It was my first time in this location and I definitely enjoyed my meal. First of all the cashier was very helpful and patient! The cooks in the bag were very kind and sweet! The new blueberry lemonade was out of this world! So good! I definitely have to say it was better than Wendy’s strawberry lemonade drink! The only thing I didn’t like was how the chicken inside my salad didn’t taste fully cooked or if they were to change it to chicken breast cooked in a different way or maybe longer it would taste more juicy! Despite that I definitely would suggest that location. Can’t wait to go back and have more of their food and drinks!

Plenty of space offers the possibility of semi-privacy. Clean with very nice ambiance. Kinda stylish even. Absolutely delicious food! All of the above should be after paying $45 bucks for a chicken sandwich, grilled cheese, Mac & cheese & 3 drinks.😂🤣

I do like this Panera Bread! The food is delicious and the setting is very diverse. The warm earth tone colors makes you feel calm and ready to eat peacefully.It is one of the spotlights of Long Island City . It is near Kauffman Astoria Studios, UNO’s Chicago Grill and the Regal Movie Theater on 36th Avenue.The staff is somewhat friendly. Of Course, a set of young women are the cashiers. I’ve noticed them to be a little snobbish but their wasn’t really no attitude given. The few times I’ve been there this week one of the managers took my order however her mannerism was friendly. The cooks are pleasant and just want to do their best to serve the public by all measures. While eating my food I’ve noticed that you can actually read in a singular seating nook and have a quiet moment of thoughts especially in the morning .They play this Panera Bread music that makes you feel refreshed like a ray of sunshine(there goes my “simile”)...wink,wink! They also have a lot of good looking men if your looking for a date ! Not ordinary men ,men of diversity which I like . If your looking for a date you know where to go. Honestly, I just come for the food , check to see how these workers treat people and write it up. One more thing before I end this, did you all know that they’ve replaced the cherry cheese pastry and put a small round cherry cheese pastry. The main reason I go to Panera Bread is to buy the cherry cheese pastry 🤨! Anyway the new cherry cheese pastry is more portioned controlled and I must admit the regular cherry pastry is a bit much to eat. Overall, I do recommend this Panera Bread for those that want a date lol and good 🥖🍞 🥗🥪☕️ . Peace!

S L O W E S T Panera I have EVER been in. There are 2 people working in the kitchen, taking orders and preparing the food? The woman in the food prep area is moving as if she is in her kitchen cooking for herself! Painfully S L O W…..

I’m genuinely confused by the decision to disable Wi-Fi from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I’ve called several other Panera locations across NYC, and none of them follow this practice. Many patrons come here specifically to eat and work remotely, and reliable Wi-Fi is part of what makes Panera appealing in the first place. Disabling it during peak hours makes little sense and negatively impacts customers who rely on this space to work. I’ll be reaching out to corporate for clarification, because this seems inconsistent and unreasonable.

DO NOT ORDER HERE FROM GRUBHUB. I've had my order cancelled after waiting over 40 minutes multiple times. It's happened so often that it's on me for going back after getting constantly burned by them. Never again!!!!

I came into the Panera to pick up my online order . They had no half and half so I went to the counter and ask the lady and she rolled her eyes and didn’t respond. She then came to the coffee station grabbed the pitcher. When she returned with the pitcher, she threw them. Very rude and disrespectful. If you don’t like your job, maybe find another one.

I ordered 2 soufflés for delivery because I know how fast those go. And I needed food before my appointment but imagine my extreme disappointment when I opened my food and found 2 extremely sad egg and cheese sandwiches. I received no call to tell me they ran out or anything. I’m not sure if my delivery guy picked up the wrong bag but that bag had our receipt on it! So someone messed up big because I just wasted my money on food I didn’t even eat. I attempted to make a claim on their website which I had ordered through, but they don’t even make that possible to dispute previous orders. I want my money back. I even see on the receipt how they needed to sign and checked the order is accurate and there was no check or signature. How?!

I ordered the Fromage Crossiant Toast ($10) and also have the Sip Club membership for free drinks. The toast was decent - I liked the bread but paying $10 is ridiculous for a sandwich without any meat (only veggies and cheese). Everything on the menu is insanely overpriced, and I’m not sure why Panera Bread is charging these prices for the mid food it provides. I get that rent is a lot in NYC, but if you want to charge these prices, you need to start producing better food. Panera Bread is only able to stay in business due to people that go for the vibes/quick food who don’t care about the taste or price. For the Sip Club, it’s worth if you’re getting more than 3 drinks a month. But the biggest issue with this location is that whenever I place an order ahead, they NEVER have it ready on the shelf when it says my order is ready. I always have to bother the front counter staff for them to grab me a cup.

Would not recommend this place, the sandwich they serve were more depressed then me, paid $11 for this. They just dumped my avocado in a cup, and the employee dropped 25% of the steak in the oven. Panera is well- known for their sandwiches but this place is not supporting their reputation, my 8 year old brother can make a sandwich better then this. Never coming back again
