A very sterile environment. Clearly built for takeout but not welcoming to customers who wish to eat at the actual restaurant. Incredibly bland and it looks like everything was purchased from Ikea.

I accidentally called this McDonald's and chewed the manager out which I get was my fault and I tried to call back to apologize because of course Google just sent me to the closest one on Tx-242 and an employee answered and when I asked for the Manager to say I was sorry he insisted I talk to him so I hung up. When I tried to call back my number has been blocked from this location. I'm not sure if that's just procedure for them but I was trying to undo my wrong. Both McDonald's on Tx-242 are unprofessional.I do apologize to the female night manager because it wasn't your store I meant to call. Regardless an employee blocking my number is a little ridiculous.

The homestyle burger was underwhelming. I was expecting something more thick and savory but it was small and close to tasteless. Even their ketchup from the dispenser tasted like it was watered down. The customer wi-fi signal looked strong but would not connect. It has been a long time since I went to McDonald's but the wi-fi used to be very dependable. Next time I will go to Burger King. I went to get a Big Mac combo. When I was checking the accuracy of the order I noticed the fries were half full. I asked for the fries to get filled and I was refused, saying "they're all the same". The manager showed me another medium fries and the one she had in her hand was more full than the one I got. It is a complete fraudulent activity when I paid full price for a product when I don't even get what I said for.

Took awhile till someone took my order. Once I received my big breakfast plate they had only put one piece of bacon and broke it in half to make it seem like two.... when I took it back to the counter the employee just kept saying that's how the meal comes but couldn't give me an answer as to why they tried to make it seem like two..... every other mcdonalds iv had breakfast at always came with two full strips of bacon 🥓 after my refund I saw them take the food to the back, based on other reviews I would assume they will probably reuse it. I would not trust this place, just go somewhere else....

Don’t waste your time at this place. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, its was only 2 ppl ahead of me. The manager asked for my mobile ID which it was provided to her. They were so confused in the kitchen it was obvious. They need some major training. The manger was rude and incompetent. I canceled my order because they were so slow. I will never come here again.

Waited for 40 mins on the drive thru lane for my order. With no napkins and half of my order missing. My kids were so disappointed but aster leaving did t want to go back. It is what it is. Sad how this mc Donald’s gotten worse not coming back. Food quality like rubber. And I have to asked multiple times for my receipt

Was not spoken too or greeted. Tea is 5 hrs past it's expiration. (Picture attached) 1 Mcflurry took over 10 mins to get to the table. We overheard a mom with a baby say the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting so she wasnt able to change her baby. The team members were clearing out orders before they were even ready which I heard a female manager say was "to cheat the time system". The male manager received a phone call in view and actively rolled his eyes at whatever was being said on the other end. Seems like the Owner/Corporate needs to come do some check ins and better training.

Came out to get lunch today 05/09/25 at this McDonald's. No one spoke to me or greeted me when walking in. I ordered the new chicken strip 4 piece combo, which i thought it would made fresh. Lord was i wrong. When I got home thr chicken was cold and dry looked like they were left out all day and thrown in the box. Terrible choice in food and place to eat.

I only eat fast food maybe twice a year and to receive this quality of food is horrific. Chicken burnt to a crisp fries old and extremely cold. My food does not come close the posting or display which to me is 100% false advertising. I expect full refund and compensation for my inconvenience of time.
