I went to the Rabbit Hole on Valentines Day. The watermelon margaritas were very good. The loaded nachos, Thai chilli wings, and hot honey fries were delicious.

My fiancé and I always love coming here, especially for their happy hour. The manager Zeek is awesome, along with the rest of his staff. The food is from Comptons, so now need to worry if the food isn’t good… it’s great. We love the place so much, I even decided to use their upstairs venue for my surprise proposal. Coincidentally we were also upstairs for a DJ event night that they hosted. Which can tell you that the upstairs venue is extremely versatile.

It's definitely a great spot when watching sports or dancing to the DJs parties. Bartenders and servers are attentive and welcoming to all. Feels like being at Cheers where everyone knows your name. Food is tasty, and I definitely suggest all plates, especially Mozerella stick and chicken tenders.

I went to the Rabbit Hole the evening of the Love Island USA season finale with a group of girlfriends and I had so much fun being part of the collective audience while we watched Amaya and Bryan win this season as a couple. We were served by Leanna who was running the section we had reserved a high top in and she was excellent. The entire back room slowly started to get packed in the hours leading up to the episode airing and she handled all of our requests with ease and efficiency. The Moscow mules, nachos and the big mozzarella sticks were highlights off the menu itself. Would 100% go back!

I came to the Rabbit hole Saturday 07/12 for the berlanga fight and it was an amazing experience. Being that they have TVs everywhere and really Accommodate All their guests it was the best place to watch anything. And not to mention the server Leana was amazing. She was attentive and caring. My friends hosted their kids first birthday here and it was the perfect space for it. The venue itself is so swanky- they’ve got disco balls hanging, beautiful artwork on the walls, tons of books. It’s truly a vibe. We only had a few appetizers but they were delicious. I can’t speak to the drinks as I only sipped on champagne but it looks like they offered a variety of beers, wines and some killer cocktails!

I was quite surprised with this little gem. Small space, but it packs a big punch of music and food. I was surprised at how good the food was (Ordered a burger). The drinks were really really good and actually STRONG. I had a watermelon margarita which was served on a small, chilled glass garnished with a slice of watermelon and Tajin around the rim. My friend had a cocktail that she really enjoyed as well. The music was loud, so you have to speak loudly to whomever you're which. They have a live DJ as well and a small area in the back for hookah and I would guess dancing. I went on a Sunday around 730pm and there was no type of crowd. Only thing I'd say is that the hookah is pricey. It cost $50, which was bit of a bummer because we wanted to order two. But, the flavor was the smoothest I've ever experienced from a hookah lounge. It was an incredible smooth flavor, which I would guess the same for them all. Overall I would suggest this place to a tone looking to have a one on one day, or just some friends looking to have a good time, with strong drinks and good vibes!

My wife & I hosted our wedding reception upstairs on Halloween & we couldn't have asked for a better night. The food and drinks were delicious. The Rabbit Hole was able to accommodate our vegan/vegetarian guests with Impossible sliders while also keeping in mind those with nut allergies. Our friends have been raving about the steak and the mozzarella sticks all week! Cocktails were strong and the mocktails were excellent. The DJ we worked with took so much time to make sure we had the wedding celebration of our dreams. He took our very eclectic playlist & kept me on the dance floor for the entire night. Been coming here after soccer. Bartender Leana is very nice and quick. The music is great, there are food and drink specials. Perfect for early day visit, as well as they do hookah Thursday and Sundays in the back. I also heard they do reggaeton nights and djs on friday and Saturdays, which is cool.

This was my first time at the Rabbit Hole. They hosted the best watch party for Love Island. The house was packed but our server Leana was still so attentive and accommodating to our group of 8. She was basically in charge of the whole back section and was still able to make sure everyone was attended to. Started the evening downstairs where the vibe is all about fun and energy. Had their signature Rabbit Hole drink, a refreshing blend of vodka, watermelon, lime, and basil, and the Tamarind Sour, which was a perfect tangy kick with tequila. The Hawaiian Burger was a tropical delight with its juicy patty, grilled pineapple, and mozzarella, all brought together by a delicious bunny sauce. The Thai Chili Wings were another hit, just the right amount of spice. Wrapped up with a decadent Brownie Sundae that was absolutely to die for. Then headed upstairs to The Dirty Library for some music. The atmosphere shifts completely up there, dim lights, soft music, totally sexy and intimate vibes.

This place is amazing. Bar upstairs and downstairs. Last night we had a section reserved and were between the live music upstairs in the lounge and the awesome DJs playing downstairs. The service is amazing between management, the bartenders, the servers, staff, and the hookah. The food was amazing, ordered 1 of every appetizer and needed to order some repeats! The music and ambiance is great, the TVs are great. This is an awesome place to bring a date if you want to impress them or to bring a large group of friends as I have been here twice with very large groups. Can’t wait to go back, I wish I lived closer!

The Rabbit Hole in Astoria is a cozy little gem that’s worth a visit! It’s definitely on the smaller side, but that adds to its intimate vibe. I didn’t get a chance to try the food, but the drinks were a highlight. The Tamarind Sour was absolutely amazing made with tequila, tamarind juice, and lime juice it’s a perfectly balanced cocktail with a refreshing and tangy twist. The Ride My White Pony was another standout, featuring vodka, St. Germain, watermelon, and basil a light, fragrant, and flavorful drink. Another must-try is the Long Weekend, a bold mix of vodka, passion fruit, mango, jalapeño, lime, and a splash of 151 rum. It’s a perfect combination of sweet, spicy, and tropical that packs a punch. While the drinks are on the pricier side, the quality and creativity make it worth it. The DJ was fantastic, and the music really set the mood for a fun night. If you’re looking for a spot with great energy, solid tunes, and standout cocktails, The Rabbit Hole is definitely worth checking out!

Went for a trivia night..overall, a fun place. The service was pretty alright, but got a little lackadaisical once the trivia started. The vibe was nice and the food and drinks were okay. I had the Ride My White Pony, Long Weekend, and Watermelon Margarita (frozen from a machine)... in order of preference...Watermelon, White Pony, and Long Weekend. I honestly don't recommend the Long Weekend... it's not as eclectic from the ingredients. We also had the Nachos and Astoria burger with bacon and sweet potato fries. Nachos were meh....the guacamole wasn't fresh guac but more like some store bought weirdness, and the chicken on the nachos was odd flavored by itself. (Ultimately would not recommend.) I did like the Astoria burger though some in our group thought it was charred/burnt. Ask for mayo if you get the sweet potato fries. Will definitely be back for trivia nights in the future, though.

Great atmosphere. Great service. They have some strong mixed drinks made. The lychee flavored drink in the lychee flavor, yet you can taste the really cheap liquor within the flavor. The chicken vodka sandwich was really dry. The bread was not fresh. There was barely any vodka sauce, and the chicken was overcooked and almost burnt.

3 stars for now. I’ve been here a few times and the first two were really just as it opened. Guy running security is respectful and remembers us by face. But the last time we went, service was kind of bad, we were seated in the corner and no waitress came up to us for drinks. So I went to the bar and the female bartender had me (and several people in the corner) waiting for 15 minutes for 3 drinks because she was chatting up 1 patron in the center section of the bar. All in all, 45 minutes we got our drinks and I’m not going to lie they’re REALLY GOOD MIXED drinks. But not worth the wait if they have you wait.

Decent spot and pretty good crowd. Just don’t like the fact that even if you’re sitting there drinking at the bar they automatically include a tip into the rounds, 20-30% tip for every round is a bit much. I understand forced tipping for restaurants and service folks but not standing at the bar. Still would tip decently but being forced to tip & also them not mention the tip is included and being handed a screen to add an additional tip is a bit unpleasant

As a bar, the place is great. The atmosphere is dope and music is good. Only problem was the food. Although I will say that my wife confused this place with a restaurant.. food was not good at all. Ordered two separate wings for me and my wife and when taking a bite out of them, the inside was blood red. At that point, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered steak tacos instead. Turns out it’s actually not steak but something that doesn’t taste right at all

i came to watch the euros game with my boyfriend and was greeted by no one. we asked if we could sit in the back and they said yes but no one came to ask us if we wanted anything so we had to go to the bar to order our food and drinks. when the waitress gave us our food, she just put the food down and left without saying anything and never came back. an hour later, others came in to watch the game and got full service but we got treated like we were invisible the whole time we were there.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by bartender Justyna (that’s the name that was on the receipt) Came to this location to watch the boxing match as a group of 4. 2 males and 2 females. We reserved a table online for $300 which included $220 as credit for food and beverages. We got to the location and were taken upstairs and were given menus which included specialty cocktails. My friend and I asked for one of the specialty cocktails and we were told that we can only get those at the bar downstairs and that she can only make classic cocktails for us upstairs. (Why even give us the menu with that in the first place?) we went along with it and just ordered 2 cosmos. After a little while, my friend and I wanted another round of cosmos and the bartender rudely told us that this table is reserved mainly for bottle service and that she “didn’t have time” to make us drinks. The online booking did not specify bottle service at all, only a reserved table with credit for food and drinks (which is what we wanted anyway, we did not want bottle service) Meanwhile the same bartender was tending to another group that reserved a table right next to us and was drinking with them while on the job and was making everyone else at the bar drinks but told us she couldn’t make drinks for us. As we were about to leave, she gave us a bill for $296 and I asked her to clarify that because there was no way we spent an extra $296 on top of the $220 credit we were supposed to have. I kept telling her we have the $220 credit and she gave me attitude saying “do I need to repeat myself 3x?” A member from my party had to pull up the reservation confirmation and had to explain it to this rude lady that we already prepaid for the service and she went to go talk to the manager (thank god he was there) and manager confirmed that we prepaid and that she should not be charging us. She came back to us apologizing claiming that “nobody told her that the table was prepaid”. She ignored us for majority of the night, was extremely rude and disgusting to myself and my friends, and told us she had no time to make us drinks meanwhile she was making drinks for everyone else at the bar? A bartender has no time to make drinks… that’s the first time I have ever heard of that. She was too busy having drinks with the group of people sitting next to us (while working) hence why she didn’t have the time. Even though we paid $300 for a table we ended up hanging out at the downstairs bar after the boxing match was over because we did not want to be near her or interact with her any longer. Terrible terrible customer service by this so called bartender. Rude, nasty, and with an attitude. No way to treat customers who already prepaid for a service. I would come back to this place, but only if she is not the bartender assigned. Thankful for management who handled the situation without causing further issues.

Honestly this one pains me… this menu represents some of my favorite pub grub and it was a pretty terrible experience. We ordered the hot wings, short rib tacos and the “wedge” salad with Cokes. The Coke was metallic and didn’t arrive until after our food. (It was 3:45pm and no one else was in the bar, the bartender took our order) The wings were missing the sauce and $14 for 6 wings, it was just oily fried chicken, the salad was chopped and soggy, a sign it had been made and sitting there until the rest of the food was done. The short rib tacos were horrible, cold, dry, and drenched in packaged guacamole that overwhelmed the flavor profile. This place is all glitz, which is fine if that’s what you’re looking for, go for the party but eat somewhere else. Really was tough to pay for this one without making an issue. $60 for half a meal and a stomach ache. The best part of the meal was the popcorn they gave us when we sat down.

Kinda soggy wings but did come with crudite and they were good size Expensive.. $4 for a seltzer $14 for 6 wings For that price I expect better service to be honest.. personally for me it’s a one and done

Came here for benito bowl and the first half of our time there was good but the venue was definitely not prepared for this event. The kitchen must have been really understaffed. We waited about 2 hours for 2 orders of boneless wings. I try not to leave negative review because I think people jump to those more quickly but nothing made up for it. When we were ready to go we realized we were still waiting for our order. We waited a bit longer and then noticed it had been over an hour since we ordered. I'm sure the staff was overwhelmed and our server was probably doing her best. We checked in with the server and she said she'd check with the kitchen. We waited longer while we waited to hear back. At this point we're only waiting for the food. I really wanted to cancel the order, but then she informed us the kitchen was backed up an hour and we had already waited so long that I figured it must be coming soon and didn't cancel. Had we known about this delay we wouldn't have ordered in the first place, and had we known it would still take even longer, we would've just cancelled. I was pretty hungry at this point so decided to just ask for it as a "to go" order. After I did, she notified us that the she confirmed the order would be to go and that it'd be out in just 2 more minutes. We waited much longer than another 2 minutes. Finally we got our order and the only thing I knock our server for is that she told us the order list and the total, and handed me the pay tap machine. I knew it was a bit higher, so I looked at the itemized list and noticed gratuity was already included in that total. She definitely should have told us. I would've still included a standard gratuity anyway, but this is even worse for the venue to do considering we didn't even have a table, we were just gonna eat it on the side wall seats we found so we got something that didn't require any utensils (and that would presumably be quick). So not only did we not have a table, but we also got the order to go, and still had a standard gratuity auto included.. weird. Not being told about it... also odd. I was honestly ok with all of that but the worst part, and what compelled me to explain out this review, is that I thought I'd at least get home and enjoy the food I waited and was patient for. I get home and chicken had pieces that were too chewy and it was just bleh. I couldn't even really enjoy the food I waited for all that time lol. What a disappointment. Still giving 2 stars, because the first half of the night when we were just getting drinks was perfectly fine and I believe the server was trying under the circumstances.

Poor management and lack of organization. Don’t come here unless you want your night absolutely ruined. Whoever runs their social media and website lack any sense when it comes to accurate advertising. Super deceptive. Your night is better at home, trust me! Hopefully they learn from this otherwise stay away from any of the events they host.

Bartender MIKE is super rude to the customers And maked the worst drink it feels like paying for water down drinks like this place is not good at all such a trashy bartender.... they need to get a new bartender so ppl feel more welcoming.

Don't come here unless you're a known regular that gets treated good and better. I came here tonight with my girlfriend and her friend, and immediately, we didn't get any complimentary popcorn for our table when basically every other table did (we could have asked them to bring it out, but by the time we noticed, the time had already passed since we had our food and drinks already). We were also basically neglected most of the night. When it did came time to pay our bill, they added an 18% gratuity without informing us of that prior and saw it when I eventually received the printed itemized receipt (we only had a table of 3 and typically, automatic gratuity comes into play when you have a large party, 3 people doesn't/shouldn't count as that). This was very shady and sleazy behavior. It's almost like they knew the service was bad, and were hustling for extra tip money. Had I known ahead of time, I wouldn't have added a tip of 7% when they brought out the scanner to pay. A very deceptive business practice. Edit - it seems from other reviews and from what the owner says - is that the 18% gratuity is standard practice for them even if you're a party of 1 and regardless of what you order. In my view, this is pretty ridiculous as I've never seen this anywhere else, but even if I can accept that this is their policy, it needs to be better and more advertised throughout the place and on their menu aside from just a small snippet inside the bar on one of the walls. This is still deceptive to me. I likely don't plan to dispute it with my bank, as I have better things to do with my time and it was only 7% (7 extra dollars), but it's the principal of the matter. Shame, because the atmosphere and other customers were nice and the food was okay enough (we had the bad bunnies chicken nuggets, which was on the dry side), but the service was awful and not good whatsoever. Rarely do I leave reviews (let alone bad ones), but I definitely don't plan to come back here again.

The bartender charged my friend and me 12.69(so 25.38 total between us) and all we got was one water bottle each..... Tried calling to see if it really costs that much for a bottled water but they wouldn't answer. Seems insane. Fortunately most bars in Astoria are more reasonably priced!

If you enjoy a peaceful vibe with good energy this is not the place to go at all. Yesterday me and my friends had the worsttt experience possible. Their service was so bad !! It was honestly the worst I have ever experienced before. They charge you 18% gratuity on every bill. They even charge a mandatory 18% gratuity on hookah. I love to tip bartenders, hookah providers and etc. but they didn’t even deserve a penny from me and my friends. The staff is nasty especially the lady up stairs. She definitely needs to get fired or retrained, she running all the customers away with her stank attitude. Don’t spend your money with this place. You can get the same vibes some place else that’s deserving of your money. This place ain’t it!

My first time at the rabbit hole to watch UFC. Burger was good, fries were soggy. Drinks were served in a plastic cup filled with ice, priced at a Fifth Avenue venue in a jeans and sneakers atmosphere. Not likely to patronize a second visit.

Music is way too loud for no reason and not good. Also the people that work there are really stand off ish not willing to do anything to help the customer. Food is mid, honestly so many better places to go to than here.

Absolutely miserable event experience. Don't host if you have no idea how to respect the people who care enough to pay for what was supposed to be a premium viewing. I will never be back here.

The bouncer started off the night on a very sour note. I understand asking for ID but being rude about it another thing. This is not a friendly place if you are not part of their "community."

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I would never trust them for any event. We found this place on their Instagram page through a promotion they were doing for the Love Island Finale where it said to register to reserve our space for their watch party. NOWHERE in this registration link on their own website was it mentioned that this was for general STANDING admission only and that we would not be getting any seating. Nor did it make any mention to reserve through Open Table if we wanted to reserve a table specifically. So imagine our surprise when we get there and they tell us that we don’t have a table registration and that the registration we booked through their OWN website was just for general admission and we wouldn’t be getting any seating for the whole 2 HOUR Love Island Finale episode if not longer considering we arrived 2 hours before the start time. They kept saying we needed to have registered on open table for a table registration where nowhere on their website nor the follow up emails they sent was this ever mentioned. Eventually they gave us seating and apologized for the inconvenience of the registration system but then 20 min before the show started they told us we had to move and stand because that seating was reserved for a private party. By this time my family felt so uncomfortable even staying there because the hosts where all giving us uncomfortable stares and it really completely ruined the vibe for us. The owner, Matthew, came and apologized to us and offered to pay for our food but after completely ruining this whole experience for us and making us feel like we were the problem for their poor management skills, paying for drinks and food hardly made up for anything. We were going to leave and just watch at home, but the owner said he had a restaurant friend a few stores away that could give us a private room to watch the love island finale and he would cover our food and drinks. This was about 10 min before the start time so we agreed which was an even worse mistake because the owner of that restaurant was so condescending and arrogant, tried to make us pay for the drinks that Matthew had promised to cover, and muted the show right when they were doing the winner reveal. We could clearly tell he didn’t want us there and it just made the night even worse. My whole family was incredibly disappointed. We really should have just left and taken our losses because my family felt traumatized after that whole experience. I will never be returning to this establishment ever again. I should mention the owner did offer to allow us to rent out their place to us for free if we want to host any future events, but after experiencing their incredibly poor management skills I don’t want them anywhere near any event I would host in the future and neither should you. Mind you I have various connections in the restaurant industry and I myself have hosted various national and local large scale events and while I understand mistakes happen never have we experienced any establishment that has made an error this large with their false advertising nor made us feel completely attacked. The owner made it a big deal that he was the owner of various bars and restaurants (All the Blend restaurants) and this bar alone has hosted multiple watch parties leading up to this love island finale and yet somehow they never learned how to manage an event of this size and this was all a one time error? While their instagram page is out here showing they have these types of events frequently. I don’t believe them one bit and seems like they are out here scamming people continuously, we were just the unlucky ones this time. I will not be trusting them nor any Blend restaurant with any of my future events and neither should you. You can bet I will be telling all my connections to avoid this bar and these restaurants like the plague as they’re run by this horrible management. I added a screenshot of the event listing and the limited info we got after registering so you can avoid being scammed like we were.

This place was so much better few years ago when me and my friends went. the appetizer menu was so much better. I just went for a friend event and we had to pay 107.00 a piece with the cheapest liquor and 5 of the nastiest appetizer on the menu. The music was good and yes it’s a cool spot to go chill, but the service was not good. I had to constantly ask for napkins they bring ur food out with no utensils it was just horrible.

Came here for stranger things watch party on Dec 25 Xmas day with ticket bought ahead of time because it’s kinda a big deal for me and I was honestly expecting a good experience here. Came to the bar 15 min early, no bar tender coming over to take orders, other staff in main bar had no clue what we can order that’s included in the ticket. Then at 8pm sharp they started playing the wrong season 🤣 it took us forever to talk to the staff and get the right season but the audio was first some football game then some country music. It took us forever to get the show going. 2 out of 6 of the TV on the wall was broken. Main screen is blocked by DJ table and ratio is off. Also you can hear the bar music the entire time they played the show. Then 10 min in the audio changed into some country music and then they spent forever to rewind the show because we missed a big part. Some people spend 80 dollars to book a table and the experience turned into this. I don’t think the staff or venue take this seriously enough to just get things going, let alone try to provide actual good service. If you’re short staffed then just don’t run events like this Horrible experience. Don’t come here for watch parties. Edit: reached out to the owner's email as their comment instructed, never heard back from them. lol

Very disturbing practices with their Toast pos system. Tip is already included and then they prompt for an additional 3 - 5 - 7% on top of the tip and likely including the tip. This is not clear to the consumer in anyway and really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I looked around upstairs for anything indicating that gratuity is included but it's not. Habit for staff is to just push the device at you already on the tap screen and not the itemized screen which might show the gratuity listed. Why obfuscate this?

HORRIBLE customer service!! My friend booked and paid a $500 deposit for the upstairs room for her birthday a month in advance. The manager called her a week later to say they moved the party to the bottom floor because there was another booking for the top floor but after some back and forth he told her she could have the top room until 10pm then the other group would get the room after. The morning of her party, the manager tells her she doesn’t have the top floor anymore and has to move to the bottom. On the day of her party. Then, the owner promises my friend 2 free bottles for the hassle, but makes her pay $100 in “taxes” for them! We also only got the bottom room until 10pm then had to move over and split the room with random customers She got her deposit back, The DJ was great and servers were nice but we had a HORRIBLE experience booking this place and still had to pay extra fees

First of all, the female bartender was rude. I ordered a $14 drink and a $9 drink ($23 total). I gave $40 — she gave me back $10 in singles (I assume she wanted me to tip a few dollars, hence singles). When I asked why I only got $10 instead of $17, she printed a receipt and showed me tax and gratuity were added. No problem! But then when I realized and said “ok”, her response was “yeah, I work here, I know what I’m doing” — as if somehow I’m supposed to be embarrassed for asking a question for clarification. Girl tell people upfront gratuity is added, and don’t give back singles like you deserve some extra tip. And don’t be rude! Also the vibe sucks. Not at all the kind of place I would go back to. It’s cheap and trashy, like the bartender.
