It was good it was one of the best visit to McDonalds.

Spacious place! Clean and tye staff were so friendly! We enjoyed our tasty burgers and friench fries!

It's hit or miss here. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it's awful. Service is mostly friendly though due to the ridiculous State mask mandates sadly you won't see ANY smiling faces here. The site is well maintained and the staff is very hard working. Ultimately it's what you should expect from a McDonald's...but such visits are a lot less fun than they used to be.

Nice remodel. Locals gather to play cards and I enjoyed that home town atmosphere. It took the corporate image back a notch. As always, fabulous Coke.

I’m a regular who always asks for more sauce and I’m not talking once a week I mean almost every other day, when I walk in they know automatically what my order will be. tonight my mom went and got my food but instead of my normal 4B, it was 40 nuggets and a side of the sauce on the chicken sandwich, I was given a 6pc tender container full of this sauce!!!- they out did themselves bc they knew who it was for, and were happy to make a customers day. Big Mac and Big Breakfast are good. That said, the fries suck... They dry up quickly and remind me of potato sticks. Burger King fries are bigger and much better.

I do a lot of Door Dashes here. Sometimes our family eats here and when we do we love the night crew they may have teens as managers but they know what they are doing and they are all so sweet.

This location is usually very clean and has friendly fast and efficient staff. I be in in once but I usually go through drive thru and all experiences have been positive the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because sometimes you have to wait a few minutes on the side in drive-thru for food to be ready but I'm not sure that that's a bad thing as they're cooking fresh food all the time and not have food sitting

Food was delicious, most tables in the dining room were cleared but still dirty. McD's has gotten real expensive. 16.50$ for two McMuffins, a burrito and a chocolate milk.

This is a normal McDonalds. It used to be an amazing location where they had local specials, now it is just like all the others. You know what you'll be getting, standard quality.

Never get my order right (I always ask for only ketchup so I'm not making it complicated), but otherwise just like any other mcds, maybe a bit slower than average in drive thru.

They always mess up my wife's Iced coffee order but they are pretty good about comping or remaking it.. The morning & afternoon crew are the best, very friendly and personable. The night crew can be rude & slow but what else can you expect from teenagers

Every time I have got a big mac from this place it is always cold even after asking them to warm another the second was as cold as the first. Otherwise have not had any problems that's why the 3 stars.

This McDonalds got the "McCafe" update a while back and is actually pretty nice now. It's well staffed, and the food came out quickly. My main complaint, is that the place was FILTHY. The floors were dirty, the tables were dirty, and there was dust on every surface that would support it. They had about 10 people working there, if 1-2 of them cleaned the place occasionally it would be a 4-5 star affair (on the McDonald's special sliding scale.) I like to bring my child here for the occasional happy meal, and if its such a mess going forward I think it might be time to mention it to the manager.

McDonald's is convenient. That's probably the best thing it has going for it. This one isn't terrible. Service is fairly quick, staff is usually friendly, dining area is clean enough. The food? Apart from the wide variety of items and breafkfast all day the quality of what gets served is just not up to par with expectations. Burgers are flimsy soggy, fries aren't cooked enough and salads are wilted gut bombers. But breakfasts are typically consistent and fresh. If you are starving and don't want hassle, this McD may do you right.

I think St. Albans mc Donald’s is going down hill. I just placed an order in drive thru my fries were cold and very salty. The chicken nuggets have been sitting for awhile. The Big Mac was was ok. I asked for honey for the nuggets and got honey mustard. Got no napkins in my bag. Not impressed.

When they remodeled they definitely made it more "cozy" they added couch like benches, a tv, high bar style seating, and my favorite spot is a little cozy area with a (electric-but warm and cozy) fireplace you can sit in front of.

While the establishment appears to be kept in good working order, and the staff are always friendly, the cleanliness of the bathroom and restaurant (self order screens dirty) left something to be desired. I also waited during my last few visits for someone to notice I required assistance. Overall a ok experience when visiting this McDonald's over a number of visits but there were some components that could be improved.

The restaurant itself is a cozy environment since their remodel several years back. Every time I go in the establishment is clean and they keep their restrooms very well maintained. Staff is friendly and their service is very fast. My only complaint is lately when I visit (about twice a month on my lunch breaks) the food seems to be out together very sloppily and I've had several times where my buns are stale. But today I asked for extra caramel on my caramel frappe and they made it to perfection. Overall I think it's slightly better than most McDonald's locations around.

Mcdonalds is never a treat anymore. It's a "grab something because it's quick". I think for most fast food legends, their best days are behind them. Not worth the price.

I don't like the new order in yourself....I'd rather go across the street to Burger King because my order will get filled a lot faster than me trying to figure out the self ordering screen....

They didn't have right order to begin with, add couple things that I didn't order person in front ordered, so the amount they told me isn't what they charged me, I did end up getting refunded for difference, but then fot home fries were cold

Drive thru is slow. And its a hit or miss on wether or not your order is correct. Only reason I gave a 2 and not a 1 is that its close to my house when I need a quick meal

Not sure who you guys had working on may 8th 2020 but my food was stale an my chicken nuggets weren't even hot not to mention I am now sick with food posioning. So maybe check your food make sure it's fresh. Before handing it to a customer.

Couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. Wether you sit in line for 15 mins then get asked to park and wait another 5 min they will bring it out to you or order online they screw something up. Like pay for a Double QPC they give you somebody else's regular QPC. So you get home and your like what the heck cause its the same burger box....

I don't know what the recent renovations accomplished other than removing the Play Place. It's very rare that I bother with fast food when Thai House is millions of times better and costs virtually the same. However, I do have a childhood fondness for the McRib and wanted to have one for the first time in years. Given that, we went to check out the renovated building. It's a nightmare. We noticed that the drive-thru had about 20 cars waiting, and should have taken our clue from that. Inside, while the decor is all new, the registers area actually seems smaller. I counted 40 people in line, not to mention the people following us into the establishment, going all the way from the registers to the front of the building and around the corner heading for the door on the left side nearer the drive-thru lane. It wasn't worth it, so we walked out. I can't judge the food, though I'm certain it's no different, but the lines and frustration I was hearing from those who'd finally gotten a table and told us it had taken them 40 minutes to get through the lines and order/receive their food, I'm really glad that we did leave.

The last 3 times I've come to Mcds my order has been wrong. Asking for muffins to be extra toasted shouldnt be that difficult. Each time I've had to go back in (used drive in all 3 times) for my order to be corrected. This is starting to piss me off. My receipt shows well done so it's not the person taking my order, it's the cook..Get it together Mcds!

I absolutely love ice cream, and I love hot fudge sundaes from McDonald's...but after tonight...and finding a HAIR in my Sunday...I don't think I will ever eat their ice cream again

I have YET to stop to this McDonalds and NOT have an issue of varying severity after examining my usually simple orders. Forgotten French fries, forgotten condiments, forgotten burgers, forgotten modifications to a sandwhich... I mean this is literally EVERYTIME . So, if it's happening to me all the time, it's happening to a lot of people. I used to manage restaurants for a living. From the ages of 22 until 37. Obviously there is an issue with this place, but come on. I cant sit here knowing how a restaurant is ran, and be upset with the young adults who are working and most likely the ones who mistakenly mis-handle or mis-pack the to go bag. I do however, blame management for not being more aware of the problem, and not addressing the issue. I hope this McDonalds improved, as it's the only one within 35 miles. But, I think I'm going to be hitting up the Burger King across the street instead from now on.

Slow service, confusion with order items, new employees need more training. Fix the Big Mac, it's sloppy, messy, dry and hardly warm, it is also becoming very costly. Remember P, D, Q.

Ok I ordered in the drive-through I got my order they forgot my french fries and I understand it happens but what really got me going is I go inside I told the woman they forgot my french fries doesn’t say a single word to me gets my french fries hands it to me and that’s it doesn’t say I’m sorry anything like that I’ve worked in fast food and if I ever forget some thing which is very rarely I would always say I am very sorry but I didn’t get a single word

Got a Bacon Ranch salad with crispy chicken, most of the lettuce was brown, red and just looked nasty took it back up to the counter and the manager tells me that all their lettuce is brown and it's perfectly fine, like why would u tell a customer that, and pretty much refused me a new one, tip check the lettuce not serve brown lettuce it's unhealthy

When ordering at kiosk and paying cash does not indictate you have to pay before order processed, and there is no one at the counter to process the order and take the cash. Number of the order on the kiosk does not match the number of the order on the printout.

When you order a quarter pounder you should get that and not one with cheese which costs more. You should not have to specify without cheese to get what you want. Makes me want to stop going Macdonalds any more. Too expensive now anyway

I get having to drive to the side and wait if it's packed or you have a "Special order" because it helps with their wait times on the drive-thru so they don't get in trouble. It takes 2-3 times as long now if you go through the drive-thru or pick curbside. Going inside is not any better and isn't an option for a lot of people especially with mobility issues. What is extremely frustrating is when you are asked to pull ahead or to the side (so their times look good) and then a few other customers are asked the same, you will not receive your food till they have everyones food they just parked. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes one day because I was asked to park to the side sense I use the mobile app to pre-order what I want. About 7 minutes into waiting they parked 3 other cars and I didn't receive my food till ALL the parked cars had their food ready also. My French fries or cold and my burgers were lukewarm.

The rudest staff Ive ever met. Seriously, check your attitude at the door and be professional or stay at home. The simplest job seems to be a challenge for them.

Coffee instantly roasted cream added and sugar or sugar free stuff into something that is supposed to be coffee by a machine each and every time proving Mickey D hasn't a clue and senior coffee drinkers everywhere are clueless as well

The drive thru window employee was very rude and impatient.

The order was not ready, I had to wait too long to be attended by the drive thru, I approached the payment window, and the attendant took another order, not only that I approached the service window and the food was not ready had to "pull forward" to wait 10 minutes for food, poor food quality.

48$ for door dash 2x McGriddle meals sub round egg (paid extra). Received no hash browns and both had wrong folded egg. No straws for OJ. I wouldn’t make a 1 star for just one time. If they got it right 1/5 times I would be happy.

Do not eat here. The food is cooked and held in warmers. These are times, but the employees just reset the timer instead of tossing the food. I know of some that hold the patties for several hours instead of the 20 minutes they are supposed to be held for. Every time I eat at one of these places, it causes severe abdominal pain. I do not know what they changed from when i was a kid, but they need to go back. Also, once when I was there late, they were cleaning the shake machine and one employee pulled out a huge hunk of mold, and she and the manager laughed about it.

Went through the drive through for a coffee with 4 creams because it’s too hot otherwise. I watched the girl put one cream and a bunch of powder in the coffee so I let her know I had no sugar so that was incorrect. She makes another and I watch her put in one cream dispensed and then proceeds to lie to me about giving me four. Sunday, 10-10-21. Sad! Paying too much for the attitude and screwed up order.

I don't eat McDonald's often, but occasionally I like enjoying some of their famously delicious fries. So you have to understand my disappointment in receiving fries that were soggy and cold. This was pretty much a worst case scenario, aside from finding a severed finger in your fries.

Very displeased with the service I received at the drive thru today. Very unorganized with taking and serving orders. Ended up with wrong order. So had to go in anyways. They were arguing that I had the correct order even though I had my receipt to show what I ordered. Not a great experience today at all.

Went to the Milton location today. Drive thru forgot 1 of 3 sandwiches. Drove back for that 3rd sandwich (9 miles away) and once the mgr was done texting gave them to me with a very generic 'sorry bout that' and immediately walked away from me and went on to the next person. Seems like no one cares anymore.

Straight up the worst McDonalds I have ever had. Didn't even finish my meal. Fries tasted like they had been sitting there for days. McChicken buns were stale, chicken was dry. Big Mac was bad too. Very disappointing.

For context I've lived here for 15 years. This McDonalds location is a mess. Take an extra 10 minutes to drive to the Milton McDonalds instead its worth the difference. Managers are rude and theres constant yelling behind the counter at employees. The place will make you wait 30 minutes for just a coffee or a frappe. The fries are redipped constantly to appear "hot" and taste so bad. Their mobile app hasn't worked for three months here and they still haven't noticed why no one mobile orders there anymore. I've had 6 seperate occasions where homeless people come up to my car while parking here. This place is bound to go under like the wendys location did in this town.

Ordered ahead at 1013 and because got there only a few minutes after breakfast was technically done they refused to serve me my order because they are lazy. Not the first time this location has messed up an order or just been too lazy to do anything. So done.

My husband went out to get us Mcdonalds, ordered himself a double 1/4 meal, and ordered me as 1/4 pounder deluxe add bacon as a meal as well. He paid for what he ordered us BUT we only received ONE sandwich and this single sandwich was a double 1/4 add bacon dressed as a deluxe... to say I'm disappointed is an understatement

Updated 8-3-19: downgraded to 1 star. Placed an order at drive through and asked to pull forward to wait for an item. They promptly forgot about us and we waited for 10 minutes for a sausage mcgriddle. My husband went in to cancel the order only to be told that it was sitting there the whole time! No apologies. The kicker? They never gave us a receipt so we can't even complain to the company! Whoever manages this location does a horrible job! The new kiosk takes away from the customer service here. No one will even make eye contact with you if you go to the counter. The food was hot and fresh but customer service means a lot to me. I'm not sure if I'd go inside again.

My breakfast is wrong every single time I go. I don't get anything complicated, just 2 sandwiches. I go in to get it fixed and the woman opens every sandwich up in front to everyone and argues that they are correct. I show my receipt and she still argues. Then hands me back the food she kept touching and in an aggressive tone told me not to get mad at her. Manager stood by and didn't care. I wont be coming back or recommending them again.

Talk about fast food. So fast I got my food in 20 minutes and my fries are no longer warm. The second I got my bag, drove off from the window and ate a fry, wth is this, not only took 20 minutes to get my food in which my food wasn’t what I was waiting on. Plus they tried to skip pass the McDonald’s coupon on their app. Now I will no longer go there unless they make it right and get it together. It is not rocket science and I would hate to make apparent to everyone.

Waited a long time for our to go order, until a manager finally realized someone left it sitting on a counter for dining in; milkshake, iced coffee and everything. Ordered a biscuit steak egg and cheese, got a bagel sandwich instead. Strange how when I use my rewards account with my name on it, we get treated differently than when my fiancé orders for us without my rewards account🤨🤔

Worst experience at this McDonald's to date. Was left in the drive thru line while the other drive thru line was moving for at least 10 minutes until someone behind me in line went inside to complain. Then when I finally got to the window, they were going to give me the wrong order, then they dropped my debit card on the ground. Some serious incompetence but I blame the owners most because I'm sure short staff was a factor. You know what? Close the place down if you can't run it correctly. People have jobs to go to and when something is way less than convenient that's supposed to be convenient, you end up screwing the customer over. Get your act together.

The night manager is an absolute joke. Not only was she berating her own employee to clean the grease, she refused to give me my drink that i ordered. I know its fast food, but I dont know how you couldnt find literally any other beating heart to work there. She is an embarrassment to that establishment. Everyday that she's employed there is a day that she gives terrible service and pushes potential customers away. Some random guy pulled up next to me in the drive through and told me dont bother, the manager is a joke. She wont help you. Thats what this location is dealing with. The kid she was yelling at to clean the grease would do a better job at managing then her. I dont know how she still has a job. McDonald's need to have higher standards.

I am a very pissed customer. I placed a mobile order and waited in line till I got to the speaker. The person on the other end said that they would be right with me and didn’t wait for my response. I waited, while the other lane let 3 cars go in front of me. I went to the window and the little girl said that line was taken care of by someone else and that she could not take care of me. If I had not already paid through my mobile app, I would have gone some place else. I then got out of line and went inside the store. I asked for a manager. I was not even apologized to for the inconvenience. The manager never even came over to me and I was waited on by a different employee. I feel the way this was handled was very unprofessional and very rude. I was not even approached by the manager at all. I don’t expect any thing free, I would just like an apology for the way I was handled. I am trying to make it so no one else has to go through that kind of service.
