert same as you see, calzone: soggy grease. Not appetizing & spent $40 plus bucks.
