We had a breakfast voucher for this restaurant after staying at the Old West Inn. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The hash browns were very good. Our server was also very friendly. In short, this is a cozy restaurant with great food.

Very friendly & accommodating staff, even when we showed up on a Monday morning, unannounced, with 16 mouths to feed! Well-done American breakfast classics & combos, filling & made to order. Nothing fancy—you know what you’re gonna get, & it’ll do the job. All thanks to the kitchen for letting us crash, & to the very nice front of the house ladies for your smiles & patience!

Got bacon/ eggs breakfast w/a biscuit & side of gravy. Good, but I remember bacon being thicker,(past experiences). No restraunts in Santa Rosa have thick bacon, so I drove 80 miles to get good, thick bacon....disappointed. My biscuit could've doubled as a HOCKY PUCK. even after soaking in the lukewarm, expensive, side of gravy.

The waitress seemed a little occupied. The présentation was like a dump truck. Meaning food was not separated. Paying for an expensive dish you think the food look like a huge dish. Food w1s like any dîner. In the end I found a hair and the staff thought I put it in my food. The waitress or manager looked annoyed with me. I wouldn't go there again. I went here today and was very disappointed with food. It started with the turkey melt, I asked for extra turkey instead of bacon, they denied me. The turkey wasn’t even covering my whole sandwich. I guess they can’t afford tomato or cheese either because I got a small slice that covered not even half of the bread. It was also more soggy than toasted on top. The fries were slightly warm. The waitress asked if we wanted bell peppers and onions and we said yes and she charged us for them. If you can try another establishment then you should. I read other reviews after going here and it seems the quality of food has gone downhill fast. I recommend you do the same and go to Ukiah to eat.

i had hair in my food, my moms pancakes were raw, and my sisters burrito was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted enough. And also we had complained to them and of course they said sorry and made us another plates and gave us a box to go, the waiter later told us they would give us a discount, we checked the receipt and it said 5$. 5 for hair in my food off. i have never been so disappointed, the waffles were good until i had hair.

Went twice in the past month and was not seated either time. Never experienced anything like it. Young woman who works the front door unprofessional and rude. First time on a holiday with a party of five was told they could not accommodate (one of the party was a baby) and given no time frame. Second time was a party of two and after waiting 15 minutes to be seated was told it would be a while longer. When I asked for a manager I was told there was not one there and "im not going to deal with this". Forget it, never again.

My family stopped in on 4/11/25. We ordered two ultimate prime rib dinners and a breakfast meal. Both prime rib dinners were requested med/rare. Both were served well done and had very little seasoning. Both had so much gristle they were inedible and we didn't finish them. The onions and mushrooms were burnt and bland. The only good thing about the meal was the mashed potatoes and gravy and the loaf of bread with butter. My wife stated her breakfast for dinner was "okay" but didn't share details. The staff seemed more focused on closing for the day then preparing a good meal. If given the option I would not return.
