My Friends at the local Bill Miller's always serve up fresh food every time we eat there! They certainly deserve the perfect score they recently earned! Kudos to the Managers and to the Employees.
Great food, excellent service.
Food was good and lady at the window was nice. I do wish they would repeat your order back to you while ordering so you knownthey heard you correctly. 3 stars for the atmosphere as their septic system is across from the drive thru and if the wind blows the wrong way you gag just tring to order. They don't seem to keep their system up.
Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful. Our order did have one small flaw but they ladies were quick to fix it and have very positive attitudes. The food itself was fresh which was very nice. And it was nice and peaceful
We are glad to finally have a Bill Miller's in our area. This is our all time go to place for a quick to go family dinner. They also have a nice dine in area. The sweet tea is a must have and if it's too sweet for your taste you can ask for 1/2 & 1/2 which makes it perfect for my husband and I. I'm a little sad to see that it's starting to get pricey. Bill Miller's was always known for being great food at a very reasonable price. I would like to see more options for sides. After eating here for as many years as our family has it will be nice for a little change of sides.
I had a great quick lunch there...very clean and staff was so polite and helpful!
I stopped in just to get some fries while waiting for my ride. The manager brought out my food and then asked whether I've ever tried the fries with ranch. I hadn't, so he brought me a cup of ranch, and the idea was pretty darn delicious! 😋 fast, friendly service. And try the fries with ranch, you'll thank me (or him) later, lol ;)
Ordered 14 chopped beef sandwiches online. Order was hot and ready as scheduled. When ordering, I selected the sandwich and the max was 12. I selected to have a side of BBQ sauce with the 12 sandwich order and only got 1 small side of sauce.... For 12 sandwiches. I assumed that a 12 sandwich order would, and should, come with more than 1 side of sauce.
The lines always look like ur gonna be there for awhile waiting on ur food, but I have to give Bill Miller's credit where credit is due, that is one thing about them they have got to be the fastest in drive through service then any other place I have ever known....it doesn't matter if it's breakfast lunch or dinner, or even how big or small ur order is , they don't mess around ur out of there quick....good job...
Wife’s favorite is chopped beef sandwich is always spot on. I go for fried Chicken which is always good. Fries a little cold but overall one of our favorite stops on way to S A
Bill Miller’s never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served hot, whether it’s their BBQ plates, fried chicken, or those famous sides. The sweet tea is second to none and keeps me coming back. Service is fast and friendly, even during busy times, and the prices are very fair for the quality and portions you get. It’s one of those places you can count on for consistency, comfort, and great Texas flavor. Highly recommend!
My daughter and I decided to take a break and go to Bill Miller's like we used to do long time ago. It was so peaceful at this place it was actually after 7:00 PM. Food was fresh ...I got chicken tenders plate and my daughter loves her chopped barbecue sandwich plate. Can't go wrong with Bill Miller but then again might hit a bad one ...went over here where I just moved in Atkins Texas and this one is excellent.
Damn good fried chicken. Never liked the brisket there. Too much fat. The fried potatoes were pretty good too. Our server was ok with us but seemed annoyed by another customer.
Bill millers is so good, I love the brisket.
Breakfast! It was great. Hot, fresh and flavorful.
What can you say, this is a great place to eat. Sure, there are other bbq places that may rival bill millers, they may even have a better menu. I have enjoyed eating at bill millers for over 40 years, most of your other bbq restaurants last maybe a few years then shut down. It's the old saying, if it isn't broke don't try to fix it. Try it if you haven't, you won't be disappointed.
I wanted to share a great experience I had when ordering in the drive-thru line this morning. When I went to the window I was greeted by Kaitlynn479 who cheerfully confirmed my order and processed my payment. During this short interaction I enjoyed one of the nicest and most personable young lady who conversed as I dug out my wallet. I must a say she was the most enjoyable person I have encountered in food service in a very long time. Sometimes the reception is so poor it can only be described as rude and sometimes offensive. I wish there were many more like Kaitlynn and you should too as an employer. I thought this was worth sharing.
Convenient, out of the way, larger building and parking, tasty breakfast tacos, fast service, plenty of utensils, napkins and condiments, good takeout packaging (multi layered paper and plastic tubs)
What do Texans do to make their chicken so tender! Sad that I can't have red meat anymore, but I enjoyed the chicken plate and my wife had the brisket plate. Clean, well kept establishment. Had a little trouble with google maps finding this one at first.
Bill Miller’s breakfast is where it’s at! Drive thru line moves along nicely even when they’re busy. Order is usually perfect and whoever is working drive thru has always been polite.
Fast, Friendly, and Always Delicious – Our Family Favorite! The Bill Miller’s in Adkins is a go-to spot for our family, especially on those nights when mom’s taking a well-deserved break from cooking. The drive-thru is always impressively quick, and they consistently get our orders right—something we really appreciate when feeding a crew. Our favorites? The chicken strips with that creamy gravy, crispy fries, soft bread, and of course, their delicious bean and cheese tacos. Everything always tastes fresh and comforting. The staff are always friendly and polite, which just adds to the positive experience. It’s a local gem that delivers every time. Highly recommend for a tasty, hassle-free family meal!
We were exhausted from running errands & working on the yard…so we decided not to dine in, but take home a meal. We had a great customer service @ the order window & was fantastic at pickup window. Our order was confirmed & the window clerk made sure we received the condiments we had asked for. My husband enjoyed his turkey plate w/mac ‘n cheese & green beans. I loved the lean brisket poorboy w/potatoe salad & cole slaw.
I stopped at this location for a quick lunch, I ordered a brisket plate, This meal was nothing short of exceptional. The brisket was cooked to perfection, the sides were delightful, and the overall experience left me eager to return. If you’re craving top-notch barbecue, Bill Miller’s brisket is an absolute winner.
The staff was very polite and nice and my take out order was prepared fast but the fried chicken was a little too crunchy and the fries although plentiful was cold.
I went through the drive thru. Dining room was closed. Long line but food was good. First time I've been to Bill Millers in over a year. Unsweetened tea was fresh thank God. Spoiled tea was reason I quit going there in the past.
It has gotten alot better than it used to be at the floresville location. I call Bill Miller's value BBQ it's more reasonable on the cost than other places that are BBQ by far. However everyone knows that it's basically reheated BBQ shipped in from there main San Antonio location in all honesty. The tea is always excellent. I call it Value BBQ in my family. Even if they have a long line they will get to you fast there service is always excellent and they also make good pies 🥧
Young lady at counter was very nice but seemed unsure of items available. In her defense, the menu board was not complete. It did not show family packs or bbq by the pound at all. Food was good and reasonably priced.
Fast Service And Good Prices And Good Customer Service 🎊 💯🇺🇸👍😎👍
The staff was friendly and helpful with figuring out what meals would work best for our group. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The rolls were cold and tasted kind of stale and quite a few of the tables hadn't been cleaned from the previous customers.
Pretty decent Bill Miller’s. I usually call ahead and come in and pick it up. The chicken strips are always made fresh for my order and when I ask for crispy fries they don’t forget. I don’t go through the drive thru because it’s always a really long line. Best fried chicken in the area.
Not the bill miller's of yesteryear. No longer a place for a cheap meal. It's not the craft BBQ the prices may make you think it is. Also, check your order before you leave if getting it to go.
Don't get me wrong. I love bill millers. I love the food. I love the environment atmosphere. People employees are i'm helpful very pleasant. But there is one thing, add the drive through window. This guy with all this jewelry in his face, I don't. I really like that like I get it. You are who you are you like What you like, but I remember a time when they wouldn't even let you show tattoos when I worked at bill Miller's. But now you got men, well biological men that looked like they don't. It's vell, faced first into a tackle box. The jewelry has no place in a restaurant. If you're handling my food I don't want you taken out whatever you got stuck in your nose and then touch my food, it just kind of good gross. I mean, a girl would be more tolerable with that stuff, but yeah, I don't know. It's just kind of cringy
What can I say, Breakfast Taco "Brisket " with cheese on the fry. My go to us BM.
Stopped in this morning for some breakfast tacos before a long road trip up to Colorado Springs. I got in line and ordered some tacos. The line moved rather slowly. I was number nine in line, but it is a very popular location! Got some tacos and started eating them… They were… Just OK. I think I’ll have to try some of the local Mexican restaurants to see what they have for breakfast tacos.
They just aren't as friendly as they used to be. My food was warm but not hot. (I wouldn't sue, I like hot food)
Not bad for fast lunch or dinner. Love their breakfast tacos. And the tea is still a good as always.
Hey. It's BM. You know what you're going to get. Always check your to go orders before leaving. They don't mess up at this location as often as others but it happens.
Mediocre food. We understood that they are more a friend chicken place more-so than a BBQ joint, but both were average. If you live out there, I'm sure it's the best around, but would not recommend making the trip.
I went to the drive thru for a quick lunch. I got two chicken sandwiches and two iced tea. The service was quick and friendly. The chicken sandwiches had no mayonnaise or anything. They were sort of dry and I added some mayonnaise. The iced teas were cold. I felt like it was more expensive than it should have been. This is due most likely due to inflation and having to pay the workers mor money.
Very clean. Friendly service. I ordered the large vegetable soup and once again, I was served only two pieces of meat and lots of broth. The flavor was good, just wish I'd gotten more of the veggies n meat. Not photo worthy.
Sausage was ok, the cut of brisket I was given was mostly far. Feels more like fast food than a traditional TX bbq joint, I give it a solid meh. It'll fill you up when you are on the road and hungry but I won't be making it a destination.
My husband ordered his 3 piece fried chicken, and he was shocked to see how small the pieces were! Prices don't change but servings shrink. 😌
Atmosphere, tone, and service were great! Very clean establishment, but the meat portion fell very short for me. The ribs and sliced brisket were very dry and the small amount of sauce given wasn't enough to mask the dryness of the meat. The sides were good. If you're looking for good BBQ, unfortunately, try somewhere else.
Maybe it was a slow day, but i've felt like the food needed more seasoning. It was a little blam,
This time, I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. I didn't realize there was going to have slaw on it, and it was too dry, even with the sauce.....it wasn't eaten after the first bite by either of us.
Girl working the cash register this morning was rude and full of attitude. Their card system is crap and it took multiple times for the payment to go through.
When you order a number 10, a family chicken meal, you need to specifically tell them mixed meat or dark etc. Or else they give you a box full of nothing but chicken wings. This has happened to me twice.
Called in my order and went to pick it up about 10 minutes later. 2 tacos and a tea. I got in line at the register to pay for it and pick ut up. Four people ahead of me ordered and received their food before me even though I pre ordered. Total time was 16 minutes from the time I placed this order till I received it. Maybe I am just used to the Bills on Probandt and 90. It is always ready when I go to pick it up. Food is always good though.
Great fast casual BBQ. The brisket is my favorite for over a decade now. The pickles & bread along with the tasty sides make for a good value BBQ restaurant.
Food is GREAT, but their setup where you order makes no sense. It takes longer to order because the customer doesn't work here and you have to figure where everything is at. You still need an employee where there is no distance be right next to you helping you. It was faster when an employee took your order, and there is distance between the employee and customer. Service is so much slower eating indoors.
I just left from bill millers. I usually check my order before I go home being I live 10 to 15 min away but I didn’t this time because I usual don’t have an issue. Well today I order a two meat and three sides meal the #8 rancher I ask for brisket, ribs, and my three sides were suppose to be baked beans, Macaroni and cheese and potato salad. I got home and I got no potato salad I got pinto beans instead and everything else was correct. I know mistakes happen but if your paying almost $20 dollars on a meal you want to receive everything you ask for.
My 8$ salad and got half a salad most of the lettuce i couldn't eat it was ugly 1 cucumber LOOKED like like they took a bite. Won't get anymore salads from here . Have pictures but wont let me upload them to here.
My last 5 visits over this year have been bad experiences. The employees are rude, slow orders have been made wrong and not complete. Very expensive. My biggest complaint is the employees. The are rude make nasty comments and I will not be going back I think 5 chances that are complete failures are enough chances to get the service they started out with back. They obviously will not change.
Drive thru line was super long so I went inside to order and take it to go. I looked to see what car I would have been behind if I stayed in the line. Inside there were 2 people in front of me and several came in behind me. I watched as all the workers in the kitchen area were preparing the meals. 20 mins later, I'm still waiting. The people who had come in after me already had their food. There weren't many workers at the kitchen area any more and I still didnt have my food. I think the girl at the register was either tired of looking at me or felt bad for me and went back and bagged up my food, brought it out and said "sorry for the wait". When I went outside, there weren't hardly any cars there. What a bust...
First time there, the only saving grace was the flavor of the brisket. Lunch was very dry. No condiments or veg on the tacos, or sandwich. Tacos served on a soft tortilla w/ meat only. Sandwich, poppyseed bun & meat only. Additionally, no condiments were given or offered. No ketchup, mustard or even BBQ sauce, really? Finally, the drive through experience, @ noon on a Monday included 15 minutes in line start to finish & a hard to read menuboard (small typeset, faded and yellowed photos) This is a large Texas chain that could do better.
While parked at the front door I called to place an order because the drive through line was very long. The employee told me they were not doing curbside do to the weather. ( It was not windy or raining at the time ) So we went through the drive through. When we got to the window the employee said it would be a longer wait and told me to pull up and someone would bring my food OUT to me. As we pulled forward I heard her calling out my vehicle color and make. The girl that came out with my order went to another vehicle next to me. Even though the color was written on the receipt. So I guess they were telling people behind me to also pull up and wait for someone to bring their food. SMH
I had the little chicken sandwich. There was a very small amount of chicken. It did not even qualify for a thin layer of chopped chicken. There was more sauce than chicken. The meat was cool and the sauce and bread were hot. The sweet tea, which I normally love was warm and not as sweet as it normally is. The fries were oversalted and tasted like they been laying around for a while. The bathroom was dirty and the young ladies at the front stood around talking. The bright side that kept my score at a two is my husband's 3 piece meal was hot and the chicken done and tasty and there was a young man that was keeping the tables clean and offered to take our tray and trash. It may have been a off night for them.
I went through the drive through this morning to get a taco, no tortilla. I've not stopped in for a few weeks but was absolutely shocked to see the container/portion size had been, at a minimum, cut in half. I also ordered an unsweetened iced tea and it was nasty. Should have known better than order tea in the a.m. but typically Bill Miller tea is excellent.
Service was disappointing. Took 35 minutes to get a small family fried chicken meal to go. Then the sides were wrong. Young lady at register pretty much ignored the 4 people waiting at the counter for 15 minutes just to get a tea refill. It appeared that only the manager was hustling...the rest of the staff was in no rush.
This Bill Miller's is so slow. Waiting in like for 15 plus minutes for a drink is ridiculous at barely 11am. The drive-through order taker was literally laughing at me after placing my order, assuming they thought it was weird and needed to repeat it multiple times. When they hand you back your drink refills, there will be soda/tea dripping all over the sides.
The fries were, as my son put it, dryer than a Popeyes biscuit, my poor boy was so salty it actually hurt my mouth so I didn't get to eat it, the chopped barbecue sandwich had about a tablespoon of meat in it. The lady at the drive through kept interrupting us while we were ordering asking, Is that all? Then when asked at the window if there were extra onions with the sandwich which he'd repeated back to her twice she said yes but when we got home there were no extra onions and one onion ring in the sandwich. It just seems like the prices went up and the food quality and quantity went down.
Very small portions on the meat. Very poor/rude service by Jordan. He acted like he really disliked his job and just wanted to go home. I gave 2 stars because the food was delicious and thankfully they are not pushing masks on customers.
#7 combo pre made hard buns a thin smear of a salty mush they identify as brisket. Best thing was crew member attitude.
UPDATE DOWN BELOW. What has happened to the quality of this place?? $25 for a 10 piece if mini dried up repeatedly fried chicken? Tasted like leather. Called to inform the manager and he just wanted to give me 5 more nasty pieces of chicken to make up for it. What a dump of a restaurant. UPDATE: The owner of this restaurant called me and was very apologetic about the experience I had at his restaurant. He was very concerned and wanted to hear all the details about our visit. He offered to give us another dinner and make it right. I in return want to thank him for following up and hearing me. Thank you!
What happened to Bill Miller's? Twenty years ago you always got good quality for a decent price. These days you get smaller portions for a much larger price. And after waiting 20 minutes, I get a bowl of cabbage, which I thought was supposed to cole slaw and cold has browns. I even asked them to cut the sausage into smaller pieces, it shows that on the receipt, but was not done. Definitely disappointed in how things have progressed with this company.
Spent about $21 on 4 bean and cheese tacos and 3 carne guisada and couple coblers. Didn't mind the price but the tacos were less than a half inch thick and the carne guisada tacos had two pieces of meat. I normally can get by with one taco to satisfy my appetite. Had to eat 3 tacos to feel satisfied. Chicken for last couple years has been overcooked also. I'm done with this Bill Miller's. Didn't mind too much about the prices but the quality is BAD!
Me and my husband wanted to eat there. As we park, one worker RUDELY says they aren’t open with her attitude. I then call to see if I can place an order for curb side and the guy was extremely annoyed, so I said forget it. I saw people leaving from the dining room as we drove off. You lost a $150 order from me. If you can’t handle business during COVID, maybe you shouldn’t work there. Lost my business forever.
Very disappointed today with our order ,we ordered a family meal , 15 peices fry chicken , French fries and coleslaw... Well , not even one chicken leg 🍗 !!! The sweet tea was not sweet ...and who had the brilliant idea of put black pepper a lot of it , in the coleslaw ??? ....
I bought 2 Carne guisada tacos both only had one piece of meat in it. Sad won't be going any bill miller's again. Letting everyone I know to stay away.
We went in and ordered 2 #1's with sausage and politely made sure they still come with onions and pickles. We get down the road and open our bag to find 2 #1's with brisket....and no onions and pickles. They sure didn't forget to charge me extra for the BBQ sauce but they forgot to give me (literally) a single thing I asked or paid for! Thanks a ton Bill Millers! 👎👎 Also, there was drama between the employees.
Waited in drive thru for 12 minutes before approaching speaker. Line was long, I understand. When we get to the speaker, we wait another 8 minutes for someone to take my order. There was 5 cars behind me. We finally had to call the restaurant to ask if they were still taking orders. After 3 times of repeating our order, we finally got our food. Get home to find out the order is of course...incorrect. just frustrating after waiting that long..I understand human error, but feel this well exceeds that. All I can say is CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE 25 MILES HOME!!! And I'm out $40.00.
Food is mediocre at best and the service is some of the worst in the business. It has gone way down hill I. The last year or so.
Make sure your order is correct before you leave there. We did not get our mash potatoes or brownies with our buckaroo. My husband is allergic to onions, told them NO onions and they put them on top of his Cole slaw. Try calling there several times and NO answer.
I returned my food and received a refund. The ticket clearly read "mash potatoes" and I got fries after waiting 15+ cars in line. The bun was hard like a rock. The fried chicken was pink with blood.
As I sat waiting for my meal I noticed the sign that said starting wage at $14, Ariel the cashier and the person who rudely just lays the plate on my table should probably be earning minimum wage as their customer service is at best minimum wage if anything. Ludicrous how Bill Millers can pay the wages when they are not even earned. Guess this is the area where desperation is what it is. Then they are stuck with paying higher wages for mediocre performance. Very disappointing visit, guess the $16 or higher cook was also having an off day as well as my chicken was just as bad.
We have been eating at this Bill Millers since it opened. I can say our last few experiences have been horrible. We went to eat there last week. The girl taking our order was slow and unfriendly. I asked for my green beans on the side and they just slopped them in the main tray with the meat and bbq sauce (it looked like soup) and the coleslaw and creamed corn were slopped on the same plate and overflowing into the main tray as well. It looked like a 3 year old had put it together like a bad cafeteria plate. The worst part is when I sent it back and asked nicely if they could put my green beans in a separate bowl I watched them scrape everything from my original plate onto a new plate AND I watched the girl pick up my coleslaw from my original plate with HER BARE HANDS and put it on my new plate and gave it to the other girl to give to me. I was disgusted. Needless to say I did not eat my food and I could not find a manager to tell so we left. My husband also got a po boy with 2 little bitty pieces of meat on it the time before that. They have gone downhill for sure.
Ordered three tacos today. Carne Guisada, brisket. What a mistake. None were hot, none had flavor. This place should stick to chicken. Pretty bad when chicken is the best thing they serve
I am a fairly regular customer at Bill Miller’s BBQ’s around the San Antonio area. Over the past year I have commented that the quality and quantity of their food has gone down. Today, they hit a new low. I ordered 2 salads and 1/2 pound (8oz) of turkey. When I got home, approximately 15 miles away, I was incensed. The salads were pathetic and I had 3 small pieces of dry turkey. I weighed the turkey, which came to 1.25 ozs. I called the manager and he apologized and offered 2 new salads and turkey. He sounded as if he had heard lots of complaints and was exasperated. I told him I would not drive back and would not return to any Bill Miller’s.
I had been driving awhile and desperately needed to use the restroom so I stopped by this location. I've always had good experiences with Bill Miller's in the past, but this was far from that. Management would not even allow me in to use the restroom, citing the COVID mandate that closed all dining areas (and yes, I was wearing a mask). I'm not a lawyer or a health official, but I feel confident that the order was not intended to be used to deny people simple human courtesies. Definitely not the treatment one would expect from a "family company."
9/26/22-counter help and the manager both got my order wrong. Checked the first person, glad i did, manager involved order has to be right. Supposed to be a pint not what is in the picture. I even held the pint container up for both workers to see. One is clear but what I got is white. Make sure your post goes here if they are contacted, reviews of their errors are not liked. Bready chicken, taste like the grease needed changing, bad aftertaste. Bbq sandwich was good but chicken was a let down. Prices have definitely increased.
My family and I love Bill Miller’s food. We have been to many of their locations and very rarely did we have any problems except with this location. We recently moved to the area and have been going here. Almost every time there is something wrong with our order, either something is missing or the food is over cooked and dry.
Gross! Totally gross! My girl and I ate here the other day and I'm super surprised we didn't get sick. First off, why were the drink cups branded with some seafood company? I didn't see any seafood on the menu. Odd but what ever... free cups are free cups. Second, I got french fries with my tenders. Figured it would be safe as it was deep fried. I ate a few and they were good but then I ate one that tasted like straight fish!!! Not a hint of fish but full on nasty old fish. My girl had a similar experience with her fries. She said it tasted like dirty bathroom air. Flies everywhere, even in the baked good case. Dirty tables and chairs also. I work in the industry so I'll not complain in store as it usually goes no where and I sure as heck would never ask to be remade. Tea was weak too... pff I hope the GM sees this and inquires to the nasty business going on there. Bill Millers is good food... trust me, but damn. P.S. Don't eat the chopped beef sandwich... I know how its made and it's nastier than any fish flavored french fry out there!!!
Tiny tacos no meat on brisket tacos very little bean a cheese it was a joke
Purchased at noon, Negative score-2 lg family orders, Brisket was DRY and BLACK, nasty no taste. What wasn’t burnt was a chunk of fat. The sides were mediocre at best! Very disappointing!
Posting this on behalf of my grandmother. She went to this location to refill her tea barrel, once home she drank about 2 glasses that night and then started to drink another glass the next morning when she realized all this sludge coming out of the barrel and into her cup. The thought of her drinking this tea made her sick all day. She called the next day when she felt better and all they did was try to blame her for not drinking the tea fast enough and tried to excuse the situation. That is not how customer service works. Take responsibility for this mistake. You as a company cannot say this is the customer's fault when this company has had so many problems and complaints with mold & sludge in the tea that they had to make their take-out cups clear for this very reason. We wont be coming back to this location but on behalf of your returning customers we hope you improve your cleanliness and customer service skills. Please do better. *Please note she did keep it refrigerated and it had been about 13hrs after the purchase when she realized there was sludge. She couldn't tell if it had a funny taste because her medications effect her sense of taste sometimes. We also buy tea gallons all the time at multiple locations and they usually last about 2days, we've never had a problem before*
Ordered a 10 piece chicken meal, the line was wrapped around the building, my cashier repeated back my exact order and I didn't get what I paid for! Last time is was large family order brisket, extra lean, extra thin and I got 100% all marbled, not what I ordered. $30 this time, $50 last time, it's all apologizes to call to report it to the manager but geeze, is everyone a rodeo clown or joker that's clocked in, they definitely don't show any love to give people what they paid for.
I decided to give this place another shot after a horrible experience last year where I found a fried cricket in my food. Unfortunately, I ran into another bad experience where the restaurant forgot to give me tortillas with my meal so I circled back in line and employee, Evan, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and not accommodating. It’s fair to say I won’t be giving this place another chance.
⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I, Carlos, have never been so appalled by a dining experience in my life, and the sole reason for this catastrophe is the manager, Miss Davila, who is hands-down the most deplorable human being I’ve ever encountered in the food industry. Walking into Bill Miller’s, I was hoping for a quick, satisfying meal, but what I got was a front-row seat to Miss Davila’s reign of terror. The moment I entered, the vibe was off—way off. Miss Davila was screaming at her staff over something trivial, her face twisted in a scowl that could curdle milk. When I got to the counter, she didn’t even bother looking up from her phone, muttering, “What do you want?” as if I was wasting her precious time. I tried to clarify an item on the menu, and she cut me off with a sneer, saying, “It’s not rocket science, pick something.” Her rudeness was so over-the-top, it felt like a personal attack. The food was an insult to BBQ. My chicken was so overcooked it could’ve doubled as a hockey puck, and the beans were a cold, gloopy mess that tasted like they’d been scraped from the bottom of a forgotten pot. When I dared to ask for a replacement, Miss Davila marched over, glared at me like I’d committed a crime, and hissed, “You ate half of it, so deal with it.” Half? I took one bite! Her attitude was beyond toxic—it was downright malicious. The place itself was a dump. Crumbs and sticky spots covered the tables, the trash cans were overflowing, and there was a mysterious smell coming from the corner. Miss Davila clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or customer satisfaction. I saw her snap at an employee for dropping a napkin, humiliating them in front of everyone. No wonder the staff looked like they were on the verge of quitting. Miss Davila is a walking disaster who shouldn’t be allowed near customers, let alone manage a restaurant. This Bill Miller’s is a stain on the chain’s reputation, and I’m never coming back. Save yourself the misery and avoid this location like the plague. Carlos out.
The chicken was old and dry. Asked for a lid was told to ask the cashier. Ordered a chicken delight checked my order no dressing. Service is horrific like your doing them a favor.
For the second time in a row, I've ordered a marbled brisket poorboy and gotten a sandwich that's only half brisket. The other half is the barely chewable bark. Thanks. It's awesome to wait in line for 20 minutes and only get half a sandwich. Update 5/4 10:42am There's no excuse for a dried up lump of beans. You can SEE how dry they are. You just don't care. It's really sad how downhill this location has gone.
