The food is very good and the atmosphere is great, however the service is terrible. The waitresses see you arrive but don't bring you the menu until you ask for it, and it's the same when ordering. They may or may not bring you your complimentary item.

The place was full, however it only took 5 minutes to get a table, we ordered several dishes: coconut shrimp, shrimp cocktail, seafood broth, shrimp empanada, it took more than 40 minutes to serve them, they offered us a complimentary shrimp consommé that never arrived, the waitress told us that the kitchen was very backed up and they couldn't serve it so we were left with the craving, then the dish arrived it took 15 minutes to bring us the tortillas, the food has good flavor, the service and attention of the waitresses towards the diners is terrible, they get upset if you ask them for something, you have to go around looking for them to ask for anything, I would change that, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPER IMPORTANT TO YOU.

We arrived, it was empty on Friday at 3 pm. We ordered red snapper in garlic sauce, but they brought us steak because they said they didn't have any fish. All four orders arrived very late; I kept going in and out of the restaurant. I won't be back.

My experience was terrible. It was a Sunday afternoon, and I was excited to take my mom out for seafood. We decided to go to this place that had been recommended to us. When we arrived, we had a good impression of the place. We chose a table and sat down. They brought us the menu, and then it took them quite a while to take our order. There were no salsas or anything on the table, and hoping they would bring them, we waited, but nothing. We had to get them ourselves from another table. Then they brought our food. I asked for some extra tortillas, which never arrived. To order anything, we had to find the waitress. We asked for the bill, and it arrived incorrectly. They charged us for things we hadn't ordered, and the worst part was that the place was empty. The service was truly awful. We had high expectations because of the recommendations, and we were very disappointed. The food itself was very good, but unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience.
