Amazing place to enjoy a refreshing smothing with fruits and/or berries. I came here the first time and i was instantly hooked on it. I joined the rewards program for the first time and got 3 dollars off my drinks. Well worth the experience to come back for more smoothies and other healthy drinks.

This is by far the best juice place around. One aspect of Robeks is the taste is always the same.... AWESOME!They are consistent in their drinks and the staff and management are always friendly. I go there daily before work... Inside is nice and clean and smells delicious! Will never go anywhere else.. ❤👌👍👏😉

Loved it !! Clean store , super yummy bowls , and smoothies , Nick from the night shift helped me with my orders , and he was super nice !! Would definitely come back / recommended others to go check them out ! ☺️

I stumbled upon Robeks Fresh Juices and Smoothies after an appointment and so happy that I did! Their smoothies are awesome and their acai bowls are delicious! I used to drive to Temecula or Corona for an Acai bowl, I no longer have to. I have to add that their customer service is fabulous as well. They educated on the type of smoothies they had on the menu, as well as suggesting the additional offerings they have to go with the type of smoothie I was purchasing. Going back there again!

I've been coming here since they opened a few years ago and although prices have gone up quite a bit, I've yet to be disappointed in the quality of their ingredients and friendly staff! I wish we had another spot in Menifee but I'm willing to drive to get to this location. Super green with extra yogurt and added honey is my go-to!!

Food and smokthies are always amazing. Unfortunately I dont think scheduling is done well as weekends Ive noticed only 1 member doing all the work with no other help (sat/ sun) on which would typically have at least 2-3 for cashier and order fulfillment. Poor scheduling.

We were first in line when it was dead. After we ordered the work workers had their friends show up and they were served first. It was obvious. Then they proceeded to make the online orders be before ours. Last time here.

Usually don’t leave reviews but the girl bothered me. I came in with my 3 year old son and wanted to share a smoothie. I asked for the energizer açaí and realized the “energy” may mean caffeine and didn’t want to give me 3 year old caffeine. I asked her what the vague “energy” means and she said you can read the pamphlets on what’s in our smoothies… I wanted to ask her “you don’t know if your energy drink has caffeine in it?” But held my tongue. After a few brief awkward moments of browsing the pamphlet as she stood there looking at me, I gave up and decided to get the other non “energy” açaí option. After ordering and having more time, I looked throughout the pamphlet, only to find it doesn’t have a single description of what “energy” means. Young girl in the front that’s probably at her first job, next time, ask your 3 other coworkers that are sitting on the milk crates in the back chatting, my simple question. You may avoid a negative review :) smoothie came fast and tasted good so I’ll give a 2 star. Customer service is everything. Thanks

My family orders from here all the time, and service is hardly great but the food usually comes out good. To be fair, there are a couple employees that help this location have a better atmosphere. We do a lot of DoorDash as well, and the food is usually delivered sealed with stickers and in a sealed bag, but this time it had none of those, and it wasn’t filled to the top.. there was a noticeable gap. We are fighting the cold that’s going around and don’t want to take any chances with food that may have been tampered with because it wasn’t properly sealed. I called the store and the employee couldn’t seem to care less and offered no resolution. I drove down there to ask for the drink to be remade so I can ensure it’s safe for my family to drink, and after arguing with me about the efficacy of the stickers and sealing the product the employee says “I guess” with the worst attitude. I appreciate him doing the right thing and remaking it but this kind of customer service is abhorrent. I come to this location just about weekly and this employee almost always has a “couldn’t care less”attitude and that’s reflected in the food he makes as well. Management needs to step up the customer service training at this location asap and teach the employees how to speak with respect, and take care of your business.

I visited the store on Friday 10/6 @ 11:35 am. I ordered my drink but a couple of people walked in after me. Instead of the young lady making my drink, she began taking their orders. When I walked in I was the only customer and that’s why I ordered. I was on my way to work and would’ve been late had I stayed and waited for it. She asked me if I can pick it up later. I told her I couldn’t because I’d be at work. She asked for my name and number and I gave it to her. She said she would leave the information at the front for when I returned. Well, I visited the store yesterday and the gentleman that helped me was very kind and professional. There was no paper with my information on it. He took care me like she should’ve. I guess it’s just me because I would’ve made the first customers drink instead of taking everyone’s order who walked in. Also, she didn’t ask for my phone number when I ordered. The service I received yesterday trumps the service I received Saturday. This is the only reason why I would return.
