Let me spare you your "Hmmm"s and strongly suggest you visit. Great menu (check out the photos I posted) and some creative items. I enjoyed the baba ghanoush with fantastic pita chips. As well, I had the large pita and bought a hummus snack box to go. Great choices. I'm hungry now.

I was there the other week visiting my favorite place budamar, and walked upon this kitchen at night, nothing was being served at budamar bc of a party that was pre planned. I was unaware as I showed up unannounced as usual. First I want to start with that I'm a carnivorous human, I love my blood and meat, not a big fan of vegitarian food.. But by Odin himself, this place had the best food I've had in a long time. It was amazing. I wanted to thank them the next day before I set off on my next journey but they were not open yet. If you are in zipolite, by all means get your way down this small road and enjoy their food.. omg it was incredible, the small pizza to the falafel... The sauces were amazing as well. The menu choices were incredible.. by no means they short you on anything. Can't wait to go back. I can say like 20 more amazing things but I think you all get the idea. Enjoy.

The falafel and hummus here are the best I ever tasted outside of Israel. Tom and Sole are amazing people, they will make you feel at home. There food is fresh daily and it always tastes amazing. I eat here almost every day and it never gets old because it's so good. If you're in the area don't miss this gem. You will not find better falafel and hummus then this trust me.

Comí el falafel chico y papas con hierbas y el falafel estaba muy rico! Especialmente después comiendo falafel en un otro restaurante en el adoquín ayer. Este lugar es real! El otro estaba algo como de microonda. Las papas hierbas fue rico pero estaban muy diferente de que pensaba. Usaron mucho aceite y fueron más como papas francesas. Todos que estaban trabajaron fueron muy amables y los precios son justos. Por supuesto voy a regresar!

Desafortunadamente solo fui dos veces, de haberlos descubierto antes hubiera ido a comer todos los días en mi estadía en Zipolite el chico que atiende es muy amable y cuentan con postres veganos, son deliciosos. El falafel 🥙 era muy rico, todos los productos son frescos y se ve el amor que le ponen, el pitapizza estaba delicioso según mi acompañante y las bebidas refrescantes, los amoooo. Llevábamos días buscando comer como aquí: ensalada como la haríamos engrasa, abundante, variada y deliciosa. Probamos el babaganush y el humus con huevo. Nos fuimos con el cuerpo cuando como.rico.pero a la vez nutritivo. Súper recomendable, la atención también muy bien.

WOW! We were not expecting great and hope for mediocre just because of where we are. I regularly prepare various flavored hummus and pita bread at home. This was excellent food! He ordered the snack with a ginger kombucha: came with 11+ deep fried strips of pita bread, 10 small falafel, & a 3 oz of hummus! He enjoyed the hummus and falafel! The kombucha was weak had zero carbonation was very disapointing. The pita bread fried strips they call chips were almost over cooked and some were difficult to bite. Even so he loved the overt crispness of them. and she ordered the Traditional hummus plate, tabouleh with a jamaica kombucha: the tabouleh arrived first & was FRESH and crisp made today! Lovely zest and flavors and the cut on the veggies was perfect and hit the spot. This meal comes with the fluffiest thickest HOT pita ever, 4 oz of hummus with a tablespoon of chickpeas in the center piping hot, & 5 little larger falafel. The falafel were crisp on outside and fluffy in the center cooked in correct temperature oil as they were not heavy and saturated with oil arriving at our table steaming hot. The hummus was fresh and lovely. My only disappointment was the jamaica kombucha barely tasted of jamaica, had zero carbonation and disappointed. We LOVE kombucha and brew it ourselves. The kombucha flat out sucked. We give 5 stars for everything as the food was very tasty, service was friendly and quick, the food came out at about 10 minutes after ordering which in Mexico is amazing! There was three tables of two diners at 6pm on a Tuesday. We were in and out in 35 minutes. Fabulous place give them a go.

Walking around Zipolite we intuitively stumbled into Shalom. What drew us there? Very probably, the Shakshuka. But also probably, the light-hearted and deep experience we had there. The shakshuka was indeed delicious, served with a little mediterranean salad. They bake their own pita bread daily. We shared a lovely and deep conversation with Tom over fresh mint-and-cucumber lemonade and a potent Turkish coffee. I recommend this place for those who are awake in their heart. The food and the company are great companions for those who are open to having a good time. Toda raba, Tom! And to all, Shalom.

Great great falafel! Everything including the different salads, hummus and desserts was very tasty, I would highly recommend eating in falafel shalom. Also the owner is very nice and you can see that he cares about making good food.

Who would have thought we’ll be eating falafel in Zipolite! But we did. And a damn good one! Someone on the beach told us about that place and we went to see it, only to find out it has very few opening hours. So we came back after 4pm and we’re glad we did. Tom, the owner, is extremely friendly and the waitress too. We had falafel and salad, both were fresh, interesting and very delicious. A day before we left Zipolite we came back and had some more deliciousness including their home made vegan desserts. So good! Very highly recommended!

Not a bad place at all, the food is really good. the tabouli was definitely a creative interpretation of the normal dish but still pretty good. I feel like the flyers for Friday dinner are misleading. I thought it was a donations based dinner (a common tradition for Shabbat in Israel), but it's just the normal menu with donations based music. The toilets are also pretty bad - no lights and the tap is missing it's handle.

The hummus and the coffee were tasty. Relaxed vibe apart from their dog. Ordered a bottle of water and got a jug of water with a dirty cap that I got charged 20 pesos for so it made me a bit sad. It was still nice to find a place that served something different than the usual in this part of the world. So they should just train their dog and not serve dirty water and they will become a great place.

The setup and vibe of the place are really nice. The service was helpful, and the waitress took her time helping us out with the menu. So we were off to a good start. Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment. The baba ganoush tasted like a bitter and heavy tahini. It was honestly inedible.The consistency of the hummus was good, but the flavour was so bland that I didn't understand I was eating hummus. The chickpeas in the middle are a nice tought, but they were cooked to hell and lost all their bite so were unpleasant and added nothing. The mixed veggies tasted and looked old and some of them were extremely salty. The tabbouleh was nothing to write home about but fine comparing to the other things served. The only thing passable on the table were the falafals themselfs: they were small but had a good crunch. I really tried to like what they served, but it was just bad. These dishes are not so difficult to prepare, so what they played up is inexcusable.
