Lovely staff. Super friendly. The appetizers are amazing. Don't sleep on them! Both our appetizers of the Greek fries and artichoke dip with chips were amazing. That dip alone I could eat all day. The chips were made fresh in house also. They have some fun signature drinks! Tried I believe it was called "schoolyard"? Which was like a pb&j in a cup! It was super delicious.We will definitely be coming back.

We were looking for a nice family dinner on Sunday night and discovered Firefly! When you walk in, you can choose from sitting in their regular dining room or walking through to the bar. I believe the bar menu is more limited than the restaurant’s. We had great cocktails and beer and a wonderful meal! I didn’t get a photo of the Brussels sprouts appetizer because it was so good, we ate it all first! Pictured is the short rib entree with broccolini and a loaded baked potato. Truly delicious — great value, great meal. We had the homemade baklava for dessert and everyone was happy that we ordered it. A nice new restaurant for Wichita Falls!

Really great atmosphere took good care of us. The waitress was on point would actually have a conversation with you and tell you what was good even went back to check and see if how the cuts of steak was . I believe the owner was sitting by the front door, thinking everybody for coming in, which was pretty sweet

The food was amazing & service was great. The decor is a bit eclectic, but so is the menu and somehow, it really truly works. It seems spendy at first, but it’s worth it and you’ll have leftovers! Both were outstanding and cooked to perfection. The chicken was seasoned perfect and juicy. The cheesesteak meat was perfect flavor and texture. Portions were huge. When the food came to take we immediately said "oh dang we could have shared" .... but good news is our take away will be dinner tonight. Put your phone down and point your car in that direction... you'll thank me later. Still in the "soft opening" stage, but service was great and food was amazing... they've got the kinks worked out.

I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was cooked to order with the right amount of seasoning. The flavor combo was great! My wife had the cheesesteak and it was great also. Portions are very filling and I’m pretty sure you won’t leave hungry. My sandwich was big and hearty. Same for hers also. They kept our drinks in good shape with me having nearly two full glasses of tea as I was finishing. I definitely will go back to try other dishes.

Can’t say I’ve had a bad experience in the 3x I’ve been here. Out here for work, casual atmosphere, hardly anyone at the moment. If they had tv’s on patio, my guess would be business picks up. Good place to relax and eat as well 🇺🇸

Our server, Ramona is super nice and professional! Great food, we had the Greek Fries, the salmon and a salad. Super clean! Also, I observed a manager gently guiding an old, challenged man to the restroom with the kind of kindness and dignity I'd appreciate for myself someday. What a class act! First of all, our server Maddie was AMAZING!!! Second, most of the food is on point! Braised ribs were to die for! Fish was really good. Pasta wasn't great, but they are still in their soft opening, so 2 out of 3 ain't bad! Third, the owner is great. Had a conversation with himself outside. He asked for honest opinion and I gave it to him. He wanted to comp the pasta, I told him no. He offered to comp meal next visit, I again said no. We understood that their could be kinks that need to be worked out and didn't hold it against them. I have no doubt the pasta will be great next time. This is a place that Wichita Falls needs to keep around!

Took the family to Firefly Bar and Grill yesterday and honestly, we were not disappointed. We were a little hesitant at first because of the lower Google rating, but we had seen nothing but positive things on Facebook’s Rants and Raves, so we decided to give it a shot. Glad we did. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the portions were borderline ridiculous (in the best way). The drinks were solid, the service was great. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but we felt like we got every bit of value, maybe even more.

Izzy is a great server. She knew the menu and checked on us several times throughout our meal. The ribeye was awesome, and the short ribs across the table looked good and tasted good, as well. Don't be surprised by the prices. Good food is worth the quality and passion put into preparing it. We will be back!

My husband and I are new to Firefly restaurant, as of 2 weeks ago. We decided to try it not once but twice in less than a week. When we first walked in, we were greeted by the hostesses. They were well dressed with bubbly personalities. The restaurant was extremely clean and the ambiance was lovely. Our waitress was delightful and professional young girl. Unfortunately I don't remember her name it was this post Friday mid afternoon and we were seated to the right of the door. We ordered our food and desert to go. The grilled pork chops that I ordered were out of this world. Everything was fresh and hot. I even asked for the name of the chefs so 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳 w could compliment them on a fabulous meal. Thank you for a delicious dinner, Michelle and Iggy. It's rare to have such a wonderful dining experience. Both my husband and I are very impressed with this little jewel.We wish Firefly all of the luck in the world. Just keep doing what you're doing. WelI done, 5***** star all the way! V.Brown

I know this place has had mixed reviews but we’ve been twice and it’s been absolutely delicious every time. We both got the short rib pappardelle and it tastes like it should be in Dallas. The service has always been amazing as well the staff are so kind and attentive, especially Sean (Shaun?) in the bar area. Pleaseeee don’t let this place go out of business. 😍

Stopped in for Happy Hour. We are traveling from out of town. Alisha took great care of us. We had several great drinks and a few appetizers. The Old fashions were good! The Bacon Jalapeño Mac n Cheese bites were delicious as well as the Queso and Chips.

Absolutely worth the visit! The food was incredible—every bite bursting with flavor. The bread alone is to die for, soft, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I had the Green Plate, and my husband went for the Chipotle Burger, and both were cooked and seasoned to perfection. You can taste the quality and care in every dish. This place is a true gem for Wichita Falls! Just remember, good food takes time—this isn’t fast food, and it’s definitely not McDonald’s. When you’re getting a meal of this caliber, it’s worth the wait. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you! Also, next time we visit, we’ll definitely be taking advantage of the patio! There aren’t many great patio dining options in town, so it’s exciting to have a new spot with a fantastic outdoor space.

We've gone twice and both times have been great. My husband said it's his top 2 for chicken parmesan, that it was so tender and just fell apart. The chicken strips were great too, had good flavoring, where as most are bland. My 7 and 8 yr Olds LOVE their cheeseburgers. I had their bloody Mary also which was very good, hell, you can't beat that price- $5. I'd definitely recommend this place.

The food does not disappoint. The staff are friendly and attentive, you will be taken care of. My dish was slightly over salted and our waitress wanted to make sure I was satisfied and requested I get a new plate. The music playing is also a nice touch! Great date spot. Great work Ashley!

Absolutely the best dinning experience in Wichita Falls, forget that, best in the entity of the Texoma area. Nobody, i mean Nobody can match what they have going on for lunch or for dinner. Food, ambiance, front of the house and back of the house staff were clearly hand picked and well encouraged to achieve excellence on the daily.

Finally dined here a few weeks ago after avoiding it due to the early negative reviews here and elsewhere online. I am happy to say it greatly exceeded my expectations. Our bartender/server was friendly, attentive, and recommended the short rib with mashed potatoes. It was delicious, and in my opinion one of the best values in the city considering the quality of the meat and preparation. TLDR-try this place if you've been on the fence. In my opinion the reviews do not match the good quality I experienced.

My friend, Lesa, and I had lunch at Firefly today. I had the HUGE chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and okra and she had the creamy Cajun lemon garlic Parmesan pasta!! It was all so so good! The service was excellent and the Manager was very nice! We will definitely be going there again!

We had a lovely time. The food was delicious. I got the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and brussel sprouts. The sprouts could of used a little more butter and seasoning for my taste but they were still good. 😋 We were seated immediately even though they looked busy. It did take a little bit for us to get a waitress and our drinks. But once she came and we put our order in, it didn't take long for the food to come out. She was delightful. We didn't mind the wait. Gave us a chance to put our phones down and talk. 😁 We hope the town gives them a chance to work out the kinks. We will definitely go back.🤗

1st rime here! Greeted and seated promptly. Server was excellent and nice. Food was good. Artichoke Spinach Dip was very tasty and creamy. Also served with it had a bit of a kick! 😂 Chicken fried steak, county white gravy with baked potato and macaroni and cheese. They all were to my liking. My wife had grilled pork chop with macaroni n cheese and Brussels sprouts. She liked them all except for the spouts..didnt like the taste of the flavor they used- but no biggie there. We were fully satisfied and didn't have no room for dessert. We did want to try strawberry cheesecake. We will make sure to get that next visit. Atmosphere was quite, the way we liked it for a Tuesday night. Staff all worked together making sure we had a good dining experience.

I took our school soccer team to this restaurant and I was very pleased with their service. Our server had a system to make sure that we were not waiting long and the food was coming out quick. We had a group of 23 and they accommodated us very well. I would gladly come back.

Beautiful restaurant, Shannon was attentive without hovering and so nice. The soft pretzels were a great appetizer with a spicy/ sweet mustard and a mild but still tasty cheese sauce. The grilled pork chop was flavorful and juicy, the Mac and cheese noodles were still firm. The cheese steak was well balanced between meat, peppers and cheese on a nicely crusty roll. The kitchen even switched our kids tenders for a grilled chicken that was eaten very happily by my picky little. The fries were crispy. The only thing that needed salt was the baked potato and really, that's not even an issue. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Tried for the first time today and will be back. Excellent - We got the braised short rib, spinach artichoke dip and chicken shish kabobs. We are gluten free and they gave us the meal without pita by request which great.

We ordered 12 oz Ribeye $24.99 Rare Grilled Shrimp $4.99 Gilled Mushrooms $1.25 Brussel Sprouts Rice 10 oz Sirloin $21.99 Med Rare Seasoned Fries Salt & Pepper Texas Toast Shortrib Pappardelle $18.99 Everything came out delicious! Good job kitchen staff! Also had leftovers! Will be back because we want to try other items on the menu.

Went for an afternoon appetizer with my Husband and pups! Davy was our waiter/bartender. He was great! He was the only one waiting tables and bartending and service was still served with a smile. We ordered the Brussel sprouts and Mac and cheese bites. They were to die for! Perfect place for a quick bite and they are pet friendly. I hope this place hires some more staff and stays open because the food and atmosphere are wonderful. If you go for dinner there’s definitely longer wait even when it’s not busy that’s the only bad thing . Other than that highly recommend for an afternoon !

We both got salads, but our veggies looked like the were old (possibly frozen and defrosted, our cucumbers had translucent skin and the tomatoes looked almost stewed...they didn't taste good, like soaked in oil almost, hard to explain. Our min dishes we good....I had the kebobs , the chicken was great, but my steak was overcooked (didn't even ask what cook I wanted) it came out well done and that was disappointing. The pizza was good and the gluten free crust was one of the best I have had. Overall a good experience but restaurants about the food, but I can't give 3.5 stars so 4 it is. 3.5/5

Ashley was very helpful when trying to order. With a gluten allergy, ordering food in restaurants is typically a struggle. She made multiple attempts to clarify what was safe. We love the atmosphere but having a gluten free menu would make it even better!

Great food! We’ve been here twice already and enjoyed our meals both times. As a vegetarian, I was happy to find menu options that weren’t just salads. Others in my party loved the fried catfish. The prices are reasonable for such good food, especially compared to franchise restaurants, which have been getting more expensive.

The service was pretty good. We had a nice waitress and food was timely - we were there for about an hour. The lemon pasta was great, but the salmon was overcooked. The service was pretty good. We had a nice waitress and food was timely - we were there for about an hour. The lemon pasta was great, but the salmon was overcooked. Long wait for food even though it wasn't busy. Order wasn't correct. Food tasted good and service was ok, but definitely nothing special. Overall didn't feel it was worth the wait or price.

Came with my kiddos for a late lunch. At 3pm it took about 10 minutes for us to be greeted by a server. We ordered an appetizer of soft pretzels but they were anything but that. We got 3 mini pretzels for $9 or $10. In my opinion, not worth the price. Both kids got something off of the kids menu and they appeared to enjoy them. I got their chicken avocado sandwich. Not a fan of it, chicken had non flavor nor could you taste the pepper jack cheese. All I could taste was an odd flavor from the toasted bread the sandwich came on. Other items on the menu may be much better but I would not suggest the sandwich I got. I forgot to mention that I don’t recommend their garlic Parmesan fries. Has an odd taste.

We gave this place a try. Party of 6. The waitress was full of attitude with no want to in her body. I get it, we have bad days. The food was okay but lacked flavor. I had the NY strip with rice and a sweet potato. My spouse had the chicken fried steak with broccolini and a sweet potato. The steak was cooked correctly but needed more flavor; the rice was good but also had an overwhelming chicken broth taste. The sweet potatoes were cooked correctly, not under/over done. My wife's broccolini, in her words, "isn't recommended". The chicken fried steak was really good! The wait time was horrendous. All in all this place has the potential to be better.

I am aware that this is a soft opening, and the menu was VERY limited, but here we go. Let’s start with the food. Chips, salsa and queso - Chips were great. Salsa was okay. Queso was pretty good but too thin and runny. - I ordered the Hamburger and fries I wanted a burger without cheese but they put cheese on it anyway. Was an average burger, nothing special. Fries were greasy and over seasoned (too salty). The waitress was nice and friendly. Probably could have refilled our iced teas before our glass was empty. My biggest complaint is it’s too cold in the place. Air conditioning vents are blowing hard and straight towards the tables. My hair was blowing a little. Management. Please adjust your vents to where they’re not blowing directly where people sit. Also. Tables need to have sugar; sweet and low and Splenda packets. Salt and pepper shakers. A bottle of ketchup. We might be back. Will wait on a better menu other than a burger or pita. If I want a burger I’ll go to red robin. FOOD I took away 2 stars because of the cheese I didn’t want and the over salted/ seasoned greasy fries. SERVICE I took away 1 star because my tea was empty and couldn’t finish my food. ATMOSPHERE I took away 1 star because it’s too cold and the air conditioner was blowing constantly.

Not sure what the meat on the gyro was. Did not taste like traditional gyro. The burger is small and dry as a hockey puck. There is some strange season on the fries they are passing off as a Cajun seasoning. The service was okay and the atmosphere was nice but don’t think the food was worth the visit.

We were a party of 12. with maybe only one other group of customers in the restaurant. I ordered the chicken parmesan, and it was horrible. The taste was very strong and left an after taste. My husband had the catfish. The strips looked like mini chicken tenders. I had a Caesar salad which was good and my husband's seasoned fries were good. This is definitely a one and done for us.

First timer here and well they were shorthanded. Some impatient customers Manager/bartender/waitress was working all 3 roles. The "16 hour" short rib and the mashed potatoes were below average. You can get a better tasting meat somewhere else. Trust. I liked the jalapeño Mac n cheese bites And the broccolini Both 10/10 Nice place though Will have to give it another chance

We had quite a few issues but I'm not going to go into all of it. Long wait, inaccurate item description on menu, another long wait for food. Seemed as though there was zero sense of urgency from any staff member. Biggest issue was the manager who constantly kept putting his hands in his pants, I guess adjusting his shirt, idk. Completely gross and very unprofessional. Dude looked like a slob in overall appearance anyway, but that behavior will keep us from coming back. Prices were a bit high but I understand and am more than willing to pay for quality. Good food will never overcome bad service and staff behavior. Owner needs to address his management and either correct the behavior or remove it. Place has potential, but that dude alone will sink the restaurant. I know they put a lot of money into the building and i would hate to see this one shutdown. I really hope it gets turned around. I want to be comfortable giving them another shot!

Unfortunately our food was terrible. I ordered the salmon for lunch and it was undercooked, flavorless and swimming in a weird, wet, greasy sauce. That same sauce got on my broccoli as well. I couldn't eat any of it. Additionally, my friend got the Alfredo and it was extremely bland. Also very watery sauce with overcooked fettuccine. I almost never leave negative reviews, but I was so disappointed after all the hype (and the bill). I'm sure their bar food items are better since that's their primary fare. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was fine. Prices are high though and not worth it in my opinion, especially given the quality of the food preparation.

This was my second time dining here. The first time was when it opened and we had great food and service. However on 12-06-2025 it was a completely different experience. First our server spent more time over on her phone than attending to her tables. Never did get a water refill, and it was almost empty when the food finally arrived 45 minutes after we ordered. Add on another 10 minutes between ordering one appetizer and asking another passing server that we were ready to order. It was an hour and 15 minutes between walking in and getting our food...with the exception of one roasted Brussel Sprouts appetizer that needed to be cooked longer. Overall, a terrible experience for food that could be bought elsewhere. Oh and don't forget she gave me a tip options after already tacking on 18% because we had 2 kids and a teenager to make us a party of 9. WE WILL NOT RETURN and I would recommend you go elsewhere too.

So disappointed. I gave it the long awaited time to get to be settled. But today we went to try it out finally. We wanted to have a quick lunch. We were seated quickly (arrived at 11:29 per my life 360 app) and the waiter got our drinks. We ordered the mac and cheese appetizer. It came out around 1140. At the same time we ordered the appetizer we had also ordered our food. Him the CFC and me the grilled chicken. Both with white gravy. I should note 3 other tables of less than 4 people were eating in the entire restaurant at this time. Our food finally came out at 12:35ish. Over an hour after ordering. My grilled chicken had brown gravy on it. I didn’t complain I just said it will be okay. The waiter got me white gravy (btw, I appreciated the gesture to help sir) We just asked for boxes and paid the 50.00 bill. We didn’t get to eat. Our “quick lunch” was not possible. The place was not busy. The staff count was adequate. The service was good. But overall, I have no plans to return. The waiter even after a year plus of being open was extremely longer than it should have been. I cannot speak on the taste of the food since I didn’t have time to await a remake and I can’t eat the brown gravy. But my husband said his CFC wasn’t bad but wasn’t great.

Our waitress was nice and very accommodating. The atmosphere was very nice and laid back and prices are fair.. We did have to send back our margaritas because they were just way too tart, there replacements were slightly better. The pork chop and CFS came out nice and hot but the sides were room temperature. I'm not 100% certain that I will be back.

Don’t waste your time or money. Came in place was empty - 2 other tables - slow day I guess. Sat there for 15 minutes - in atmosphere that mirrored a bad independently owned 1 star motel in a deserted county - sat there - sat there - sat there - decided if I was gonna eat today - I’d better find somewhere - lady working there just looked at me like I was an artificial life form. NO BUENO

Please save yourself a horrible experience and go anywhere except here. I wish we had read the reviews prior to wasting our money. To begin with they had barely any diners in this restaurant, which probably should have been the red flag. We waited close to two hours for horrible food, it came at all different times. They were out of a lot of items and would come back at different times during the two hours to tell us to order something else. Some of our party couldn't wait longer and had to cancel their order, and they still charged them for their teas, after sitting there for two hours waiting for their food. The waitress did not bring change back even after a tip was automatically added to the order, she just thought she should keep the change, and after pointing it out, she then brought back some of it and said they don't have any change to give him back the rest. Please close this place down if you don't have staff, or a cook to actually run a restaurant. Close on Sundays if you can't find workers. They did nothing to even offer any apology or compensation for this mess. They acted like this was the normal for this business. The excuse was there are only two kids in the back cooking. Your poor management is not my problem. This place will not last treating customers so poorly.

Poor service… it was very slow. Idk why my 1 drink and 1 appetizer too so long. The waitresses were moping around… my waitress disappeared several times. Skip key steps of service I wanted to eat there but just ended sticking with the appetizers and 1 drink. Will not be back.

Where do I begin. The bread was cold and stale and the butter was too cold to spread. This was just horrible! The service was ok but the steaks were horrible. I asked for mine medium and the first one one was bloody rare, the second rare and the third try well done. They were so tough we could barely chew them.

I was SO excited to try this place out. I’ve seen such good reviews about it, but I was severely let down. I got the chicken bacon ranch flatbread& it literally smelled like pee. The board they brought it out on, even smelled the same way. The service was extremely slow, considering they weren’t hardly busy. It took 10 minutes just to put 2 empty tables together. Overpriced& over rated is an understatement to say the least. I’d rather eat little Cesar’s pizza than this crap again.

First time at this place, unfortunately not a good experience. We were barely acknowledged by the host and after about 10 minutes we were finally seated. Other people came and were seated and their food came in before ours. After our food order taken, it took over 45 minutes to get the food to our table. Our basic order consisted of burger with fries and a basket of fried fish with fries. When the food arrived, hamburger bun was burned and the fries were lukewarm. We were just disappointed.

The bartender/manager was extremely rude. When I finally took my kids drinks up there to see if he might fill them for us, he ask me, " well, where's your waitress?" We were literally the only ones eating in the bar. There might have been 3 people in the other dining area. They were not busy at all. Even when my husband went up there to ask one of the waiters to fill the drinks they still didn't come to fill them. That would not fly at the restaurant I work at. But, at my restaurant we actually have good service.

I waited for about 15 minutes after my girlfriend’s drink was empty to get a refill. I actually gave my girlfriend my drink because she had drank hers and I barely sipped mine. I ordered the short rib pasta and it was great, although the portion size was a bit small for my liking not a big deal. My girlfriend ordered a Chicken Fried Steak… She got a Chicken Fried Chicken… also they were out of mashed potatoes and recommended the green beans instead. Me and her both expressed how picky she was about the green beans and they were adamant about the quality of their green beans. Me, her and my cousin I brought them over to, to try, we agreed they were trash. But the mac and cheese she recommended was a 8/10. Unfortunately that’s the best thing they had was an overpriced side of Mac and cheese. They actually noticed my girlfriend’s food wasn’t right and then checked to see if it was a server or kitchen error. It’s then they said it was the server error that caused it. We had already eaten half of our dinner didn’t get refills and the food was completely wrong. They didn’t offer to comp anything and we didn’t complain either. I even tipped generously. But the kicker more than anything else was my girlfriend said the stall she used didn’t have any toilet paper and she had to ask the person in the other stall for some toilet paper. The food that we got was mostly good, for the food that we actually got that we ordered. The service was terrible and the upkeep on the bathrooms apparently also needs improvement. Probably the worst overall experience I’ve ever had going out to eat and I’m not picky at all.
