🤦🏽‍♀️just moved here and the spot was a HIT. Delicious food, good service, worth going back. Also trivia night on Thursdays, why not! The birria quesadilla is to die for. And the pizza is really good too!

We went to Junior's Pizza & Pub after shopping. We got there about 7:30 pm. It was busy but we found a table right away. The pizza was great! The service was fast and friendly. We ordered a couple drinks and then our food. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our server told us about the trivia game that was happening. He said he would get us a drink if we wanted to play. We declined. After eating, we left. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great service and food at the bar with three stool sections and walls. Very clean and spacious. They have done a great job getting us back to having fun again. Inside tables and outside dining as well. The Buffalo chicken dip was fantastic with a big plate of colored chips and sides of celery and carrots!

Went there for Taco Tuesday and the food was amazing and the service was great. I would recommend getting the fish taco if you like the taste of sweet fish. The place had a lovely atmosphere as well.

Went in tonight for happy hour and it happened to be a stella glass etching event. If you purchased a beer, you got to etch a glass. Juliet was the waitress I had, and she was fantastic. Will was the manager, and was very attentive to every table. Will definitely go back!!

August 28, 2023 an update the food was utterly fantastic. The service was great and the food came out quickly. I will have to come here often, much more often (3 years ago)I was there this Friday afternoon with my teaching buddies and the wait staff was very quick in her service was spot on and they were very friendly to all of us so I will probably go there more regularly and they did a wonderful job

Great place to eat!! And I want a bucket of their tomato basil soup. Best I have ever had besides my own homemade soup, friendly staff, good atmosphere! Loved it. Highly recommend. 😋

Typical hometown bar. Tons of draft selections from local vendors. There were a multitude of Tv's and they constantly run drink and food specials. Heard the wings were good from other patrons so I tried the hot wings with fries. The wings weren't very hot but the crispy skin and tender meat made up for that!! If you're looking for a laid back local spot to watch sports and drink/eat.... this place has it.

Rhythm and Blues tunes filled the ear, TV's a plenty filled the eye and some of the best Americana food I ever had. Juniors is a joint I'd gladly hit again (pun intended). The plate features burger plus wings, who could ask for more.

We had a group of six for dinner. One of our orders came out significantly later than the others. BUT all of our food was delicious and our server was more than accommodating and kept us updated on the status of the food. I think he handled the situation perfectly and everyone at our table was happy the entire time. Our drinks were full, our server was attentive and we had a great time.

Great burgers in a sports bar setting. I find that a lot of TV distract me. Good service. I had the One Eyed Willie burger, it was really good. The meat was juicy and tasty, nice crip lettuce and red ripe tomatoe with an egg on top. Good selection of beers too.

I ordered their BLT on Rye and it was very tasty!🥪🍟🍹 It was pretty good because I ate the half sandwich that I brought home the next day at work! I'll give it a 👍!

Delicious food and friendly staff! Tried the Harvest salad with chicken, and it was amazing. Everything was fresh and the maple vinaigrette was perfect. Can't wait to go back!

Yum. I couldn't wait to go back again to try other items on the menu after the burger. The burgers here are so big, plan on falling asleep on the couch after. The fries are great and get the cheese sauce on the side for dipping. It's great sauce. This time I got the Barrel Wrap, chicken, whiskey barrel sauce, cheese... Nom nom nom. And the fries again. My friend ordered chicken tenders and was not prepared for how many he got and how big they were. It was about $20 a piece before tip for a big plate, served pretty quickly and the staff is friendly. There are more items on the menu I want to try, so I'll certainly be back.

We are in town to see Chevy Chase & ordered take out. It was one of the BEST burgers I’ve had in a long time. It’s disappointing when you get a burger & it’s not seasoned. Not this place, seasoned to perfection, every bite. We also had their wings. They were fried to perfection, great sauce taste profile. Keep it up! Thank you for a great dinner!!

The food was awesome... especially the buffalo wings. A friend of mine was eating some wings and offered me one, and when I ate it I made up my mind that I would find the place that this came from. That's how I ended up here. The service was as exceptional any great Eatery. Atmosphere is nice and sporty with some type of sports rocking on one of the many TVs. And the pricing was decent , I was expecting to pay way more than 28 bucks for the two chili dogs, five wings, fries & a ginger ale. The food was very well made. Good place for a drink or for a quick meal. I strongly recommend

It was fine. My family of 4 went after doing some shopping. We chose Juniors because they were close and open. It was later in the day around 8pm. Food was good. We had their Sloop juice IPA which was pretty good. They were doing trivia and everyone could play along on their phones by going to a website. We didn't play but it was still entertaining. My only complaint really was they forgot my food when they brought everyone else's so I was the only one who had nothing. It was corrected pretty quickly when I was able to stop the waitress and let her know she came out within 2 minutes with it so not sure what happened there.

I placed an order last night, California salad. I was not content with the amount of chicken received, and the presentation was not up to par. I received a ton of cucumbers & Tomatoes & green's..I called the Manager; 1. He was extremely professional, he demonstrated empathy and was respectful. Apologized for the inconvenience and acknowledged my frustrations. I appreciate his efforts to help and resolve issues that arise.

Today’s meal was onion rings and the moonshine pork quesadillas and OMG, they were amazingly delicious. I didn’t expect them to be that good. You will not be disappointed with this order. My sweetie had the Barrell wrap and he stated it wasn’t seasoned but idk. I was very happy. Our server was Carolina H and she was wonderful as well.

Juniors consistently provides solid burgers and other bar foods. Would recommend generally avoiding the soups and anything that sounds healthy (salads), as they really aren't as well put together. The outdoor seating is a huge benefit. Taps have been really fresh with some high quality beer on rotation!

Good food at reasonable prices. A wide variety, our group of six varied from a Greek salad to a double burger with fries and it was good at both ends of the spectrum. Service was good. Only complaint was the grilled chicken was a little dry.

Always go here on Sundays for an early lunch. Night out door sitting when weather permits. As for the food my partner and I always enjoy the wings and burgers. Good beer list and variety of mix mix drinks. Good pub like atmosphere and they do have NFL Sunday ticket and plenty of TV to watch the games. Just get there before 1 during football cause place tends to fill up.

Cozy spot for a midweek lunch date. Sports bar atmosphere with lots of screens, but the volume was low and the vibe was relaxed. Comfy booths! Lunch was pulled pork poutine, tasty with cheese curds and gravy, and the moonshine pork quesadilla. Big portions, nicely plated. Service was friendly and attentive, and prices were reasonable (on the low side for the large portions) There is a fun cocktail menu and a decent beer selection, plus outdoor seating for sunny days and lovely nights. Wow, where do I even begin? A truly one of a kind atmosphere. A lively bar scene with live musical performances. The food was impeccable. My old chum and I had two of the most tender, juicy, succulent burgers you will ever lay your mortal mouths on. The fried potatoes from France were cooked to perfection and cut to a mouth-watering length. The drink selection was second to none. My old mate went for a domestic IPA (Bud Light) that seemed to flow from the rivers of heaven. I opted for a locally sourced, micro-brewed ale that paired exquisitely with our beef patties on buns. The service was second to none, how they found out it was the one year anniversary of the first time I got a root canal at the dentist AND thought to bring me a cake as a result was truly astonishing. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone I know. This is the premier bar and grill in Albany, the whole capital district, and maybe even the state (although Clinton's Ditch in Schenectady may have something to say about that).

I have been going to this pub for 15+ years. The food is always good and you can eat quality food on a budget if you go during lunch or happy hour. You can also play darts, and it is a fun crowd.

Really good food and service. However it is kind of dark in the seating area so it was hard to read the menu. It's not like that across the entire restaurant just in the section we were in.

I used to go to Junior's all the time... back in the day. This was my first time back in a little over a year and it has changed. It appears that some updates have been made and the menu has changed a bit. We ordered mozzarella with raspberry sauce. It came out with marinara but when we told the waitress she returned fairly quickly with the raspberry sauce. We also ordered the Harvest Salad. It used to be called the Autumn Harvest Salad and it used to come with chicken on it. It was good but I was surprised when it came out without chicken. We also ordered the boneless moonshine wings. The boneless wings were good but they were a bit small and I'm not convinced the price is in alignment with the quantity. Overall it was pretty good.

Their buffalo wings might be one of the best in Capital Region Area. Fast service and outside seating is fun during summer.

Fast and friendly service here! The wait-staff is very polite, and even faster. There's a wealth of options on tap, and the food menu is equally expansive with several vegan options available. (Try the wings!). Patio seating is gorgeous, and manages to catch the wind just right, if you get a seat at the right time of day.

Safe bets here are the moonshine wings - always good. I also like the moonshine pork quesadilla but other than that - it’s extremely hit or miss. I’ll start with the positive - our waitress was very sweet. My moonshine wings were crispy like I had asked for. My sweet potato fries were good. The not so positive - my friend was given a drink menu with summer drinks. Therefore We had to share a menu back and forth. We ordered the cranberry mule (variation of Moscow mule) and it was not good at all. The drink was poorly mixed and ginger beer in it was flat. This is not the place for mixed drinks. Every time I go they are just not great quality. We started off with the half portion of nachos - I don’t like that they used the liquid cheese like nacho cheese that comes in a jar - that ruined them for me. I prefer real cheese . They were so “loaded” you could barely pick one up. Then they had what seemed to be one waitress for the entire restaurant on a Saturday night . My friend and I had finished our food, drinks and then had not seen the waitress for another 20 minutes and we just wanted to pay. I had to get up and go find her and request to pay. I don’t fault her - she was working hard . It seemed to be the lack of staff - which is prevalent everywhere I do realize . However, that’s the first I’ve had that happen to me at any establishment . So support your wait staff better, management. Overall, a decent Albany spot to grab food and drinks. It’s not amazing or anything. There’s definitely better places to go in the area for food and drinks.

The EG location is 10/10! The service at this one is never good. We’ve been probably a dozen times because it’s so much closer to us and I just need to accept that I should stop coming here😂 Took over 2 hours last night to have a full experience. We sat for over 20 minutes before anyone came over to us. We hadn’t even placed our entree order by the time we finished our appetizers because we could only find our waitress every half hour and had to ask to order / get refills every time. To top it off, our waitress charged us for the sauce that comes with our chicken tenders? Lol Love love love the food and the menu and the other location!

I have to say this used to be my favorite place to hang out with friends and get awesome wings. I’m sad to say that the last 3 visits have been awful. Last night i ordered 3 orders of moonshine wings crispy, an order of mild wings crispy, fries and extra blue cheese. They didn’t put any blue cheese or veggies in the bag. I went back to ask for some and the one women was very nice and went to go get more, as I was talking to one of the other young ladies an older woman just walked up and cut me off mid sentence to inquire about a table. Now I am about 15 minutes from Albany so when I got home to eat my chicken was not done very pink in the inside my teenager didn’t even want to eat them and they eat anything. The only good part about the meal was the fries. Sadly $55 down the drain being as I only ate 4 wings. Like I said this is one of my favorite places never had any problems and if I ever had a problem with my order they fixed it without a problem. I’m really bummed because it’s like one of the few places that has great wings and decent prices

Food is fairly overpriced for what you’re getting. Chips and guac for 14 is absurd in my opinion. Service is slow and all the glasses seemed to have some weird layer of salt on them making the drinks taste weird. Would suggest other bars!

Comfortable, small town local atmosphere that was not intimidating nor necessarily welcoming. Food was fine- not great but not bad. Their moonshine sauce is pretty good, it's worth a taste. They need to hire more wait staff- I only saw two waitresses for a pretty busy Sunday night and we went 20-30 minutes without anyone coming to our table to refill drinks or check on us. Bees started harassing our table because our food was never cleared. It's better than nothing, but not great.

Was a little disappointed the last time my fiance and I showed up last Friday night, as after getting out of work we wanted to go to our favorite juniors only to be disappointed. After being sat by the host we were ignored for 10 minutes as wait staff looked at our table and proceeded to ignore and continue to talk to customers not helping them, just talking. We ended up walking out after not being greeted or waited on. Servers need a refresher on service 101. a server should greet guests and take their drink order within 90 seconds, and deliver drinks within 4–5 minutes. Some say that servers should take drink orders within 2–3 minutes of a guest being seated. Come on Juniors You're the only restaurant I will only go to got to do better!

Staff friendly. Drinks ok. Soda lines need a check. Had some ginger ale. I'm sure not a favorite. Weird after taste.. Mac and cheese bite's ok. Frozen? Not sure. Talking to a regular there. Said food quality has gone down. If you need or are looking for bar food. Good place. If you are looking for next level. Not the place. Environment awesome. Food needs a redesign in our opinion if you want something different. Not bad! But not fresh or innovative.

I don’t typically order from here but my job does. I’ve been thinking about making this review the last time I ordered the mozzerlla sticks and did the upcharge for the rasberry sauce. Usually when I get that sauce it’s a sauce and not jam. I ordered a cup of french onion soup the other day and it was delicious. I ordered another one today but got the crock. Seemed to be the same size. My bread was burnt. And one of the cups werent full like the last, couldve ordered the cup at that point. I was sick & went on my lunch for soup today. $7 for burnt bread with soup isnt ideal.

Had a few trials with this bar. It's been okay to say the most. We generally leave wishing we went somewhere else. Food comes out fast although service is slow.The pizza wasn't really good. This trip our waitress took our order, someone else brought the food and we weren't spoken to again. Someone else took our plates. We had to ask for the check after sitting for about 20 minutes with empty glasses. Only got one drink. Won't be coming back unfortunately. Can't fathom spending more money here as we always leave disappointed.

Started off at the bar waiting for a table, bartender made and rang up a double captain and coke after I asked for a single, not the end of the world. After sitting down, our server came over 3 times- once to bring waters, once to take our order and once to bring the check. Walked by multiple times and left us sitting with empty drinks for a solid 20 minutes and never checked once to make sure our food was ok. I would recommend sitting at the bar if you go here, the issue with the service seemed to be at more than just our table, as I hardly saw servers at any tables.

the online ordering system needs work, i get a text saying my food is ready and when i come inside to pickup im given attitude for asking about my order, which is apparently not ready. then im being nickel and dimed when asking for bbq sauce lol. mind you i ordered the same thing a couple weeks ago and they left out items. i work at a restaurant, its not supposed to be like this, you can do better!

Went here for a birthday dinner. The wings were overcooked so you couldn't really get a good taste of the dry rub. Service was really bad. Took forever for anything. Forever to ask for apps, forever to ask for a meal, forgot to give the bill, and the best part due to the party size we were forced into 20%. Definitely do not plan to go back anytime soon if ever. Seems places must be paying people crap cause a lot of restaurants have gone downhill.

Update: The server Ky/Kyle was awful. We served lukewarm wings. Our fries were warm and greasy. The Ruben sandwich steaming hot. The mixed drinks were nasty. There were a ton of staff and very few customers. There was live music by Liam. He was entertaining. The wings and burgers were good. The service was too. The crowd was older adults, so maybe that's different during the school year. It appears the police station is across the street.

Not a friendly or welcoming atmosphere , the manager is nice I can say that but upon arrival nobody greets you or tell you what to do you just are expected to know to have a seat and once you do they take forever to help you … I don’t understand. Literally won’t greet you or anything until you speak up . While making full eye contact . Please find a new job if you do not like what you do . I only have this problem here . FOOD IS good . But overall environment and everything included I would never tell anybody to come here

Junior's has a nice atmosphere, ample parking. The service is good. Ill start by saying that I've been here many times. I generally get my usual Buffalo chicken salad with romaine lettuce(iceberg is standard). This time they totally blew it on the salad. It looks good, but it stops at looks. The portion size was skimpy this time, and the chicken was disgusting. Totally disgusting. I had a few bites and certainly hope I don't get sick from it. The chicken was hard, dried out, greasy, and cold. Somebody in the kitchen is not doing their job. If it's hard and dried out before you cut it and put it on the salad, moving it on top of the lettuce won't change that. Such a disappointment, and I am a regular here. Not anymore.

Just ordered a pizza and wings. Had a rough week at work so my wife and I decided to order out Well a hour went by without a call from the delivery driver and didn't hear the doorbell ring. My neighbor called around 7 and said that a pizza box and bag was outside my front door. I opened the door and there it was, a ice cold pizza and wings. What kind of person delivers food and does not let you know that it's at your house.. No excuse for this. Very disappointing and will not order from here again. For the price.....I should expect hot and good food.

Paid for music then they switched to a game. They didn't refund the money or credit for the music saying that it would play after the game.im leaving before the game ends...was 3rd quarter btw...and they told me that there wass nothing they could do. Asked for a manager for a refund and was ignored.

Bad enough I had to pull the pages of the menu apart stuck together with some food.I love French onion soup. I hate the onions. I've ordered French onion soup from dozens of restaurants without the onions. Never has anyone tell me sorry cook says he can't do that. Really? Probably should go to culinary school and learn how to use the Callander. While waiting for the waitress to return I noticed the entire wall was covered with an extreme amount of filth. The place looked like it hasn't been cleaned since it's grand opening. These days with the current times you would think the place would be a little cleaner. Nevertheless after being there for 20 was enough for a lifetime. Hope there kitchen doesn't look like their dinning room. So game over. For the record there was absolutely nothing wrong with the service. Although I'm sure stuff like this doesn't boost moral.

My dinner was horrible. at your Troy location. I got a burger and fries, neither were hot. The french fries were disgusting, warm and hard, they tasted old. My server gladly bought me tater tots, they too were warm and came to my table in under a minute. I asked my server how could this possible and I was told they are constantly taking things out of the fryer. If that were the case, how come my fries and burger were warm and not hot. The bun fell apart, as if it too were stale.. So disappointed in you Juniors, should have gone to Wendy's and saved my money

I have been there a couple times different hours hoping for a different environment! But nope, that didnt happen the servers take for ever to serve you at times they just look at you like waiting for you to leave! This past week was the worst i had someone serve me that smell like straight liquor! How unprofessional is that! It was a young looking girl probably not even of age to be drinking alcohol! But the point is that i have never been somewhere where service is this terrible! Wait time for a server to even notice you is about 20-30 depending how long they stay talking to their coworkers! Recommendations hire people that like to work!

Everyone just watches as u order something and the service is them ignoring you. There are certain so called managers who don’t even manage anything. The bartenders are sensitive children who can’t hang. And are completely dead inside. The complete ambience was weirdos who love sports. The individuals who work there are weak spineless crybabies who can’t handle a few college kids. The employees are completely corporate. Bartenders where? There are none.

Went here 2 days ago and all was NASTY. Spinach Artichoke dip was super thick / 100% was Egg Salad+Spinach as dip, sooo thick the chips just crack up after every dip it would not SCOOP was to THICK AND NASTY! Threw entire dish away. Pull your cameras 👇🏼receipt below! The buffalo chicken wrap had ZERO chicken in it so I basically had a lettuce wrap with hot buffalo sauce and fried batter/ ZERO MEAT. This place use to be a great place for drinks and appetizers . I started going here when they chicken buffalo hot wings had pepper mixed in seasoning, it was soooo good back then. Its obvious they dont have a set menu on how to cook food and it shows every-time I've gone here in past yrs, a new cook, a new technique /way on how all is cooked (NOT CONSISTENT with ingredients cooking process etc) SAD but true! $67 + $20 tip / overall $87 bucks soooo wasnt worth the horrible outdoor dining and drink. I think im finally done with this place !

Been waiting 10+ minutes for my order and they still says 10 more minutes , Im Really confused what the employee doing inside, working or just listening to song and talking to each other’s, Please do not visit to this place if you care about your time thanks.

If you want to go grab some food and a drink go ahead, the food is ok and the prices are reasonable, but if you want to go to the bar, I highly recommend you Do NOT go since that bartender there is racist and she will give you a lot of crap for any out of state IDs and make wild accusations of you not being from the US citizen, even if you have military/veteran IDs to prove so. Mind you she also googled my states ID information, twice, and still did not believe me.

Terrible service. We arrived and no one served us , so we seated ourselves. We called the waitress three times and she never came. We ended up leaving the place since no one, not even at the bar, wanted to help us.

If you like a dinning room full of dudes grabbing Door Dash orders this is the place for you! During my whole meal there was at least 4-6 men just chilling around the dinning room awkwardly waiting for their pick ups? Like who wants this! I stopped coming to this location because of this a couple years ago. I was hoping things would have changed … but nope! If you want sweaty dude butts in your face while you eat, come here! Hey it could be your thing! Not mine!

I don't recommend this place! Took the wait staff 15 min just to take our drink order. 3 different people "waited" on us until we found which one was actually our waitress. We were a party of 7, so they automatically charged us 20% gratuity. We had to ask where one of our drinks was. I had to get up and get my own refill, and they got upset at me about it.

I was honestly disappointed this time. My family ordered a lot from juniors during the pandemic. The food was always fresh and very well prepared. Went in for an early dinner yesterday and I was honestly not happy with the experience. Our appetizers were the buffalo chicken dip and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks where well made 10/10. On the other hand the buffalo chicken dip was mostly cream cheese and hot sauce with an after taste of plastic. The chicken was non existent very different from my last time having this. My family members had burgers I didn't try them so I won't be basing my review on that. One of my favorite things about their old menu was the chicken sandwiches... They where always fresh well seasoned and tender. This was not my experience this time. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. Firstly the chicken was almost salted to an inedible level to where I couldn't even taste any other flavors. The sauce lacked flavor and honestly added nothing. It would have been edible if the chicken was prepared properly. It wasn't! It felt like I was eating a rubber band sandwich. I'm a rather portly gentleman and I didn't finish. Even the French fries where soggy and over salted. I'm sorry but I don't think I will be going back. The kitchen staff here is most definitely either under staffed/payed or lack the talent to be working in this field. The wait staff was very personable and attentive so at least that was done well. If I could I would give it a 2.5 rating. But only for the mozzarella sticks. Bathroom was a mess and smelled of urine. Total mismanagement...

Did not want to leave this, I have given this company more than enough chances. I say company based off of two locations. Was very excited to go to the new juniors when it first opened in Guilderland. I know it is very hard to find cooks, so I get it. but sending raw chicken wings out twice in one sitting, even the bartender was taken away, not because she wanted a tip, because it was that ridiculous how undercooked they were. Next, I Door dashed from the Albany location on Jan 20th(last week) and found a literal what looks like a chunk of a razor blade in the Power bowl I got. I want to reiterate that I did not want to write this, but getting a hold of someone for simply my money back has been an issue. It's just bad business. If you look at my Account, I am not a food reviewer. I hate doing this. Don't care or have the time for it, just typically won't go back. I Will attach a photo of the metal piece that if consumed, could've literally killed somebody. Look at the Sharp edge on that piece of metal.

About two weeks ago, my wife and I went to Junior's Bar & Grill for brunch on a Saturday. We had reviewed the menu the night before. There was a sign in front of the restaurant that said brunch was served on Saturdays. However, the restaurant's opening time was an hour later than what was listed on Google Maps, and we waited an hour. When we sat down, no one brought us our menu, so I got up and called the staff and asked for a menu. There was no brunch menu and they didn't even know that the brunch menu was available on the Junior's Bar & Grill website! We asked for the breakfast menu and got strange answers that we don't have breakfast and if you want we can make you fries and scrambled eggs and...! The indifference and lack of motivation was so interesting to me. I had been to Junior's Bar & Grill a year ago and it wasn't like this at all. I used to love Junior's Bar & Grill, but now, I change my route so as not to pass by it.

We got there at 9:15 and didn’t get our food until 10:30. We were split into two tables since we had a large party and the other table got their food 20 minutes before us and were done by the time we got our food. The service was terrible, the manager was no help and the waiter would walk away before we were done telling him what we needed and would bring the wrong items. We got a soup that we did not order and he brought over the wrong drinks twice. I got the junior burger which was fine, but the fried pickles appetizer (which we didn’t get until we got our food) was dry and way too salty, we also had a mozzarella stick with no cheese inside (I have no idea how that’s possible). Luckily we got some sort of compensation but by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, I would not recommend.

As my first time coming I ordered a bmt supreme pizza crispy and extra crispy moonshine wings. Got the order completely wrong gave me less wings then I ordered. Called they replaced my order. This is my second time I ordered but my pizza was doughy and had globs of ricotta cheese on my pizza. I called to tell the manager what had happened. And she told me she made my pizza and knows it’s not doughy. Pretty much telling me I am wrong and that my pizza is not doughy. But I have pictures to prove that it is not cooked and it was absolutely disgusting. I will never ever Order Any pizza here again as it was a waste of my time to get there and a waste of my money all together! I will never ever go there again!
