I accidentally ordered hand toasted 5 toppings pizza which I tonight was large pizza order but hand toasted pizza only comes in medium size and manager made large pizza again for us and also gave us the medium pizza for free.. www love this store!!

I placed an order and had to abruptly cancel within two minutes. Called them and they already had it in the oven..they’re fast! But they still went ahead and cancelled and the guy I spoke with was understanding and really helpful. Customer service goes a LONG way and I’ll definitely be ordering more pizzas from them. Cheap tasty pizza with excellent service and delivery! We’ve ordered food from this location for a few years now and they’ve been nothing but reliable and convenient for us. We’ve never had any issues with our orders or deliveries, and the staff have been really nice and helpful. The in-app coupons are great, especially the deal that includes 2 medium pizzas, cinnamon twists, parmesan bites, and a 2-liter soda for about $20. All in all, if you live in the area and are craving some good ol’ weekend junk food, this Domino’s does not disappoint.

WOW I ordered one large and one medium pizza with hand tossed crust. The crust was crispy and soft to bite, perfect! I keep forgetting to post a review but I gotta say we are very happy with Dominos, we used to order from Pizza Hut in Leander and it was always a problem and always cold chewy pizza but my son loves stuff crust until my daughter who’s a fan of Dominos told me they too have stuff crust, this was a few months ago… since then we don’t order from anyone bu Dominos, we always get our pizza on time, hot and fresh. We have also picked up in store and same excellent quality and freshness and the staff are always attentive and polite.

This location never disappoints! My family and I have ordered from here many times, and have never been left dissatisfied. The employees are always very friendly, the food is always great, and the restaurant itself is kept nicely. The delivery services here are incredibly quick and affordable.

11-29-25, ordered online from location on Hwy 183 in Leander. Website said 50% off deal. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Website said minimum order not met. Order brownies. Arrived quickly and hot. Dough thin, not like previous pizzas we ordered. Toppings were very scarce. Not near what we are use to from Dominos. Did NOT taste good. One slice even tasted like jalapeno juice was sprinkled on it. If I had checked my order, I would have told the delivery person to take it with him and insisted on a refund. If I ever decide to order from there again, I will go in person, I will inspect and if trash like this last pizza, it will be refused. Not the only pizza place in town. Very disappointed.

We called in our order 2 hours ahead of time due to the weather, but it was not ready at the 4pm pick up time. Our wings were barely cooked to be edible and the sauce was sparse at best. They were not prepared for the demand. Usually there is not a problem.

The guy, which I take to be the lead seemed to be nice, but over zealous in how a situation was handled when I asked if my pizza could be remade due to it being overcooked. Sometimes I will overlook things, but when I noticed and felt how dry and hard it was to break the crust I immediately went back into the store to let them know. I did notice the expressions that was given like my concern and request was not founded or weird right before he said they can. Then I noticed him go to one of the workers who may have prepared the pizza and inquire about it. I'm not going to pretend I heard what was said, but the demeanor and smirking from other workers seemed very unprofessional. I would think everyone is supposed to be a team so, if a customer comes in stating something was not right apologize and make it right and save the extra theatrics for another time. I just think it was weird and off putting. Anyways, when the remake was finally done, it did look right, and then I was told if I like the crust a certain way to request light bake and that the original was standard bake although it was overcooked a bit, according to my observations and also his during the initial inspection. While the tip was helpful, prior observations of how he situation was handled, it seemed backhanded. I have included a picture of the remake and dominos own images. My remake was standard. What I had initially was not standard. I will not visit again and didn't really want to take the remake. It's always challenging to bring issues up with people who prepare food because sometimes you run into people who can't take the feedback, regardless of how courteous or respectfully it was done.

Not sure what's up with the Domino's in Leander on Bell near HEB, but either they have changed their ingredients, process, or they have a problem at this store. We order almost weekly, usually the same order. The last 2 orders, they missed the extra sauce, which usually is a disappointment to me, but the last 2 orders have been not the normal product beyond not getting the order right. There was an orange tint on the pizza both times, the flavor was completely different, and the crust has changed. They say that nothing has changed, yet it's a completely different product. I don't like the new product whether it's because they have changed the recipe or there is just a problem at the store itself. Either way, I guess Domino's isn't what they used to be and I now simply don't like the product. Sadly, I say good bye. If you decide to either go back to the way things were or fix the problem, let us know. Farewell old friend.

Ordered for pickup on Sunday evening. Went to pickup after 30 min, and was told it will take 5 more min, after which they said sorry we haven’t started the order and it will take few more min when the order status showed as complete. Finally got it in 45 min, and they had messed up the customization request. They don’t wear gloves or hairnet, seem unhygienic, overwhelmed and understaffed. Won’t order from here again.

My wife and I had ordered pizza with vegetarian toppings but ended up finding a meat topping and have to throw entire pizza in trash as she is strict vegetarian.Please be mindful in adding toppings as this might not be big deal for some and might hurt sentiments of others.

I ordered 5 pizzas all hand tossed. When I got home I saw that I had 5 thin and crispy pizzas. I called them back at 8:22pm to tell them they did not get my order correct, and the young lady that picked up the phone just laughed it off and said they had ran out of hand tossed. I asked her then why wasn't I notified about this, and all she said was I don't know!! So I told her that I was giving a bad review and she laughed and said OK! Well then I am here upset cause I have 5 thin and crispy pizzas (which two where burned all over the edges) so basically 3 pizzas to feed over 10 people! Waste of Money..

We have been ordering from this Domino's since we bought our house in Northside Meadow last year. I believe we have ordered maybe 4 or 5 times since then. They never have our address in their system, so I can't order online. I have to call the order in. When I call the order, I always have to go through this back and forth session with the order taker, and eventually get the manager on the phone (Jeremy) to bargain with them about giving me the same deal on the phone order that I would have received if I were able to place the order online. I have asked them to add our street (and address) to their database several times. The manager told me that the person who is responsible for that is the district manager. I have asked for his or her contact information but have yet to receive it. The neighborhood has been here since 2014, so I can't imagine why Domino's is not updating their address. To add insult to injury, they send us coupons by mail inviting us to order from there. Really? I'd like to hear back from someone at Domino's who is in a position to do something to correct this issue. I'm getting nowhere with the local store.

I ordered $20 worth of food. I’ve recently had a c-section and this was one of my first outings and didn’t have a card. I had $100. They refused to let me buy my food because they couldn’t break a $100 bill, so I’m going home with no food. I’m too exhausted to cook and I wasted my time going to pick up food over here, so thanks for nothing.

Update below for degraded service: Very fast and friendly service. They acknowledge a issue with my order proactively, corrected the issue, and provided compensation for the additional wait time. Very professional and the food is hot and fresh. Ty so much Dominos :) Update as of 04/25/2023. Service has gone down in quality with employee attitude becoming short and snippy when asking for common sense things. Domino pushes their wings, sandwiches and now their new tots which is great unless you order more than one or two. When you order for a family and receive 6 plus boxes and get a very negative attitude when asking for the simple common sense request for so many boxes, like a bag, it makes the entire transaction regrettable and provide a poor customer experience. I can understand it if they didn't have a bag on hand that could fit the boxes but they have bags specifically for these boxes that can stack them up 3 at a time to easily carry multiple boxes. Why make the customer drive home with 6 boxes rolling around in the backseat? Is it a cost thing? then charge for the bags don't get snippy when a customer asks for a bag. As a long term customer, I regret that I now will consider no longer doing business with this location due to this employee. One other note is when I attempted to leave this feedback with domino's site on my order, for some reason only the first question was able to be answered as the rest of the questions including the Feedback box was gray. Maybe it was the browser but it's very suspicious after this negative interaction.

Medium 5 topping $9.99 pizza offer is not an honest deal. Please don't cheat on this deal. I found 2 pcs. of jalapeño, 3 pcs of black olives 3 pcs of mushrooms on my latest purchase. Not new to this location but losing trust on you Dominos.

I ordered a small chicken pizza worth 18$. Surprisingly there are only 7 small pieces of chicken and a few jalapeños and greens. Worst place to have a good pizza. Never gonna visit this store ever again

I don’t understand how hard is it to follow a simple order for them. They put non-veg topping on my pizza and don’t use the sauce I order. It happens mostly when there are two sets of people working there. Mostly the 7 PM batch that works there ruins the order. It has happened 7-8 times with my order. When I ordered today, the store was empty, they were not busy and still they couldn’t get simple things right. I don’t like to leave any kind of reviews but I am done now. Do better.
