Pickle fries were on point, drink was good. They were short staffed but the owner stepped up and got business taken care of. Huge kudos to the owner.

Stop and get breakfast burrito every now and then. Be patient lean staff but friendly and food is all ways decent.

So far is it to Sonic that I've been to for lunch and breakfast has been pretty darn good it's worth it the breakfast burritos are better than the McDonald's ones except for their sauces you know like they're hot and mild sauce pretty breakfast burritos could use some better but otherwise it's pretty it was really good and I do recommend

Even though all fast food establishments are short staffed and on occasions there is only one person working/servicing the entire store, they make it work. Yes, you may have to wait longer times and they may not have some of your favorite foods but they try.

One of the best Sonics I've tried on a regular basis in the DFW area, all these negative reviews seem to be either fake or meant for another location because honestly they're fast, consistent, clean, nice, and efficient every single visit. Greatly improved over the years (and I mean immensely improved) since it's new owner back around 2014 or so if I remember

I ordered lg wings on the app. Got home and only had 6. Called them, he apologized and put my whole order cost back to my card. Was very nice and thought generous.

My wife and I just moved to the area a couple of months ago, and this particular Sonic location's been a convenient place to get a quick bite to eat. We've had variable experiences with different Sonic locations over the years. That said, this one has consistently been clean, had friendly staff, and provided good food without an excessive wait. The topper, though, was that they were still open last night (Christmas Eve) for me to be able to quickly grab a meal for myself and my stepdaughter's boyfriend. Why does this matter? Because my wife, stepdaughter and her son were at the ER dealing with a broken arm. This happened late afternoon and, not knowing when they'd get back, we had to shelve our previous plans. The staff, even working Christmas Eve, was still friendly and prompt, and even the owner came over to wish me a Merry Christmas. We'll definitely be going back!

Pleasantly surprised. Decided to try again after a year. (This Sonic has been so BAD.) Area was clean, service was quick, order was correct and hot. Haven't see this Sonic run correctly for about 15 years. Good to see. I hope they keep it up so I can quit going to restaurants further away.

Just want to say I'm a country hick and me and the teller in the drive through had a language barrier. Kinda funny back and forth huh? Huh? Anyways she said pull up to the window and when I did her smile and kindness makes me want to come back to this location! This is hard to find these days regardless! I believe she was Indian and I wished I got her name but this is how you will know who it is. Thanks sonic still my favorite location! This girl deserves recognition!

The owners of this Sonic are very customer service oriented. Everything I have ordered there has been very good. They do a great job and have great service. Very hard workers there. Highly recommend.

I have a speech disability that makes it difficult sometimes to order food through a drive up speaker. I have always been treated so kind by the daytime shift. I ordered 60 drinks for the teachers at a local elementary school and the manager and employees went above and beyond for me. They wrote the type of drink on the outside of the cups, carried all of the drinks out and loaded in my car for me, and were extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire experience. The manager of this location is super friendly. We’ve had lots of hot French fries and great slushes made here. I have told him to call corporate though because the prices are higher at this location than other locations specifically for items like water with fresh strawberries.

My husband and I love getting the happy hour drinks. They have a great variety to choose from. Also love the chili cheese coney hotdogs.

This location is good, I've been there a number of times over the years and haven't had any problems with them. They should fix their broken ordering stations.

Love their drinks! If you want a refreshing choice, try water with real lemons and raspberry flavor. Or Dr. Pepper with real lemon. I rarely go here for food, but I can recommend the chicken strips highly. They're some of the best I've had anywhere. Family favourites are tator tots (best with chili 'n cheese), onion rings, mozzarella sticks and corny dogs.

In the morning this place is top notch. The ladies who run the early shift are all about customer service. They bring you all the things you need without asking. You get salsa w the breakfast burrito, a spoon to stir coffee if you order cream and sugar etc. The attention to detail wanes a bit as the day goes on. They frequently mess up shake orders, and other details particularly during rush times. Overall, it's probably the best So ic and the good outweighs the bad.

Order was fast and correct. Prompt pleasant service. Quality of the food itself is better here than a lot of locations I have been to recently. Good job!

Asked for coffee with lots of sugar & creamer, received black coffee no sugar or creamer. It's good coffee, tho. 😏 The ultimate meat breakfast burrito is always good and tots were delicious. The brioche breakfast sandwich was okay. French vanilla cold brew is good though not strong. The server had all the sauces on her tray when delivering the food, but offered none & we had to go in to ask for ketchup & hot sauce.

I am not the world's biggest fan of Sonic's food, but I do really many of their drink options. When I stop in for a blue coconut slush, I usually enjoy it.

Food was good but check your bag before leaving because I only ordered 3 items and only received 2; thank goodness I stayed to eat there and was able to request the rest of my order. The service was friendly. Credit card reader outside didn't work either!

Ordered Breakfast but it was after 10 am so not busy. It took 16 minutes to deliver the food to the car. The order was correctly made but the sausage patty was cold. So I waited to eat until I arrived home to microwave Croissant sausage breakfast sandwiches. I was a little disappointed.

We got foot long chili dogs. They used to give you an adequate amount of chili. These barely had any chili on them. Since then I have made a comment to friends n family. It's funny they say the same thing. My daughter in law ordered her daughter a chili dog. My granddaughter told her mother .I ordered a chili dog. Her mother said I did. My 11 year old wasn't happy either about the tiny amount of chili. Chili isn't expensive

Today we were at the Willow Park location and it was terrible. Service was friendly, but the grilled cheese sandwich I got was burnt and tiny and just not at all enjoyable. The double cheeseburger my son got was again small, but also very messy when unwrapped, and he said he "wished we would have just gone to McDonald's". What has happened to Sonic? Sadly this is not the only location I've been to that the food was extremely sub-par.

A sonic in a secluded place, based on the other sonics I've been to. They had nice shakes, but when I asked for added cookie dough in my Blast I didn't get any. Also I ordered a hot coffee for my friend and it was cold, but they said it tasted good. Mozzarella sticks aren't worth the price, maybe $4 would be better. Overall good Sonic, but I've been to better locations.

First, I dont much care for Sonic, however it was husbands turn to choose so i had to go. I think they should toast the buns, they dont get as soggy if they are. This particular one has a gal who is all but deaf and my husband was trying to order but she wasnt able to hear. She ended up putting life and limb in harm's way when she came out during a severe thunderstorm, kudos to her . There isnt enough room for a large pickup to park AND get the order. Sonic will never be my first or last choice as an eatery.

The teenager at the window needs to learn to take care of the customers instead of playing around. There were at 5 cars backed up and dhe is too busy playing. We ordered a cherry coke and DP and she got them bothe wrong. No cherry in the coke and a pepsi instead of DP.

Had an excellent vanilla Dr. Pepper here with tater tots and a hot dog. However, the hotdog seemed to be confused as to whether it was a hotdog with mustard and ketchup or an order of mustard and ketchup garnished with a hotdog. Was not sure how I was supposed to eat the thing without wearing it.

It's fast food, so I guess I shouldn't expect much, but when I say I have a food allergy and then find the allergen plainly visible in my food, I have to ask myself if the employees are just that off their game, if they're sadistic or just hope somebody sues the company. Gave 2 stars because they were extremely busy and they replaced the affected item with no problem.

The manager was horrible and completely unwilling to correct an error with my order. Then proceeded to at 8 minutes to happy hour have the drink that was wrong sent to my car at full price knowing i just ordered using my app. Christy Lopez was my carhop and considering the uncomfortable situation she was placed in she was still very pleasant to deal. Thank you Christy for making an otherwise unpleasant visit a little more bearable

I am sitting in the parking lot now. Food was good and came out pretty quick, but the staff was very rude. The person taking our order was very impatient and didn't seem to want to be dealing with people. I had to push the button to ask for mustard and ketchup and the kid that brought them just dropped them in my hand and walked off. He seemed really put off that he had to bring them to me. I didn't bother pushing the button again to ask for the salsa for my husband's burrito. Y'all need to work on your attitudes!!

Speakers are so loud you can not hear what the person is saying. Your order does not show up on the screen so you have no idea if it’s right. To my disappointment, I had no condiments. I gave the lady who brought the food to the car a tip. It was not her fault. It’s just a shame they care nothing about customer service. There were enough people working to handle their volume demand. This is not the first time this has happened. Same thing happened just last week. I want to support my local businesses, but Sonic is making it hard.

Absolutely the worst experience at any Sonic. I ordered a #1 cheeseburger. No vegetables at all no mayo nothing. My husband ordered all American dog. Asked for jalapenos. And pickle fries. The pickle fries was all they got right!

I literally pulled up to the window because they have a drive thru. The young lady with pink and blonde hair sat there counting her tips she then walks over I told her what I wanted and she told me I had to pull up at a stall and they weren't doing the window right now.... Less than one star, he forgot one of our drinks, gave us one marinará sauce for two medium orders of mozzarella sticks and a handful of ketchup for one order of tots. As well as forgetting a drink he also gave us a cranberry slush instead of a cranberry sprite. Very disappointing!!

Don’t go on a slow Sunday. Ordered food via the app, wasn’t notified until they brought out the drinks to the car (they forgot my food) that my shake was not available. Didn’t give us spoons for either shake to start with either. Had to go back in and make the shake, and still came out with NO SPOONS. Went back in after asking for two spoons and BROUGHT ONE BACK. Didn’t give us any napkins, food was subpar, and drinks were runny.

We ordered a mini snickers blast and a small Coke. We watched vehicles that came after us, get their order before us. After 15 minutes, we buzzed them and cancelled our order. I bet I counted 5-6 people in the kitchen, playing. 9:20 pm

I’m a faithful (too faithful) sonic customer. I go daily and even most days twice a day. The carhop is always nice and speedy when I come because I always order through the app because my sonic addiction gets expensive. When the sonic app does not work, on occasion, the managers at other Sonics still give me the half price drinks. Well, not at this store. I was treated like I was lying about the app (when I know they had earlier problems with it). She didn’t even seem to care about losing my business and would not even speak to me when I asked for her. (I assume this was the manager, if not that employee needs some retraining). Now, I will take my business to the other sonic and wait patiently for my drink orders.

The absolute WORST SERVICE every single time I go. I will not be returning nor encouraging anyone I know to eat at this location. I have a straw wrapper in my burger. Unacceptable and frankly disgusting. Check your sandwiches folks. Felicia has worked the window multiple times I’ve gone through the line and she hates her job and it’s very apparent. She definitely needs to find something that is not in customer service. Sonic is better than this but not at this location.

We had to repeat ourselves multiple times throughout the ordering process and had to yell a few times so we aren't sure if it was due to the speaker/intercom or the associate or a mix of both. When the order came out, we checked it before leaving and we were missing a ranch dressing so we pressed the intercom button and told them. They were kind enough to bring one out and then we took off. We started eating right after leaving and noticed that the food was a little warm and the tater tots were almost cold so we weren't able to finish the food. The drinks had 75-80% ice so they didn't last long either. We have been to this same location a few times with okay service but after today, we won't be back.

they messed up my order and brought me the wrong drink. no big deal, i worked in fast food, i get it. when i asked them to correct it, they never brought out the right drink even after waiting a half hour.

Kala was so disrespectful and rude. Waited for food 5:48 to 6:23 for a blast, cheese sticks and a number 7. She threw the bag onto the counter. No sauce, no napkins, no nothing. The way she behaved made we worried about what she did to the food that I threw it in the trash. Beware! Horrible service.

Very frustrated that every time I try to order a Oreo blast it is not fully blended. Ive ordered it with extra Oreos and paid for extra Oreos and it still isnt even blended half way down. I’ve worked at sonic before, I am very aware how easy it is to make a blast. Wish I could put a picture with this review. 👎🏻 Edit: manager made it right the first time however went again today (3/31/21) for an after work treat and the drive through lady had horrible customer service and ordered the exact same thing as my earlier review above and once again it wasn’t fully blended and definitely not extra Oreos. 11:00pm 3/11/16 I saw that you had the mini hot dogs and chicken dogs were back and decided to get in our car and 'drive' in the rain to your location. We got to your drive through and didn't see them on the sign. We were asked for our order and I said 2 chicken mini dogs. The male on the other side asked which kind. I said chicken, he said which kind I said chicken again. He came off as very rude and said there are 3 varieties and I said I didn't know because it was not on the sign then "I" had to ask what are the choices and was another voice(female) joined him and said the choices. the main point is your people were rude not helpful at all and when I got to the window was greeted by the young man with the tattoos he didn't know what was on the sign. I have no doubt the 3 employees inside where discussing me and not in a kind way, the entire experience was bad and we will not be back to your sonic. You should know how your young very rude employees treat customers.

My friends were about to order and then they closed 1 whole hour early! Right before we were about to press the button they closed the store. Worst Sonic I've ever been to.

If you want chicken that would straight go through bulletproof glass, look no further than this location. Worst food, didn’t give sauces like requested TWICE, chicken could literally be used as a weapon it’s so HARD! Every piece looked like the photo below it was not edible. Do better.

Worst food I've ever had at Sonic. Had a crispy chicken sandwich... But it was chewy. Obviously hours old. Plus, I think they overcharged me. Chicken sandwich, popcorn chicken, 2 large drinks $22. Avoid this sonic

Good came out pretty quickly, and the car hpp was extremely pleasant to interact with. Outside of these 2 thing's the experience was absolutely horrible.... I ordered the #3 double bacon burger with no onion. I received a double cheeseburger with no bacon, loaded with onions, and the 2 hamburger patties were cold and pink in the middle. The tots were cold, rubbery, and tasted of old grease.... the order taker was a bit on the rude side, cut me off before I could finish making my order, and never told me the total of my order. If you have the chance to visit this location I would skip it, and if you do visit, good luck!

The kids that are running this place are so extremely rude. Not only do they have no manners they have no work ethic. We sat in the car for 6 min while we watched the kids sit there and all talk and play on their phones till they picked up to take our order. Then the kid that come out was extremely rude I said thank you and he just looked at me. Whoever the manager is needs to come in here and work with the kids this is totally unacceptable. As a Buisness owner I would not let our employees that handle my livelihood like that. This is the third time to this store today giving them ample opportunity and failed all three times.

I tried to order a small Popcorn chicken as a rewards but couldn't order it online or the app along with the groovy fries. So I go in person willing to pay full price. The lady taking my order didn't speak English as a 1st language and I couldn't understand her on the speaker at all, she had to come out to me to order. I get home which is 5 minutes away and both fries and chicken are barely warm. the fries are terrible, threw most away and will not order them again, no matter the price. They have a good breakfast burrito though.
