Una experiencia impecable de principio a fin. El servicio fue cálido y profesional, y cada plato —desde los clásicos como el Black Cod hasta los nigiris— estuvo espectacular. Ambiente elegante pero relajado, ideal tanto para una cena íntima como para una reunión especial. Nobu siempre cumple, pero en Polanco se siente aún más exclusivo. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Nobu es una excelente opción para disfrutar de una gran variedad de comida asiática con un toque innovador. Cada platillo está cuidadosamente preparado, combinando sabores auténticos con una presentación impecable. Además, la experiencia se eleva con su selección de cócteles, perfectos para acompañar la comida y realzar cada bocado. El ambiente es ameno y sofisticado, ideal tanto para una cena especial como para una reunión con amigos. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo de esta velada algo memorable fue el servicio excepcional de Yael. Sus recomendaciones en cuanto a comida y bebidas fueron impecables, logrando que cada elección fuera un acierto. Su atención y conocimiento del menú hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más placentera. Definitivamente, un lugar al que vale la pena regresar.

Excelente lugar. Felicitaciones al chef. Casi todo estuvo increíble. Lo único que no me agradó es que el platillo de tofu llevara mayonesa. No me parece un aderezo propio de la comida japonesa, no me lo esperaba y no me gusta el sabor de la mayonesa en absoluto.

El lugar es muy bonito y el personal súper amable, nuestro mesero nos dio unas recomendaciones de makis buenísimas, el de king crab es delicioso. La coctelería no es la mejor. Todas las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy atentos, al hacer mi reservación en la página puse que era por un evento especial y sin recordarles nada nos dieron un helado de cortesía y nos regalaron una foto instantánea, fue un gran detalle. Lo recomiendo completamente. Aunque si es un poco más caro que el promedio, de dos personas gastamos aproximadamente 3k

No soy nadie a su nivel pero coincido con Marco Beteta en este restaurante. Increible en estructura, increible en la atencion, la cocina deliciosa. Definitivamente uno de los mejores restaurantes. Tienes que probar los camarones roca y si, hazle caso al chef. Los camarones con la lechuga son una explosión de sabor. El rib eye con mantequilla de trufa se te deshace en la boca y la cebolla caramelizada que trae riquisima. Algo si me quedó a deber. Los postres. Despues de tan tremendos platos el final se queda corto y probablemente es por el paladar tan acostumbrado que tenemos a cosas bien dulces, pero para la proxima creo que si paso el postre y me espero a los macarrones de cortesía.

Alcanzó mis expectativas en sabor y presentación. El servicio muy bueno! El ambiente agradable solamente percibimos un pesado olor a perfume en la terraza posterior. El tiempo de espera fue bueno y la presentación de los platillos agradable.

Considero que Nobu tiene la mejor propuesta de comida japonesa de la ciudad. Quizá no es netamente japonesa, pero es l o más parecido a ella pero con un toque internacional que te garantizo que hará que te guste. Cuidado con los precios, ya que no es precisamente económico. Una comida acompañada de alguna bebida y postre te hará pagar alrededor de 1,500. Pero los vale. He ido en varias ocasiones, y ayer por primera vez probé el menú de degustación. Vale la pena aunque pagarás alrededor de 2,000 por persona. Anexo algunas fotos. Si te parece útil la opinión, dale me gusta para que otros puedan leerla.

Favorite Nobu location!! ✨ my father and I had dinner here for my birthday and my goodness… the cocktails, the service, THE FOOD…. a m a z I n g! I’ve been to the nobu in Miami and Newport Beach and THIS location is my favorite so far. I’m still dreaming about the Wagyu tacos and the Wagyu dumplings our waiter recommended to us. Can’t wait to come back. 15/10 would recommend.

Gosh, the food was great. I tried ribeye on hot stones, it was great, one of the best food I've had in Mexico City, and the presentation was beautiful. The service was amazing, our server was very nice and he gave us very good recommendations. He made our experience exceptionally nice. And don't forget desert! Ours were uniquely delicious.

En general bien, los alimentos buenos, me parece caro para lo que realmente es, creo que es mas "la fama". Pero si necesitas factura, te recomiendo que escojas otro restaurante, es un problema que te den factura en este lugar.

Excelente atención, calidad y presentación de los alimentos, sin duda hay mucha experiencia en ello, pase un buen rato, ponen mucho jazz y jazz progresivo, además el lugar está ambientado con las raíces de un árbol, los postres geniales; lo terrible es la magia del valet parking afuera de los restaurantes de esa zona, te cobran súper caro y uno debe estacionarlo en la calle

I was there on friday. Food was really good - I’m not a huge fan of shrimps but for the first time I enjoy eating them, they were really good. BUT When the waiter heard that I didn't speak Spanish, he said "no mames" and left. Then he came back and he started speaking to me in Spanish. It was not hard to heard that when it was just me and you. I know some words so I understood that you are not happy to talk to me in english but remember you are at work at pretty good and expensive restaurant and I didn’t ask for too much, I just don’t speak your language. Overall it was good experience.

The food at Nobu was absolutely fantastic—fresh, high-quality sushi with incredible flavors. However, the service was seriously disappointing. We struggled to get the waiter’s attention just to order or even receive menus, as if we had been completely forgotten. Despite making a reservation a week in advance for the main dining room, we were placed at a table on the front terrace, which was far less desirable. While Nobu is undoubtedly a great place for sushi and quality food, the service during peak hours is poorly managed. The staff seemed disorganized and undertrained, making the overall experience frustrating. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend avoiding busy times to ensure a smoother dining experience.

He tenido la oportunidad de comer en Nobu Milán y ahora México, como es de esperarse ha sido un gran servicio y los platillos de gran gusto; ¿3 estrellas? resulta que me encontré una escama en el sushi y los carajillos parecían hechos con café americano y no expreso; pueden parecer pequeños detalles pero de Nobu y por los precios, espero perfección.

Definitivamente un lugar con muy buen ambiente y el servicio de los meseros muy bueno, pero extremadamente caro para las porciones que te venden. El sabor no es espectacular y la mayoría de los platillos pues no llena las espectativas de lo que te venden.

Muy bonito el restaurante si! La atención 10/10, Carlos me atendio super bien! Lastimosamente los platos no son tan buenos, me deje llevar por las referencias que tiene el restaurante y esperaba más, la calidad de los sabores tiene que mejorar, no se adecuan los diferentes imgredientes. Y algunas combinaciones son muy básicas, definitivamente por el precio que pagué no lo vale, y desafortunadamente me arrepiento de haber ido hoy. Hubo sólo dos platos que me gustaron pero de todas formas para cómo lo describen esperaba más.

Pasaban a todos a sus mesas y a mi novio y a mi nos hicieron esperar horrible, si no es gracias a un capitán o gerente no se que era… que el fue el que se encargó de prestarnos atención jamas nos hubieran dado mesa… los alimentos estuvieron deliciosos y el ambiente increíble pero en definitiva la atención a sus reservaciones es PESIMA

We have been to Nobu in Miami and Hawaii and had great experiences, so we were really looking forward to visiting Nobu México. Unfortunately, this location was very disappointing. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and had a reservation for 6:00 pm. At 6:35 pm, a staff member came to our table and told us the kitchen was closing, which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. If the kitchen closes that early, they should not accept 6:00 pm reservations. During dinner, my husband had to ask twice for his green tea and twice for regular soy sauce. For a restaurant at this price point and with Nobu’s reputation this level of service was unacceptable. To make things worse, an anniversary cake was brought to our table, which we did not order, and we were still charged for it. The last thing we wanted to do on our anniversary was complain about service or a dessert we didn’t request. For the price and compared to other Nobu locations, this experience was extremely disappointing. We will not be returning. If you’re looking for excellent food and great service in Mexico City, I highly recommend El Japonez instead.

If you just want to take photos, this is undoubtedly a good choice, but if you want to taste delicious food, I suggest going to another restaurant. Their food pairings are very strange; the seasonings are always sweet. Their music is extremely loud; I ate with headphones on.

I am a loyal guest and big fan of Nobu restaurants worldwide, but unfortunately, my experience at Nobu Mexico City (Polanco) was far below what I have come to expect. The dining room was uncomfortably cold, with a constant draft that forced us to keep our jackets on during the entire dinner, which took away from the overall experience. We chose the Omakase menu, expecting to enjoy the chef’s best creations, but sadly only two dishes truly reflected the reputation of Nobu. For example, one course was an assortment of sushi, but the octopus was so tough it was impossible to chew, and the shrimp sushi had a bland, watery taste. Another course was a simple green salad with two grilled shrimp placed in the center, which felt far too basic for a signature tasting menu. The mushroom soup that followed was also very underwhelming, just mushrooms in hot water without any depth of flavor. The service, while attentive, felt overly rushed. Plates were taken away before we had finished, and the explanations of the dishes were delivered so quickly that it was difficult to understand what we were eating. The highlight of the evening was the truffle salmon, although even that was let down by an unripe pear inside. I truly hope this location can improve, because Nobu is a brand I admire greatly. If this had been my first Nobu experience, I would not have been encouraged to try others.

Great atmosphere. Food was horrible. If you are Asian or live anywhere with good Asian food, don’t even bother going there. Uni was not fresh, eggplants were chewy and slathered in too much sauce, and the Chilean bass was rubbery. Plan rice was good though. But probably only because I haven’t had rice all week.
