An Exceptional Dining Experience at Subway! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Subway, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! The staff is always incredibly welcoming but specifically, the Sunday evening staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. They greeted us with smiles, listened attentively to our sandwich preferences, and made helpful suggestions that enhanced our meal. Even though they just received an online order of 12 foot longs just before we walked in. They didn’t even bat an eye nor did they waste any time in executing the online order and our order as well. The service was efficient, and the staff demonstrated outstanding customer service skills, making sure I felt valued and well taken care of throughout my visit. As for the food – it was simply delicious! The sandwich was perfectly crafted, with fresh ingredients, and each bite was a flavorful delight. The bread was soft, the veggies crisp, and the meats were fresh and tasty. Everything was prepared with such care that it truly made for an enjoyable meal. Did a mobile order and got the new chicken cheese dippers and I didn't know that taking off honey mustard was dipping sauce and so my mom didn't have any dip for them and then they messed up my sandwich putting onion on it when my order and recipet don't have onion but on one of the 3 sandwiches 😒so a reminder please read the order before each step

Prior to today I have stopped in multiple times to grab some lunch for later right after dropping my kid off at school. I specifically remember asking the first time I did this, “ what time do yall open?” The sweet older lady said 6am so we can sell breakfast. I came in today for my lunch and the door was open as usual but the employee was sitting at the table with a non employee. Since the door was unlocked I assumed they were open and I asked if she wanted me to take her keys out the door for her. With an attitude she said we don’t open till 8. I replied with oh I’ve come in earlier than this (it was 738) before. She had no response and I left. Online and the door does say 8, I checked after I walked out. But please try and do better in the sense of keeping the door locked if you aren’t open and don’t get upset if a customer walks in and you have the door unlocked! It doesn’t take much these days for customer service people to get irritated or treat a customer ugly. I will happily take my money elsewhere just cause of her. This location is hit or miss, please try to be more consistent and also maybe hire more happy employees who know how to not take their bad day out on customer.
Ordered via subway app. Picked up our food which was ready in a timely manner. When I came in the young man had a bag and added a sandwich to that bag. He asked for my name, checked receipts took out the sandwich he put in the bag when I walked in and handed the bag to me. I checked it had the right number and sized sandwiches and the receipt. When we got home to eat none of the sandwiches were even close to what we ordered. No one ordered a steak sandwich but we had one and my daughter did not get her turkey. I can’t eat tomatoes, my sandwich had those with no dressing and I asked for extra olives and there were maybe 4 on it. My husband ordered all veggies and only got 4. I recommend not using the subway app because other than opening every wrapped sandwich you have to trust they followed your order as inputted. We live in a rural area and so returning 25 mins one way as the mgr suggested was not feasible.

I come to the drive-through and I pick up my order. The manager (Shannon Conner) hands me my order, I open the pizza box to check it since, the other day they had forgotten to put pepperoni on it and wouldn’t answer the phone so I could tell them. So i look at my pizza and my veggies are missing so we let the manager know and she grabs the box taking it back acting upset. I wait for her to fix and she comes back with my pizza and it has raw veggies and unmelted cheese on it. My mom turns to me and tells me to take it inside so they can once again remake it and I do so, when I do I speak to the manager (Shannon conner) again and i’m telling her this happens quite often and trying to show her proof with pictures and I hand her my pizza after doing so she just tosses it on the counter and tells me “Well I thought you wanted extra cheese”. “I thought I made it right”. I tell her no she didn’t and I walk out getting back into my car pulling back in the drive- through. Emily an employee comes to the window to bring me my pizza that they remade for the 2nd time. My mom lets them know we are going to make a review simply because this happens too often and asked the employee for her name she tells us “Emily” then says “I didn’t even make your pizza”. Rolling her eyes and closing the window. I spent 21 dollars on a salad and pizza waited about 30 minutes for them to get it right and they we’re acting as if it were my fault. When we got home Shannon Conner the manager texts my mom making excuses for her unjustified behavior. I will be showing a photo of what my pizza looked like when they took their first attempt to correct it. Then the text messages between my mom and the manager.
Terrible there’s no chicken on the chicken bacon ranch. One little piece. Very very very disappointed in the employees and the fact there okay with ripping customers off in a small town especially!!
Just pulled a long dark hair outta my sandwich. Called the shift leader, Patrick and all he had to say “Well I don’t have anyone working evening shift with long hair” He did offer to make me another sandwich. 🤢

Absolutely the WORST subway I have EVER been to. Not only was the staff unfriendly, they got our orders COMPLETELY wrong, they put it on OLD STALE bread. When trying to call the store, several times, no one ever answered. We couldn't even eat one of them because it was absolutely disgusting.
This place has really went downhill. First off they are ripping people off. If you want a classic sandwich, don't expect to pay the price that is on the menu. According to the rude worker (she said she was manager), they don't have a button to ring up the classic sandwiches, so even if you don't get the extra cheese, meat, etc, you will be charged for it. I argued, but she really wouldn't budge. She just said the posted price was wrong. Come on, at least don't be so lazy that you can't change the menu prices if you are going to price gouge everyone. Also she informed me that flat bread cost extra!! Since when??? I just got a flat bread the day before in Hillsboro. It is a bread option...not extra. I made it very clear I was talking about Flatbread (not the wrap, which is extra). I will never set foot in this Subway again. I thought I would give them another chance. I had an issue a year ago with them literally rationing the meat and veggies on my subs and filling my salad bowl to less than half (online order). That time I had to drive back to the store for a refund. This is the only Subway I have ever had an issue with. Funny thing, is this used to be a great Subway. I have filed a complaint with corporate. I really wish enough folks would complain that they would look into the way this Subway is being managed.

After working all day in the farm, dirty dusty & tired. Decided to go through drive through. Pulled up, "Name?". We need to place an order. Oh drive is for pick up only. We asked when did this change? New owners made the change. No signs stating any changes. She said we'll have to come in. Some people aren't physically able to come, you're limiting potential customers, we won't be back unless you want cow manure all over your floors or we are permitted to take our shoes off outside the door. Needless to say, we won't be back.

I don't know how this Subway got four stars as there as I'm currently reading it their review rating because there's no way. I've lived in Whitney most of my life I remember when that Subway was first open. Here in the last recent years the service the food everything about it has gone downhill how y'all got four stars is beyond me because last time I checked when you order meatball Subway sandwich it's supposed to be warm not ice cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. It's poorly put together it turns into slop in your hand. I know for a fact that y'all have officially lost my business and definitely I try to give you a second chance and I was met with a cold meatball sandwich that is supposed to be warm to hot. It might be the end of October and it's starting to get cold but it's not cold enough to freeze my food like it was when I bit into it when we don't live very far from town (near the dam). Last three times I bought food from you including the outlaw it was so poorly put together the bread was soaked and basically melting in my hands. No one wants to answer the phone I called up there many times to talk to someone and they just write it off. And that's how you're going to treat a patron that's been coming to your establishment for years now then that's how I'm going to treat you I'm going to write you off you're no longer even on my radar as a restaurant. My recommendations is there's another Subway a little further out in Hillsboro that does way better sandwiches they actually take the job professionally. You make a complaint they actually listen to you. I'm not asking for a refund I'm not asking anybody to get in trouble all I'm asking for is the next time I come in to make my food decent if you're not willing to eat the food that you made then what makes you think anybody else wants to eat it. And guarantee you there's not very many people I'm not one of those that likes a cold meatball sandwich where the sauce is so thick because it's cold but it feels like you're eating a grease sandwich. And if you don't like your job quit and go somewhere else. Don't make people hate going there because you don't like your job. Realize that it's not for everybody maybe making food is just not for you.
