I got this chicken to-go and it was delicious. Here, they have a variety of different chicken styles (wings, tenders, whole chicken, etc.) as well as both dry rub and sauce. I got their mala dry seasoning as well as their hot soy garlic (on the side). The chicken was amazing. Not only was it super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, but it also wasn't too bready or dry. Loved the radish on the side as well. Will definitely be coming back.
Been wanting to go here for a while now, finally was able to today. Onion rings were great, super crunchy. Juiciest fried chicken I've ever had. The bun was soft, maybe steamed. My only disappointment was that I asked for the chicken to be tossed in the sweet chili sauce. It wasn't until I drove away and opened it up when I noticed there was no sauce. So I couldn't help but realize the breading had no seasoning to it and the sauce is where the flat ones from. $13 before tax for the food and a can of soda, great value. Took about 15 minutes to prepare.
I got the boneless chicken (half size) with spicy soy garlic sauce on the side. I also ordered the jalapeno mayo to fry it out. The chicken was absolutely delicious. It was fresh, hot, crispy, crunchy, and juicy. I'm glad that the soy garlic wasn't too sweet -- it also had a nice spicy kick to it. I enjoyed the chicken by itself and with the soy garlic sauce as well. The jalapeno mayo was ok - it tasted like regular mayo with a hint of jalapeno. I didn't use it as much because it felt a little heavy with the fried chicken. I imagine it would be better with the chicken sandwiches. I'm looking forward to going there again. Definitely hit the spot. It's definitely better fried chicken than any of the other halal spots that I've been to on LI, Queens, or Manhattan. There is a sign that says that all their chicken is halal. Note: This is only a carryout place. There is no place to sit down. It's located right next to Food Bazaar, in the share parking lot.
Take out only so we eat it in the food court in the supermarket nearby. Fried chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: we got the boneless dark meat, and it was really well fried while being super tender. I would recommend getting it tossed in the sauce instead of on the side so it can soak in the flavor a bit. Cajun fries ⭐️⭐️⭐️: fries were crispy, but I felt like they could've done a bit more with the seasoning. Also, fries always suffer through takeout, even if it's just a few minutes.
This fried chicken spot is right in front of Food Bazaar on Northern Blvd. It's takeout only. I recently learned they serve halal fried chicken! The person at the counter was very helpful in explaining which options were halal and what items he would recommend. I ordered the 5pc boneless chicken combo with the spicy batter and hot sweet chilli sauce. It was delicious and spicy!! I'll definitely stop by again to try out the other sauce combinations.
As always the food is amazing, the dumplings is one of my favorite foods! Natalia and Steph recommended me to this location, my 2 favorite chicken girls 100%

Amazing chicken and super convenient pickup. Got a whole chicken and wings with sauce on the side because I couldn't decide. With moo and coleslaw of course. Impressed my family that was visiting. They are so jealous we have this nearby. Ricky is on top of his game!
Hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! I’m always wanting to eat more whenever I get the chance. And their calamari is way different than most places! Highly recommend to everyone about rokstar chicken!
Love their Mala chickens! They have big family / event size packages. Great for super bowls and other like events. The girl who usually takes my orders always has a smile and genuinely happy to serve. It's very pleasant and happy to come back.

I happened to try it while shopping, and the chicken was moist and delicious... I love that you can adjust the spiciness of the seasoning. I especially recommend the spicy chicken with honey butter seasoning. I've tried many other chicken brands, but Rokstar Chicken is the best fried chicken in NY. The staff is also friendly, and I plan on eating it a lot in the future.
I mistakenly put my order as "pick up" in stead of delivery. Called to see what could be done and the person answering the phone went above and beyond to help me out. She saved my hectic dinner time by helping me switch the order to deliver. She even called back to make sure I received a text from Uber. By far best customer service I have ever encountered. It was my first time going to Rokstar in LIC, and honestly the way Julie greeted me tonight and attented to me made just going there for fried chicken even better. The onion rings were on point, nice crunch, the 4 piece wings were def on point, crunch was just right, and the sauces were great too. Thank you Julie for making me feel super welcomed. Ill def be going back.
You definitely have to try Rok Chicken! It was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy on the inside, with amazing flavor in every bite.
Ordered a medium order of wings with 2 flavors, one spicy one normal. Both were good and the spicy was really good if you like hot wings.

I have to say I don’t like their sweet chili sauce, maybe it is just not my thing. It tasted weird? I only dipped my chicken into it once and that was all. Overall it was ok to be an option if u r looking for chicken when u r around the area.

I was expecting the chicken to have some kind of crunch to it, even though I had it delivered. The chicken wasn't fried hard enough for me, especially because it would be dipped in sauce. My onion rings were nice and crunchy. The flavor was definitely there though. Update It's something weird about the chicken strip. I wouldn't order from here again. It left a nasty after taste. My kids didn't even want it.

Came here and ordered the fried chicken but it was not good at all. Paid $17 for a decent amount of pieces but it was dry and had little flavor. The woman at the front was nice though.

Chicken is great but the staff goes on 1 hour breaks after each customer orders. They will leave you waiting forever to just order if you're unlucky enough to come right after another customer. Management needs to hire more people so that way they can at least handle two customers between breaks
