The most lovely family owned coffee and pastry shop. The coffee is smooth and the syrups are house made. We have very high standards for coffee and pastries and Morning Brew exceeds our expectations! We have also loved the coffee cart rental and plan to use if for functions and parties in the future.

I had such an amazing experience at morning brew. I traveled from Florida just to try the matcha. My friend works there and she was raving about it. Let me tel you it did not disappoint. The moment I stepped into the place the vibes were there. The people were incredibly nice and beautiful and the place is so aesthetic. 10/10 would recommend

It’s truly a joy and honor to have Morning Brew call small-town Ooltewah home. This is a place I didn’t even know I needed until it existed. Denis and his team make a clear, intentional effort in every detail—from drink and pastry quality to the environment, décor, and marketing—to create a space that is both delicious and deeply welcoming. It’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back, excited to try each new seasonal addition to the menu. From the moment you walk in and are warmly greeted, it’s obvious that thought and care have gone into every aspect of the experience. The space is bright and calming, the menu is simple and easy to read, and despite being cozy, the seating is maximized without feeling cramped. Their marketing deserves all the awards. I always feel informed about current offerings, specials, hours, unexpected closures, and new merchandise. Once, I even left my work ID behind, and they went out of their way to contact me through Instagram to make sure it made its way back to me—above and beyond. As a former barista, I can’t say enough good things about the coffee itself. The syrups are made in-house—need I say more? They're always able to accommodate any weird or overly detailed requests I might make. Morning Brew is where I go for dates, chats with friends, professional meetings, thoughtful gifts, coffee runs for loved ones, or a treat just for myself. THANKS GUYS, YOU'RE THE BEST!

We are big crepe people and this one is the best in town! Have loved any pastry we have gotten and the coffee and matcha is delicious. We live about 25 minutes but make a special drive for morning brew often! Also love the vibe/decor inside! 🤎

I really love this coffee shop from the coffee and munchies to the decor and music. I ordered a Hazelnut Latte and it was better than the popular coffee chain down the street. I also ordered a pumpkin muffin. It was so moist and perfectly spiced. The cream cheese icing on top wasn't too sweet or tangy and I loved the pop of vanilla bean. My husband ordered the cheese Danish and it was so flaky! We will definitely be back!

Morning Brew Co is always a 10/10 experience! Everything I have tried there was PHENOMENAL! The new pistachio cruffin and earl gray latte are SO GOOD, 10/10! The shop itself is so beautifully designed & a high quality experience. The patio addition is perfect. The baristas are always so kind and radiating life. Definitely THE BEST coffee shop in town!!

The best coffee shop to exist! From the atmosphere to the food n’ coffee is top notch! The shop was beautifully designed and has a welcoming environment. First off wanted to mention the cozy atmosphere of this coffee shop, I’m from seattle area and when i’m in town this coffee shop is always a must on the list, Morning brew does a very good job keeping the space clean, The food is so delicious, i myself can’t have gluten so i love that they offer gluten free pastries!! 🥐 My favorite go to order here is a cookie butter latte w/oatmilk😍 & yes when i’m in town, i always have to get some beans togo🤭😋 Thank you Denis! I've had cappuccino in the U.S. and in Italy; Morning Brew's cappuccino was the best I've ever had. So much flavor in an actual cup & saucer! My sister said her chai latte was excellent, too! We shared a delicious Pain au Chocolat. Well done, Morning Brew! Thank you.

Drinks are crafted with a lot of homemade, real ingredients and recipes…instead of just a bunch of artificial syrups & flavorings. Staff are friendly and sweet. Food is so yummy and again, made fresh, in house! Wish the inside was a little bigger/more seating, but it’s really cute and love the outdoor patio.

Best coffee shop in Ooltewah by far, love the vibes, their crepes and pastries are homemade and so delicious. Matcha is so good, with unique twists to it like adding strawberry puree. Their latte with hazelnut is also really good!

Very good service here. Good vibe with a superb roast on the beans. Excellent body & smooth finish. They proudly displayed paraphernalia for an organization fighting child exploitation and I like such people.

Gah. I was hoping the coffee would be good but it was soooo bitter. I prefer Colombian style, less bitter coffees and after seeing the great reviews I had high hopes. We tried a cortado and also the cold brew. Both needed a LOT of cream to take the bitterness down. However. I thought the sausage egg and cheese bagel was great!

Very very very busy the time I went on a Sunday am. When I walked in, I almost turned around. A lovely person right by the door said, I'm getting ready to leave. You go order your coffee and then you can have my chair" - Otherwise, I'd not have stayed since it was crammed! Just something to be aware of, but not a reason to like it dislike a place, to be clear. Didn't love the music choice. The physical aesthetic was super cute. The food and drinks were... Gross. Bf got a crepe with berries and cream, but there was also icing on it. Like ... Sugar-vanilla sticky icing. Really off. He likes sweet things and he said, this is so sweet. Threw it out after a few bites. Got a cold brew and said, "we make it better at home," which... I mean, we're pretentious enough to make nitro cold brew at our house so maybe take my review with a grain of salt. Speaking of salt, I got a ham and cheese croissant but it just tasted like garlic salt. It was doughy bad grossness. I got a chai with a shot of espresso and it was so sweet. Tasted like my teenage years of white chocolate mochas. Gnarly. Took about 3 sips. I know some chai can be sweet but this was next level sugary, as though there was a simple syrup added. Great for people watching. Not great for the food or drinks. Won't go back. If you like really sweet drinks it might be up your alley!

Amazing coffee! Customer service isn’t the best compared to other places. The people working aren’t super friendly. You just can’t beat local spots that tell you good morning/ tell you to have a great day. It adds to the experience. That’s one way they can grow! I won’t frequent here just because I do value customer service. I recommend Lola beans chat coffee sunnyside cup! Even seven brew and Starbucks have great customer service around Ooltewah!
