They have the glazed stick so it gets 5 stars regardless. Bagel with cream cheese was warm and fresh. Regular blend coffee was not watered down and therefore delicious. My only complaint was they didnt have the midnight blend ready to go. Thanks for a great expierience.

I stop in here from time to time to grab one of those caramel espresso drinks that I probably shouldn't be drinking lol But once in a while when work is tough- you need a boost! I love the fact that they are 24 hours. That's extremely helpful for someone who works the night shift. The staff is always friendly and prompt with the orders. I also end up getting breakfast sandwiches here sometimes which are always tasty. Oh also- I've gotten many icecream cakes from here which are always good too! Another good thing about this location- they have a parking lot out front. It's not very large but people are constantly coming in and out of it so you get a spot fast. It's very helpful since it's located on busy northern Blvd. You can't go wrong with this location if you want to stop and get some coffee or have breakfast. There's also plenty of seating room inside.

super unsanitary. the employees aren’t even wearing gloves when touching the customer’s orders. no hand sanitizer at display. i don't even know how clean their hands are or if they are using hand sanitizer really. the floors and tables are dirty too. could be maintained better.

Nice and clean but wth is going on with their coffee ? I feel you need to KNOW how to make coffee . I asked for a large coffee light and sweet with almond milk how can you mess that up?! Tasted like a residue of something else in my cup and my drink did not taste like coffee . 2nd place I’ve been to in 2 weeks that’s cant make the simplest thing

This establishment does have wall outlets. Important for people like me who goes around working on my laptop. Problem is, there is always something wrong at a Dunkin Donuts, the bathroom is out of order on this one. Can’t stay here then, again...

Usually good service. Sometimes it’s not. Manager never screws up my order. Empty cup today without her. Manager does a great job!

Nice and clean but wth is going on with their coffee ? I feel you need to KNOW how to make coffee . I asked for a large coffee light and sweet with almond milk how can you mess that up?! This used to my go to Dunkin! They now served me two burnt sandwiches????? Don’t go

They give me hot coffee instead of ice coffee, and they refuse to make another one for me and keep asking what donut I want ?!!!!!! Will not recommend anyone to reach this store. Worst experience I ever had at coffee shop.

Not only they can't fill my order correctly. They even don't honor the t Mobil Tuesday promo on their regular item. Claimed it can only be used on their iced tea. Never again.

I feel extremely bad for the employees who work here. The manager who is an older woman who always has an attitude, is TERRIBLE to them. When you are training new people you're supposed to help them not cause a scene and scream at them. She is just awful. Shes also not the best to her customers. She doesnt pay attention to your order and im almost positive she is racist since everytime I go in there she has always given me an attitude. She should not work in an enviroment with people if she is going to come off that way.

Owner was dumping his personal garbage blocking the entrance, then proceeded to walk into the store with no mask, past all customers. Then went into the back past all the workers and the uncovered donuts. Not good during a very serious pandemic. Shame on him. Will never ever go back there and will post in my neighborhood sight what just happened. All customers were Appalled and walked out!!!

Always mess up your order and if you go and ask them to fix the drink, manager has the worst attitude. They really need to work on their customer service. Nasty rude and disgusting. This one time I asked for small cup with ice and it tasted like vegetable oil and eggs.

There are so many Dunkins out there please avoid this one. The workers here are lazy and rude. I have been drinking iced lattes for years. I recently went in here and was given basically a cup of milk. When I tried to say something about it I was hit with " sir, this is a latte if you want it darker pay for an extra shot." I have been getting the same drink for years. I think I should know what it looks like. On the same trip the ladies that work the counter decided to sit back and chat while I waited for my sandwich. After 10 minutes! one of them made eye contact and came over to ask what I was waiting for. I have given this dunkin numerous chances since it is the closest one to my house. After this final experience I can say I will never set for there again. I advise others who enjoy their breakfast to steer clear. I will be going back to the farther Dunkin on Jericho Tpke.
