I loved how they let me customize my smoothie based on my dietary needs (gluten‑free & low sugar). The staff were patient and knowledgeable about each option, which made the decision easy. Best juice place in the area if you care about real ingredients.

customer service was amazing, caitlin was very helpful & made my smoothie to perfection! The bathroom is clean! The minute i walked into this place i was greeted with a nice smile by all the workers especially the worker who made ambiance feeling my smoothie with love & care. it's like smearing ketchup on a white canvas when it's not needed. would recommend anyone to come by & try out this extravaganza. 11 out of 10

I used the app for the first time and was successful in ordering a couple of smoothies for pick up at a specific time. THe smoothies were ready when I walked in and pick up was fast and efficient. The third party app needs serious work. It has serious issues compared to other take out restaurant apps.

Nekter Yorba Linda is a clean, friendly, and timely place to get your healthy drinks! A great menu to choose from! I always feel better and healthy walking out of there. :-)

Love nekter, their acai bowls are amazing and the pink flamingo and orange crush smoothies are delicious. Orange crush is more sweet and tasted like orange juice with strawberries and pink flamingo is bright magenta the prettiest color but tastes not as sweet as orange crush and more tropical bc of the pitaya fruit.

Update 8/27/20: Now allowing normal orders, but it took a few months. Almost as good as before, but not quite. It's good to be back though. Past Review: Normally this is a fantastic place to go to for a quick healthier snack or lunch, but the way things are run now are not so great. You cannot directly walk in to order then take out like some other fast food restaurants in the area, even with protection such as face masks. You need to download their phone application to just make an order. My mom was turned down when she was going to order a smoothie for me because she just came from Wells Fargo and was in the shopping center. She called me up and asked me what to do, and I said forget it, you don't need to clog up your phone with any more applications. For now, this is a no go for me. Hope this changes soon so we can return and I can revise my review.

I love their Health Nut smoothie, it’s delicious 😋 The inside was decorated so cute with wooden furniture, booths, and fake foliage. The only downside of smoothie places is having to deal with the noise of the blender

Unfortunately it was my least favorite açaí bowls I’ve tried. Açaí itself didn’t have much flavor but I’ve never seen canned fruit before at fresh açaí places. It was supposed to have banana, strawberries, pineapple, and mango on top of my bowl and I literally got two tiny pieces of mango and canned pineapple and very little strawberry. Just disappointed and won’t be back

Two smoothies and an add on was almost $50. Ordered the Tumeric and Mango Delight smoothies, plus an immunity shot. The Mango smoothie is not Delightful.

The wait is horrible at this location. It took them 30 minutes for my drink. It gets slower every time and the workers look like they could care less about customer satisfaction. I will not be returning to this location again.

If a store can’t handle orders in the proper sequence, it shouldn’t be taking online orders at all. This place blatantly ignored online orders, prioritizing walk-in customers right in front of me. Even while making my order, they kept accepting new walk-in orders, making me wait endlessly. Their poor management ruined the whole experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you value your time.

We went to the Nekter location in Yorba Linda, California, on June 24 with a party of 6. I walked in to place my order and was promptly told to leave and to call from outside, which I did. So, over the phone I told the girl I was the guy outside the door, which felt ridiculous. After ordering 6 drinks and a couple other items, I told her I would pay when I went in to pick up my order. She told me that was not allowed and to give her my credit card number over the phone. I explained the security issue with doing that and she told me to download the app and place my large order through the app, which again felt ridiculous because I could see her talking to me on the phone. (Plus I didn't want to give yet another company access to my contacts, photos, and location simply to get some smoothies.) So I asked for the manager and, of course, I was already talking to her. I tried to explain that if she could run my card over the phone she could run my card in the store. I was met with a convoluted technical explanation as to why she absolutely couldn't do that. So in the end, we chose to go to Jamba Juice and spend too much money on smoothies there because they were accommodating and flexible. I can't imagine Nekter is so busy in this environment that they can turn customers away. We won't be back.

Just drove over from Santana canyon location and surprisingly the employee said there closed an hour earlier , yet she took one more customer that wasn't me !! Bullshit services and misinformation!!
