Food hot. Everyone working together. One employee working counter helped an elderly lady who wanted to get BK app on her phone. I would say she deserves a star for the day

The manager was super awesome. My 85 year old mother was having some difficulty and he showed unimaginable compassion preparing her drink so she would not spill on herself. A real asset to this company.

Always a nice experience at this location. Food is fresh and my order is always right, they let you know if you can get a better deal than the way you plan to order. Staff is so friendly every time!

Visited BK today, and apparently, (according to an official representative of The King himself...) I rule. Now, I know what you're thinking... You're thinking 'they say that to everyone, it's their new motto'. I'll admit, the thought crossed my mind, as well. But, upon verifying with the rest of The King's representatives, I can say with the utmost sincerity, that I do, in fact, rule. I accepted my formidable paper crown, and rejoined my roommates behind the BK dumpster. We live in a dumpster in BK's parking lot. But, not for long.... Because; I RULE!

I have always been a fan of the Original Chicken Sandwich (even though it has gotten smaller over the years) the fries are way better than the one that have a Clown as their mascot. Love the coupons that I get on a regular basis in the mail. Use them often at several locations

I’m going to give this BK find be stars because we got two fish sandwich meals for $12! But the really amazing thing was how fresh it was. Fried perfectly- no hint of old oil and the fries were perfect too - plenty hot, salty, slightly crispy on the outside and fluffy and tasty on the inside. I’ve been to some places like this where everything was freezer burnt and cooked on old nasty oil. This place was perfect today. And the staff was very friendly and patient.

Quick and tasty! I didn't catch a name but the employee in the drive thru was excellent. My receipt says Sherah. Super friendly. We stopped at McDonald's before because we both wanted something different. She got a sad excuse soggy hash brown then we come over here to Burger King and everything is fresh and hot and crisp. She said she just changed the oil. I can tell. It was great.

Of the fast food restaurants we frequent on a semi-regular basis, this one is the best in terms of service. The food is almost always hot, wait times aren't unreasonable, and their ice cream machine almost always works! They do occasionally run out of things, but so do most stores. There is always a satisfactory alternative, and the staff and managers are always apologetic. I can feed a family of four here for under $35, which is pretty reasonable for fast food these days. Skip the McDonald's next door and go here instead. You'll save money and headaches.

The server was a mumbler, I couldn't understand stand him. Then when I said "pardon me" he seemed to get annoyed. Had a very pleasant woman who even offered us crowns!! That hasn't happened since they were first open. I was there around 2:30, and will stop by again at that time just for her pleasant and efficient service.

Always prompt courteous service. Cashiers always polite and also multitasking. Kitchen looked very operational not much clutter and team busy but the wait not long. Didn't have any issues with service, and the inside was clean. The kids even said the restroom was clean. Food was good as usual, and fries were extra salty, which is a good thing. Everyone who worked there was nice and respectful. Parking was easy, and the area was clean.

I went In the store and order a large meal. I was very surprised how fast the service was. There was one person in front of me but drive thru was busy. The lady who took my order was very nice and patient. Dining room was clean and I seen the worker clean frequently.

We got McDonald’s fries (the one on the right) and they were just the ends and bits that were very clearly stale. We then pulled into Burger King and asked if they had fresh batch of fries. They then said that they did have a fresh batch and that they would make them for us so they had us pull forward and brought out hot fresh fries and upgraded our size from a small to a large. Shout out to the workers during the 7-8pm shift, thank you!!

It was a normal, regular Burger King. Easy location to get to. Got my sandwich wrong through the drive thru, but my husband took it in and told them. They were really nice and fixed it for me.

It's your ordinary Burger King restaurant so you can expect the usual menu items and such as you will nationwide. I give it 4 stars because of the customer service at this particular location. If they make a mistake they're quick to fix it and everyone is pretty friendly. Their drive thru is faster than the local McD's second only to Tim's.

While waiting in line, I couldn't help but notice the excellent customer service skills of the cashier. He was upbeat, friendly, efficient, and helpful to the customers ahead of us. When it was our turn to be served, Noah treated us the same way. In this day and age, it is refreshing to see that somebody still knows how to treat customers as if he owned the business himself. You are fortunate to have an employee like Noah. Our food was hot and good, too.

I've never had a complaint before about this place but today my onion rings were not at all what I expected. they were soggy so I took them back in after i had gone through the drive thru, told the girl they were soggy and that I would either like a new order or my money back. I received another soggy order and was told she " don't know what I want her to do they just came out..." Don't know if the time changed for them being in the fryer or what but whatever it is....its not working....fix it please!

I had the bull rider sandwich. It had 4 beef patties on it and was delicious You need to ask for it special.

All the years never had a problem but the guy was rude. I like their salt fries oh I mean French fries. Salt was cakes on I had to brush it off and. That didn't always work. I asked for a few ketchup and he acted like I asked for his kidney. Disappointed I cut way back on fast food , dinning out and I gave in. It was the end of the night but you still don't do that. I've done my time in fast food.

Lately my favorite original chicken and cheese sandwich has been bad tasting and left me feeling ill. I like the bacon burgers but still leaves me feeling ill later. I am thinking it's the grease or maybe old grease still there from before. And the lettuce lately has had light brown on it and had to take off and most of it soggy. Last one the mayo taste like it was left out to long. Only thing good there lately are the cheesy tots and fries. Pop is good when it doesn't taste flat or taste real weird

Long line for drive thru for 2:45 pm but moved quickly. Wasn't a fan of their 'upselling tactics' by trying to tell me what I want instead of asking me for what I want (for example: when I said I want a #8, the clerk said "and you want that as a large with coke?". No. I want a medium. My medium fries tasted good though.

Ice cream cones are cheap and so good but other day this lady worker with glasses made my ice cream cone extremely small barely had any ice cream on top normal they are big and tall

2-3 times a month from October to February I visit this location. Timely service and ether cashier experience than most. However drunk area needs new lid dispenser can never separate lids.

The meal wasn't as advertised. When one wants a freshly made meal that appears to look good on the menu. That is what one would expect. Not something that looks like it was made a day or two prior. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes would be nice.

French fries were hot and fresh..But when you pay so.much for French fries --the packages should be filled up..Some of them were just a little over half full ,but yet we were charged full price for them.. I like burger king fries much better then McDonald's though because burger kings tastes like teal fries.McDonald's we question if they are made from fries.

The only thing I do not like about this location is the drive through. It's too tight of turns. They have a sign at the drive through but not right in the beginning of the parking lot specifying no trailers. I've seen many people get stuck. Its a tight parking lot that you have to go through to get to the drive through as ot is so its very difficult for them and others that get stuck behind them. The sign should be right at the entrance of the parking lot and entrance from the road not at the booth.

Manager was rude and disassociate to us while taking our order. No menu for the 2 for $6 on the board, when asked what they were she rudly said them so fast, we just ordered. Food was good, we'll have stick to drive thru, they're more accepting of customers.

We're from out of town, traveling through, and stopped for a quick, late night meal. Our food was so incredibly greasy we couldn't finish it. The fries were old, cold, limp, and just gross. I could wipe the grease off of the bun, there was so much, my sandwich was sliding apart. Disgusting. Hopefully it's just because we stopped here late in the evening.

Burger King in Irving NY is so terrible it's made me give up fast food for 2 years now. I've never felt better. I came to the drive thru for breakfast. The cashier was a local well known partier and drug addict often ending most nights in the local clinic with injuries and infections like the time her and her friends shot up and branded eachother with a coathanger. Well she cut her hand and dripped blood on everything she was handing me at the window. When I asked for a manager they both got rude with me and didn't see the problem. I work at the local casino and have been in many customer service and ServSafe trainings with US Foods. It's amazing this place is still open with all the problems I've seen here from the time I was a child to now being almost 30.

Worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. Waited nearly 15 minutes for a single Whopper Junior that was made completely wrong. Additionally, the place was absolutely filthy. Trash bins overflowing and food all over the dining room floor.

I ordered and paid through the mobile app, when I arrived at the drive through I was informed they didn't have my order, couldn't make my order and also REFUSED to give me a refund! I couldn't believe I just got robbed by a multinational corporation! Are they so hard up for money they need to steal $20 from a customer. This is the worst experience I have ever had at an actual business. I mean it's burger king not some random ebay seller! I even tried 3 times contacting them through there corporate email with no reply.

Half the employees are always very rude and unwelcoming especially the managers. The food is usually wrong and when I try to get it fixed their angry and throw the food on the counter with a bad attitude and still give me the wrong food. I normally enjoy Burger King but I will go the extra few feet to McDonalds because they actually have great customer service.

I'd give more stars if my sandwich was ever made right. The fries are the only good thing really cause they're always really salty which is nice but I shouldn't be missing stuff I specifically asked for..its really sad to be honest it's like you take advantage of your customers

Terrible experience here today, 25 minutes for them to complete 4 drive thru orders. All for a chicken sandwich that was dried out like it had sat in a bin for a few hours, and a Whopper Jr with a stale hard bun. They also forgot our drinks which we had to go inside to get. Manager claimed that the computers were down, but there were about 8 people in the kitchen. One would think that being staffed with that many people you could make things work.

Over 20 minutes waiting in line at 1100pm with "4" cars. The ability to multi task prioritize or address multiple orders is incomprehensible.

We stopped in there after getting off the interstate. We had 4 people look at us standing at the register to order and they turned and walked away. This included a manager who walked up, punched at the screen, mumbled something and walked away. If this is the type of Customer service that they train for, these workers need to find a new job fast. I have never been ignored so badly at any place. Not even one word to let us know someone would be right with us. That restaurant should be embarrassed and appalled at this behavior. I cannot rate the food as we never got any. We left and went to Mcdonalds. They were happy to take our order and money.

Food was horrible. This night manner doesn’t know how to manage. My burger was cold, onion rings on burger was soggy. Mushrooms were not even warm. For how busy they were all the food should have came out hot. The male manner is going to get someone sick. Bring back the old male manager who knew what he was doing. Instead they hire 20 something that doesn’t now the job.

have been coming here since it opened and since covid i come here once a week and not once have they given me a sauce i’ve asked for, they consistently keep 1-2 drinks from my order as well as a sandwich, i always have to check everything in my bag and my receipt to make sure they’ve given me everything i ordered and paid for. i get food for my whole family when i come out so it’s always 3-5 meals. nice lady at the window tho. never coming here again at this point i feel like it’s done on purpose so they can keep the free food.

Was standing in line in the dining room for about 5 minutes.. then they shut the ordering screens off... The guy that was takin orders literally stared at us.. would not take our order.. and then said that the dining room is closed.. and then began to lock us inside the dining room!!!!! He needs to be fired!!! Mind you all the grills and everything are still on due to the drive-thru being open

Went through the drive thru around 2pm total was $35.91 and rounded up to $36.00 ordered whopper combo no tomatoes with cheese and med coke , double whopper combo no onions , no tomatoes with cheese and med sprite, 8 piece nuggets and two 8 piece jalapeño bites. Received- double whopper combo was only a regular whopper combo with onions , tomatoes and cheese on it . Regular whopper combo had tomatoes. Tried calling several times and no answer . fax machine picks up. Did leave a voicemail after calling several times. Also both sandwiches were loaded with mayo. Couldn’t believe I paid $36.00 for that

I know it’s fast food but come on. Girl working at the second window didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and the food came out looking like they put it together with a weed wacker. If they put forth some effort and some quality control, there wouldn’t be some a stigma about fast food and its workers.
