Didn’t think to take a picture before, but this is some of the best green tea I have ever had. Perfectly sweet, just wish they had the star jelly. Definitely coming back!

I was so excited to learn this location opened in the Albany area. So far I've tried the dirty brown sugar milk tea and the creme brulee strawberry latte. Can't wait for my next visit. I'm very interested in the lychee oolong and the wintermelon.

I love this store this was my first time going and I only had to wait about five minutes I got three drinks and I love each one. My favorite is the strawberry milk tea( the one in the picture)with black tapioca pearls. Defined going back soon!

Got their taro bubble tea. Was super refreshing and we customized ice/sugar levels. Felt like the sizes are a little small compared to what you would usually get in other cafes (we got an L). Ambience is decent and they make your drink before you. Time management is terrible though, because one person had to take care of way too manu online and in-store orders.

Staff was very helpful with the recent FFXIV promotion! They answered all our questions, cancelled my friend's order and let her replace it when she made a mistake and were very patient showing the options of rewards available. The drinks were tasty too! The sushi store onsite is also quick and delicious.

Great spot! The staff is super helpful in helping you choose what you may like to try. It's basically a make you own drink build able. You can pick drink from foam milk to reg tea to slushie and then add what you want in it as far as pearl type or bobba etc... Plus how much ice you want and how much sugar!. My fav is mango and black tea which also has pieces of mango in it. Too it off with black pearls (Lg tapioca) and little ice and 30 sugar. It's amazing. Way better and healthier then ur typical coffee place! And there's a sushi place in the same building so add it to your meal there Update: still my favorite bubble tea place!

First time here and I will be a happily returning customer! The price was great for the size, selection, and taste! This brown sugar creme brûlée is one of the best boba teas I’ve gotten! Staff was super friendly and quick. I got a cute pin for my bag for $3.99 :)

Best place for bubble tea. My personal favorite is dirty brown sugar and passion fruit yogurt. They have so many options. I also love their sushi 🍣 sooo good! Must try.

Chain bubble tea shop that is FINALLY locally available! Always delicious tea here, with lots of options, from type of drink, flavor, sweetness level, ice level, toppings, etc. The adjacent sushi bar is also quite yummy. The staff have always been friendly and the space is clean, with a few tables available for dining in. Never had a bad drink. Highly recommended.

So happy they’re here in Albany! Our drinks were yummy! I love the milk foam black coffee, my go to drink. A lot of boba shops places, my drink always end up tasting like a sweet creamy drink with no coffee taste. Here it actually Still has the Coffee taste (you can chose your level of sweetness) & tad very faint salty taste to it from the milk foam. Our taro milk tea was also great. The strawberry milk one, next time we have to do less sweet vs how it comes regularly, in my opinion i thought it was on the sweeter side. Definitely coming back.

Very good boba, the pearls are nice and soft and there are a good amount of options for both the tea and the add-ins. The staff is also nice and quick, the sitting area is clean:) price is standard

This is a staple chain bubble tea joint that I plan to visit on my best and worst days. Haven't had a bad drink yet. Great selection, good customization, staff service was delightful. I hope this place never closes down. Looks like it'll open a sushi counter soon.

Warning: Don’t come here to do work on a laptop. There are no charging ports in the seating area. I appreciate they can tailor the tea’s to your liking with sugar. They have a very good variety and the cheese topping is wonderful.

My favorite bubble tea place in the area. Plenty of flavors to choose from (never had a bad bubble tea there) and I like that you can choose your sweetness level. The few times I've had food there it's been decent, but I can't speak to that as much as I'm usually there for the drinks. Staff is always polite, and I've never had any issues with my orders.

We are frequent customers…like every day. The bubble tea is so good and yummy that we can’t help ourselves. We have to take a second mortgage out of the house because it’s so good. Ha ha, but all seriously this is a very good establishment. We really love the friendly hospitality and exceptional service.

I appreciated being able to easily choose my size, sweetness level, amount of ice, and toppings for both my drinks and waffles. They offer quite a variety of options, including seasonal items like pumpkin, peach, and Hershey. The kiosk option is super convenient, and the service was quick and friendly. In terms of ambience, it's okay; I’d treat this spot more as a grab-and-go place, but they do have a couple of tables if you want to sit down. Overall, it’s a pleasant spot for bubble tea.
