Love their subs! My favorite has always been the cold cut on Italian bread. Yummmm! ❤

This is the best Subway I have gone to. Employees are fun, it is clean and fast. It is what I expect from a Subway restaurant

Very good. So a funny thing happened while the artist was making my meatball sandwich, she went to add the Parmesan cheese and the night shift did not tighten the lid and all the Parmesan fell onto my sandwich. She laughed and so did I. My sandwich turned out good with the extra Parmesan...yes I will return there. 5 stars all the way

“Simran”at the Butte House Subway is the best! She is incredibly welcoming and makes the perfect sandwich every single time. I started coming to this Subway because of her. She provides excellent customer service and always makes customers feel valued. She truly deserves recognition and a raise for her hard work. I hope the owner sees this review!

I had a beef with everything and stuck sauce, fantastic. Spotless place. It's theory Subway ws have been going to for nigh on 2yrs now. There is one closer bet this place fills the Andwich and make them fuller. And we've agreed that they taste better too. A good chain and this one is a good link in it!

Very good. A chicken bacon ranch wrap with a couple of raspberry cheesecake cookies is my fave! The staff are great and my wrap is hot and wonderful!Enjoy!

The vegetables are more depressed then the quite kid with no friends. On the plus side, the staff was nice, and even with large line they got my sandwiches done qyickly

It is a fine Subway and the food is the same as any other (lacking in cheese and meat quantities) and the store itself is tiny. The employees are a little hard to understand and were a little rude to some of the people in my group.

You need to instruct your employees on how to wash their hands. Putting soap on one hand and then rinsing it off is not washing. I hope this employee doesn't do that after using the bathroom. The food is excellent and I've had to drop 2 stars because of this disturbing behavior. I don't know if i can trust that your preparers have good hygiene. I'm eating this stuff! Granted, they wear plastic gloves, but they also touch those gloves all over while putting them on. My daughter works for Subway in another state. I understand kids can be mindless. You need to explain this to your employees.

Portions on deli sandwiches are very small bare minimum. Hardly any mayo, mustard, or other condiments put on sandwiches even when requested.

Way too expensive. When you start with a 6 inch sub and then add extra you might be better off getting the foot long sub. It costs money when your add-in more condiments

I came in and a younger lady ( looked like teenager) who was sweeping smiled and asked if I had an order. I said my name and she went to the back. She gave 5 star customer service. The girl working was really rude. Walked away as soon as the transaction was done and rushed me the whole time while having an attitude.

I'm not paying $15 dollars for a sandwich that my daughter's school could make better. Do not go here if you want a sandwich with toppings. Don't even go here for bread.

1 star because it was clean and the sub prepared by the woman was perfect. But the teenaged boy prepared our other sub poorly and didn't know what he was doing when asking what we wanted. He didn't tell us it was extra for certain cheeses, forgot some veggies, and didn't ask us for our Rewards member info. Also, it really sucks that all the Subways in Yuba City don't participate in the Subway App deals and discounts. The closest Subway that participates is in Marysville, so I guess Marysville is where we'll be eating Subway when we pass through the Yuba-Sutter area.

This place is the only place that wont let you substitute your drink for something else. They wont let you get chips either. Even walking in, I was greeted with a frown

Worst at its finest. Customer Service needs to be addressed. My walk out was worth me not purchasing or going off on the staff at this location. This is the worst customer service I've ever experience especially from a subway. I'm not sure if staff here like there Job. Training is needed in all departments from greeting people to making a decent sandwich. My first and last time I will no longer ever visit this location. P.S Do better please people work hard for money.

When I got home 17 miles away i opened it up and there was no cheese wow really the name is CHEESY GARLIC STEAK! when I called them about it they said bring it back in and I'll put cheese on it when i told her i was already home 17 miles away all she could say was oh. No sorry no discount on next order nothing, as it was i stood there for like 5 min. with no recognition that I was even there and I was the only person in they're store!
