This place is overpriced for what they offer. The food quality is poor, the buffet menu is extremely poor, and despite being expensive, they charge for bread (without warning the customer). It was truly a very poor business visit. There are many better places with more realistic prices. I'm giving it this rating because there are no negative stars. Don't waste your money or time there.

They're extremely slow. The first course arrived after an hour, the quesadillas and the tortilla soup soaked in grease. The second course, after an hour and a half, didn't arrive. For a buffet, they don't have anything prepared.

Terrible service, zero friendliness; we had to go looking for them to order anything else. The food was awful. We ordered the chiles en nogada, and they served them ice cold and reluctantly. The cake was tasty, but it didn't look very fresh. Overall, I don't recommend eating at this place.

Terrible service. They don't respect what the buffet says. They overcharge. They're slow to serve. One person for everything and other employees watching. The food didn't taste good. When they placed the order, they claimed they had everything, but they didn't. Their excuse was "we were very busy yesterday," as if it was their problem. It took a long time between courses. The cashier was a bit annoyed asking for tips, and her terminal didn't work. She said, "Shall I try again or something?" We paid in cash and left. We definitely won't be back.

I went with my dad. They brought him his first plate and nothing to me, his second plate and nothing to me! He had almost finished eating, and they told me: almost there. More than 40 minutes and they couldn't bring me a sope! I canceled the order and they told me: there's a table, what's holding everything up? Two tables that arrived after us also already had plates. As a general rule in restaurants, plates are brought out together! It's uncomfortable when one of us is eating and the other is just looking. Terrible!!! First and last time we go.

It was a disappointing experience. We arrived just before 11:00 AM and were assigned a table, but the waiter never arrived. From the moment we arrived, we kept asking who would be serving us, but nothing. Finally, a waiter came and told us it was his first day on the job and that he would send another waiter to offer us the full menu because he didn't know it. We had to keep insisting for the waiter to provide us with service. At the buffet bar, they told us that certain items had to be ordered at the table, but the waiter didn't come until forty minutes later. It was my partner's birthday, and we asked about the Liverpool credit card promotion, which their terminal wouldn't accept. After waiting half an hour to pay, they still couldn't resolve the issue, and we had to pay in cash at the regular price. They tried to charge us without giving us a receipt because they needed to change the order.

Today was terrible. It's never happened before, but today it did. I had to wait over half an hour for them to take my order, then wait 45 minutes for them to bring the soup, and after another 20 minutes they came back to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. The water was tasteless, there was a lack of staff, there were only 4 tables for the whole place, and the manager was nowhere to be seen. It was awful and expensive.
