Maya is such a great employee. We come to this unit just for her. She takes care of us everything and knows our order as we walk in.
Swas extremely busy but man did they get orders out. My food was so hot and fresh!
The young man who took our order was pleasant and efficient. The place was clean. We received our food warm to hot in a timely manner. The salad was arranged attractively. Looked and tasted fresh. Burger with grilled onions actually had grilled onions on it. Sometimes you get less than a teaspoon of onion and or they are barely warm let alone grilled. Overall it was a very good Whataburger experience.
This Whataburger always gets my order correct! Their burgers are always good and tasty! I've had some before from others and they have no taste! I get the Whataburger double meat Junior. They have just the right amount of meat to fill me up. Add cheese and yummy yummy!!
WhatANight! Huge shoutout to Julio and the Whataburger team for the late-night delivery wedding reception closeout. Everything was on time, professional, and perfectly organized down to the condiments, utensils, tongs, and packaging. The guests were thrilled. I highly recommend Julio and his team for any event!
Very consistent service. Did a curbside order and meal was ready when I arrived, it was hot, fresh, and tasted great! Even with all the customizations they consistently deliver a good product and great customer service.
Had a great visit to Whataburger today, and everything was just right! The food came out hot and fresh, and the service was friendly and fast. I ordered the chicken tenders, and they were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—easily some of the best tenders around. Of course, no Whataburger meal is complete without their iconic fries, and dipping them in the creamy white gravy took them to the next level. Definitely a comfort food favorite! I also tried two shakes: the classic chocolate and the new banana pudding shake. The chocolate shake was rich and smooth as always, but the banana pudding shake really surprised me—sweet, creamy, and full of nostalgic flavor. It’s a great new addition to their shake lineup and definitely worth trying if you’re a banana fan. The dining area was clean, and the team working today made the experience even better with their positive attitude and attention to detail. You can tell they care about delivering good service. Overall, this Whataburger location continues to deliver consistent quality and a satisfying experience. I’ll definitely be back soon—and probably ordering that banana pudding shake again!

Dianne was at the front counter she welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door she said hey to my baby and once we picked our seats and got our food she came over and asked us how it was if we were enjoying it and asked if we need any sauce I’m from Missouri and I have never see such amazing customer service! Definitely would recommend this place amazing food and very welcoming employees.
Food and service were excellent. Managers came by to check if everything was fine a couple times. Greeted on the way in and out. Totally recommend. :)

Easily the best Whataburger in the area. Errors do occur, but this is still our go-to Whataburger. Today September 27th, they forgot to add extra sweet and spicy sauce to the burger, didn't get a full portion of onion rings and we weren't given the chocolate chunk cookie with the kids meal. Otherwise it was good and a short wait in the drive thru. The lady at the window was very friendly. I think her name was Citlaly. She gave us a really nice Whataburger bag with our food. She gets 5 🌟

I know everyone in Texas is a fan but honestly I am not the food is so-so and the service is usually rude and/or unknowledgeable for instance I got one of the new pricky pear drinks and the lid did not fit on the cup so I asked for a regular soda cup and explained why, he had to go ask someone if I could have one.... seriously? And then he came back and gave me a small coffee cup, the smallest size the drink came was a medium.... As pricey as this place is STOP being cheap!! Either get lids that fit or put them in regular cups.

This place has changed in so many ways. There is never an employee in front to take orders. Why should we be waiting for an employee to tske my order when I walk in. Also there was a person sleeping in front as soon you walk in you can see him. Really. The big manager or supervisor was sitting in the back just looking at the chaos and didn't say a word. No napkins by the drinks. When we got our food the lady didn't have a tray to ask if we needed condiments. I had to go walk up to the counter again and ask for ketchup napkins. ordered a potato taquito and got sausage mixed in my eggs and i didn’t ask for that, only wanted hash browns! had to pick out every bit of sausage that was visible but it was too much. this is disappointing considering this is one of the few things i could eat here as a vegetarian. never had this issue before 😥
