Just like every other location I've ventured into, the burgers here are consistently delicious. That classic ShackBurger magic is definitely present and accounted for. The folks taking your order are pleasant enough, they get the job done with a smile. However, be warned: this spot is clearly a hot commodity. Prepare to navigate a sea of hungry patrons because finding a place to sit can feel like winning the lottery. Seriously, the popularity of this place is its biggest downfall. If you're looking for a leisurely bite, you might want to strategize your visit for an off-peak time or be prepared to hover!

I've been here twice. First visit: One Saturday evening. Overcrowded. My fries were so salty I could not eat them. The burger was small, cold and hard like it was overcooked and not served promptly. The garbage bin was overflowing, and there was trash on the floor under the tables. I wanted to use the restroom but my nose made it clear I should not dare. I wrote this review but I didn't post it right away because I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Second visit: Wednesday evening. Not overcrowded. I ordered the same thing as before. This time the fries were done just right. Fried on fresh oil, with a light sprinkling of salt. But now the burger patty was bloody rare, literally. And they put too much mayo/sauce. It was not great, but tastier than before. The place was much cleaner too. The restroom was usable. 15 minutes afterwards my tummy's acting up. We'll see. Other Shake Shacks are a bit upscale and well kept, with consistent service. Not here. The staff seems unwilling or unable to get their act together. The clientele is shady. Wasn't Shake Shack supposed to be better than the golden arches and the five dudes? Next time I crave a burger I'll go elsewhere.

Yikes, filthy. Picked up a takeout order and the lettuce was rotten and black, yet they still served it. The staff is really kind here but the expediter's nose was filthy, so much so, I wouldn't let him handle the lettuce replacement. I wasn't expecting much because it is a mall location but this store could use a good cleaning and a little TLC

On a busy Friday night 2 single seated shake shack employees dined separately at 4 top tables leaving me and my 2 year old toddler to stand and eat at the high tops. If you are eating alone you should eat at the high top seats. Common courtesy.

Today I ordered the Buy One Get One Free burger promotion through the Shake Shack app, I ordered 8 burger’s. Unfortunately, the app didn’t provide an option to customize the burger, so I went to Shake Shack and asked the manager in person if I can get burgers without the bacon as I cannot eat pork for religious reasons. She assured me that she would take care of it. When I got to my car, I immediately smelled bacon. I checked the burgers, and sure enough, it still had bacon in it. I went back in to let the manager know, and I was shocked when she told me to just remove the bacon myself. That’s unacceptable it’s a matter of cross contamination, and not something to take lightly. When I asked for fresh burgers, she refused and claimed the kitchen was closed, even though they were still serving other customers. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no care for customer service or dietary needs. As a manager, she should have handled the situation better especially when it involves religious dietary restrictions. I left feeling disrespected and unheard. I won’t be returning to this location again
