I absolutely love the raspados! Favorite flavors are vanilla and bubblegum.

I like the hot Cheetos esquites and the raspadoa so good but the only complaint is about the customer service you guys really needs to work on that

I was told my total was 13.50 I paid tap this was my total there’s no sign that says they charge to use card. I made a comment to my boyfriend was with me at the time. “This is the last time we come here this is the second time they say one price and charge me another. I ordered one raspado and grabbed to bags of the pinwheels displayed and that was the total absolutely crazy. The employee heard my comment and said it was because the machine charges tax if I were to have paid cash there’s no tax? This place is not transperant with their pricing one regular corn for $4 that’s crazy.

Called to get a quote for an event as they post on their social media that they do catering events. Spoke with Ruben. He took my info down and said he would get back to me with a quote. Never received it. Followed up with him again via text asking for the quote. Still no answer 2 days later. Unprofessional.

Horrible, overpriced I was told the total was 11 and it ended up being 13 plus some change they don't even have prices advertised there food was too spicy and they have horrible service la michucana is cheeper and better quality

This business should be more considerate. Not only the cashier has a smug attitude at times but their hours of operation are different from their info online. I drove 30 minutes to this place only to find out it was closed and I made it minutes after the handwritten posted sign on the door and they stood there ignoring me. I guess they don’t care enough.

HORRIBLE customer service. Walked in and there was no line. Just a couple waiting on their items. I wasn’t greeted but the 3 employees saw me and ignored me. Not even a “Ahorita la atiendo/i’ll be right with you”. So I stood in line in front of the register for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Nada. Decided to leave because i’m not there for free food. I’d rather make the long line at la michoacana where customer service never fails. There’s absolutely nothing special about their food items/drinks. I came here because I live around the corner but i’d rather make the drive across town to La Michoacana or for bomb esquites at Las Palmas. The 5 star reviews mentioning great service are probably their own family members. To the owner: WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I give this a 1 star because the hot chetos aren't even hot chetos it's powder and the corn tastes like it's from a can. If you eat this it's a waste of money and when I asked for the hot cheto corn on a stick they said that they didn't even have the corn on the stick.

Sheesh where should I start , I came here after seeing a Instagram post . You can tell when you come in here if you’re not a Spanish speaker you aren’t welcome , I decided to give them a try anyways , they served two customers before me that ordered after me 🙄. I decided to wait for my food because it looked so good on Instagram, I spent 30 dollars there on something I could of spent about 12 dollars for with my elote man (learned my lesson there) food wasn’t that good either fruit was no where near fresh AT ALL . Bad service Ok food Overpriced Not welcoming Wouldn’t recommend

Extremely slow. Currently waiting. About 31min in, for two smoothies. There was one only one couple ahead of me, and now there are about 8 people standing and waiting it makes no sense. They don’t seem to care or have any hurry. I will not be back.

I can’t believe the ridiculous prices. You’re better off trying your luck with a fruit street vendor. And the watermelon was NOT fresh and mushy! I expected the best watermelon for what I paid ($25.15)!
