Terrible service. It takes ages, to say the least, to serve. There are four women, of whom it seems only one is working. Then there's no order; it's not done as you arrive; they grab whoever they want. Terrible service and speed. They have to serve about eight people a day.

Terrible service, zero efficiency. There might only be 5 or 6 people working, and it takes up to 4 hours or more to get a response. Of the 4 or 5 analysts on duty, only one or two actually attend to customers. No one manages the flow of people as they arrive; they attend to whomever they please, leaving those who were there before them until last because they don't pay attention or even give out a form to keep things organized! Horrible!

Terrible service! They should change the manager because it takes them four hours or more to see you. Many just act like fools. Out of three or four analysts, only one or two actually answer. It's too stressful for those of us who have other things to do! Also, no one keeps order! They see whoever they want, and there's no order as each person arrives!
