Kudos to today's barista! Ordered an iced café latte. Absolutely amazing Strong coffee taste. Love it. Thank you
Starbucks has a set of standards as a company and this Starbucks appears to excel at meeting or exceeding them. I go to this Starbucks a few times a month (when in the area) and the drinks are always delicious and made correctly. The staff has always been pleasant and the one time I saw a disgruntled customer, it was promptly resolved by the manager and the customer walked away with a smile on her face. Highly recommend this location. There is no inside as it is drive thru and order outside and wait only. Not the best location for those who want to conduct work in a lobby area.
Made my drink quick and the guy there was super kind. Recommend this location thank you 😊

5 STARS EASY IM HERE GREAT WARM PLACE TL KICK START THE DAY EMPLOYEES HERE ALONG WITH MANAGEMENT MAKE IT EVERYONE HERE VERY NICE AND DOWN TO EARTH 5 STARS EASY 🔥
I came this morning and got my usual order, the only difference was when I was paying at the window, Stephen took the extra step to look at my name on my Starbucks app and instead of asking me what my name was said “thank you Rachel!“ Such a small thing put such a big smile on my face, thank you, Stephen for the little extra effort!
Barrista, Lisa, at Friars & Riverdale Starbucks is personable, friendly and always ready to serve! i see her going out of her way to help in whatever she can when things get super busy, before giving me my drink she always make sure the lids are on just right, which I so appreciate. So I prefer to go to the starbucks on friars because I can always count on a great cup of coffee and Lisa’s playful way and friendly smile to start my day off right!.
Omg! Thank you for the epic help! Just needed to check some balances some cards was given, the lady helping me at this location, Awesome! Funny, sweet and so very helpful and bright. She went out of her way to help me with some addition information and her energy just made my day! Wavy/Curly silver hair beautiful lady. Thank you!
Taisson thank you for making my experience great. I was feeling festive and the drink you made for me hit the spot! 10/10…
Always good. Always consistent. Doesn’t miss.

Today's experience not really great. The girl was nice and I understand it wasn't on purpose but man... Paying about. 75cents just to have a bigger container is not a good thing. I should have said something when I grabbed the coffee and felt the weight but I didn't. However it is frustrating that when asking for a coffee away of my normal stores I have to recite the Bible in order to get what I want. A venti white chocolate mocha, 3 pumps only, yes whipped cream, no foam... Not even when one gets married one have to talk so much... Anyway... That on a side: the store is nice, the parking is big so I don't understand other negative reviews about the parking, there's more than a hundred all over. But please next time just fill the Venti up to the top. A coffee is my everyday meal.

Honest review. I love the coffee I get here which isn’t really coffee lol it’s sugary espresso 😂 but the place is always clean and the customer service is the best

I had the munchies on this day. I wanted a cup of coffee to go with it. I had a sausage and egg sandwich with a cup of coffee. Those items satisfied my want. I saw you can drive up or walk up. You go to a window and give them your order. There is no going inside. They have a nice little patio outside to set and enjoy your coffee and fellowship with friends.
I paid almost 7 dollars for an Ice Matcha Latte, overprice for drinks. They put a lots ice in the drinks . I drunk literally ice and water. No Matcha Latte at all. All my cup it’s fully ice.
I ordered Venti white mocha and Grande latte. My husband was picking up the order because i was busy doing house work and he ended up coming home with grande size for white mocha (his coffee) because the employee put the order on the grande cup. He was upset at me thinking i ordered his coffee wrong size. So i paid Venti price for Grande size and received an attitute from hubbie since the morning :-( The coffee is expensive enough and the employee can’t get the order right. That’s disappointing.
The staff are very rude, they're all grumpy !!

went to grab a drink for my wife and it was $6.25, no big deal. i get to the front and Dani asks me "apple pay?" to which i replied, "yes." she selected a $5 tip before holding the card reader out and before i noticed the tip she MANUALLY put in for me, i tapped my phone. when i asked about why the charge went up $5 she said "i dont know let me check". as if she didnt select $5 as a tip before showing me the card reader. the MANAGER stated shed "talk" with her about it. i think tricking a customer for a tip and stealing from them would constitute more than a "talk". $11.25 for a grande is crazy.
Didn’t get her name some white lady working the drive through window this morning rushed the entire process didn’t even say hi when we got to the window, no napkins nothing. Yelled twice for us to answer the tipping question while we were just unlocking our phone to pay with Apple Pay was taking maybe an extra second but she was impatient. Don’t know how you expect a tip when you’re one rude and two lack so much common decency.
I’m absolutely LIVID after the treatment I received this morning at Starbucks, and I feel like I need to get this out. First off, this isn't about the entire staff, because I’ve met some amazing workers at that location who make my days better, but today was a different story. I'm talking specifically about the female barista who took my order in the drive-thru on 12/03/25, between 6:20 AM and 6:25 AM. I’m generally a patient person, but the way I was treated this morning was totally unacceptable, and honestly, it’s just plain rude. I was on my way to work and stopped by Starbucks to grab a coffee for my baby’s sitter as a thank-you for helping me out earlier in the week. My fiancé is away for work, so I’ve been managing everything on my own, balancing a long commute, work, and taking care of my baby. My days are already tough enough, and the last thing I need is attitude first thing in the morning. All that negativity just sets a horrible tone for the rest of the day. I just don’t understand why some people feel the need to spread bad energy when they don’t even know what someone else is going through. The sitter had texted me to order an “Iced Chestnut Praline Coffee,” and I simply followed her request. I pull up to the drive-thru, place my order, and the barista immediately snaps at me with impatience: “What do you mean, cold brew? Latte? What kind of coffee?” I was confused because I don’t typically order that drink, and I was just trying to follow the sitter’s instructions. I even asked the barista for her recommendation/guidance but there was a huge truck driving by, and I didn’t realize how loud it was, or how the noise was coming through the intercom. But seriously, how could I know that? Instead of helping me out or giving me some kind of guidance, the barista responds with an obnoxious, rude tone: “Can you SPEAK UP??? I CAN’T HEAR YOU!!!” The tone was condescending, rude, and completely out of line. Tone matters. Respect matters. Kindness matters. There’s absolutely no reason she had to speak to me like that. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and if I were in her shoes, I would have said something like, “Sorry, there’s a lot of background noise on your end. Can you speak a little louder?” I understand that dealing with customers can be frustrating, but there was absolutely no need for that attitude. I wasn’t rude to her. I was just confused and trying to get my sitter’s order right. Now I understand the issue with the order. I get that saying “Iced Chestnut Praline Coffee” could have caused some confusion since you can make that drink with any coffee base. But the next time something like this happens, instead of making me feel like I’m wasting your time, just explain it politely. Don’t snap at me like I’m an inconvenience. I’m trying to do something nice for someone else, and I shouldn’t be treated like that for making an honest mistake. I even apologized multiple times during the order, explaining that I wasn’t sure about the coffee, and apologizing for the background noise from the truck. I didn’t even cause the noise, but I still took the high road and apologized because I wanted to avoid escalating things. Yet, despite my efforts to be polite and respectful, I still got treated like garbage. And that’s just wrong. This whole interaction left me frustrated, angry. I expect to be treated with basic respect. It’s unacceptable to be spoken to like that, especially first thing in the morning. When I got to the window to pay, another barista handed me my drink. I don’t think this was the same person I spoke to, because when I calmly explained how rude the previous interaction had been, she apologized for that interaction I had, I guess the female that spoke to me didn't have the nerve to speak to me directly after? The other Barista explained the confusion around ordering the “Chestnut Praline Coffee.” Thank you to that barista for being calm and professional about it. Your response actually helped me understand the mistake, so I won’t make it again in the future.
Ariana was quite rude to me. I asked for a cup of water, and she said it was “complimentary” and asked to see proof of purchase. I showed her my phone with my purchases, yet she still refused to provide it and that never happened to me before with other Starbucks!
i’ve had better service from the ice cream man than here, those ladies are the drive thru were so rude and unprofessional
Starbucks is not gourmet to begin with, but with it being a chain and recipes to follow, consistency is at the very least expected. This has to be the absolute worst location for quality and consistency. The service and workers are sweet and kind but the quality of beverages, ice to bev ratio, the way they slam the window before a question can be asked *that's probably due to the volume of customers, more than likely not personal it just doesn't make for approachability* A standard cold brew left nothing to be desired, a black iced tea would've been more bold. Simply put, lack of quality control. It is near my doctor's office, so for the sake of convenience I have stopped by. On each occasion, the beverage is watery. I try ordering something different each time to not be left disappointed but no luck. Again kind workers, it's just horrible consistency and quality control.

Went through the drive through and had to prompt the girl working it to take my order after waitng a couple min. Got to the window and paid for my food and she gave me attitude cause I didn't tip. I asked for a fork and she snapped at me telling me they don't give forks out with food and they aren't free. Well that chubby little employee just ran a customer off for good.
