I honestly don't understand the bad reviews, or maybe it's just that it's changed a lot. We ordered coffee, beer, croquettes, and patatas bravas, and everything was great (I recommend the croquettes). The waiter, David, served us wonderfully.

I don't agree with the experience given the current rating. The food is very good; the dishes are very simple, but they give each one a special touch. The service was excellent, very friendly and fast. The place is very large, and we felt comfortable, even though it's a shopping center, and the hustle and bustle outside is unavoidable. I definitely give it 5 stars.

Excellent value for money, especially considering the set menu. Despite the crowds, we were served incredibly quickly, and the food was delicious! I'd like to highlight the excellent service from the entire staff; they were all so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Diana and Kevin. We'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We went to this restaurant in Puerto Venecia on a fairly busy day, and although the other restaurants were full, we didn't have to wait long for a table here. The weekday menu costs €16.50 and includes a first and second course, dessert, and bread. Water, however, is extra (€2.30 per small bottle). For starters, we ordered fideuá and migas; they were good, although not particularly outstanding. However, we loved the main courses: the pork cheeks and the roast chicken were spectacular, very tender and well-cooked. For dessert, we tried the custard and the chocolate mousse, both homemade and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Overall, a recommended place if you're looking for a home-style menu with good value in the shopping center.

Como he pedido solamente un café todo bien, y terraza exterior bonita junto a laguna y fuente. As I ordered only one coffee all right, and pretty outside terrace next to lagoon and fountain. Comme je n’avais commandé qu’un seul café et une jolie terrasse à côté du lagon et de la fontaine. Așa cum am comandat doar o cafea bine, și o terasă destul de exterioară lângă lagună și fântână. 因為我只點了一杯咖啡，在潟湖和噴泉旁邊的漂亮的露台外面。 Com he demanat només un cafè tot bé, i terrassa exterior bonica al costat de llacuna i font. Da bestellte ich nur einen Kaffee und hübsche Außenterrasse neben Lagune und Brunnen.

El servicio del camarero Victor ha sido muy bueno, rápido y agradable. Pero la comida es horrible. De verdad, parece un menu de comedor del colegio, da la sensación de que no tienen cocina y sea todo preparado de obrador y recalentado, por no hablar de que o está muy especiado ( migas, que jamás las hubiese pedido si supiese que saben a comino) o una carne de segundo Insipidas. Llevamos todo el día con la tripa revuelta y ardor. No volveremos

We ordered a couple of dishes to share for three people. The main courses came out before the starters, leaving one person without food for over 40 minutes. Finally, they brought out the charcuterie board, which was the first starter we ordered and the simplest and easiest to serve. We left without waiting for everything we ordered after more than an hour and a half of poor service. The food was of good quality, but the service and organization left much to be desired.

Went here on Sunday and ordered a chicken bocadillo. After three bites I realised it didn’t taste right. I told the waiter, and he said it was the last portion of chicken and that it might have been off. They took it away and removed it from the bill, which I appreciated. However, when I went to pay, another waiter told me the chef hadn’t cooked it properly because she was alone in the kitchen — which didn’t make sense, as the place wasn’t even busy. It’s a nice venue, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. It’s a real shame, and serving bad chicken is dangerous — you could seriously harm someone. Please check your stock and food quality before serving.

Fuimos a cenar y no había mucha gente, no tuvimos que esperar. El personal es amable pero, en nuestra experiencia, la comida pésima. Tanto la carne de la hamburguesa (ternera) como la del sandwich (pollo) estaban secas y frías porque no las habían hecho al momento, del sabor ni hablamos.. Las tendrían de la mañana y tal cual nos las pusieron. Mala calidad, no volveremos.

Una ruina, dos jarras (heineken) y un torrezno, que ni de Soria ni especial de ninguna manera, 20e, primera y ultima vez. No se puede cobrar +de 5e por una jarra de la peor cerveza del mercado y +de 10e por un torrezno.... con rucula? no se entiende. El camarero majo, pero con eso nos quedamos.

€11.35 for a churro, two coffees, and two slices of toast with tomato and ham (nothing premium, as the receipt shows), and frankly, the ham wasn't the same quality as usual. It was cheap supermarket ham. They certainly won't be ripping us off again. A rip-off... to charge this much, you have to offer a minimum level of quality.

We wanted to have a coffee there, we were rudely stopped at the door and they asked, if you just wanna coffee you can not come in, we just serve food. Not recommended, very rude people. Also very loud and dirty everywhere.

This is by far the worst place I've ever been to in terms of service. I asked for the breakfast menu and they gave me the lunch menu, saying they didn't have any others. Okay. We ordered breakfast and they left the drinks on the edge of the table, expecting us to serve ourselves. The same thing happened with the food. The girl was incredibly rude. Lack of manners, empathy, everything. Never again. If you're unhappy at your job, that's not our fault. The photo is supposedly of a ham and cheese croissant. Absolutely pathetic.

The service was terrible from most of the waiters, all coming around every five minutes to ask if I'd finished my plate even when it was full. Honestly, the only exception was one bald waiter with piercings who was incredibly polite and respectful. On the other hand, I'm ashamed to serve a sandwich like that and charge €12. First and last time I'll ever come to this place.
