Great atmosphere with authentic Mexican music that really sets the mood! The service was outstanding — our waitress was incredibly helpful and kind. Delicious food, great portions, and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

This is Xmas with a special editorial, filling in for John is Luana, targeting five star rated establishment's delicacy (fish deep fried Tilapia). Raid X also reviewing the very important refried beans that is the bases of all Mexican dishes or combos! There is many factors involved in these two items, but will stick to R&R to avoid being side tracked! I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with both Luana and I testing and confirming the refried beans already 5 stars getting an (A ) for quality and (excellent) for taste and ease on digestion! Luana testing Tilapia, she wanted her owned so I only got a small piece, that was browned to perfection at the right temperature and was deep fried in fresh expensive oil! Luana and I giving this dish 5 stars for excellent taste and ease on digestion! This location is directly across the street from the Dispatch Hall (Long Shore Man) just south! Burger and Truck mechanic yard running parallel to restaurant! El Norte is right next door to the live Ladies establishment! DO NOT PARK IN BURGER PARKING LOT THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR! This place has the most attractive menu Luana (Auditor) and I have ever seen! Roserio was our server and most inviting showing me the full potential of outside dinning, bar and karaoke support! I have learned that if a place of business has trucks all around it the service and food is always good. They open at 8 am for breakfast, thru lunch and dinner! The specialty is sea food platers for large groups, but everything is excellent! The Menudo was competition level and separately rated due to quality! Unofficially, the El Norte Menudo gets #1 over all the competition! The Carne Asada was one of the best we have had in a long time! El Pastor burrito was my choice and I was very pleased with as my choice. Luana's Chili Verde with Beans burrito was outstanding and Randy's combo plate of beans and rice supporting a very well cared for chile relleno. All establishment rated are of five star potential, but things to mention as above the rest of the competition are rice & beans, Menudo, salsa & hot sauce, menu, bar hutch and large party capability! This place is a must with my support having a great time calling our experience a very fun and exciting adventure! Special thanks to Owners and Rosario! Pretty Incredible Boss Xmas

This Is one of my favorite restaurants in the wilmington area, I've been going there for a Lil over a year now, they know me by name now....lol. Great Food, Great Prices, Great service, Cold Beers Karaoke Friday, Sat and Sun after 8pm

We had such an amazing experience dining at this place on Saturday night. It was a karaoke night and it felt just like home. Cozy. Family. Lovely. The food and service was amazing as well.
