My favorite coffee!!! I have been here several times driving past for work and everytime they have been very polite and kind. Love Tim Hortons and hope they come up to Cleveland area! They are supposed to be opening in Berea by end of year.
The workers are super freindly! And are amazing at what they do. 1000/10! The food was delicious and super fresh the coffee was delicious too, fast service ! Thank you get the mini donuts!
If there's a Tim's I'm going because there are none where I live. Tis the Fall season!! So I got the maple waffle breakfast sandwich, it was the best breakfast sandwich I ever had. The PSL here is SO GOOD!! (compared to Dunkin or Starbucks) The Halloween timbit bucket this year is absolutely adorable. The service at this one in particular was a little slow, but the girl was new so I won't cut the score there :) highly highly recommend

Found this Jem the other day ^-^ I haven't been to a Tim's since 2018 ^-^ and now I can't pass it with out stopping in I was able to get so much for so little to share with the family I could never do this with the other "coffee/doughnut" places around 40 timbits and 6 regular doughnuts and 2 large specialty drinks plus my buy one get one doughnut 🍩 for only 31 somthing was amazing.

We stopped here as we often do if we see a Tim Hortons . My wife is Canadian and only drinks Tim Hortons coffee at home we don't have any where we live so it was a wonderful surprise. We enjoyed a latte hot and a cold iced latte for me. We had a delicious turkey bacon club and a ham and Swiss. They were both delicious. We picked up a half dozen wonderful donuts for later a apple fritter ( by far the best of any chain. We left very full and content.

A friend and I met here for coffee. The girls working were amazing and very friendly. Ordered a frozen hot chocolate and the little donut balls. Hot chocolate was delicious and the generous staff gave us extra donuts in our box! Also got a gift card here and it was a very easy process.
Great quality for the food and donuts, never had the coffee though. Plus the service is always super quick since they don’t ever seem to get super busy.
The young kid that took my order tonight at the drive. Thru was beyond awesome. I did not get a receipt so I don't know what his name was. I was there at like 4 o'clock. They were not busy and this young kid was very calm and kind. I had questions about whether they could do something. And he had to tell me sadly that the hot chocolate machine was not working. Then I asked him what a coffee mocha was and he was very kind and explained it to me. Do you make great suggestions? And he was just very patient with me after a long day. It's just nice to have some good service.

A visit to Tim Hortons is always a pleasant experience, especially at this location. The staff are always pleasant, with smiles on their faces. The food is always fresh and hot. I have been to this location in particular more times than I can count, and I don't think I have gotten a single order of food that had been sitting in a warmer all morning. Even the few times where my order was incorrect, they were very quick to correct it and make sure that I left satisfied. I have also done plenty of online pickup orders, which reduced the already speedy drive-thru visit, to mere seconds.
We had a catering order to serve breakfast on wedding day. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and reheated superbly for several days with the leftovers. I believe the employees name who assisted was Angela. Also, great value for the quantity and freshness.
I would like to complement the manager. I think she was the manager. She was so soft-spoken and she knew her job and she led her crew very well. I wish they were closer to my home- I go here often , very long drive but worth it. The staff always goes above and beyond- every time, only downside is they are almost always sold out of something I’m looking to get. Everything is fresh and yummy- can’t say that about their competitors. Nor do they care as much at competitor’s places

We decided to try Tim Hortons for the first time today and we loved it. We were helped by Lowell, he was very kind and even brought our drinks to us as well as checked in with us during our visit. The food was so good too, coffee was good.

I tried one of their frozen drinks. I used a coupon where you buy a donut and get a free drink. What a great deal! Will definitely be back. Both items were delicious and the service at the drive thru window was great too - very friendly!
Great and quick service! Got my favorite sandwich the Breakfast Bagel BELT (Bacon Egg Lettuce Tomato) and it was very fresh, came out super quick! Also had to get some timbits. The staff was polite also, great start to the morning!

I periodically stop through here for coffee on Sunday mornings. The staff is always so friendly and quick to get my drink out. It's rare to go somewhere and always be greeted with a smiling face, but in always so pleased after rolling through here.
I ordered the peppermint Oreo mocha iced cap. The service was good! My drink may have been made wrong, but it was still great 😃👍 I love the mochas from Tim Hortons, the service is always top notch, they're very friendly here. The donuts are always good. Definitely would recommend
I love this Tim Hortons. I used to go to Salem, Ellet and Youngstown for Tim Hortons. This is one of the last in NE. Ohio. Well worth the drive. Thank you for being local. I don't have to drive to Columbus for Tim Hortons. Plz put one in Kent.
The staff was so sweet and accommodating and the drinks were delicious. Only point I'm deducting is for food. New items I wanted to try weren't in stock, which would be ok if this hadn't happened numerous times before.
I always seem to visit in the afternoon and occasionally they are sold out of some things by then. But the staff are always super friendly and offer alternatives, and every time we have gone has been a positive experience. Food & coffee are always excellent. Keep up the good work!
Loved the whole experience! I went through the drive through, and the woman inside was super pleasant and helped me with my order (it’s been a while since I’ve been here). When I got to the window, my two dozen donuts, wrap, and drink came out almost instantly. The cashier helped me with my app to get my points. Overall, such a nice experience. The wrap was hot and a generous size, and the donuts were super fresh!
I just grabbed a vanilla latte and no food so can't speak to the food. The vanilla latte was not sweet. I expected it to taste like vanilla, and be a little sweet but it tasted like regular coffee without sweet cream. I also was hoping to hop on wifi and get some work done but the wifi was not available even though it said Tim Horton guest and didn't require a password it couldn't connect and says "no internet". So I won't be back to stop in and do work, still need to find a place with wifi for me.
The food there was the bomb! The donuts are absolutely delicious they're made fresh daily :-) the sandwiches there are to-die-for! The croissants are fresh homemade butter croissants the only place that makes them better is France LOL! The turkey is thin sliced fresh delicious and wonderful! the chips you can are kettle cooked and lightly salted their greaseless and delicious! The black fairy Mint tea is thirst-quenching and delicious! I recommend Tim Hortons who everyone who can go there!
Update: So I updated my rating to 4 stars. I have had lunch there a few times and the food has always been hot. The only time the food seems to be cold/room temp, is when I order breakfast. They don't seem to care about this, so I just stopped ordered breakfast from there. Coffee and service is still always good. The coffee is always excellent which is why I come back. Fast friendly service. However, every time I order food it never comes out hot. Ordered a number 2 today. Potatoes were luke warm and my sandwich was room temp at best.
Extremely friendly staff. Even told us they had fresh doughnuts coming out so we could wait for them. Excellent sandwich and a fantastic first visit to Tim Hortons for my teen. It's now her favorite donut place
The food is great but man the service is HORRIBLE. Sitting in the drive thru line for 20 mins to now sit in the parking lot waiting for our food for another 20 mins for a sandwich, coffee and some timbits. They need to get a better staff for sure.
If the store is closed- turn off your drive-thru sign instead of ignoring people in the drive-thru line to inform them of you being closed. It is a more considerate approach.
I went to Tim Horton when it first opened and it was great. I told everyone. A couple of friends went there and didn't like it. So I went again weeks later and it was not good. I don't know what happened. So I went again and waited on someone to take my order. A worker came outside and never acknowledged me. They never came! I vowed to never go again. Almost a year later, against my vowed I went. And it was excellent. I even left a tip. So enjoy while it's good. They don't have many workers but the crew was nice. Update: I have tried to like this place, but they are so inconsistent. I want to like this place but every time I visit, I don’t know what I am going to get, or which item is or isn’t on sale. When you definitely have to check your bag before you pull off, that’s not good. I’m sorry! I cannot recommend going here. As Forrest Gump said, “life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get”. So is Tim Hortons. I cannot recommend going here. It’s consistent inconsistent. It’s just not worth the headache. I have to mention though, the workers have been very warm and friendly throughout my visits.
I placed an order online for pickup and i asked to have it ready in 15 min @7:17am. The order was for 2 dozen donuts and 1 take 12 box. I arrived at 7:21 to pick up. I was helped within a few minutes, but they were not aware of my order so they had to start it. I waited over 35 min for the take 12 box because there were only two employees behind the counter while one was on break. I would have expected a bit more urgency for a $50+ order. I submit some feedback on Tom hortons support site, but was responded to with what seemed like a genetic response of apology, with no real comment on the specific situation. Just disappointing because I pick up orders for work now and then, and I'll think twice next time because I can't be 30 min late again...
I went in to buy a canister of cappuccino only to find out they don't sell it anymore.So I decided to buy two donuts. The apple fritter was very fresh and the white glazed was as hard as a rock, No joke. I have never got a stale donut from there before. I guess there's always a first time.
This place is nice i came here today and went through drive-thru and I had my rewards up and I gave it to the lady and I ordered two drinks and four items that are foods and i just got to unlock my phone and the lady at the window she was a older lady with glasses she told me next time to have my card unlocked next time cause they want to speed up the service like excuse me I barely ever come here because their attitudes are so awful at this place and no one was behind me to even start with and what business are they trying to do when this place had no one in line . So she told me pull around and wait for the rest if my items but you just told me next time have my card unlocked but i have to sit and wait for my food she makes no sense to even say that to me
Both employees were outside when I parked, and saw me walking to the door, so I don't know why it took so long to get waited on. I was the only customer at the register and only one vehicle at the window. They need a bell because they couldn't hear me hollering.
New update** As regular customers, we returned again, and ordered our usual. They got it made wrong and forgot our chips, they then remake the sandwich, yet again it was wrong, we decided to just not have lettuce put on it and put the mayo on ourselves. When we got there before we ordered we waited 5 minutes before they acknowledged us, this happened again when the first mistake sandwich was served (in the video I posted) we even knocked and spoke loudly each time, then later another family came in and also waiting 5 minutes before getting served. A long time ago they had a bell, they might want to consider bringing it back, we came at 2:30 with nobody in the drive thru. When the first person remade the order she smelled like she just got off a smoke break which would explain how quite it's been back there all day until it got more busy around 3 (10/29/2025) I have video documentation of most of these events. The manager who last time wouldn't give the receipt and made us pay a likely 2nd time for chips, did in the end try to make things right this time, but...3 mistakes and it was still wrong...wow .. it's literally just turkey, mayo, cheese, and lettuce on bread. They get 3 stars and will stay that way since the gm and management can make things right, but I can't justify going more than 3 stars now since the problems are consistent sadly. (this was a review that was poor due to bad customer, but the management made the situation right, and thus I plan to actually increase the review to 5 stars.) We're regular customers at this location, and almost stopped coming here due to bad customer service from a manager (on top of that they were slow at the time, we were the only customers they had to deal with) after the review I was told by the owner to complete a survey, I did and the district manager reached out and sent a gift card which covered our whole usual order. This was something that obviously wasn't necessary for them to do, and on top of that, you'd think it would be only a 25$ gift card at most right? Nope it was a 30$ gift card, and they were super nice and handled the situation very well and with good professionalism. This place has good food, and this time when we came back, the cashier person gave drink recommendations for us, and we tried it, and it really is good. Not only did the customer service situation get resolved, but when we gave them another chance they went above and beyond expectations. Thank you for making things right and actually caring! (Management) You guys successfully recovered us as regular customers. And if anything like this happens again (which I don't think it will) I now know the proper avenues to take to get it resolved. Thank you guys again!
I have been to three Tim Hortons in the United States. The first two made me give up on the search for one that would come close to the many times I've been to Canada. This one checked that box. Still not Canadian TH, but close. Timbits were moist, good flavor, and not stale. Coffee was a miss because it bordered on cold. Still tasted good.
My husband went yesterday and had a decent experience when he went inside to order and get food but today we went through the drive through and it was not a great experience to say the least. The person working the drive thru was rude and made a big deal when we ordered our coffee a certain way (like getting frustrated when she had to change her he coffee order because we added a flavor). Then, when we got the coffee, both of them were wrong. Also, when we went they were out of sausage. Luckily, some employee butted in while we were ordering and stated he had two half pieces left so my husband could have a breakfast wrap. That is really why I’m giving this a two stars instead of one. Overall, not good customer service.
Food was cold, hashbrowns were also hard as a brick and the two older women were rude. Time to return to Dunkin.
I love Tim's food but the app constantly screws up and this location consistently gets my order incorrect and/or is out of basic menu items. The employees seem very poorly trained, unfortunately. One employee, an older woman is amazing and kind, but everyone else couldn't care less.
The service was excellent, even on shift change. The food, however terrible. Even the doughnuts were meh. The only thing good was the coffee! So if you do come in ,grab a cuppa Joe and split.
The staff is pretty rude. Especially the guy working the drive through. They're out of common items and don't offer solutions to get anything you'd want instead. Also, there's a huge disconnect between the app and the store to where it's as if you're visiting two different businesses. What a headache this particular store is.
I had an online order that I placed atleast 10 min before I arrived. When I got to the drive thru and said I had an online order .. they told me to pull up... I repeated it to the people working and after a minute I was told to pull around to the parking lot. I waited another 10 min and got my order the food was cold and it looked terrible.. the coffee luke warm.. they forgot the hash browns I ordered.
Coffee tasted like water, ordered a latte and iced coffee, latte tasted like barely warm milk and iced coffee like water dispensed from a coffee pot.
Been here 3 times so far and they've yet to get an order 100% correct. Missing items, wrong items, packaged poorly. Just a mess. Probably better service if you go inside but the drive-thru is a train wreck. Check your bags before you drive away! Food is okay for price.
I want to like this place since it's so close to my house, but unfortunately the two times I ordered breakfast my English muffin wasn't toasted and the egg, cheese, and bacon were served cold. I get that it's precooked so unlikely to make me sick, I just don't want cold food. The donuts are good and I don't drink coffee so I don't have an opinion on that.
Stopped there today for the first time (a Saturday morning). The dining room was closed. The line was insanely long and slow. They took a significant amount of time to take my order (must have been training someone) and they got one of the drinks wrong. The other drink was terrible. They were already out of several donuts. The staff were disorganized and not personable or friendly. Very disappointed with the overall experience - seems they need different management. Do better.
The employee working at the drive thru speaker was kind of impatient and rude, even though when we went there was nobody in line behind us and it was the middle of the day (not close to closing time). The sandwich we ordered was dumped upside down in the bag so it fell apart and got sauce all over the outside of the bun. It was a complete mess and very hard to eat. They were also out of stock of a lot of kinds of donut before it was even 2pm. They didn't have chocolate glazed or dipped so we ended up with a Boston creme. The donut was at least good. The rest of the food wasn't bad, the prices are pretty reasonable, but I just wish the employees weren't in such a crazy rush when there's literally nobody else in line.
The only reason they're getting any stars is because my drink was good. I love Tim Hortons but this location is awful. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and the cheese was as cold as if they just got it out of the refrigerator and the egg was not fully cooked. Additionally they tried to charge me twice and I had to prove to them I paid on the app already, then they didn't give me the drink I ordered. This experience is consistent with most others I've had unfortunately. I would go here twice a week if it was run correctly because I truly love the franchise but I don't know what is going on with this location. Truly disappointing and I won't get food from here again.
I don’t typically write reviews or complain, but I visit the Tim Hortons at 224 and George Washington often. Recently, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of the food. This morning, March 8th, I ordered my usual: dozen donuts, a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant meal, and black coffee. Unfortunately, my croissant was burnt again, but this time, it was particularly bad. I tried to salvage it by eating just the egg and sausage, but the sausage was cooked on the edges and completely cold in the middle. When I went to drink my coffee, I discovered it had cream in it. I specifically asked for black coffee, and while I understand mistakes happen, I don’t drink coffee with cream. I’m not too upset because I know these things happen in the food industry, but I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it can help improve the service and food quality at this location. I’ll continue to visit, but I felt it was important to share my experience.
I’ve only had good experiences here before but randomly I go for my coffee and two chocolate chip muffins and head for work. The operator at the speaker was less then friendly and the person at the window didn’t repeat my order, price, or give me a receipt. I take my coffee and baggie and leave for work. When I get there my coffee doesn’t have a sleeve and my bag of ‘muffins’ is two chocolate frosted donuts haphazardly thrown in the bag with icing everywhere. I tried calling them and calling the customer service line to get answered and hung up on each time, not that it would’ve done much as I don’t have a receipt. The service here is terrible and there’s no way to get a refund or corrective service unless you have time to turn around and go into the store. Very frustrating and ending my daily routine of coffee there.
This was my third time, and most disappointing experience with this restaurant. The first time I got Timbits and those were decent, the second time I got a vanilla latte, also decent. Today I stopped for a quick bite for lunch while running errands and I don't think I will be going back. The picture is of my small mocha latte prior to drinking any... as you can see the cup is only half full. I also got a grilled cheese panini which was laden with mayo, barely toasted and the cheese inside was cold and not at all melted, as well as the sandwich wasn't cut so I had to rip it to eat it. While the taste was not terrible, the quality will deter me from returning.
I got a caramel coffee and when they gave it to me it tasted like water. I asked for creamer to give it flavor but there still was almost no flavor. Finally I had to ask them to add more coffee and it tasted like sugar. In the end I asked for a brand new and different type of coffee.
Always out of everything that I want and half the time they mess up and don’t give me the substitute side and I end up paying 10 dollars for a medium coffee and a sandwich. If you’re going to order here, make sure to double check everything before you leave because they don’t care enough to do a decent job.
Stop here occasionally on the way to work for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. On multiple visits, they seem to be “out” of main menu items. Last visit they were out of hash browns. Staff offered to replace it with “a cookie, muffin or donut”. I didn’t want any of these replacements, so I just told staff to “take it off my order”. When I saw that I was charged exactly the same for this order, I brought it to the attention of the staff member, and I was told that “the hash brown is free with the combo meal, so the price is the same”. I have also been here recently when they were out of biscuits (for their sandwiches). Don’t want to hate on this place, but not usually the best experience…. especially with such mediocre food.
I tried this location twice before posting this review. The first experience, I noticed TH and wanted to try it for the first time. I went through the drivethrough around 3pm I gave my order for a large iced vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. The woman taking my order was rather rude and rushing me through (there were no other cars behind me). Once at the window, there was zero greeting, and the service was just rude. Upon receiving the coffee, it was subpar for what I paid for. The coffee used had been obviously in the pot or holding container for way too long (it was very bitter). Also, I didn't catch any vanilla flavoring. I ended up throwing the drink away after returning home. Second time was this morning 2/4/23. Around 11am me and partner ordered through doordash. Order arrived late (due to tim hortons taking over 30 minutes to even confirm the order). This was fine, but my partner has a pork allergy. We ordered two sandwiches, one with a pork product and one specifically without. Receiving the order my partner bit into his sandwich that wasn't supposed to have pork on it (clearly we know where this is going). It had pork on it! The sandwich had to be given to me because the allergy is also to any grease. For the record, this sandwich was the ONLY change we made to anything we ordered. Fine. Right? Call the store, get the issue sorted out. Nope. We've called the location 4 separate times, waiting for anyone to pick up, only to have the phone picked up and immediately ended on the other end. The service here is ridiculously immature and rude. It's not worth it to try Tim hortons at this location. Judging from the rest of the reviews at this location, I'm guessing others would agree with me. Do better.
This was our first visit, and our last. The food we ordered was not good; the egg bites tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The person working the drive thru was short with me, and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. They weren't busy; it was me and one other person in the drive thru, no one inside. Very disappointed and feel like I wasted my time and money going here.
They made me wait 15 minutes for an egg. When I did get my food. It was cold and my hash brown was black. Super over cooked. I never had such bad food from here. I guess they have bad cooks in the morning. Will not be coming back.
I went to this location when it first opened. It was a great experience seven months ago was not a great experience. The employee getting the donuts did not have gloves on so I stayed away for a while today I go there just to get donuts and the donuts I am told are not ready. Which is a shame because I like their donuts, but this is now two bad experiences. And I will never go back.
Drove way out of my way to pick up coffee and muffins. I was there BEFORE 7 AM AND MUFFINS WERE SOLD OUT!!!! How is that even possible??? This is the 2nd time this week I tried to order blueberry muffins to no avail. Dear Mr. Tim Horton, please stock blueberry muffins and try not to run out by 7AM!!!!! Thanks
Does not carry powder sugar donuts, any other bagels other than plain after 1pm. And doesnt also serve mayo with any sandwishes. Sucks. Everything we wanted they dont have. Do not reccomend. Also my iced caramel macchiato didnt have extra caramel DRIZZEL they put extra pump in it. Very lazy it doesnt deserve to be open.
The people here are rude!! The food is always cold and never stocked!!! The manager there should not be working with people, I’m pretty sure that he called me fat, but thought I couldn’t hear him but I did!!! When I asked for his name he didn’t give it to me I had to call up there and ask who the manager was and was told his name was brad!! Well brad I hope you get fired!!! You make me want to never eat and throw up if I do, thank you so much for fat shaming me!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!
I’ve gone out of my way many times to come here and everytime it’s closed when it says open online. Doesn’t matter if it’s hours before close.
chicken panini wasn’t even cooked all the way it was cold cheese, cold chicken and crumpling bread. and our two coffees were absolutely disgusting. and i ordered something so basic. just absolutely horrible.
3 kids working, talking to each other, one kid looked at me 3 times. Then I see the sign, "ring bell for service". Seriously, you see me waiting at the counter and I have to ring the bell for you to wait on me??? THEN, I ordered a butter pecan cold brew and waited over 5 minutes for the nastiest coffee ever. Quarter of medium cup had cold brew (because they were out) 3/4 milk and foam on top, it was coffee flavored milk. There were only 2 of us in the store, and no one in drive thru. I will NEVER go back again, I have no idea how they stay in business.
This is my nearest Tim Hortons and it isn't very close. It's over an hour away. I stop in when I'm traveling between Youngstown and Columbus or when I'm in Akron. It's usually ok, not the best location, but good enough. Sometime a breakfast sandwich will be cold, hash browns stale, etc., but good enough. I love Tim Hortons it's my favorite fast food place, because of that I give them a lot of leeway. Nothing beats a double double. Today was different. I stopped in for a sandwich, sweet tea and Tim bits. It was around 2pm (11/11/2023) and they weren't busy. Firstly, I couldn't order a meal because they were out of chips and I didn't want one if the handful of donuts they still had, and then the people behind me in line got their food first. Then the staff needed a reminder what I ordered because I was just sitting there waiting. Instead of the 40 Tim bits I ordered, they only managed to put 20 in the box. To top it off the girl that brought them over threw them on the counter with attitude. Definitely not a great experience. I would have rated it 1 star if previous experiences hadn't been acceptable. I might just skip this location moving forward. This location probably won't last. There are better ones closer to Columbus. 10/19/2024 Update This location continues to be subpar. They forgot to include a donut we ordered, handed is someone else's food, had to wait several minutes for a single wrap that was half empty and the double double had almost no cream and sugar. It's surprising this location is still open. Dropped my rating back to one star. This location is a mess. Again, Tim Hortons is my absolute favorite fast food place, but this one totally drops the ball.
Food is good , service sucks. The people who work here are slow and rude. Especially the African American boy who was working here this Saturday afternoon 6-15-2024 . It seems as if this place is incapable of handling bigger orders. Even when ordered 10-15 minutes online before arriving. They didn't start the order til we got there. I ordered ahead for this reason so there wasn't a wait and I could just drive through the drive thru and pick it up as I'm sick l. He asked at the speaker if I could come in and I told him no, that's why I placed it online for drive thru pick up. His response was well that's a $59 order. I said so, are you not able to handle bigger orders? He got an attitude and said I only asked a question , then at the window the service was awful, no thank you have a nice day. Nothing. He shouldn't be in customer service.
Ordered a donut and a bagel. The Boston cream had no chocolate icing on it. It was horrible
I am making this review in the hopes that the employee that was working this morning in the front gets some recognition and perhaps a raise. He deserves it. I went in to pick up an Uber Eats order on 6/2/24.The lobby was full of people waiting and the drive thru line was long. There were three people working. The manager, an employee on the drive thru and a guy working the front. The guy in the front was literally doing the job of at least three people. He was doing front cash, making drinks and expediting. He was honestly doing an excellent job but he could not keep up with the demand. Totally not his fault. If whoever is in charge of his pay sees this, he deserves a raise. I ended up leaving without the order because I waited 40 minutes and I’m trying to make money and made nothing that entire time. Again I do not blame him. Now let’s talk about the manager. She was in the back screaming and slamming stuff saying she can’t get off the sandwich station and just being very unprofessional and yelling. Not what a manger should be doing with customers there. Employees started showing up and literally nothing in the front changed. There were three people in the kitchen now and she just disappeared out back instead of helping that guy who was struggling to get caught up. Again, that is not what a manager does. Then to make matters worse a young girl finally does come up front and doesn’t even help him. She starts telling him this and that and bossing him around and she is not management. The only person that tried to help him was a guy who made a few drinks for him but I believe it was the drive thru worker so he could only do so much. Times are tough. Everyone is short staffed and underpaid. However, the manager should have shut down mobile ordering or closed the lobby so it was drive thru only if she didn’t have enough employees. She needs retrained on running a shift because she does not know what she is doing. Bottom line is give that guy a raise or hire more people. I wish I would have gotten his name but the date should tell you who was working that morning.
Although there wasn’t anyone in line behind us, we were rushed and treated as if we had no right to view the menu. Tana and Izzy both insisted they were on a timer and needed our order immediately! I hate that I have to even give them 1 star. I say negative 3 stars for customer service! Believe the poor Google review rating. It’s low for a reason. I for one will never be back!
The only thing that is consistent with bringing the brand south of the border is the inconsistencies in product quality and accuracy. Asked for 2 everything bagels toasted with butter. Received plain bagels no butter. Coffee is hit/miss. A double double can taste different from one visit to the next. Make it make sense. As a Canadian living in the area I was hoping for some familiarity. I’ve tried this location at least 8-10x and it’s a miss (consistently). If you are from corporate, please do not ask me to fill out a form as you have in other reviews. As an international franchise it is your one job to figure out consistency.
Consistently screws up orders. Continues to put cheese on sandwiches I order specifically without.
Me and my husband were charged for an item we did not order. We were given attitude and treated poorly by the general manager Crystal Fritz because we would not come inside for a refund. It was their error!! Why do I need to inconveniece myself to go in when I used the drive thru to begin with? She slammed the window in me and my husband's face twice. We did get our refund. Beyond rude and disgusting behavior from a manager. Crystal clearly does not know how to work under pressure or deal with the public. I called cooperate and reported her.
Just don’t go here. They actually have no clue what they are doing. To be specific, they Consistently make the wrong food and overcharge you for stuff you didn’t order and leave items out of your order that you paid for. Just abysmal service. The fact that I am taking time to write a review about a fast food chain should tell you all you need to know. It’s that bad. Do yourself a favor and just go down the street to Dunkin. These positive reviews are BS. Take it from a local.
This is the worse place I have ever act and got coffee from the management is rude I am a veteran and they treated me like crap forgot my food the manager got an attitude when I asked her about it saying I never ordered it. When I first walked into restaurant it smells like smoke when u walk past back door when u park than near the front there is a smell of Marijuana and cigarettes right when u get near door it is a turn off will never be returning that manager I think she's the general manager needs to learn how to talk to veterans. She's very rude and smells like a mixture of perfume cigarettes and weed not professional.
Tim Hortons has gone downhill after they got bought out by soulless suits. Food is terrible and the coffee is horrible.
I went there this morning and right when I got out the car there was people smoking by the front door so the first smell was cigarettes and what smelled like weed by the front door. The manager was a rude lady I think her name was crystal or something like that she had the worst attitude and just the experience was bad would never recommend this place.
This location is always out of something. They constantly make my orders wrong and add ingredients that are not even on their sandwiches. They are super expensive for the quality of food you get. I’ve given them so many chances but I’ve had issues the last 5 times I’ve been so I will not be back.
How do you run out of donuts before 7am? Then you have a new person running the drive thru who has no idea what they are doing??? I went to Dunkin.
Will the first thing is this is do not think it is appropriate for people to be standing outside smoking Marijuana by the restaurant door. I had to sit at the box and wait for them to finish smoking before they took my order. Second thing don't really think it's a good look to have what looks like teenagers smoking also. When I got my order the coffee was cold and the food was just thrown in the bag all sloppy. I also do not find it appropriate for the guys there cussing because somebody says something about there order very unprofessional.
Worker seemed annoyed to take our longer order. When the food came out it didn’t have our bacon. They realized their mistake and told us to park in a spot so they can bring it out. After 15 minutes of waiting we left. Don’t go here if you want to be valued as a customer.
Timmy’s is my favorite coffee and this specific location can’t make the same coffee twice. I order the same thing everyday and have basically since this location opened and I’ve never had my todays coffee taste like yesterdays coffee. Today I was served a hot coffee ice cold and I’ll never go here again.
