Finally, I have a chance to leave a review on this location as we returned yesterday for another great experience. Let me acknowledge some outstanding employees first. Thank you to Mercedes, Allison, and Chris for welcoming us, seating us, and coming to our table to make sure all went well. Food took a little bit to come out, but it does get a little busy on a Saturday night! Thankfully, people watching is always fun. Appetizers came out right away and were delicious. Food came out at the perfect temperature and was super filling. The wings were supposed to be "big!"but we were hungry and didn't want to complain. Overall, we had another wonderful time. Thank you again, and see you soon!

Great wing place! The fried pickle spears were some of the best we've ever had! Crisp and fresh inside and hot and crunchy on the outside. Delicious! My husband had wings in buffalo sauce and he loved them, I had boneless in their garlic sriracha sauce and they were DELICIOUS! It was bumping and our server was great, food came out timely and hot - It was a great experience for us. We will definitely be back!

I really love Plucker’s,;the food is consistently delicious, and that’s why we keep coming back. The wings are always on point, and the flavor options are hard to beat. That said, the dining area is usually a bit too loud for us, so we prefer ordering to go. Unfortunately, we’ve had multiple issues with our takeout orders being incorrect. For example, I’ve paid extra to upgrade to buffalo fries and received regular fries instead. Most recently, my wife and I ordered blue cheese with our meals and received marinara sauce instead, which meant I had to make an extra trip to Walmart to buy blue cheese so we could enjoy dinner the way we ordered it. It’s disappointing because the food itself is great, but when something is wrong almost every time, it starts to feel like you have to double-check everything before leaving, otherwise it’s a 50/50 chance something will be missing or swapped. I genuinely enjoy Plucker’s and want to keep supporting them, but I hope they can improve accuracy on their takeout orders. It would make a big difference.

Lunch service has slowed recently as the prices seem like they're going up. Food was still fantastic but every step of the dining process seemed to take an extra 5 minutes each. So, my "quick lunch" took about an hour and a half from sit down to walk out, even though I ordered my food and drinks together right away. Not necessarily horrible, but I won't be choosing this location on days I have a time constraint until the flow improves.

We typically love this location and visit very often. Yesterday we went for my free monthly meal which we look forward to. We got there and there we tons of empty tables but a 20 min wait. Looks like they were having a meeting. So when we finally sat and wanted to order we were told they didn’t have any of the sauces we wanted. Unfortunately we go there do the sauces and are creatures of habit and love our bakers gold so didn’t end up ordering and left. I was more upset that we wasted all that time waiting only to find out they were out of 3 sauces which has never happened in the years I’ve been going to pluckers locations

The atmosphere was great for a hanging out or watching a game. The staff were all courteous and attentive. The food was ok. The wings were cooked well, but lacked flavor. Most of the spicy wings were more salty than the flavor they were supposed to be. And that is because we tried 7 different flavors. The patty melt was very greasy, but not in a good way, and also lacked flavor. The only good items were the fried Mac and cheese, the tater tots, and the waffle fries. The fried pickles too lacked flavor. We wouldn't go back. We would rather have wings from Wings and Rings or Wings top.

No wait on the bar for two. Long wait on tables. Packed on a Saturday night. Conveniently located across from movie theater. Ordered flats lemon pepper and buffalo wings mild. I loved my mango Rita on the rocks, patron margarita. The bar staff were all attentive. I was skeptical but it was the least greasy wing place I’ve been. And it’s definitely a big plus!

The food is okay, the service is great. If you're a vegan/vegetarian, just know that the vegan "chicken tenders," for $17, only includes 4-5 tenders. Also, if you wanna cheat at trivia on Wednesdays, it seems like you could just sit outside on the patio... because there's no one to watch you. The last couple of times we went to play, sitting at the bar, it looked like three of the winners were sitting outside on the patio.... I could be wrong, bit it's worth a shot, I guess.

Food tastes decent. Service is great once the server finally arrives at your table. However, I arrived at 5:30pm on a Thursday to a mostly empty restaurant and was told I had to wait ten minutes to be seated due the staff all being in a meeting. I find this really inconvenient and unusual at a restaurant that is advertised as being open at 5:30pm.

This Pluckers has a nice atmosphere and it was pretty clean. Unfortunately, the service was very bad. It was our first time there and with our questions and requests, we were met with attitude. I was given a dirty cup with BBQ sauce on it and the server was visibly annoyed that I asked for another cup. The tater tots were delicious, but the fries were cold, the wings were dry and the salad wasn’t pleasant either.

Ordered delivery on Doordash. The main issue were the wings; gave us 10 instead of 15 and on top off all of that, they were more than cold. The combo came with barely any fries, all cold, and gave us 3 singular fried pickles. Ordered coke zero, got regular coke and not even a straw. Only one flavor of wings when we ordered 3. How can there be these many mistakes in a single order??

Worst waiting experience I ever had. It seems non of the host knew what were doing. They projected 25 minutes. We waited for an hour. End up not eating since the waiter told us the kitchen was backed up I understand, isn't a chain restaurant supposed to be ready for Sunday football?

I went to eat here with my kids tonight and had one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. It took us an hour to get our food and when we finally got it was cold. Fries were inedible and and my buffalo chicken sandwich was cold and and tasted bad. Also no ranch. Who eats buffalo chicken with no ranch? I asked my kids if everything was good with their food and they said it was. It wasn’t but my kids didn’t want to complain cause that’s just the way they are. Manager came over once to tell me she heard I had cold food but offered no real solution. Her only response was to tell me “I don’t know what’s going on back there” at this point I just wanted my kids to eat while I sat there and waited for them to finish eating. My appetite was gone. Less than halfway into her meal my daughter got up and went to the bathroom. She was back there for 15 minutes or so. During that time I just wanted to pay my bill and leave once my kids were done eating. None of them even came close to finishing their food. I paid the $120 bill and just wanted to get out at this point.y daughter gets out after I paid at which point she tells me she threw up all her food. Up until that point I was just grateful to be out and have a meal with all my kids but when I found out my daughter was in the bathroom throwing up that’s where I draw the line. I normally don’t leave bad reviews. I just let it slide when I have a bad time. Not this time.. I normally don’t go out to eat and when I do I don’t expect such horrible results. If I could give negative stars I would.
