Bad service ,I want give 0 star they have a lot ppl work here, food is ready. , just choose put in box ,give a money ,need wait 15 -20mins. Too ridiculous. Portion too small

I recently visited a restaurant, and I must say, it was quite a disappointing experience. The sight of all the forks staying in one box and everyone touching them made me feel disgusted. Moreover, the plates were dirty and dusty, which added to the overall unpleasantness. It's safe to say that it's not a place I would recommend for dining.

This is my 2 meats 2 sides - double noodle and 2 pinches of chicken, and when I asked for more she was gonna charge me like ?

Shining Chinese food but tasteless and greasy. Their food looks good at the counter, you can eat if you want to fill your stomach unless not recommended. Their workers treat bad and rudely to delivery people even though they wait at correct spot.

I dislike how they try to rush their line but then they give you a almost nothing of food. It’s $7 bucks plus tax and I barely get food. I rather go to J’s Kitchen during lunch and pay $8 for a chicken w. Broccoli and get twice the amount of food! This is some b.s. and I ain’t going back.

Horrible!! Absolutely dry didn’t give me what I asked for at all! I had the littlest bit of chicken and it was little pieces(shown in the photo) definitely don’t recommend eating from here! 🤢🤬

The food is good if you can convince them to give you enough of it. They intentionally only fill the spoon up half way so you have to ask for double meat on top of the 2 choices of meat you get. When asking for extra sauce there is also usually hesitation. Though the food is good, it takes a low rating when they barely give you any of it.

The younger woman Wouldn't let me have time descide what I wanted. I was at the back of the line and couldn't see what all they had, but she kept yelling "what sides?" Over and over bc she was too determined to set up too soon so that he could stand outside and half ass pass out samples while the elder woman was doing everything else by herself like cooking and ringing customers up. My food was sitting on the counter 20mins, by the time I got it, it was cold. I had potatoes too so that was just gross. The younger women was rushing me tho just to have my food to sit there during a backed up line. The quality of everything was very poor. And bc I pointed out that my food is going to be cold by the time it gets to the register she only gave me one scoop of meat and gave my friend two scoops. Very spiteful and aggressive about it.

This review is simply about the service and not the food. I ordered and asked the server to separate a product that contained sesame oil from the rest of the food since my young daughters planned on sharing one plate. One of my daughters has a sesame allergy. All he had to do was put orange chicken in a separate small container. He tried to tell me they don’t usually do this and he is doing this just one time. I quickly informed him that this is due to an allergy, so the fact that he thinks he is doing me a favor is beyond me. I was tempted to just walk away, but I got it, because my little ones wanted that food. I have never bought food from there before and I absolutely won’t be back. Just really poor customer service. Atrocious.

They will rush to get you inline while they try to get others instead of checking you out to pay creating a line and you standing their trying to pay for food while they’re trying to grab more customers. Subpar and cold. For many years always changing the price and charging extra by the time you’re at the register.

I ordered 4 boxes of food and they forgot the rice for all . They just put the two sides and the two meats. This is ridiculous.

Handed my card to pay for my food to the cashier in her hand she places it on the counter with my card information exposed I told her about it and she laughed at me for me being upset that all my information was exposed for anyone to see.

Gross. The meat tastes like fish and is all fat and grizzle. They reuse the toothpicks with their samples and are very pushy. Go anywhere else, for your sake
