Great quick eats salad spot in Astoria. The neighborhood was really missing this. Healthy and fairly priced 12$ for a bowl with endless veggie options and protein. Needs more seating.

Fresh Bowl Go – A Hidden Gem Worth Falling In Love With From the moment I stepped into Fresh Bowl Go, I was hooked. The vibe of the place is warm and inviting, making it easy to feel right at home. I honestly fell in love at first sight – the atmosphere is vibrant and cozy, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or a quiet bite alone. The dishes are nothing short of amazing. Every bowl is bursting with flavor, and it’s clear that they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you’re in the mood for something light or hearty, there’s a perfect option for everyone. The menu offers a great variety, with something to satisfy all tastes, and the balance of flavors in each dish is spot on. But what really makes Fresh Bowl Go stand out is the team behind the counter. The employees are so friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. They genuinely care about what they do, and it shows in both the food and service. I can’t recommend this place enough! Fresh Bowl Go has definitely earned a permanent spot on my list of favorite restaurants. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, you’re sure to love it as much as I do.

I’m so happy I found this place—everything about it is great! The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful, with portions that feel just right. They have a solid selection of options, so no matter what I’m craving, there’s always something that hits the spot. The place is super clean, and the staff is warm and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. One little detail I really loved was how the dressing came in a cute to-go bottle—it’s the small things that make a difference! Plus, as a first-time customer, I got a little card along with a loyalty card, which was such a nice surprise. It’s clear they care about their customers, and I feel so lucky to have this spot in Astoria. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Such a nice addition to the neighborhood. The place itself is very clean and bright. The ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful; there are so many options to mix into whatever you're getting (bowl, salad, or burrito). The friendly service is what made it such a good experience though, they were very patient and accommodating. I can see this place being one of my go-to comfort lunch spots.

I recently visited this brand new spot on Broadway in Astoria. The place is bright, clean, and the staff is friendly. I ordered a steak burrito with all the fixings. Everything looked clean and fresh. The burrito, without a drink and including tax, cost $14.15. It felt a bit pricey, but I wanted to give it a try. I was not disappointed—it was delicious and very filling.

I went in because the food looks like chipotle, But the seasoning is 100 time better. What a fantastic meal 🥘 owner and customers service excellent would. Briing my family and friends here. Please try it you will really love the good taste. If you eat in, you get a free soda.❤️😋😋😋😋

I love this place so much. The food is delicious for a great price, with tons of yummy feee toppings. The staff is also super friendly. Paola is the absolute sweetest, and we look forward to seeing her when she’s there. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I was excited for this place to open as I feel we’re severely lacking salad and bowl options in this area. I ordered 2 meals for takeout via uber eats. I went with a fall harvest-esque bowl and a mexican-esque burrito. My food was ready when I arrived and the woman working was very friendly. She told me next time to get the “juicy beef” as that's her favorite and then offered me a sample, which I gladly accepted. Upon getting home I realized they gave me 2 bowls instead of a bowl and burrito, and gave me two of the sesame onion sauces instead of one sesame onion and one green goddess. They also included forks without me asking for them, which some people might like but I do not, and technically they aren't supposed to unless someone asks (look up ‘Skip the Stuff’ law.) Those mistakes aren't huge and won't stop me from getting food there again, but pointing it out as areas for improvement. The food itself was fine. It’s no Sweetgreen or Dig or Just Salad, etc but it’s got a large assortment of toppings of which you can choose an unlimited amount, which I like. Most of the sauces are asian flavored but the toppings aren't really (Brussels sprouts, broccolini, corn, beans, etc.) I’d love yo see some more/different sauce options. I'd also like to see more protein options such as tofu, shrimp and salmon. Lastly, a note to management: have someone proofread your menu, I think you mean romaine lettuce (not Romania lettuce) and greed goddess (not green Godness.)

Fresh Bowl & Go lives up to its name with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful ingredients and consistently friendly service. I’ve visited a couple of times for lunch, and the food is always well-stocked and clearly prepared with care. The variety of proteins, toppings, dressings, and sides makes it easy to customize your meal. That said, while each individual ingredient tastes great, the overall combinations sometimes fall short in terms of flavor cohesion. On my most recent visit, I tried to put together a Mexican-style bowl with rice, beans, chicken, pico, mango salsa, guacamole, lettuce, corn, and cheese. While most ingredients were available, the only bean option was baked beans, and the dressings leaned more toward Asian-inspired flavors—no traditional Mexican-style salsa or sauce in sight. I ended up choosing a spicy mayo, which tasted good, but didn’t quite match the flavor profile I was going for. The restaurant operates on a fully “build-your-own” model for bowls, burritos, and salads, which offers great flexibility—but may also be why some combinations feel a bit disjointed. It might be worth considering a few curated options or flavor-themed pairings (e.g., Mexican-inspired, Asian-fusion, Mediterranean-style) to guide customers toward more cohesive meals. Overall, Fresh Bowl & Go offers quality ingredients and a customizable experience, but a little more attention to how flavors come together could elevate the dining experience even further.

However, when I went to pay, I was charged $15 before tax, and $16.30 after tax. When I asked about the price difference, the staff told me that the menu prices were not updated. That was the only explanation given. If the actual price had been clearly shown, I would not have ordered this item at all. Transparency matters, customers should not be expected to guess the real price at checkout. I understand prices change, but it is the restaurant’s responsibility to keep menu boards accurate. This experience felt misleading, and it took away from what should have been a simple meal.

Horrible food. Burrito was falling apart, everything looked and tasted like a big disappointment. No wonder this place is always empty. They put zero case in preparing food. 16$ wasted-couldnt eat this mush.
