What a great place. You know what I love to hear, "apps are half price right now". Visiting from the Pacific Northwest, the Crab Cake appetizer was the BEST EVER. I also highly recommend the Porterhouse, medium rare. Phenomenal 1st experience!!!

Solid food. Solid value. Even though steak is the first thought, the shrimp are killer. Including grilled shrimp. My filet was cooked absolutely perfectly rare!

You can always rely on a goodcsteak at reasonable cost at a Saltgrass establishment when in Texas. My 16oz Ribeye was tender and tasty. The Brussels were good too. Good 'Texas' decor and ambience too.

I would really like to give Salt grass 5 stars, because normally they fix our orders correctly and it's worth the price. The last time we ordered from this location I was not impressed. We always ask for our steaks to be cooked well done with no pink, well someone missed the request for our order. There was blood in the bottom of both steak trays. I had to put them in the oven to finish cooking. I had the steak and shrimp, but I couldn't eat my shrimp because it had been soaked by the steak blood. The baked potato looked pitiful, and I don't know if I expected too much or if it was just thrown together. Maybe I'll try again another day.

First time at this location but won’t be the last. The steak wasn’t seasoned like it normally is but we were given seasoning after the fact. Drinks are usually better than what we had at other locations. Sometimes things aren’t always perfect every time and that’s life. Maybe we will go back to our normal location because we still love the good food and atmosphere. 6/10

We were seated and weren't checked on for at least 15 mins with multiple servers walking by avoiding eye contact with me. Had to go back to the receptionist to remind them we are here. Utensils were less clear than ideal, tho the food were good as usual.

This was my first time dining in as I usually get carside to go. One of the worst dine in experiences I have had. Our waiter first took forever to bring out our drinks which was just sweet tea then we waited over an hour for our food. Next thing we know the manager came to our table claiming there was an issue with the system and our “ticket didn’t get printed” but they’d have our meals out shortly. We waited still. Finally our meals came and I was shocked. The food tasted good but I had ordered the grilled shrimp with my steak which costed and extra $10. What I received was 4 little pieces of shrimp. I don’t know what I was expecting but for $10 more I was expecting more than 4 measly shrimp. We again had to wait on refills of our tea as our waiter kept disappearing. Mind you there were maybe three other tables besides ours so it didn’t seem busy. He came to our table maybe a total of three times in 2 hours minus when he was walking to other table and would simply tell us as he was walking by that our food was coming not giving us a chance to really ask for anything. I also had placed a to go order and literally had to flag down another member of wait staff to ask for our check because again he was nowhere to be found and I didn’t want to have to wait longer for the check once my to go order was ready. The manager didn’t even offer a discount for the long wait. I didn’t ask for one besides my AARP discount but given our order was never even put in originally you would think they would have offered something for the long wait.

We’ve been extremely loyal, regular customers, but this location keeps getting our orders wrong. Over five visits, we’ve had repeated mistakes with our food, including being given items we specifically asked not to have. The steak is never consistent, sometimes okay, other times overcooked or just not good. After calling and speaking with a manager who promised to comp our meal, only part of it was actually comped. It’s disappointing to keep giving chances and getting the same results. We will not be returning to this location!

This has been the worst Saltgrass experience I've had, by far. Half the tables were not occupied when we arrived. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. And 90 minutes to get our meals. None of the 5 meals were cooked correctly. We asked for A1 and it took 2 requests and 15 minutes to ger the sauce. We will not be returning to this location.

This restaurant is not delivery friendly. I ordered through Uber Eats and the business did nothing to ensure that food is not tampered with between them and delivery. When I received my food I was handed an open bag that was not stapled, or taped sealed to preserve the integrity of the food. If I had known they hand out orders without using such precautions I would have never spent my $50 here. Taco Bell takes better care of deliveries than this place. Sad!

I came to Saltgrass Steakhouse to pick up a to-go order, and my experience was honestly disappointing. When I told the server Deshawna that I was there for a pickup, she very rudely replied, “Do that at the bar.” The tone and attitude were completely uncalled for she was short, dismissive, and made me feel like I was bothering her. There was no greeting or basic courtesy, which is the least you expect when walking into a restaurant. I ended up speaking with a manager about her behavior because it was so unprofessional. The manager did listen and seemed understanding, but the encounter still left a bad impression. I have eaten here multiple times and have had incredibly great experiences with servers like Blessing and Kimora, but this experience really changed how I feel about this location. Hopefully, management addresses this so future customers are treated with more respect.

Bottom line, the manager is incompetent. Showed up and there was a party of 5 in front of me. This threw them for a loop. The hostess left, the manager left, the hostess stand was abandon for a good 5 min. I finally get seated. A bunch of people had walked in right after I did (the restaurant was only half empty) I decided to order to quickly to get in front of the other orders. My food came with a weird ring of grease. The steak was smothered and completely burnt. I paid and left. I watched the manager and while he was trying, he was completely incompetent.
