Our first time ordering subs from Muscarellas. We had ordered pizza before . Best steak sub. Delivery was fast! Our new place to go for pizza, subs and wings.

This place is close to my work so I order pick up from an app fairly often. The app let's me know when the order is ready so I've never had to wait. Staff is always polite. The hot wings are always good. In fact I'd say that their wings are underrated. I've had worse wings from some of the more well known supposedly buffalo wing hot spots. But then again group think is rarely accurate.

The steak subs are amazing! The seasoning used is something I've never tried anywhere else and I'm HOOKED! They are always so polite and pleasant on the phone when I order. The delivery is always on time and the delivery workers are always friendly as well. I highly recommend 👌

This is by far the best pizza in Buffalo. Always perfectly consistent week to week. Cup and char pepperoni cooked perfectly. By far the best crust on a pizza I have ever tasted. Don't sleep on this place, you will not find a better pizza in WNY

I love, love, love your pizza. Please do not change your recipe. It is the best pizza ever. The crust is so delicious. It is like biting into a piece of heaven. The crust is so soft and fluffy. The sauce is delicious and the cheese is gooey. This is the perfect pizza. Please continue to do the very best with your pizza.

We are from out of town and heard we need to try cup and char pepperoni pizza. We found Muscarella's was closest and boy were we happy. This is the best pizza we have ever had in our lives. Please know that it is worth every penny and adding the garlic Parmasan crust was AMAZING! Thoroughly impressed and sad that we can't get this where we come from. Muscarella's is the BOMB!!

I moved to the Buffalo area like five or six years ago and have tried a lot of pizza places around here. Muscarellas is up there in like top five. Also it was $20 cheaper to get pizza and wings here then it would have been to get it from Picasso's you can't go wrong with that.

Been getting muscarellas for almost 20 yrs now. Love their crust! One of the few that cut their circle pies into squares so you get 4 "corners" with a lot of crust. Great for dipping into additional sauce or enjoying the delicious taste and crunch with a little of the pizza on it for flavor. You get the crustless pieces in the middle . Pepperoni perfectly chared. It's my top 3 pizza place in buffalo.

Tried a small pizza (good for 2), and it was incredible. Soft crust and finely chopped toppings take the taste to another level. Love it.

A great local option for pizza. Much, much, much better than La Nova, please trust me. They have a variety of regular pizzas as well as specialty. You can't go wrong. My wife and I like a crispier crust, you can ask them to bake it a little longer. They will also cut it into triangles as opposed to the grid that all these other places do for some unknown reason. This place only gets four stars because if you don't ask them to bake it longer (or put it in your own oven for 5-10 mins at 400 degrees F) the pizza can be soggy. You shouldn't have to troubleshoot for good pizza.

Got a chicken finger pizza without blue cheese. Very attentive staff asking what we would like for substitution. Great tasting pizza and super cheesy (just the way I like it). Would have given 5 star if the crust was baked a little more and was crunchy

Ordered a large pizza. 1/2 cheese, 1/2 jalepeño and sausage. The person on the phone was nice, polite. He gave me a total on the phone. He said we would be there in an hour. Wednesday night. Pizza arrived 10 minutes late. Nothing to complain about. I started the stop watch when I hung up the phone. (Most pizza places around here run 20-40 late) Delivery driver was also very polite. Nice job! On to the Pizza. Crust was beautifully cooked. Nice golden color. Nice balance between soft dough on the inside and crisp bottom. Dough is a touch thinner than most buffalo style pies. Sauce was Goldilocks. Not to much, not to dry. Cheese stayed in place. Just Right. The toppings looked like they were put on with a laser level. Clearly divided from the cheese only side. A good amount of sausage and jalepeños. Job well done. I'll review again when I order wings and fingers. So after trying the local pizza places. Musscarellas is good..... Pay the extra dollars for La Nova. The wings are bigger. The sauce for the pizza is OMG. Not to sweet, not to bitter. It's just right. I can almost promise canned tomatoes. But the sauce taste like 1980s south buffalo.

Friendly staff. Ordered a Turkey Club sub. The sub was a little light on the meat, but good overall. Nothing too special here, I've had better, but it's definitely not bad.

We ordered pizza and chicken fingers on 6/15/20 . The fingers we pretty decent but the pizza was not good at all. It tasted rubbery, like it was reheated after it sitting for awhile. i’m not a picky eater by any means, but had a few bites and called it quits. Was my first time ordering from muscarella’s , also be the last.

Ate here for the first time a couple nights ago. Was blown away by the quality of the pizza. Was one of tbe best pies i have ever eaten. Today i double down and order same pizza but ad a sub - stinger to be exact. $43 tax and delivery. Total disappointment and inconsistancy. Wont order from here again.

Ordered via UberEATS. I love their broccoli and cheese pizza at least this time it wasn't burned and dried out. But my turkey sub; again dry as a board and the kicker I ordered a whole sub and was only sent a half 🤔🤔 I think I'll revisit lanova on the west side going forward for the broc and cheddar pie and nix ordering anything other than pizza UPON PICKUP. SEEMS YOU HAVE TO INSPECT YOUR FOOD PRIOR TO LEAVING

I started going to Muscarella's 15 years ago when I moved to Williamsville. They had awesome pizza and subs and nice people. But that recently changed. There is a new manager (or owner?) running the place. The two cooks looked very young and he was constantly yelling at them. I ordered a cheeseburger sub on the phone and paid for it when I arrived. The manager then handed me a small brown bag containing one hamburger. I pointed out that I ordered a cheeseburger sub and he went back and yelled at one of the cooks that he screwed up. He said just wait a few minutes. He then handed me the same brown paper bag this time with two burgers. I was going to point out that there are more than two burgers in a sub, and that I paid for a sub, but I just wanted to leave because of all the bad vibes from this nasty manager. Used to be a great place, now I need to find a new one.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I tried to place an order for delivery the guy argued with me about items on his own menu over the phone. He then put the phone down to get a manager and I guess he didn't realize I could here everything he was saying. I could here him over the line swearing about me " can you deal with this f&@$er he's an a&@ hole. WOW I've never felt so disrespected by a business. Here I'm trying to order food and give you my hard earned money and your going to treat me like that. Yeah, I don't recommend this place to anyone. You people here should think about getting some new staff and people with some 'people' skills!

Never again. The guy making my food cleaned a dirty knife with a rag, touched that rag and then touched my food with the same gloves on and then used that same knife to cut my sub. That alone made me want to throw up. They should learn not to touch a dirty rag while making food and actually wash the knives with soap and water. I took one bite out of my sub and couldn't eat it. The "new" grilled chicken sub was like jerky on a roll. Not to mention I was still thinking about the dirty rag. Waste of money.

Pizza is always great. Wings too! The app they use (Slice), for on line ordering, sucks! After clicking on the location closest to me, I clicked on pick up. Placed my order. Checked status 20 min later. Order was placed at the OTHER location, 25 min away (closer location is 5min away!). My advice, don’t use Slice app! Personally, I’m angry and won’t order from Muscarellas again! They should have a better appreciation for the apps they use.

Unless you order pizza for pick up, don't expect that it will get to you in less than an hour and 30 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes. I was told by the person in the phone that an hour and 20 minutes is standard, which is bologna. We have ordered from them twice and both times we have had to call to find out when the food will come. The food isn't so good that you would want to wait this long. For $50+ an order, they should have a solid delivery plan for repeat business. If you want pizza within a reasonable amount of time, order from one of the many, many other pizza places that will deliver under an hour.

Found this in our pizza today, and the manager insisted we put it in there because they only have blue bandaid in their store. Refunded our money but stated it was just because we wanted free pizza. Terrible customer service and this is beyond disgusting. The owner just called me back to argue because he's mad I put a bad review on Facebook. Sorry, getting my money back for this pizza is just not enough, who knows what's on that bandaid. I understand mistakes happen, but if there was better customer service I never would have badly rated this company.This was the lancaster location. For the record, you can look back on my Google reviews, never have I ever given a bad review....I didn't lie just to get your 20 dollar pizza for free.
