Hilariously understaffed. Waited almost an hour for a bacon egg and cheese. Food is good though

Consistency is lacking, I ordered the chicken sandwich every day for a semester strait. It was good about 50% of the time, 40% of the time it was subpar and not cooked well, 10% of the time they completely messed up the order by adding undesired toppings.

I've been attending Albany for quite awhile (both undergraduate and graduate). While the staff serving you apathetically act like they care (moving at a rate of cold viscous molasses to serve you) the managerial staff don't even pretend. Their goal is to charge students as much money as possible while offering the lowest quality food with the smallest portions. Seriously, get a salad here sometime and you will be allotted a hunger smashing 3 tiny heads of broccoli when you ask for it as a topping. I've contacted the "nutritionist who is available," politely I'd like to add, without so much as a reply after a few email attempts. This school doesn't care about you. What's worse is there are fantastic options a mile away at Stuyvesant Plaza. I've hardly ever reviewed anything but campus center so routinely upsets me I had to say something.

One of the better locations for campus dining, same food as Damiens (CC West) but less variety. Only good thing is the 50% discount with ID Cards...

If you like unexpected 40 minute waits, and mediocre, overpriced food. This is your place.

The anguish on each staff members’ face as they struggle to craft breakfast sandwiches is only surpassed by the anguish of the customers who have waited for 20 minutes.

I am deathly allergic to cheese and I realized before my order was ready that I accidentally selected cheddar cheese. I asked the employee if she could change my order quickly and I explained that I am allergic to cheese. She told me with a huge attitude that they are very busy even tho the cooks were standing there doing nothing and that I should “go away “. Then when I moved around to the cashier to try to place a new order she ignored me for about 15 minutes even when I asked her if I could place a new order. Ive had multiple experiences with the fountain grille workers being rude for no reason.

Food is subpar for what you are paying. Service is terrible as I have had to, on multiple occasions, wait about an hour. Certain employees are rude, ignoring customer's requests, or speaking with flat indifference or impatience. Commonly get details of orders wrong. And worst of all, many if the emplyees continue this behavior knowing that it will not effect their business due to many of UAlbany students relying on this establishment for breakfast. If anything good can be said about this place, it is that it is the good picks around the UAlbany campus center. This is not saying much, however, considering the complaints mentioned above.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Food 9/10 times is terrible. It’s cold half the time even though you wait 30+ min no matter what even if there is no line. It’s over priced for terrible food. And oh yeah it could be the worst customer service I have ever seen. I actually would rather not eat at all through the whole 10 hours of class. Which is what I do now I’m done wasting my money at this place. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS
